This was my first stay at an AZ Hotel, which I’ve seen in many places. The Room and lobby were clean, and the bathtub was large; it filled quickly, so I could relax and soak. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious, and I was able to get plenty of nutrients and salt before the summer festival. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay at an AZ Hotel again. Thank you very much.

Booked a twin room urgently for a memorial service. I knew it was right in front of the Yaizu Interchange, and overall, it was a satisfying Business Hotel. Perhaps because it was a weekday, the Room, large public bath, and breakfast area were compact yet clean, quiet, and relaxing. The breakfast had many options, but I wished there were more fish dishes to reflect Yaizu's local flavor. The only concern was the smell from the unit bath's drainage system.

Their courteous service was excellent. I would like to use them again.

We stayed on the day of the summer fireworks festival. What we liked All of the staff were kind. They greeted us with warm smiles and calm, friendly service. Above all, the food was delicious! The “Koyoi Zen” dinner featured ingredients that make the most of this coastal area, along with local fruit—everything was very satisfying. You can order not only drinks but also additional dishes. The kids’ dinner was generous in portion size and packed with child-friendly favorites. Some Reviews mentioned that sweet shrimp wasn’t always available at the breakfast buffet, but it was there this time—unlimited fresh sweet shrimp was truly appreciated. Also, during the fireworks festival, they opened up the 7th floor for 500 yen including a drink, plus potato chips as a snack. We could watch the fireworks from great seats at a relaxed pace—it was fantastic! What could be improved The faucet in our Room had a crack, and water sprayed out from an unexpected place every time we turned it on, leaving everything around it soaked. In the large public bath, the partitions between washing stations were low, so you end up making eye contact with people next to you and water splashes over. Overall, there were so many positives that we could overlook these issues. Still, we would have been even more satisfied if the Facility had been a bit cleaner and better maintained. Highly recommended for visiting roadside stations in northern Hokkaido and for attending the Haboro fireworks festival!

I arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, but they warmly welcomed me without any displeasure, saying the Room was ready.\nThe Room was spacious for the price and felt just like a Ryokan.\nBecause it is old, I noticed a slight odor in the Room and hallway.\nAfter checking in, I went in and out several times, and each time they prepared my shoes. The front desk staff also helped with sightseeing advice—the service was truly excellent.

This was my first stay at this accommodation! All the staff were kind and provided excellent service! The room was very clean and extremely comfortable! Moreover, there was an exceptional touch of hospitality on the bed! The view was great, and I have no complaints at all! It’s truly the best hotel! Breakfast was outstanding as expected! There were plenty of options, and everything was delicious! The lounge was also fantastic! Indeed, it’s the best hotel ever. I will definitely stay here again!

The staff were wonderful, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. From the Room, I could enjoy views of the Irabu Bridge and beautiful sunsets, and the view from the infinity pool was outstanding. The restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel was delicious for both dinner and breakfast—I was very satisfied. The location is great, with convenient access to sightseeing spots around Miyakojima. It was also a big help that I could use Times Car (car sharing) at the Hotel. The views, food, service, and location all exceeded my expectations. This is a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again when I visit Miyakojima.

I stayed for two nights for my mother's memorial service. Having used several accommodations in southern Akita Prefecture before and often being disappointed, I was hesitant to book a business hotel this time as well. However, due to the circumstances, I reluctantly made a reservation here after much searching. I had sent my luggage in advance via courier and requested it be placed in the room due to its weight. At the front desk, the staff's friendly and non-formal attitude provided a sense of reassurance. Upon checking into the room, I found it slightly spacious for a twin room in a business hotel. While there was some age to it, it was clean and comfortable enough for my stay. One minor inconvenience was that the room key was not automatic; you had to manually lock it when leaving (this could use improvement). Although there was an en-suite bath in the room, I opted for their public bath with artificial onsen water—it was quite relaxing! However, there were only five washing stations which felt cramped at times as soap or water from neighboring users would occasionally splash over. The women's section reportedly had just two washing stations, leading to wait times during use. The meals were surprisingly good—not your typical business hotel fare of rice balls and mediocre bread but proper dishes that changed daily even during multiple night stays! This variety kept things interesting and enjoyable throughout. To be honest, I initially expected this place to be like any other business hotel: small rooms with single beds crammed together and uninspired meals—but they completely exceeded my expectations. Since I'll need accommodations every one or two years when visiting this area (though there's no family home left), I've decided without hesitation that I'll choose this hotel again next time!

We stayed here as a couple with our dog. Everyone was very kind and gentle with our dog as well, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality. The food was outstanding—well beyond five stars. It’s rare to be able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast in the Room with our dog, and we truly appreciated it. We sincerely hope Wakura Onsen will recover soon and regain its vibrant Onsen town atmosphere. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

It was an absolutely wonderful stay. When I asked to leave my luggage before check-in, you kindly accommodated my request, which allowed me to go about my plans with peace of mind. The moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was enveloped in a refined yet glamorous fragrance that instantly made the experience feel special. All of the staff were impeccably presented, with polished manners and elegant language. Every interaction felt delightful and memorable. The Club Lounge presentations were all excellent. In particular, the Pasha coffee served at afternoon tea and the specially paired sweets were exceptional—I truly enjoyed a luxurious and uplifting time. I also stopped by the bar before bed, where the bartender created one original cocktail after another tailored to my preferences. It felt like being in a dream. In my room, I initially found the shower controls a bit difficult to use, but when I contacted you, a staff member came right away and explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. Above all, the bed was more comfortable than anything I have ever experienced, and I slept wonderfully. Thanks to you, it became an unforgettable trip. I would love to stay again. It was a clean Hotel. It’s close to the station, but it was a little hard to find. I mistakenly went to another Hotel in the same chain nearby. At the wrong Hotel, an international front desk staff member kindly guided me to the correct location. The staff at the front desk upon arrival also explained everything politely, and they were very pleasant. I would like to stay here again when attending an event.

I’ve stayed here many times when visiting Miyazaki because it offers great value with breakfast included, a large public bath, and a sauna. Even if I come back late after drinking, I can still use the bath. Breakfast is fairly standard, but the overall value is excellent, so it’s become almost my regular place. The sauna is spacious, and the cold bath is also large; the water isn’t too cold, so it’s comfortable to stay in for a while. There’s no power outlet by the bed pillow area, but you can borrow an extension cord from the front desk. It’s conveniently close to the nightlife district. The Facility itself is old, but since I prioritize value and the baths, I’d like to keep staying here. Note that women need to use what seems to be a sister property across the main road (Lagoon) for bathing.

This time I stayed as a solo traveler. Even during meals, I didn’t feel self-conscious at all and was able to fully enjoy the dining experience. I used the Onsen upon arrival and again for a morning bath, and it felt wonderful—especially the carbonated bath, which I loved. I’d like to visit again. It was also an excellent base for sightseeing.

Despite the rain, we truly appreciated being picked up when we arrived at the Accommodation and dropped off when we left, which made us feel very welcome. The Onsen water left our skin silky smooth, and we enjoyed a very relaxing bath. We also thoroughly enjoyed our meal in a private room. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

This time, I stayed with my son’s family and my two baby grandchildren. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so considerate toward the babies. The Room was very clean, the beds were fluffy and comfortable, and I slept well; the linens also felt high quality. We could see the fireworks at DisneySea from the Room, which made my grandchildren very happy. It was a wonderful stay—fun and truly restful. Thank you very much.

Stayed with three friends. - Overall New and clean. - Room Spacious. The wide sink made it comfortable to stay even on a trip with friends. The bunk bed room was unique, offering just the right amount of personal space, and it was great that it wasn’t an extra bed. - Private Sauna A proper sauna that warms you up thoroughly. You can sweat in a short time, enjoy the cold plunge pool, and relax on the terrace afterward. - Breakfast Enjoyed breakfast on a terrace with a stunning view of Sakurajima right in front of us. The season was perfect for spending such pleasant moments outdoors.

It was a No Meals Included stay, using a double room for single occupancy. Close to the station and very convenient. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Great value and very satisfying. I would like to stay here again in the future. Thank you very much.

I was very satisfied with this Onsen Accommodation surrounded by nature, and there was also a great souvenir shop.

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. Since champagne was available at the breakfast buffet, I was able to enjoy a relaxed morning and had the best holiday. Thank you very much. I’m giving the bath 4 stars because there’s no view, but I understand that, given the location, it can’t be helped—without frosted glass on the windows, it would be completely visible from outside. The entire property and guest room were thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable.
