First of all, the Hotel staff were absolutely outstanding! At mealtimes, we could dine while listening to the hostess sing, and her calm, soothing voice was truly relaxing. The food was also delicious—local specialties were incorporated beautifully, and we enjoyed every course without ever getting tired of it. And the open-air bath with a sky-high view was incredible! The scenery was breathtaking, and both body and mind were able to unwind completely. I’m truly glad I found a Hotel that made me want to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

My spouse, our younger daughter, and my 88-year-old mother stayed for one night. The arrival briefing was thorough and easy to understand, and whenever we had questions—at any time and in any place—the staff always responded accurately and courteously. What made us happiest was celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday at the restaurant: they kindly treated us to a special dish with sea bream, red rice, and sake. They also provided my husband with a purple outfit and took a commemorative family photo for us. It became a wonderful celebration, and we were deeply moved by the restaurant team’s thoughtful hospitality. The food was excellent, especially the fresh seafood. We also really enjoyed the Awa Odori event.\nThanks to everyone at the Hotel and restaurant, it was a truly memorable trip, and we are sincerely grateful.

Both the Room and the open-air bath were wonderful, and the ocean view from the Room was beautiful. We were able to enjoy delicious crab even in summer. When we mentioned that we were celebrating a special occasion, you kindly showed thoughtful consideration, which made our family very happy. From showing us around the Room to serving us at dinner, your service was truly pleasant, and everyone’s smiles were lovely. This trip was mainly to visit Ise Grand Shrine, Toba, and Futamiura. I was especially looking forward to visiting Futami Okitama Shrine and seeing the Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks), so I searched for the Accommodation closest to the shrine and chose “Oishiya.” From the very beginning, I was impressed by the exceptionally courteous and pleasant service. From arriving by taxi through check-in, being shown to my Room, dining, and even the Shuttle Service to the station after check-out, everything was handled in such a welcoming way that it made for a truly wonderful trip. To the proprietress, manager, attendants, Shuttle Service driver, and everyone at Oishiya, thank you very much. Dinner was a charcoal-grilled seafood kaiseki course. Starting with appetizers and sashimi, the main dishes featured an abundant selection including abalone, squid, turban shell, other shellfish, and vegetables. Being able to enjoy abalone both grilled and as sashimi made it an especially luxurious meal. The meal was so plentiful that I’m sorry I ended up leaving one dish unfinished. I also appreciate the attendant’s thoughtful consideration regarding dessert. The view of Futami’s sea from the panoramic bath was exceptional—I enjoyed it many times: before dinner, after dinner, and early in the morning. The location of this Accommodation is also perfect for accessing Futami Okitama Shrine. After check-in, after dinner, at sunrise time, and after check-out, I was able to visit a total of four times—it meant so much to me. Every view was wonderful, but the scenery at sunrise was truly unforgettable. Staying at “Oishiya” made this an outstanding trip. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. I stayed here once shortly after it opened, and the view from the Room, the cleanliness, and the bath were all outstanding, so with my birthday coming up I decided to visit again. Just like last time, everything was just as wonderful; the meals felt even more generous than before, and they were delicious—I was very satisfied. As with all Accommodations in this group, the service is excellent and full of thoughtful touches, so I can confidently recommend it to anyone. Thank you very much.

This was my first trip to Hakodate. There is only one direct flight a day from Nagoya, and I was incredibly lucky to get a ticket. Visiting a new place for the first time is so exciting. The Room had huge floor-to-ceiling windows with a panoramic view of Mt. Hakodate. The space was generous, and the bathtub and sink were spacious as well. The lighting switches were thoughtfully placed throughout, making everything very convenient—it was almost too comfortable! Dinner at Kita Jin (booked separately) was also excellent: premium Genghis Khan in a private room, relaxed and delicious. Breakfast was around 8:00, and we were seated right away. We came without much prior knowledge and were amazed by the variety—and even more by the quality of every dish. My spouse and I travel all over the whole country, and this may have been our best breakfast ever. Personally, I loved the eel snack with tea, dim sum, sashimi, chiffon cake, and egg tarts. What stayed with us most from this trip was meeting so many wonderful people in Hakodate: The kind driver with a great smile on the airport limousine bus. At lunchtime at Lucky Pierrot near the station—busy as it was—a female staff member still let us draw an Ichiban Kuji lottery ticket and gave us a pin badge with a big smile. At NIPPONIA Hotel Hakodate Port Town on our first day—a female staff member kindly explained everything and gave us a hand-drawn illustrated map of nearby spots within walking distance. On an evening sightseeing taxi tour to see Mt. Hakodate’s night view—a female driver born in Hakodate from Donan Taxi carefully explained local history, the Western-style houses in Motomachi, and the origins of Soma-tei. The staff who made our motorboat cruise even more enjoyable under clear skies the next day. At lunch near the station at Uni Specialty Shop Yoichiya—a female employee whose attentiveness and refined service truly impressed us. And above all, at Century Marina’s front desk—the female staff member who kindly explained everything for our first stay left a wonderful impression with her polite service; of course, the male staff member at checkout was also outstanding. The quick yet courteous service at Kita Jin was excellent as well—we are truly grateful to have stayed at this Hotel. It was an intense 2-night/3-day trip to Hakodate, but seeing everyone working so hard to make their city shine really moved us—it looked genuinely inspiring. We will definitely come again. I truly fell in love with historic Hakodate from the bottom of my heart!

This was my first stay here. What a wonderfully calming Accommodation. It’s not brand-new, but it’s very clean thanks to thorough housekeeping, and it also incorporates modern conveniences such as motion-sensor lighting. Even though I chose a lighter meal course, I ended up completely full. And everything was delicious. At this price, it’s truly great value. I also thought an Onsen visit in August would be lovely. It’s an Accommodation I’d definitely like to stay at again.

This was my fourth stay. The Room, meals, and service were all excellent, but above all, the bath was outstanding. Being able to soak while looking out at the sea without worrying about others is truly a luxury. With no fence or partitions around the bath, it feels wonderfully open. I would love to stay again.

This was my first trip to Sendai, and I also visited the Matsushima area for the first time. From the hospitality to how well-stocked the amenities were, everything exceeded my expectations, and the view from the room was wonderful. The meals were also very delicious. I did notice a few small flies in my room on the 4th floor, but other than that I was satisfied.

It was a soothing escape from my hectic daily routine. It was wonderful—I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this Ryokan specifically to enjoy ayu, as it is famous for its ayu cuisine. At dinner, a wide variety of ayu dishes were served, and I thoroughly enjoyed more than 10 fish. The most delicious was the ayu rice; even though I was already full, I ended up having two bowls. The non-ayu dishes also looked excellent, so next time I plan to try dishes other than ayu. The proprietress, the attendants, and the head chef were all friendly, and I had a wonderful time. It was a pity that the bath was not an Onsen, but it was spacious enough for more than the number of guests staying there, so I could soak at leisure and ease my travel fatigue. As this is a historic culinary Ryokan, you can’t expect modern comforts; however, it is well maintained in its own way and offers a different kind of comfort from today’s luxury Ryokan. This Accommodation lets you experience the comfort of a traditional Japanese inn.

The weather was great, and we had a clear view of Mt. Fuji. The meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied. It was disappointing that Fujiyama Onsen was closed.

Although I was worried about the earthquake’s impact, I decided to visit from Kumamoto Airport. Perhaps because a week had passed since the quake, I hardly noticed any effects and was able to stay with peace of mind. Above all, I was amazed by how delicious the meals were. Dinner featured duck hot pot, miso soup, and rice cooked in a traditional pot; breakfast included nori seaweed, natto, and French toast. Every dish felt heartfelt, and I ended up eating far more than I expected. The Onsen was just as described in advance and helped relieve my fatigue. It was a truly satisfying stay. Lastly, I asked about the period “.” after Seifuso’s name that had caught my attention. Despite all the hardships you have faced—including the earthquake—I was deeply moved to hear that it represents putting a “.” (period) on these hardships and creating a new Seifuso going forward. Thank you very much. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again.

The food was delicious, the free drinks were great, and we could watch the fireworks right in front of us—it was amazing. Thank you very much. If we have another opportunity, we would definitely like to stay again.

Although the weather was unfortunately cloudy with occasional squall-like showers and brief sunny spells during our stay, we were still able to fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. The location is just over an hour from Naha Airport, making it a great base for getting anywhere. Highly recommended in every respect—Facility, dining, and service.

We stayed here on a family trip with my parents. The Room was spacious and airy, and the greenery visible from the window was truly beautiful—so we were able to relax from the moment we arrived. This time we stayed in two Rooms, “Sono Ichi” and “Sono Yon,” and both had large baths and were wonderful spaces where we could unwind completely. The staff’s thoughtfulness also left a strong impression. They responded attentively whenever needed, while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance that never felt intrusive. They warmly celebrated my mother’s birthday, which made my parents very happy. They even sent a forgotten item to our home, and we remained grateful until the very end of our stay. The meals were unforgettable as well. The cutlet was light yet full of rich lean-meat flavor, and absolutely delicious. And the ayu sweetfish was so good that everyone in our family agreed it was the best ayu we had ever had. From the Room and bath to the food and hospitality, everything was flawless. Thank you for making our precious family trip even more special.

Three generations of our family, including myself, stayed here. We truly appreciated the thoughtful care shown throughout our stay, especially the consideration for my mother, who has difficulty walking, and we were able to relax comfortably. I stayed here with my mother and nephew on a trip for three. We were able to relax in a separate Room, and we could also borrow colorful yukata. This trip was to help cheer up my mother before she begins medical treatment, so it was truly wonderful. Breakfast was gently seasoned, and it seemed my mother was able to enjoy plenty of it as well. We visited just before the summer holiday season, and since there were fewer guests, they kindly upgraded our Room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a Room with an open-air bath, so we could soak in the Onsen many times and felt truly refreshed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The large garden was in hydrangea and rose season, so we enjoyed strolling through the beautiful grounds. It was an early summer vacation for us—thank you very much!
