I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. It was conveniently located near the station with easy access, and the coin laundry and bath were also easy to use. The staff service was excellent, and I would like to stay again.

A modern Hotel located next to the Churui Roadside Station. Clean Accommodations are hard to find in this area, so it’s well worth considering when planning an itinerary around Cape Erimo. The alkaline hot spring water leaves your skin feeling smooth.

Dinner at the Hotel restaurant was inexpensive and very delicious. The entire Hotel has been renovated, and it was comfortable.

Everything you need is provided—thoughtfully and thoroughly. We recommend listening carefully to the staff’s instructions at check-in.

I had stayed here with a friend before and remembered it fondly, so this time I stayed with my husband. When making the Reservation, I requested a specific Room type, and they accommodated my request exactly, which helped us create wonderful memories. Even my husband, who doesn’t like vegetables, loved the restaurant where the vegetables are truly delicious. I was genuinely impressed by how good they were. The key to the private bath was broken, but they promptly switched us to another bath. It’s a favorite Hotel with excellent value for money, and we definitely want to stay again.

My daughter-in-law’s parents live near Nijo Castle, and we stayed here to coincide with her second homecoming childbirth. Parking was free, and although there was a minor issue in the Room, it was handled promptly. The free shuttle bus to Kyoto Station was also very convenient. I’ve stayed overnight in Kyoto many times, and I truly feel we should have used this place much sooner. The area in front of the banquet hall on the second floor was spacious as well, and even though it was scorching hot outside, we were able to relax and play with our two-year-old first grandchild—making this a stay we are deeply grateful for.

As the facility includes an Onsen, I was able to spend a very enjoyable and comfortable time. I heard the tuna is delicious, so next time I would like to take my time and enjoy the meals as well.

I was in Gifu for work, and since I had a late return and an early start the next day, I stayed here. If I’d gone all the way home, I would have only been able to sleep for four hours. Even though the price is the same whether you stay alone or with two people, it was cheaper than nearby business hotels, which I really appreciated. I don’t like places that are too flashy, so I thought “as long as I can rest…”—and the Room was clean and simple. The bath was spacious and relaxing, and the bed was wide and fluffy, so I slept very comfortably. The only disappointing thing was that it rained. I had planned to climb a mountain the next morning—that was one reason I stayed here. Still, since I was tired, it might have been for the best. If a similar situation comes up again, I’ll use this place again. It also seems like a good option for staying the night before traversing the Kakamigahara Alps!

Thank you for accommodating our requests. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, so our stay felt very satisfying. Thank you very much. There was just one disappointing point: we noticed what looked like coffee stains during the Room cleaning (on the kettle and the tatami), which really bothered us. The stain on the tatami may not come out, but the kettle stain came off with just a rinse, so it made us wonder whether it had been cleaned. That part was a little disappointing.

It was my first time visiting Shinojima. They offer a Shuttle Service to the port, and the hospitality was very attentive. Above all, dinner was delicious and so plentiful that I couldn’t finish it all—I saved some for breakfast. Thank you. Next time, I’d like to come after adjusting my appetite. If I had one small request, it would be a simple menu list at dinner so I could pace myself better. Of course, enjoying it as a surprise—wondering how much will be served—is also part of the fun. The young foreign female staff member also served us with great effort, which made the stay very pleasant.

This was our first time staying here. We made a Reservation with a very good-value Plan, but one person suddenly couldn’t make it. When we informed the staff, they handled it very flexibly, which truly helped us. It was our daughter’s birthday, and they also arranged a birthday cake separately. The staff and other guests offered congratulatory words as well, and our daughter was delighted. The meals included some items prepared in advance, but the Joshu beef sukiyaki and fresh sashimi were especially delicious. Rice, miso soup, dessert, and drinks were served buffet-style, so we could enjoy seconds without hesitation—this was excellent. The Room was very spacious; the tatami mats looked newly replaced, there were no areas that concerned us in terms of cleanliness, and we stayed comfortable throughout. Needless to say, the large public bath had wonderful water quality. There was also a cooler “refreshing bath” available only in summer at a lower temperature, which made it comfortable for the children too. All employees were kind and helpful. Above all, it left an impression to see energetic senior staff cheerfully greeting guests while pushing large carts. Everyone worked so efficiently that it gave us energy as well. I’m sure there are various Reviews out there, but for our family this has definitely become a place of wonderful memories—thank you very much! Also, the flowers were properly arranged with fresh blooms; I admired how well they are maintained despite how much work that must be. Next time we’d love to return with the person who couldn’t come this time as well.

As last year, I stayed at Sekisuitei with a friend. My friend, who lives outside Hokkaido, stayed here last year and it seems to have become a favorite Hotel. They especially liked that the dinner buffet includes Jingisukan, and that while the Onsen isn’t particularly large, it has an open-air bath and several different baths. (Each one is set to a different temperature.) At the Hotel, we enjoyed soaking in the Onsen many times. From our Room, we could hear the sound of a nearby river (or maybe a small stream), which was very relaxing. We used the Shuttle Service bus, and thanks to the driver’s polite service and careful driving, we felt safe throughout. If possible, I would like the Sapporo departure time to be 1:00 PM. With a 2:00 PM departure, arrival at the Hotel is around 4:00 PM, and by the time you get into your Room and settle in, it’s already about 5:00 PM. It’s disappointing not being able to do any sightseeing around Noboribetsu town.

The fresh fish sashimi was outstanding. The meat dishes were also delicious, and we were very satisfied. The service was courteous and attentive. I think this Accommodation would be comfortable with no issues for guests up to their 60s. As Tokiwaya is a traditional Ryokan, I felt there are many challenges in terms of accessibility. I stayed with my 95-year-old mother, so I made a Reservation for a Room with a private bath, but there were many steps inside the Room and the bathtub was deep (my mother was able to step over it), which unfortunately made it difficult to use.

On the second day, heading from Nasu Highlands to Gunma Prefecture, we stayed at Route Inn Shibukawa. Upon arrival, several cars and motorcycles had already arrived, but we were lucky to park under the covered entrance. The next morning, I happened to look at the backyard and saw nearly 30 motorcycles parked, realizing its popularity. The room was neatly arranged, the large public bath was able to relieve the fatigue of the day, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Also, from arrival to departure, the staff who served us with smiles throughout, thank you very much for your hospitality. m(_ _)m

The view from the spacious Room felt endlessly open. Since it was a south-facing Room, I could often see planes landing at Kansai International Airport. Even if I stepped out briefly, it seemed to detect that and would turn off the TV or require me to log in to YouTube again, which was inconvenient but not a big deal. The room service fried chicken seemed to be made with high-quality oil and ingredients, and I was able to finish it all deliciously without feeling heavy afterward. It was a bit disappointing that the breakfast coffee on the second night was somehow like hot water tinted coffee color.

It would have been great if a phone charger had been provided in the Room. The breakfast menu was somewhat disappointing.

The staff were very kind. The Room was spacious, and it was great to have a large bathtub. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hakata.

I stayed here with my elderly parents. My mother has knee problems and uses a wheelchair when traveling, but our Room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator only goes up to the 2nd floor, so getting around inside the building was difficult. Since I didn’t mention at the time of Reservation that we would be using a wheelchair, it couldn’t be helped... The hot spring water was excellent, and I used the bath three times. Being able to choose from different shampoos and other amenities was especially popular with the women in our group. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes—I ate too much.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely functional, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while enjoying the Tokyo view and have a drink there meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, and I truly enjoyed simply being in the Room. It felt less like staying in a Hotel Room and more like spending time in a living room. Combined with the high-floor view, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. The seating felt unusually spacious for a Hotel in central Tokyo, so I could spend time there in a very calm atmosphere. Cocktail time was excellent—not just about offering more food, but designed for guests to enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I appreciated that cocktails were properly prepared and delivered to my seat, that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available, and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people think of lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what impressed me most was how attentively the staff looked after guests while maintaining such a relaxed environment. In addition, although all key Facilities—such as the pool area (pool), restaurants (restaurant), and lounge—were available within the Hotel (hotel), each had ample space; even spending an entire day inside never felt crowded or confining. After using the pool area (pool), I also ordered onion gratin soup in my Room; it warmed me up perfectly after getting chilled from swimming, and I truly appreciated being able to use my Hotel credit as well. Breakfast could also be enjoyed at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. Along with both Japanese breakfast options (Japanese breakfast) and buffet selections (buffet), an unexpected chef’s signature dish (chef’s signature dish) was absolutely delicious and became a wonderful memory. I felt this Hotel’s greatest appeal is that everything you need is thoughtfully provided—and you can enjoy it freely at your own pace. This stay made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

The Facility is old, but it is kept very clean. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and the veranda has a slatted floor, so you don’t have to worry about it being wet after bathing—it’s a very well-designed layout. I enjoyed using the open-air bath many times. Despite the good amenities and the convenient location right in front of Shirarahama Beach, it was reasonably priced. My wife liked it very much as well, so I think we will visit again.
