I love Okinawa and visit with my child more than once a year. I’ve stayed at most hotels there, and this is a place where your senses come alive the moment you step inside. Among hotels of the same class in Okinawa, it may well be the best in both service and facilities. The airport transfers to and from Naha Airport were both in an Alphard. The female foreign driver on our return trip made the ride especially comfortable. Arriving at the lobby after dozing off on the way, we were greeted by a breathtaking view—welcome drinks served while looking out over the beautiful sea. From our room as well, we had an uninterrupted view of blue skies and an emerald-green ocean stretching out before us. The private pool is also an infinity pool, so it felt wonderful no matter how many times we went in. There were floats for both adults and children as well. For dinner, we chose sushi kaiseki on the first night and French on the second. Wanting to relax in our room with our child, we asked to switch the sushi kaiseki to room service; they set it up side by side facing the window so we could enjoy it while watching the sunset—and it was absolutely delicious. Beautifully presented with exceptional freshness; you can really sense the chef’s artistry! For French dinner, we were shown to a private room and enjoyed a relaxed meal on a sofa there as well. We heard this property was ranked No. 1 by Ikkyu as a “gourmet destination,” and I completely agree—the dishes were elegant French cuisine that truly highlighted each ingredient’s flavor. While many luxury hotels offer rather typical kids’ menus, here they wonderfully arranged a full-course children’s menu; my child usually leaves food behind but finished everything this time. I don’t drink alcohol, but the lounge offered Okinawan spirits and beer, along with bite-sized savory snacks and sweets that paired well—everything tasted great. They treated my child warmly throughout our stay too. This is definitely a hotel we want to return to!

The property itself was spotless and wonderful, but what left the strongest impression was the hospitality of the entire staff. They noticed that we had purchased wine during our stay and brought wine glasses to our room before we even had to ask. Also, although I made a last-minute request right before arrival for birthday decorations (not expecting much), they prepared something far more beautiful than I imagined in such a short time. In addition, due to an error at the time of booking, our child was not included in the number of guests. At check-in, they immediately confirmed it on the spot and arranged everything with a smile—without showing any displeasure at all. Not only in these bigger moments, but also in many small interactions throughout our stay, it was clear that each staff member genuinely thought about what would make guests happy and acted accordingly. I felt this same attitude from everyone we interacted with—not just one particular person—so rather than individual customer service skills, it seems that hospitality is truly embedded in the property’s culture and training. Of course the facilities were excellent, but the number one reason we want to come back is because of the service from all of your staff. It became a wonderful family memory. Thank you very much.

During our trip from the main island to Miyakojima, we stayed here for the entire time on the main island. The Room was spacious and very clean! We were truly touched by the honeymoon towel art and flowers that were prepared for us. The view of the ocean and Kouri Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. My husband was thrilled with the Agu pork shabu-shabu dinner. We also dined at a restaurant in the Hotel group, and it was delicious and stylish as well. Breakfast was delivered to our Room, and even during our Multiple Night Stay, they changed the menu each day—everything was so thoughtful. We had a wonderfully relaxing Hotel stay while enjoying a resort atmosphere, and our time on Kouri Island became an unforgettable memory. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again someday.

The staff, the Room, and the meals were all excellent, and I was very satisfied. You can’t see an Okinawa-style coastline from the Hotel, but that was fine since I enjoyed it during the day. Considering the price, it’s a perfect 100/100! I highly recommend this Hotel. It’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again when I visit Okinawa.

Was this heaven? I had such a dreamlike stay. The ocean-view scenery, the unhurried pace of time—every moment was perfect. Whenever I went out to the pool or the beach, the staff immediately checked in and prepared my seat. It was truly wonderful. Breakfast looked great and tasted great—there’s nothing not to love about Halekulani. It’s a Hotel I definitely want to return to.

This Hotel impressed us in every way—hospitality, Facility, everything. At check-in, a staff member even came out to the parking lot to greet us. While enjoying a welcome drink, we received a thorough explanation of the property. The kids were beyond excited about how spacious and spotless the Room was, and about the view. There were thoughtful loan items such as card games, so not only the children but also we parents had a great time. We were also happy to find ReFa straightening and curling irons and a SHARP drum washer-dryer permanently installed, with detergent provided as well. The cleaning was impeccable down to every corner—truly impressive! (We stayed at another luxury Hotel the night before and noticed uncleaned areas and even flies, but here there was nothing like that—everything was beautiful.) At night, we relaxed by floating in the pool while gazing at the stars. And then breakfast—again, amazing: tender Wagyu steak in the morning and carefully prepared dishes using local ingredients. We had mentioned it was an anniversary trip, and they even prepared a cake and drinks for us. Every staff member was polite and warm; our 6-year-old son says it’s “the best Hotel ever.” I didn’t know Kouri Island could be such a wonderful place. We would absolutely love to stay again—with this Hotel as our main reason for coming back.

We stayed for two nights. The moment we entered the entrance, we were greeted by a soothing aroma, and the lobby was stylish as well. The Room was spotless and very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and we also enjoyed afternoon tea by the pool. We tried a variety of dishes and drinks. Above all, every staff member welcomed us with a smile, and we truly appreciated your thoughtful hospitality. This is the perfect Hotel if you want to spend a relaxing, adults-only time in Okinawa! We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We had stayed at another resort hotel until the day before, but we were truly impressed by the attentive service here—wonderful hospitality from helping with our luggage to taking photos. When we opened the window, the Irabu Bridge and Miyako Blue stretched out right in front of us, and the time wrapped in the morning sun was pure bliss. The room, styled in white and beige tones, and the spacious powder room were both stylish and spotless. There wasn’t a single bug, so we could relax in complete comfort. The pleasant scent in the lobby also left a strong impression, and every time we returned to the hotel we felt refreshed. The in-room amenities were equally impressive—high-quality hair dryers and kettles from well-known brands, as well as an excellent selection of complimentary drinks—showing thoughtful attention to detail throughout. Overall it was a highly satisfying stay, but a couple of small points stood out: the shampoo products didn’t suit my hair or skin, and I would have loved to see a bit more Miyakojima-style dishes or Japanese options at breakfast (even about one-third more). All in all, we were extremely satisfied and would definitely love to return—and recommend it to others.

This was my first stay here. I chose this Hotel because I wanted to visit Seibuen Amusement Park nearby. I checked in looking forward to the Room upgrade Plan, and was amazed by the wall-to-wall windows with a wide-open sky and Lake Tama spread out before me. Being a top-floor corner Room made the view even more spectacular. The spacious, spotless Room delighted my child as well. The large public bath on site was also spacious and comfortable. They seem to pay attention to fragrance as well, and the pleasant scent throughout helped me relax deeply. The front desk staff were excellent, and I truly felt I was receiving first-class Hotel service. The rooftop restaurant also had a beautiful view, and everything at breakfast was delicious. The attentiveness of the service staff there was outstanding too—they were constantly mindful of every guest and provided fast, flawless service. It reminded me of true Japanese hospitality that has become rarer to see these days. This was the best Hotel I’ve stayed at recently. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

I stayed in Nakatsugawa the night before to attend the Kashimo Meijiza Classic Concert the next day. I arrived earlier than expected, but they kindly showed me to my Room early—much appreciated! Inside the building, you take off your shoes, which caught me off guard at first, but I had brought indoor slippers so I was able to stay comfortable. The cafe space has high ceilings and feels clean and uncluttered. Overall it doesn’t have a particularly relaxing atmosphere, but it’s comfortable as a place to stay. You can take a walk nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants around, so it was easy and pleasant to spend time there.

I stayed one night in a High Floor Superior Room. The view from the room was stunning, and the sunset over the ocean was beautiful. The bathroom in the room was spacious, and having a large public bath with ocean views felt truly luxurious. The room was generously sized and comfortable, and it made me want to stay longer. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes as well as Okinawan cuisine, all high quality—I was very satisfied. The location is convenient not only for Motobu and Nakijin but also as a great base for exploring northern Okinawa.

Although I have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans in Japan and abroad, there are surprisingly few Hotels that I can look back on later and truly feel were a great stay. This time, however, even after more than a month, the wonderful afterglow of the trip still remains. The Room, restaurant, and pool were all impeccably maintained, with thoughtful attention evident everywhere—nothing felt lacking or excessive. A major reason was also the excellent hospitality from the female staff member who welcomed us from check-in. I was also happy that there were no guests being loud or disruptive, and I am truly grateful to have found a Hotel I can return to with a smile and say, “I’m home!”

My son gifted us a trip for my 70th birthday and my darling’s 67th birthday. We had stayed at Allamanda 10 years ago, and this time we chose Splendid, which opened this April. My only regret is that I forgot to bring the Allamanda tote bag back from the room, but it was the most wonderful trip—one we will never forget. I’m filled with gratitude. Thank you so much.

We had planned to stay before the Obon holidays, but a typhoon was approaching, so we exchanged emails with the staff several times. The staff were very polite and helpful, and thanks to them we were able to change our dates smoothly. It was a 3-night, 4-day stay, and we were very satisfied with the welcome drink upon arrival and the thorough explanation from the staff. The Room was clean, and the amenities—including complimentary bath salts and bath bombs—were wonderful. We had seen in a Review that breakfast involved waiting, but since we entered the breakfast venue right when it opened at 7:00, it wasn’t an issue at all. Both the Japanese and Western options were delicious, with fresh local vegetables included. We definitely want to return! Because it’s in a nature-rich area, I wouldn’t recommend it for those who dislike insects. In our case, my husband grew up in the countryside and was delighted whenever he spotted big frogs, spiders, or grasshoppers on the Facility grounds.

This was my second stay. I really appreciate that bath amenities include bath salts. The Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, so it was great being able to watch Netflix and YouTube. I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear any outside noise. I thought the breakfast was better than last time. There were also some dishes I hadn’t seen before (I can’t remember the name, but something like fish tempura mixed with a sauce?), and it was delicious! All-you-can-eat Blue Seal ice cream is also a big plus. (You scoop it yourself with a disher.) There were three flavors, and I went back for seconds twice. Next time I stay, I’ll definitely book breakfast again.

Everything—from the Facility and hospitality to the dining—exceeded our expectations, and it was a stay that our whole family genuinely enjoyed. Our child liked it so much they said, “I want to come again,” and we felt it is a Hotel that’s perfect for a family trip. This time we stayed for one night and two days because we were also staying at another Hotel, but considering the well-equipped Facility and services, I think a Multiple Night Stay would let you appreciate this Hotel’s appeal even more. Next time, we would definitely like to stay for multiple nights. [Club Lounge] The staff at check-in were extremely courteous, and we were able to enjoy sweets and drinks while completing the procedures. They also prepared coloring sets for each child in our party, which left a great impression as our child was able to spend the time without getting bored. [Guest Room: Ryukyu Suite / Beach View] The in-room refrigerator was a large model with completely separate fridge and freezer compartments, making it very convenient even for families. The toilet was modern and very clean, so it was comfortable to use. Having an in-room drum-type washer/dryer is especially helpful for longer stays or trips with children. Also, because there is a tatami room, children can relax safely lying down; we felt it’s a guest room where families can truly unwind together. Since it’s on the 3rd floor, the view isn’t quite “breathtaking,” but we had no particular complaints and stayed comfortably. [Dinner: Roy’s] There was an excellent variety of sushi options, and the desserts were plentiful as well—everything was delicious. We were satisfied enough that we definitely want to dine here again next time, and I can strongly recommend it to future guests. [Breakfast: Four Seasons] As part of the club floor benefits, we could make a Reservation at check-in, which helped us avoid crowds and enter smoothly. All dishes were delicious—especially the pancakes. With seating overlooking the ocean and a great atmosphere overall, it made for a wonderful morning. [Large Public Bath] We used it around 9:00 PM. It was crowded inside, but there was always an available washing station. Towels were provided as well, which made everything comfortable. [Facilities & Amenities] While not large, there is an indoor pool; plus activities such as rock-paper-scissors stamp rallies are held too, so children won’t get bored even on rainy days. We spent comfortably everywhere—including the outdoor pool area and the beach. [What Was Disappointing] The club floor benefit “Dolphin Splash” and the suite benefit “Wake-Up Sailing” were fully booked so we couldn’t participate. Although this seems unavoidable since the website states they are first-come-first-served programs as well، I hope improvements can be made so guests are less likely to miss out on these benefits altogether.

Our group of 10 family members across three households stayed here. The Facility and amenities were well equipped, and the children especially spent all their time playing in the pool and jacuzzi. Everyone was very satisfied, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Whenever I visit Ishigaki Island, I stay at this Hotel. The view from the Room is wonderful, and the Facility is compact overall, making it comfortable and easy to spend time here. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it tastes good, and I’m happy they also offer several kinds of fruit. The price isn’t too high, and it’s in a convenient location, so I recommend it!

This was my first stay. When we needed to change our dates due to a typhoon hitting directly, you handled it very courteously. The Room, the large public bath, and the breakfast were all excellent—I was completely satisfied. I would like to stay again next time. Thank you very much for everything.

This was our first return visit since our son, now 19, stayed here when he was 2. The hospitality and attentive management were just as outstanding as ever. New thoughtful services have been added since then, such as the option to switch breakfast to lunch and early check-out, and our whole family of four—including our 12-year-old daughter—enjoyed every moment. The cleanliness around the pool and the beauty of the sea are clearly thanks to everyone’s daily care. It is truly a wonderful Hotel.
