Unlike the Kanazawa Station location, I did not receive a confirmation call about pre-booking the EV charger. As a result, I called several times to Check Reservation, but every call was automatically routed to the call center, and I couldn’t tell whether my Reservation was secured until I arrived. When I explained this at the front desk, an older staff member apologized politely. Thankfully, the Reservation had been made. The EV charger is located behind the Hotel, and there is only one unit. By the way, this staff member provided the best and most professional service I have ever experienced at Route Inn—his attentiveness was outstanding. The lobby offered local Nakano apple juice and chilled sweets, which was a nice touch. The Room had been renovated, but the unit bath was an extremely small old-style type—especially the toilet. There were few restaurants nearby and it’s quite far to the station area, so we used Hanachaya in the Hotel for dinner. Route Inn properties with limited dining options nearby often have Hanachaya. I don’t think this was available before, but they now offer all-you-can-drink: 1 hour for 1,000 yen or 1.5 hours for 1,650 yen. It’s an excellent deal and hard to pass up. The draft beer was great, and they also had three types of local sake. The food was simply good, and the older gentleman working there was very kind. The bill ended up being very reasonable as well—I was satisfied overall. The only downside is that there aren’t many menu items; if you doubled the menu selection, sales and guest satisfaction would probably double too. Please consider it. Breakfast was fine overall, but it was disappointing that there wasn’t any curry here.

As I am recovering from an illness and have difficulty walking, I noted this when making my Reservation. I truly appreciated your thoughtful consideration regarding the location of the Room and our dining table. The Room and the open-air bath were spacious, and the continuously flowing hot spring water in the open-air bath was wonderfully relaxing. The open-air bath also had a small handrail, so I could enter and exit safely even with limited mobility. The meals were delicious, with plenty of local specialties such as Omi beef and iwana (char). Once I’m feeling better, I’d love to visit again—next time to fully enjoy the large public bath and the stone sauna as well!

It was very close to the entrance of Akame 48 Waterfalls, making it extremely convenient for walking and exploring. The building is old, but the furniture and interior are refined and do not feel rustic. The food was also delicious. We went by car, and there is a steep slope in front of the Accommodation, so it’s best to drive carefully there. Some parts of the road on the way are narrow, but they are well maintained, so as long as you watch out for oncoming cars, there should be no problem.

I booked the reliable Route Inn because I wanted to take a relaxing bath. Since I wasn’t traveling by car, I took a taxi, which was an unexpected expense, but I’m glad I was able to unwind.

It’s close to Haneda. I usually bring it with me, but I forgot my makeup remover. The Hotel didn’t have any. If you bring your own, there’s no problem.\nThe Room was a bit noisy, so I woke up occasionally. If I stay again, I’ll make sure to arrive tired enough to sleep well.

Honestly, I liked it so much that I almost don’t want to spread the word through Reviews (lol). This time, I prioritized access from the station and price, and since my stay was short, I made a Reservation with almost no expectations for the Hotel. But in the best way possible, it completely exceeded them. All of the staff are simply wonderful. Stylish but not pretentious, with a comfortable sense of distance—they naturally check in on you at just the right moments. The amenities in front of reception are well stocked, and you can select everything you need. They even have pajamas, and the amenities selection is so complete you’ll think, “Is there anything missing?”! The welcome tea set made me go, “Wait—why is this so stylish?” Everything was delicious. You can really feel how much care went into that welcome tea set. Absolutely amazing! The burgers at the first-floor café were also surprisingly good. Room service hours had already ended, so I had one for lunch instead! I didn’t use it this time, but apparently there’s all-you-can-drink beer from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM!! And above all, the handwritten guide introducing Yanesen around the Hotel was fantastic. It’s handmade by staff and covers everything from restaurants to cafés to sightseeing spots—you can truly feel their desire for guests to enjoy the neighborhood. Depending on your purpose, a Hotel often ends up being just a place to sleep—but here, for the first time in a while, I felt that “staying at the Hotel itself is fun.” …That said, I kind of don’t want it to become too famous and crowded (lol). Next time I’m in Tokyo, I definitely want to stay here again.

This was my first time staying here. Due to scheduling, I chose the No Meals Included plan, but the owner was very kind (thank you for carefully keeping my forgotten item). The flower bed outside the window was also well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. Next time, I would like to enjoy a meal made with homegrown vegetables.

On the morning of the 24th, I searched for and booked a Hotel with a large public bath nearby so I could watch the Gion Festival yamahoko “tsujimawashi” at Kawaramachi Oike. It was absolutely the right choice! From the subtly Kyoto-style entrance, everything felt welcoming—especially the front desk staff, whose excellent service instantly eased my fatigue from traveling in extreme heat. I was satisfied as soon as I entered the Room. It’s a take-off-your-shoes style, and the clean Room along with its layout and furnishings made it feel like coming home. Having all water facilities grouped together right by the entrance is very convenient. Since there is a large public bath, the shower booth in the Room was more than enough. While many Hotels these days don’t provide sofas or tables, I really appreciated having a long sofa you can lie down on, an armchair-style single sofa, and a table that’s plenty for two people. There are many great restaurants nearby, so it was nice to have a setup that makes takeout easy to enjoy in the Room. The lighting controls were easy to understand, with thoughtful touches like an individual bedside light and options for indirect lighting throughout the Room. The bed was very comfortable—even with sensitive skin and being sensitive to smells, I slept soundly. The linens—especially the pajamas—were high quality and perfectly laundered; cleaning standards were excellent overall, including towels for the large public bath. Water came in stylish Ito En bottle-type containers that were replenished again on the second day and convenient to carry around. Tea, coffee, and black tea were also restocked, and I was happy they even provided wine glasses. At the entrance to/fromthe large public bath area there were two types of vinegar drinks that helped me stay balanced during summer heat. As for views: you can see mountains inthe distance,but right next door is an apartment balcony,and below is temple cemetery grounds,s oI keptthe blinds downand used indirect lighting.(I usedto livein Teramachi,s o cemeteries don’t bother me.)Since windows are frosted glassin springand autumn too,I think it won’t be an issue unless you wantto open them fully.The hospitality at this Hotel more than made upfor it.I didn’t add breakfast,but usedthe attached grillfor lunchand cocktail time,and enjoyed both.I’d love to stay at this Accommodation again.

The wonderful view overlooking Chiba Park and the very stylish Room made for an extremely comfortable stay. I would have been even happier if the in-room selection of tea bags and drip coffee packs had been a bit more extensive. Also, I personally didn’t mind that there was no TV in the Room at all, but this may be a matter of preference depending on the guest. Overall, it was a refined and excellent Hotel.

I stayed one night in Ueda while traveling from Tokyo to Kanazawa. It looks far more stylish than in the photos. I expected a renovated Hotel in an older building, but I was impressed from the moment I stepped into the front desk area, and I also loved the calm atmosphere of the Room. On top of that, the large public bath and sauna were truly outstanding. Every item at the attached bakery looked delicious, and quite a few people came just to buy bread. This is a highly satisfying Hotel that makes you want to stop by Ueda whenever you visit the Nagano area. Because I hope it continues to become an even better Hotel, my only request is this: while I was happy with the breakfast bread selection at the restaurant, I’d like to see a bit more effort put into both the dinner menu and some of the finer details.

This was my first stay at Fuji Station Non-Smoking Building, and the service during check-in was excellent. I have stayed at other Super Hotels before, but I have never experienced such great hospitality. It was truly impressive. The free welcome bar was also satisfying. The bathroom and toilet were a bit small, but since it was a single room, it seemed reasonable. I had a very pleasant stay. I had to leave early in the morning and couldn't have breakfast this time, but I look forward to trying it next time.

The food here is very delicious. From appetizers to salads and pizza & pasta, everything was stylish and tasty. You can also enjoy breakfast in a relaxed mood while looking out at the ocean. The Room may not be the best, but you can see the effort, and the air conditioning has been updated, so it was comfortable. Considering the price, I think it’s quite good. I’d like to come again in summer.

The staff welcomed us so warmly, and even when we were leaving, they took such great care of us that we didn’t want to go home! We decided to add breakfast at the last minute, and it was wonderful—having breakfast in the courtyard was amazing, and everything tasted fantastic. The view is beautiful and the Hotel is very clean, so I think you can truly relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. Also, when we called the taxi company you recommended, we were lucky to get a kind driver who told us about lots of sightseeing spots—it was great! Even when we forgot something, a staff member ran outside to help us, and thanks to them our trip stayed wonderful right until the end. It was so lovely that words can’t really do it justice—so please just try staying here! We’ll definitely come again! Just one last thing: I’d be very happy if the hair dryer had a stronger airflow.

This was my first time using this service. The reception staff were kind and provided clear explanations. Although I believe the staff member was new, they were polite and courteous, making my stay pleasant. The Room was clean, and the breakfast was great. I would consider staying here again if I have the chance.

I was able to relax and rest well. The breakfast was delicious, and it even included sashimi.

I was a bit worried the road to the Accommodation went so far back, but I arrived safely. It’s a quiet Accommodation on the edge of a rural area. They also offer day-use bathing, but the bath area is spacious so it never felt crowded. The Onsen water was soft and at just the right temperature, and I could relax and soak at ease. Dinner was delicious, and I even enjoyed the kamameshi to finish. At night, the open-air bath under a sky full of stars was outstanding. The rice at breakfast was excellent—no surprise for a region known for its rice. It’s not a flashy Facility, but it was a warm and pleasant Accommodation.

I stayed with dinner and breakfast included. Both meals were delicious and very filling. The staff's hospitality was excellent. The room was stylish, and I was surprised to see amenities like razors, toothbrushes, and combs all made of bamboo. It was a hotel I would love to use again.

Three guests stayed in the loft and three on the first floor. Even though we understood the layout beforehand, it felt quite cramped. The staff were very helpful, the Onsen was extremely relaxing, and we were satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the meals. However, drinks were overwhelmingly expensive—the dinner drink bill came to 15,000 yen! This really needs improvement. I think this Accommodation is also ideal for playing in the river.

The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. However, there is no elevator, so you have to take the stairs to your room, which made carrying luggage difficult.

Staying here after playing golf was very helpful when planning the next day. However, the Room lighting is dim and the TV is small, so it’s hard to see from the bed. It may be a bit difficult to use for work in the evening or later.
