It’s a very new and exceptionally clean Facility. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had a very comfortable time. [Location] About a 30-minute drive from the airport. It’s in a quiet area, but it’s along a main road, so it’s easy to find. You can walk to the beach, but the east coast tends to have more driftwood, so compared with the west coast it may feel a bit disappointing... [Facility] With a full kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub plus a separate shower room, and two toilets, it’s equipped enough to live in comfortably. It felt like visiting an apartment model room. There is also a pool (not large), and it’s heated, so you can likely swim even on cooler days. [Parking] A spacious parking area is available on-site. [Other] The staff were kind and very attentive.

It was excellent—my first time, but I had a very comfortable stay. It felt like being at home, and I was able to relax and enjoy a pleasant stay. If I come to Fukuoka again, I will definitely choose this Accommodation.

I visited after a long time. As before, the Room was equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and I enjoyed the unique view from the high floors. The staff were very friendly, which allowed me to relax and enjoy using the Facility, including the lounge, making my overall experience highly satisfying. During check-in, I was informed that breakfast would be served in the lounge and that dining at the restaurant would incur an additional charge. While I initially felt a bit disappointed as I had been looking forward to enjoying your Crème Brûlée French Toast for breakfast, I was pleasantly surprised by how delightful breakfast at the lounge turned out to be. Although the buffet itself is smaller in scale, it was wonderful to have various types of Dutch Baby pancakes available for order. I look forward to visiting again soon. I recently stayed at the accommodation for a special occasion. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided exceptionally courteous service. The foreign staff members were also highly proficient in Japanese, allowing me to feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. We celebrated a birthday in the room this time, and the heartfelt message included with the room service hors d'oeuvres deeply moved the birthday celebrant. The Beef BOX was also incredibly delicious, creating wonderful memories for us. I was delighted to find hair oil available at the amenity bar, which showed thoughtful attention to detail. The room offered a view of Tokyo Tower, allowing us to enjoy stunning scenery from dusk until late at night. I would love to stay here again in the future. I’d been wanting to stay here for a long time, but the price was usually quite high, so I never had the chance. This time I was able to make a Reservation at a fairly reasonable rate at just the right moment—my wish finally came true! There’s a stylish Hotel tucked one alley off the lively streets of Akihabara. At first I couldn’t figure out how to get to the front desk, so I asked the staff at the restaurant reception right after entering, and they kindly escorted me all the way to the elevator. The front desk staff also left an impression of being friendly and cheerful. They mentioned that about 90% of guests are from overseas, which made perfect sense! Even after check-in, they guided me to the elevator as well—their thoughtful and attentive service is still memorable. The Room was very clean, and each Facility felt stylishly designed. The bathroom had only a shower booth, but it was spacious enough and more than sufficient. I absolutely loved the OSAJI shampoo! (I regret not buying it when I saw it for sale…) Both the restaurant’s chic, international vibe and the Hotel’s calm atmosphere were wonderful spaces. It’s definitely a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. Thank you so much for all your kindness during check-in!

It was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the eel set meal, and every dish—from the appetizer to the final course—was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The daily set meal was also outstanding, with each dish prepared personally by the chef. The quality rivaled Michelin-starred restaurants, and even the tableware showed great taste.

I stayed here on a business trip and had a very comfortable stay. The room was simple yet functional, with calming lighting and colors that made it easy to relax. It’s also close to Shinsaibashi Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so the location is very convenient. The staff were polite and friendly, and their service was pleasant throughout. I’d like to stay here again.

I had the pleasure of revisiting the enchanting Sasayuri-an. After an unforgettable experience at "Kozuno," this time I stayed in another building, "Zao." About a month ago, I was fortunate to connect with Sasayuri-an and was deeply touched by the warmth of the owners. Since then, I eagerly anticipated my return. My expectations were high due to my previous wonderful stay, but this visit exceeded them in every way. The moment we stepped inside, everyone let out a gasp of awe—it felt like stepping into another world. This 150-year-old traditional thatched-roof house is a perfect blend of historical beauty and modern comfort, truly a hidden gem. The stunning terraced rice fields visible through the windows and the star-filled night sky created an extraordinary atmosphere. The space is both majestic and refined yet evokes a nostalgic sense of comfort. Above all, the exceptional hospitality from the owners provided deep relaxation. The owner's passion for detail is evident everywhere—from beams relocated from a 400-year-old structure to speakers once used by Ryuichi Sakamoto—making every conversation with him fascinating and inspiring. Despite visiting in February's cold weather, thoughtful touches like fireplaces, discreetly placed air conditioners that preserve aesthetic harmony, and oil heaters along hallways ensured warmth throughout this spacious accommodation. The owner also practices as a Yamabushi (mountain ascetic) alongside managing his business. During our stay, we had rare opportunities to experience waterfall meditation and fire rituals under his guidance while enjoying stories about Shugendo around an irori hearth—a truly memorable experience! Evenings were spent chatting by irori flames or soaking in herbal baths within cypress tubs to unwind completely; mornings began with delicious coffee paired with breathtaking views of Japan’s timeless rural landscape—a blissful retreat indeed. Sasayuri-an offers an unparalleled escape from urban chaos where both mind and body can rejuvenate fully—a genuinely special place worth cherishing forever! Although we rarely revisit accommodations multiple times ourselves here feels different; it’s somewhere precious enough always wanting return alongside loved ones again someday soon! With facilities such as pizza ovens BBQ setups campfire areas ready springtime glamping plans already excite us looking forward next visit ahead!

We stayed as three families, and it was very convenient: we could secure separate bedrooms, and there were two bathrooms, two sinks, and two toilets. The kitchen is simple but easy to use, and we enjoyed relaxing meals while watching the kids play on the hammock in the next room. There was no explanation of the Diamond benefits, so we weren’t sure about the checkout time, but we ended up needing to leave early anyway—so it worked out fine! Highly recommended!

Stayed for two nights in late November. We were three women and found this accommodation to be absolutely satisfying in every aspect. The view is stunning, with the ocean right in front of you. The building itself is luxurious and meticulously designed without any compromises. Remarkably, it is equipped with the latest high-end appliances. The tableware includes Iittala, and the dining area features Carl Hansen furniture, showcasing attention to detail throughout the space. The room's fireplace was cozy, and we could even enjoy BBQ on the terrace. This time, we fully self-catered using Itoshima vegetables, which made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Of course, what truly matters is what's inside—the staff were warm and supportive from afar with friendly smiles. It was a wonderful accommodation that I would love to visit again!

We stayed at Albas rather than the main building. Everything was spotless, and the sauna, jacuzzi, and loft were all wonderful! Sunrise may be hard to catch, but we could see the sunset and it was truly amazing.\nHowever, perhaps because the main building is a bit older, we noticed several spiders on the window during our meal, which bothered us a little. Other than that, the food was delicious and it’s a place we’d love to visit again. Thank you!

At the very end of summer vacation, my husband and son insisted on coming here for glamping. As a woman, I was honestly a bit nervous about the Facility and meals—but it was simply the best. 【Check-in】 They explained the Facility to us. At the marché, there were vibrant vegetables and even seafood in a large tank! Some items are free, and others can be exchanged with coins you receive—choosing what to get was so exciting. We booked a Plan with dinner and breakfast included, but the portions were incredible. Even my big-eating husband and son had more than enough with what was included in the Plan! (Any unused coins could be saved for Shizuoka souvenirs or even kept for our next stay.) In the firewood area, there were many different types of wood. The Room already has firewood for cooking, but here you can choose wood to enjoy different sounds and aromas. 【Room】 It felt spotless, and we had no worries about odors or temperature. There are two BBQ areas—one indoors and one outdoors. The indoor side (with an earthen-floor style space) has a kitchen and a large ventilation duct, plus air conditioning, so smoke doesn’t come into the living area. The Room was extremely clean and beautiful. I expected some bugs or smells with glamping—and heat in summer—but it was surprisingly comfortable. There’s a double-sink vanity, two types of hair dryers (including a Repronizer), and even hair irons provided. In addition to pajamas, they also provide samue loungewear for dinner (for both adults and children), so there’s no need to take home clothes that smell like food. 【Onsen & Sauna】 There is an Onsen connected directly to both indoor and outdoor baths, plus a barrel sauna and an impressive cold plunge pool. Ponchos and hats are also available. The bedroom is separated from the bath/changing area/vanity area, so it works well even for two families traveling together. 【Meals】 The commercial refrigerator was stocked with juices, alcoholic drinks, and ice cream! With stylish camping gear like skillets and mess tins—along with ingredients & recipes—our 10-year-old son enthusiastically cooked for us. The thick Shizuoka beef was so tender you barely needed teeth… even the abalone was truly soft! For breakfast you can choose Japanese or Western style; either way it was delicious and satisfying. All of the staff were very kind. We enjoyed luxury-Hotel-level comfort while still experiencing the freedom that makes glamping special. We’ll definitely be back when the season changes!

I stayed at a newly opened villa that was recommended to me. Although it has only four Rooms, it offers a dining restaurant, pool, sauna, and lounge, so the shared facilities are very well equipped. Even though I hadn’t made a Reservation, I was able to enjoy the sauna and an Agu pork shabu-shabu course at short notice. After dinner, having wine by the pool was the best part, and I could truly relax in the quiet surroundings of nature.

Convenient access from Higashi-Shinjuku Station. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even while traveling I fell asleep quickly and woke up refreshed. Since it opened this spring, everything is spotlessly clean. The Room also has a sauna, karaoke, a high-spec hair dryer, and other amenities, making the Facility very comfortable. One of the small breakfast dishes (nikujaga) seemed spoiled and tasted sour, which was disappointing, but overall the meal was delicious. Breakfast was delivered via room service, so we could relax and enjoy it in the Room.

We stayed for two nights on a family trip. The property is close to the highway interchange, which was very helpful as we were traveling with elderly parents and could keep travel time short. The meals were excellent, just as we had heard—everything was delicious, and the portions were more than we could finish, exceeding our expectations. The staff provided courteous service, and it was a wonderful, relaxing trip. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family of four. The open-air bath on the rooftop was a natural hot spring, and it was very pleasant. Since there were fewer reservations, we were able to use the private bath twice. The dinner course used local ingredients and was very delicious, and we were full after ordering additional cheese fondue. The master's explanation of the cuisine and onsen was very detailed, which doubled our enjoyment. There is a footbath in front of the hotel, and it is also close to the famous open-air bath "Sunayu," so we were able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. Also, there are three cute cats inside the nearby Onsen Museum. It's a must-see for cat lovers.

I usually stay in hotels as I am not a fan of camping or glamping, but this time I had no issues at all. Although I was initially concerned about the restroom and bath being separate, they were very close by, so it wasn't a problem. However, it might be slightly challenging for families with small children. The staff were extremely flexible and accommodating, which I greatly appreciated. While we originally planned to eat outside, we ended up ordering pizza and pasta from the on-site café and had them delivered to our room. The pizza was much larger than expected and very satisfying. We ordered peperoncino pasta as well; it was a bit spicy, so it might not be suitable for children. Since it was winter, the wind from the lake made it slightly cold, but visiting during a more pleasant season could make the experience even better. The sound of the water surface was soothing throughout our stay. Thank you for your kindness! We look forward to visiting again in the future. The Onsen could be reserved depending on availability; during our visit, we were able to enjoy private use of it. One minor concern: while walking around at night near the cabin area, some bare tree branches came close to my face which felt a bit scary. It might be harder for children to notice such things—addressing this could ensure greater safety moving forward!

I enjoyed relaxing while gazing at the expansive countryside right in front of me. The gentle breeze made me forget the intense heat below, and it was absolutely perfect.

We stayed with two families and found the space and layout to be more than sufficient. The single-story design is reassuring for families with small children. We were especially satisfied with the well-equipped amenities, including a washing machine and coffee maker. There were enough towels in the room for everyone, and we appreciated having unlimited access to the Onsen. [To the Facility] Since we visited after playing in the snow nearby, it would be even more convenient if there were hanger racks to dry our wearables and shoe trays to dry shoes indoors. Additionally, there were only large deep plates available; having some smaller ones would be nice. It would also be helpful if you could include a floor plan of the room and a list of amenities on your website so that guests can better prepare their stay.
