I planned to eat dinner out, but there wasn’t much nearby, so I chose the dinner buffet instead. Each table has a smokeless grill, so you can cook and enjoy seafood like scallops and shrimp as well as meat right at your table. Alcohol is also all-you-can-drink, which makes it a great value. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, and you can also request made-to-order items such as the Furano Burger and omelets. The Furano Burger was delicious, and I was very satisfied. There are several lounge areas as well, which is convenient. If you’re staying in Furano, I highly recommend this place.

We stayed here as a family of three during our trip to Kamakura and Enoshima. During check-in, the staff were wonderful—they let our child try yo-yo fishing so they wouldn’t get bored, and even gave them some sweets. The Room was clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay. It was a few minutes from the bus stop (Buzen-da), which made getting around by bus very convenient. I stayed while helping with a move, and soaking in the bath helped me recover from the fatigue. I really appreciated being able to relax in a spacious bath instead of just the Room’s unit bathroom, even though it was dimly lit. Since I only needed the Room for sleeping, the small size didn’t bother me much. I also looked forward to the delicious breakfast each morning. They let me know when my meal was ready, which felt very welcoming. The staff were very kind—thank you so much. I would like to stay again.

I finally got to visit my favorite oyster Accommodation, “Ikadaso,” which I’d been wanting to try for a long time. The summer rock oysters were huge and so creamy! The full-course oyster meal was incredible—absolutely delicious. From the phone support to the welcome pickup and the meal service, everything was pleasant and made for a very satisfying stay. I’d love to come again. We also enjoyed sabiki fishing from the raft and caught mackerel and horse mackerel.

Pros: - It’s a reasonably priced Hotel, but perhaps because it’s part of the Banyan Tree chain, the service felt comparable to a high-end Hotel. Even though I stayed only one night, the front desk staff remembered my name, and every staff member was brisk and professional—very pleasant. When I asked after checkout whether they could keep some food refrigerated while storing my luggage, they kindly agreed. - A shower-only setup may be a matter of preference, but since it was midsummer it was perfectly comfortable. If anything, it made the Room feel more spacious. - The small raised tatami area is also relaxing. I would have preferred floor cushions (zabuton) over regular cushions, but that may be intended for international guests. Cons: (all minor “if I had to say” points—not deal-breakers) - The nearest station is Sanjo Keihan, so I wouldn’t say access to all of Kyoto is ideal. That said, the exit is right nearby, so it’s a good location if you plan to visit the surrounding area. - The in-Room TV remote has buttons for Netflix and similar services, but the TV isn’t connected to the internet so you can’t use them—disappointing. - This is common in Ryokan-style properties, but the ceramic washbasin has a rough texture; when washing your face, if your fingers brush against it, it can sting a little. - I used the spa; since it seems to be regular guest Rooms converted into treatment spaces and you step out into a guest-room corridor from reception first, it may feel slightly less “special.” The treatment itself was very good.

Three of us stayed here as friends. We made a Reservation for the executive floor, so all three of us had spacious beds and a large Room. There were many perks, and we were able to fully enjoy our time. The large public bath also helped us relax both physically and mentally. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it wasn’t crowded, so we could enjoy it at a leisurely pace. When we visit Kobe again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

They were very accommodating with an early check-in and arranging our luggage for the return trip. The Hotel has a calm, long-established tropical atmosphere, and the ocean view with palm trees felt like Hawaii—surprisingly exotic and very relaxing. We couldn’t go into the sea due to high waves, but we still enjoyed the pool. In the open-air bath, there were spider webs on the ceiling. I wish there had been more food options in the lounge—especially a curry dish.

We stayed for two nights for my wife’s birthday trip. Breakfast on the club floor was calm and relaxing, which we really enjoyed. It would have been even better with a slightly wider selection. The Room was on the top floor as requested, and the night view from the Room was breathtaking. The Room was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The only small disappointment was that there was no body towel among the amenities. All staff were very polite, and in particular, the trainee female staff member at the front desk provided outstanding service. Even though it was a busy time at reception, when I asked to borrow a hair iron she said she would check availability later. Since we were about to go out, I asked her to call me if one became available; she agreed and called back shortly after, and we were able to borrow one without any issues. Thank you for your courteous help throughout—without showing any displeasure at all. Thanks to her, my wife was truly delighted as well. I regret that I wasn’t able to thank her properly in person. When we visit Sapporo again, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.

Twice a year, our family treats ourselves to a slightly luxurious trip. This time it was just the two of us, and considering the location and the Room, the price felt surprisingly reasonable—so I was a bit worried. Still, we decided to stay at Kajikaso because of its great location near the shopping street.\n\nUntil we arrived by car and were waiting to check in at the Hotel, I honestly thought we might have made the wrong choice. But after check-in, everything changed: a spacious, bright Room; a garden open-air bath with perfectly heated water flowing continuously; very comfortable beds; and even two TVs. The large public bath was impressive—big enough to swim in—and the temperature was just right.\n\nDinner was excellent, especially the appetizers and sashimi. Drinks ordered via tablet were delivered quickly, and chatting with the staff was truly soothing. We also enjoyed the karaoke room and breakfast—everything was wonderful.\n\nMy husband especially loved the complimentary beer server in our Room.\n\nThank you very much for taking such great care of us!

The high-floor bay view with separate living and bedroom areas was excellent. The TV offered access to YouTube, TVer, and many other content options, making the time spent indoors very enjoyable. It was unfortunate that the loose cash I dropped inside the Hotel was not found, but overall, the Hotel was great. It would have been even better if the amenities included a brush instead of a comb.

I stayed here for a concert at Geibun. The location was convenient, the Room was clean, and the service was courteous—I was very satisfied. For breakfast I chose the shrimp cutlet sandwich, and it was convenient to have free drinks available and be able to enjoy it in my Room. Thank you for your hospitality.

Both the station and Fisherman’s Wharf are within walking distance, and we had no trouble finding places to eat around the Hotel. The welcome drink lounge on the first floor also offered sake, so we could enjoy local Kushiro brews. Since I have a skin allergy, I was glad they provided POLA shampoo and conditioner that I could use. After checkout, they kindly let us keep our car parked until the Norokko Train arrived at Kushiro Station at 13:05, so we could go out without worry. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

It was a clean and well-kept Hotel. The pajamas were excellent.

I have stayed here more than five times.\nAlthough the building shows some minor wear, it is kept very clean.\nNear the lobby, you can choose from a selection of shampoo and conditioner, and an Onsen Facility is located next door. The Onsen includes bubble baths, a sauna, and an open-air bath, so you can really enjoy it.\nThere is also a small welcome drink near the elevators, so you can sit on the chairs across from the lobby and relax while looking outside.\nThe Room is fairly spacious, and even if you book No Meals Included, you can still dine at the restaurant on the second floor for around 1,000–2,000 yen.\nThere is also a microwave in the Hotel, so you can bring in food from outside. On the second floor there was an area with vending machines plus tables and chairs where you can heat food in the microwave and eat right away.\nIt’s not right in the city center, but it’s convenient—you can reach both Hiroshima City and Onomichi in under an hour.

This was my second stay, and this time I stayed in a Superior Twin Room. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which was excellent. The room also felt more than twice the size of a Double Room, making it very comfortable. Breakfast had an adequate variety and was delicious.

It was a truly wonderful Hotel. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt a sense of calm and dignified atmosphere. The cleanliness throughout the building, the color tones of the furniture and interiors, the beauty of the design, and the carefully arranged details all conveyed the Hotel’s overall elegance. What impressed me most was the warmth of the staff. Their demeanor and choice of words reflected outstanding hospitality, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay with peace of mind. Breakfast was also excellent—not only for the food itself, but also because it could be enjoyed slowly in a serene setting. It felt like one of the great highlights of staying at this Hotel. This Hotel is not simply a place to stay; it is a place to step away from everyday life and spend quiet time in refined comfort. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants to take their time enjoying their stay while appreciating its beautiful atmosphere and distinctive world that the staff so carefully preserve. I sincerely thank all staff members for providing such a wonderful space and service. I would love to visit again. However, some guests’ behavior was disappointing. At minimum, basic manners matter—no swimming in the large public bath; no shouting by adults or children; no arguing or yelling between parents; no running in the breakfast area. Even though it was only one night, there was a significant gap between guests who wanted to enjoy a quiet, high-quality environment and those without manners. With both groups mixed together, it is true that there were many moments when I could not fully enjoy what should have been such a dignified and lovely atmosphere. The food, cleanliness, ambiance, elegance, professionalism at reception, quality of furnishings, and housekeeping (except for parts related to air conditioning within the building) were all excellent and very satisfying. This is an issue on our side as guests. Please follow basic etiquette in shared spaces: do not run (especially in the breakfast area), do not shout, do not argue loudly even as parents—and keep your voices down. Unfortunately there were many guests who did not observe these basics. I especially wish people would refrain from swimming in the large public bath. There were also children splashing water around with wash buckets—yet some parents did not correct them; instead they swam together with their children while being loud. It felt chaotic. I also did not want to witness arguments between parents. I do not want to hear shouting or yelling. If only guest behavior improved—but aside from that point, this Hotel is outstanding!

We stayed as a family for the Osaka Expo and some errands in the city. There are many types of accommodations, making it hard to compare, but I think this is a very good hotel. The location is convenient for transportation, and you can access the subway without getting wet on rainy days. There are plenty of dining options nearby, offering a wide variety of choices. For multiple night stays, having a coin laundry within the hotel was very helpful. Personally, I liked that the pajamas were of a separate type. The room type I stayed in had no bathtub but featured a shower room that was very easy to use. It was bright, functional, and provided a comfortable stay at an excellent hotel!

We really enjoyed the many great services, such as a welcome cake, all-you-can-eat ice cream, and evening cocktail service—wonderful not only for children but also for women. The pillow height was just right, so I slept very well. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay.

From the moment you step into the Hotel, it has a calming atmosphere, and you can enjoy complimentary drinks and coffee in the lobby lounge or on the terrace with stunning views. The entire property and the guest room were very clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. Both dinner and breakfast were generous bento meals with sashimi and a hot pot, plus five kinds of Shodoshima’s famous tsukudani—everything was delicious. The sunset was incredibly beautiful and soothing. Thank you very much. I will definitely visit again.

From guidance when entering the parking lot and casual conversation when leaving, to the service at the front desk, everything feels wonderful. (This is entirely my personal opinion.) I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Thank you for your continued support.
