Thank you as always. I stay here almost every month, and I visited twice again this month. I’m able to relax in the large public bath every time. I have one request: I would appreciate it if you could provide cotton swabs among the amenities at the washbasins in the large public bath. Thank you for your consideration.

We stayed one night in Okayama to spend some quality time together as a couple for the first time in a while. Our Room was a corner Room near the elevator with a great view. The Room felt a bit old, but it was well maintained and clean. We had planned to go out right away, but we ended up wanting to just keep enjoying the view. Breakfast was on the top floor, and the scenery there was different from what we saw from our Room, which was nice. The food selection included both Japanese and Western options, and they even had Kasaoka ramen—everything was excellent. We also appreciated having our photo taken. Since we chose a Plan with 12:00 checkout, we were able to visit a nearby exhibition while leaving our luggage at the hotel. We heard that the Rooms will be renovated next year, so we’re looking forward to seeing them after the renovation.

It was excellent. The morning after my stay, I had booked marine activities early, so I couldn’t take my time enjoying breakfast, which was truly disappointing and is my only regret. The menu selection was very satisfying. The slippers were also wonderfully plush. If I have the chance to stay in Naha again, I’d like to use this Accommodation.

Thank you for taking care of us for three days. Just as the Reviews said, the hospitality was excellent with guests of all ages, and it felt warm and welcoming. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and we were satisfied with the ingredients as well. The optional Sado rock oysters were truly “milk of the sea”! If I had to mention one thing, I would have preferred slightly smaller portions with higher quality. It was our first time in Sado, and it turned into a very satisfying family trip.

We stayed for two nights for my wife’s birthday trip! The sea in Inatori was a bit rough, but we still had a Room with a great ocean view and an open-air hinoki bath, and we were able to relax very much. It was also nice that meals were served in a private dining room. The buffet offered more dishes than you’d expect from the term “half-buffet,” so it took some effort to carry food back to the private room, but we could eat quietly. We also truly appreciated that you prepared a separate cooked dish for my wife, who doesn’t like raw foods. Since it was during summer vacation when the pool is available, there were especially many children at mealtimes, so having a private room felt like the right choice. We were able to use the reservable private baths almost whenever we wanted, and it was convenient to check availability by registering on LINE. However, perhaps due to the age of the Facility—which is understandable—my wife has some difficulty with her legs, so moving around (to the restaurant and private baths, etc.) felt like quite a lot. In particular, access to the large panoramic bath on the 6th floor was only by stairs, and there were small steps inside the Room (such as around the washbasin area and low-bed space), so we deducted just a little in terms of barrier-free accessibility. We’re fans of Izu Animal Kingdom’s “Syrup Family,” so we would definitely like to visit Inatori again—and return to Akao Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

This was my first time using Booking. I made a last-minute request to have champagne set up in the Room so I could enjoy it with someone special, and I truly appreciate your kind support. The Room was spacious, and both the bed and sofa had a comfortable firmness and cushioning, which helped me relax. Next time, I look forward to staying on a clear day and seeing Mt. Fuji.

It was a great place. Amenities are available in the lobby near the front desk, and disposable chopsticks and other items were also prepared nearby. There is no microwave in the Room, but you can heat food in the lobby. I chose a Plan with breakfast, and at check-in you select either Japanese or Western style. The Japanese breakfast was very delicious, with perfectly grilled salmon.

Having a convenience store next door was very helpful. There were also izakayas nearby, so we enjoyed exploring the area a bit while deciding on dinner.

I stayed here for two days while attending an event in Mitoyo. The location was close and convenient. There was a convenience store nearby, and the free, spacious ground-level parking lot was a big plus. I like Route Inn because you can enjoy a large public bath. Breakfast was also very tasty and satisfying. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for the first time on a business trip. The front desk staff were polite and left a great impression. The Room, bathroom, toilet, and washbasin area were spacious and felt open and airy. There was a supermarket and convenience store nearby, so I went shopping every day. I would like to stay here again when I’m in Kumamoto for business.

Although our stay was short, the Facility had a wonderful atmosphere and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful time. The next morning, we enjoyed the Onsen and sauna—it felt great, and both body and mind were refreshed. Since we arrived just before midnight (24:00), it was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t use the Onsen that day. Next time, I’d like to arrive a little earlier and take more time to enjoy the Facility as well. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you!

All the staff were kind and pleasant. The bath limited day-use visitors, so I could relax and enjoy it. Every meal was delicious and seasoned just the way I like. The robatayaki was perfect with drinks. The made-to-order salt-grilled ayu was outstanding, and I’m glad I ordered it. However, I was disappointed that the delicious apple juice they used to have at breakfast was no longer available. I would like to stay again in a different season.

We stayed in a spacious Room with a special feel. It was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. Fresh flowers were arranged throughout, and the cleaning was thorough. Dinner at “Omoinomama” was extremely satisfying—though for a woman in her 50s, the portions were a bit too large and I couldn’t finish everything within the allotted time… haha. It seemed like there may be an assigned attendant system; one staff member consistently came at just the right times to provide service. Drinks are ordered via smartphone, but they also took orders verbally, which was appreciated. The bath was spacious and the water temperature was perfect. There was also a hinoki cypress bath in the Room; I used it as well and found the scent very soothing. The only disappointment was that the coffee at the breakfast venue didn’t taste good. I have stayed here about three times before, but this was the first time I felt it wasn’t good at all. Since we were traveling with guests from far away, one of them even asked, “Is it over-brewed?” which was unfortunate. I also noticed that while some staff members were excellent, others seemed unmotivated. I’m leaving this Review in hopes that it will become an even better Accommodation.

A typhoon was approaching and the weather looked rainy, but it didn’t rain much, and we were able to see a wonderful sunset from the restaurant. The view from the large public bath was also amazing. The meals, made with ingredients from Wakayama, were all delicious. It was disappointing that we couldn’t watch Netflix or Amazon Prime in the room (the internet didn’t seem to connect) and that the shuttle bus service has been discontinued, but everything else was great. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

This time I wanted to try fishing at Kesennuma Port, so I stayed at this Accommodation because it’s close to the fishing spots. It’s located on a hill right in front of the port, with a great view. From the main entrance you can overlook all of Kesennuma Port, and it was such a refreshing place. What’s more, thanks to the very unique elevator tower, it was super convenient—I could get to the fish market on ground level in just 2–3 minutes. The building itself feels a bit retro and has a Showa-era vibe, so it may not be for everyone, but I found it very comfortable. What really impressed me was the night view of Kesennuma Port—and the sea urchin and hoya! The scenery completely changes from daytime; with the illumination it felt almost like a theme park. I was truly moved. I also enjoyed night fishing while taking in the lights—please do see it in person if you can. And the dinner served this time—sea urchin on its shell and hoya sashimi—was incredible. The sea urchin I had before at a Hotel in Minamisanriku was delicious too, but Kesennuma’s sea urchin is no joke! It had rich sweetness and umami and tasted amazing. The hoya sashimi may have been the best I’ve ever had. The ocean aroma and perfectly firm texture were irresistible for anyone who loves hoya. All staff were polite and very pleasant. Some seemed new, but their sincerity came through, and it made me feel this is a well-run Hotel. I suppose there’s no helping that some Facility areas are a bit old, but even taking that into account, I’d definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here because I was using Narita Airport the next day. I booked in a hurry and accidentally made a duplicate Reservation on another travel site, but thanks to the Hotel’s kindness, one of them was canceled. Thank you very much.

I stayed for three nights with breakfast included. Breakfast was buffet-style: meatballs were the main dish on the first day, barayaki on the second, and chashu pork on the third. I was happy to start each morning feeling full. The staff were polite and pleasant, and it made me like Aomori even more.

The large public bath also had many open-air baths, which was great, but the Room also had an open-air bath, so it was wonderful to soak at night and again early in the morning. Even after checkout, we could still use the large public bath, and we were given fresh towels at the front desk, so we were very satisfied. There is a restaurant for dinner, but breakfast is bring-your-own only; there is a 7-Eleven right in front of the property, so we used that. I wish there had been a Plan with an 11:00 checkout.

I chose this Accommodation for its great location, and the Room looked newly renovated and was very clean. The futon thickness and bed firmness were just right, so I had a very comfortable stay—thank you. Amazing value for money!
