I stayed here again because I had a great experience last time! There’s a FamilyMart and a supermarket within walking distance from the Hotel, so the location is very convenient. The front desk staff were also very kind, which left a great impression. I also enjoyed having a pool!

The Facility was a bit old, but the staff were kind and welcoming, and I had a very pleasant stay. I also really enjoyed the happy hour and the morning obanzai—they were delicious. If I come to Kyoto again, I will stay here.

We chose this Hotel after reading Reviews and checking the price. All of the staff were kind, and the check-in explanation was very easy to understand. The Room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. We were very satisfied because we could enjoy both Taiko no Yu and the Hotel’s Onsen! After getting tired from walking up the hill before arriving at the Hotel, the cold welcome drink was perfect! Our whole family was happy with our stay. Thank you!

This was our last night’s stay on our trip to eastern Hokkaido, and even though it’s a Business Hotel, it has an Onsen, which we were able to enjoy at a relaxed pace despite its small size. It’s right in front of the station, with many restaurants nearby, and we found a great izakaya while taking a walk. Breakfast was also delicious, and I think we stayed at a reasonable price. Thank you very much.

I used to stay at Hotel Route-Inn Oshu every summer when visiting home, but this time I made a Reservation at Kanegasaki. The Room felt more spacious than in Oshu, and my three-night stay was very comfortable. It was also great that I could check how busy the restaurant and public bath were from my Room, and the ample parking made my stay worry-free. I would like to stay with you again next year. We stayed here for a family trip. We have a small child and caused you some trouble in various ways, but the hostess always helped us with a smile. Not only the barbecue Facility, but also the well-maintained garden, the interior, and the delicious coffee—everything showed such thoughtful care, and we were truly impressed. Enjoying the chef’s delicious pizza and an abundant barbecue platter while looking out at Mt. Fuji was amazing. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

I stayed here to attend a live show at Tokyo Garden Theater. It’s not far from the nearest stations on the Rinkai Line or the private Yurikamome Line, and it’s right next to Ariake Garden, with an Onsen, theaters, and shopping. You can even get there from the Hotel without an umbrella on rainy days. I’ve never stayed at such a convenient Hotel before. The Hotel was also very clean, and the seafood rice bowl at breakfast is something you rarely find elsewhere. The staff were always smiling, and I’d definitely like to stay here again for my next concert. Tokyo Disneyland is also within about 30 minutes, which is great for families who want to split up and do different things.

I stay here almost every year. Part of the lobby floor has been renovated and now features a dark-brown themed space. It gives a great impression as well, but personally I also liked the pre-renovation atmosphere that felt like a long-established Hotel. The souvenir shop has been downsized, and it seems the number of items for sale has decreased, which was a little disappointing. I hope you will bring back the zodiac “Okiagari Koboshi” dolls for sale again. (Buying that year’s zodiac doll here was one of my annual highlights.) As always, the staff were wonderful—efficient and consistently attentive—and I truly wish staff at other Hotel brands would learn from their professionalism. This time I stayed in the Rainbow Wing. With large windows letting in plenty of light, the room was very bright, and the evening view of Hakone-Yumoto Station from the window was beautiful. The Onsen felt like proof that Yumoto Fujiya Hotel remains an authentic Onsen Ryokan, and I was able to relax deeply. I hope the outdoor corridor leading to the Onsen will return as part of the main route again, like it was a few years ago. The day’s humidity in Yumoto and the sound of insects coming from among the trees make it feel like a truly special corridor. The post-bath lounge was very comfortable (including air conditioning), and I ended up staying there for quite a while. It might be convenient to have a change machine near the paid massage chairs. Once again, everything—from check-in until leaving this Accommodation—was extremely comfortable.

The Onsen is the main highlight, and with a full range of comfortable amenities, I was able to enjoy a truly fulfilling day. After working up a sweat at the gym, I played a little table tennis and felt like a kid again. The sauna is spacious and made of wood, and there is also a mist sauna—I did five rounds in total. To finish, I relaxed in the shallow pool and took a break with a draft beer. The large public bath left me feeling refreshed.

Stayed here to visit Jingu Stadium. It’s conveniently located near the station—Akasaka-mitsuke Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line is within a 10-minute walk, and it’s just two stops to Gaienmae! The top-floor panoramic bath isn’t very large, but it was nice to be able to stretch out and relax. There was a mistake in settling the Accommodation fee at the front desk, which was a bit concerning. The parking was also inexpensive at 1,000 yen per night, which I appreciated.

The guest rooms have been renovated and are now more user-friendly than before. The vending machines in the building have been removed, so you’ll need to buy drinks at a convenience store and store them in the in-room refrigerator. One complimentary bottle of mineral water is provided. This Hotel is conveniently located near the station, well cleaned, and a comfortable place to stay with peace of mind. We stayed with our 3-year-old and our 2-month-old baby. We chose this Accommodation because the Room has a private open-air bath, and in-room dining—now quite rare—meant we could relax even with small children. About two days before our stay, we received a confirmation call and were grateful for the details about the Shuttle Service pickup location. When we told them our children’s ages, they kindly said, “We’ll make sure your Room is thoroughly cleaned.” The Facility felt a bit dated, but the Room was very clean. Everyone at the Ryokan wore hakama, which looked wonderful. Since we arrived with children, they guided us to our Room first, and being able to complete check-in in the Room was also a big plus. We were welcomed with matcha tea and warabi mochi, which helped us unwind after traveling. With only eight guest Rooms, it was very quiet throughout our stay—comfortable like having a private villa. They had already laid out futons so our child could lie down anytime, and they spoke warmly to our older child by name—thoughtful service that really stood out. Every in-room dining dish was delicious, especially the fish dishes. The private open-air bath attached to the guest Room had a lovely hinoki aroma. It rained on arrival day, but the next morning we enjoyed a bath while looking out at the sea. There is also a reservable open-air bath on the rooftop; after putting the kids to sleep, my spouse and I took turns using it. We even enjoyed stargazing at night—such a special memory. Thanks to all of their thoughtful care, this became an unforgettable family trip. We would love to stay again when we visit Izu. Thank you very much!

Like many Hotels, having only two elevators can feel inconvenient during busy times. Even if you want to take the stairs for health reasons, the doors are closed, so it seems they are not recommended and you end up spending time looking for them. Breakfast was delicious. The salad was placed at the very back, after the rice and drinks; if possible, I would prefer it to be at the beginning or at the end of the line, since I plan my portions. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with no major issues.

The building is old, but it felt clean. There were paintings displayed everywhere, which was lovely. The Hotel staff were also very courteous. However, after checking out, I stopped by again in the evening because I decided there was a souvenir from the Hotel that I wanted to buy. When I told a man at the front desk—someone I had not seen before—that I was not a guest with a Reservation for that day, his attitude felt a bit cold, so I deducted one star. The female front desk staff were all polite and helpful. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a couple. We made our Reservation one week before our stay, and the only Room available came with a semi-open-air bath. The Room was very clean and spacious, facing the ocean—absolutely wonderful. The beach is right in front of the Hotel, and it felt like a private beach; we could take a walk at sunset and really enjoy the resort atmosphere. Not only was the in-room semi-open-air bath great, but the large public bath with an open-air bath was also very spacious, so we could relax and enjoy it at our leisure. For dinner, since we don’t eat much, we chose the standard course and it was more than enough. It seemed you could also order extras such as golden eye snapper, abalone, and spiny lobster. Breakfast was entirely self-service, and even if you wanted to grill dried fish (aji), you had to go get items like a pot and solid fuel yourself, which felt a bit inconvenient. Alcohol was free during dinner, which was excellent; however, there were no vending machines inside the Hotel for other times, so having to go out to a convenience store to buy drinks was disappointing. Considering the Facility and overall offering, it felt like good value for money; overall satisfaction was high, and we would like to stay again.

I stayed here along the line for a concert in Takaishi City. The location was convenient, check-in was straightforward, and the room was spacious—overall a very comfortable stay. As a personal note… the bathtub felt a bit shallow. Also, my name was entered incorrectly at check-in, but the front desk staff were very pleasant, so it didn’t leave me with a bad impression. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again and make use of the on-site Facilities as well.

This was my first time staying here. It’s close to the interchange, so it’s convenient if you’re driving. There are also many restaurants within walking distance—Bikkuri Donkey, Yamaokaya, Komeda Coffee, Kora, and more—so you’ll have plenty of choices. The Room was clean and there is a large public bath as well. I would like to stay here again.

The Room and bathroom were very clean. The coffee was especially delicious. Thank you. However, the refrigerator under the TV did not cool properly, and the mineral water remained lukewarm until the next day (even after adjusting the temperature settings).
