We slept comfortably even as a couple! Breakfast was healthy, and the unique menu felt fresh and different from anywhere else. If I could make one request, I’d love to have options like natto or eggs. There were also various complimentary drinks available during our stay, which was perfect for a coffee lover like me. We stayed during the Obon holiday. The Room was spacious, the meals were delicious, and my elderly mother was very satisfied. All of the international staff were kind and played with our children.

I felt at ease knowing I could go anywhere with my dog. This time I only had breakfast, but it was very delicious and satisfying. Since it was a hot season, I used the air conditioner, but it was noisy, perhaps because the Facility is old. Other than that, my stay was comfortable.

I stayed for one night as an Accommodation stop during a drive because it caught my interest. Although this Ryokan has many international staff members, everyone was very kind and attentive, and I felt they were well trained. The food was delicious, and I was able to relax without worrying much about other guests. Thank you very much, Kazenomori.

Despite checking in at 11 PM, the staff's hospitality was absolutely perfect. The scent of the hand soap was amazing and left a lasting impression. I will definitely stay here again!

This Onsen Ryokan is designed for pet owners, and it was a huge help for those traveling with a dog. Not only was the staff’s hospitality excellent, but their care and attention toward our dog was also wonderful, making our stay very comfortable. The guest room was thoughtfully arranged for pet owners, and it was great to have a wide range of amenities provided. One small concern was that, perhaps because the room uses carpet, there was a slight lingering odor that seemed like urine from a previous guest’s dog. That part was disappointing. As for the meals, considering the Accommodation Fee, I would have been happier if they were a bit more substantial. Overall, I think this is an excellent option as an Onsen Ryokan where you can stay with your dog safely and with peace of mind.

Affordable, yet surprisingly spotless! When I heard it was a container house, I didn’t expect much, but the interior was very clean and exceptionally well maintained. The amenities were well stocked, and there’s a convenience store right in front, making it extremely convenient. Air conditioning is also provided, so the stay was comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

The bath, the Room, and the meals were all excellent. The bath has a great view and is spacious, so you can relax and take your time. The catfish at the breakfast buffet was especially delicious, so I ended up eating a lot. All of the staff were very kind. (Thank you so much for sending my lost item back to me!) I will definitely stay here again!

This was our Accommodation on the last day of our trip to Hokkaido. There was also a bus from Sapporo, so access was convenient. We made a Reservation for an Executive Suite. From check-in we used a dedicated counter, and there was also an exclusive lounge, which made the stay feel special. The bathroom was spacious and relaxing, and we were very satisfied. However, dinner was a buffet in a large hall, but it was so crowded that we couldn’t take our time, which was disappointing.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while enjoying the Tokyo view or have a drink there meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, and I truly enjoyed simply being in the Room. It felt more like spending time in a living room than staying in a Hotel Room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. The seating had an unusually generous amount of space between tables for a Tokyo Hotel, so I could spend time there in a very calm atmosphere. During cocktail time as well, rather than simply offering more food, it was thoughtfully arranged so guests could enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I remember how properly crafted cocktails were delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people think of lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was that the staff’s attention truly reached each guest, allowing everyone to enjoy a peaceful time. In addition, while Facilities such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge were all available within the property, each area still felt spacious enough that even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool I also had French onion gratin soup in my Room; it was perfect for warming up after getting chilled in the water, and I appreciated being able to make good use of my Hotel credit as well. I could also enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. Along with both Japanese breakfast options and buffet items—and unexpectedly receiving one of the chef’s signature dishes—everything was delicious and became a wonderful memory. I felt that one of this Hotel’s greatest strengths is having everything you need readily available while still being able to use it freely at your own pace. This stay made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

In a quiet location, the Room’s Onsen is also free-flowing, and bathing while feeling close to nature is wonderfully refreshing. Because it was the Obon season, there were no vacancies in the Room we wanted, and both the large public bath and the post-bath lounge area were crowded, which was a bit tiring. However, for a popular Accommodation at this price point, that’s understandable. Overall, we were very satisfied considering the cost. The front desk staff and the service during meals were excellent. The relaxation staff at the spa provided highly skilled treatments that felt great.

The location was great, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and was very satisfying. I would like to stay here again.

The station is right in front, which is very convenient. The Facility was also very clean. The Room was spacious, and the semi-double bed was comfortable. The staff always greeted us with a smile and provided very pleasant service. There were many other guests, including international travelers, but both the Room and the hallways were very quiet. It was my first time staying at this Hotel, and I was surprised at how much variety there was at breakfast—more than I expected! The Hotel’s special smoothies and a local specialty hot pot were delicious and made for a wonderful memory. I was truly impressed that even though breakfast is free, you can still enjoy local specialties. I ate plenty in the morning and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip even more afterward. We chose this Accommodation for our wedding anniversary, hoping for somewhere a little special this year. My husband and I are usually busy with our own schedules, and we’re often surprised by how little time we have to talk at home, but that day we ended up reminiscing about old memories the whole time (laugh). The staff were considerate and didn’t speak to us more than necessary, which made us feel they truly valued our time together. In the morning, we woke up early for a short walk and then returned to the Accommodation, and it was nice to head to breakfast without rushing. It became a wonderful anniversary memory.

Both the front desk and the lounge offered exceptionally warm, pleasant service—rare for a Hotel—and it really helped me relax. Since I was on a lower floor, getting around by stairs was easy and convenient. As I booked the premium type, I could also use the lounge with complimentary drinks (including alcohol), which almost felt wasted on a simple business trip. If you plan to have dinner in the lounge, I recommend adding an à la carte dish (the buffet is average). Unfortunately, the overall behavior of Japanese tourists at that time wasn’t great (nothing that can be helped). One concern was that there was quite a strong vibration noise coming from somewhere on an upper floor until late at night, which would make it hard to relax during the day.

I was very satisfied. The welcome drink, the large public bath, breakfast, and the hospitality from the front desk staff were all excellent. The bunk bed would be fine if you’re younger, but for me the steep ladder was a little scary. Both my husband and I slept very well—maybe the pillows suited us. Thank you very much.

Some areas inside the Hotel felt a bit dated. This is a matter of preference, but I wished there had been a pleasant fragrance throughout the Hotel. In the club lounge, the group next to us got into an argument, which was distracting and spoiled the atmosphere, which was disappointing. It seemed to be the same group, but I also hoped they would be more considerate about wearing strong perfume in the dining area.

I stayed for one night for personal reasons. The Room was spacious enough for this class, with a large TV and a wide double bed, which made it easy to stretch while watching videos. I’m not very comfortable with in-room bathtubs, so I looked for a Hotel with a public bath. The women’s bath wasn’t very large, but it wasn’t crowded when I used it, so I could relax. It might be a bit difficult if it gets busy. I also like the amenity setup where you pick up what you need from the lobby—no waste. The staff were kind and pleasant, and overall I had a relaxing stay. Breakfast had a good variety, so I could choose what I liked. I didn’t use it, but it’s also nice that alcohol is served during happy hour. If I come to Hamamatsu again, I’d love to stay here again. Thank you!

I was able to relax in a clean and spacious Room. Above all, the staff were kind and attentive wherever I went, which made my stay very pleasant. I also appreciated being able to adjust the portions of rice and miso soup myself. I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.
