I considered an Accommodation on the Nagara River because I wanted to show my daughter cormorant fishing. An Onsen Accommodation would have been nice, but we wanted a buffet-style meal, so we chose this Hotel. It was an extremely hot day, and the moment we stepped into the Hotel, the cool air revived us. As a Diamond member benefit, I was happy to receive a one-drink service in the first-floor lounge. The Room we were assigned was on a high floor with a great view, and it was spotless—truly impressive. The dinner buffet isn’t in a huge restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was excellent, and we enjoyed everything. Drink prices were reasonable for a Hotel, and since it was before cormorant fishing, my daughter and I each enjoyed one drink. We used taxis for round-trip transportation to the cormorant fishing site, which made it very comfortable. Even though it was hot that day, there was a pleasant river breeze, and it helped us forget the daytime heat for a while. Because the river level was low, it seems they didn’t actually catch many ayu, but being able to see energetic cormorants up close made it a great experience. At breakfast, there were many inbound guests early on, but they cleared out quickly, so we were able to eat in peace. The well-known ayu rice porridge was delicious—I went back for seconds several times. The selection of dishes also reflected local flavors well, with various Gifu specialties, which I appreciated. For morning fruit there were oranges, pineapple, and lychees; I’d be happier if there were a few more options. I liked the selection at the shop as well. If I had one request, I would truly appreciate Shuttle Service from the station to the Hotel. As expected of an established Hotel with history behind it, my daughter and I enjoyed an elegant stay. As soon as I walked in, the Room was so wonderful that I got really excited. All of the staff were polite and amazing. The food and the Thai boat platter were excellent, and it made me very happy. I also had flowers prepared as part of the Plan, and they were beautifully arranged with great taste—absolutely stunning! I definitely want to stay again.

It was my first stay in a while, and thank you for upgrading me to a larger Room. It was a very hot day, but Nanko was nearby and I enjoyed it. The Room was comfortable, the Hotel felt calm throughout, and the staff were kind, so I was able to relax very well.

Whenever I visit Kyoto, I always stay at this Hotel. I’ve lost count of how many times it’s been. Once again, the consistently warm hospitality allowed me to spend a truly relaxing time. The only disappointment was that parking is now charged. I suppose it was surprising that it had been free for guests in that location until now (laugh), and I really appreciated it. I know it may be difficult, but I can’t help hoping it might come back again someday. Thank you again for taking such good care of me this time as well. Thank you.

I stayed here along the line for a concert in Takaishi City. The location was convenient, check-in was straightforward, and the room was spacious—overall a very comfortable stay. As a personal note… the bathtub felt a bit shallow. Also, my name was entered incorrectly at check-in, but the front desk staff were very pleasant, so it didn’t leave me with a bad impression. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again and make use of the on-site Facilities as well.

Everything was excellent—the Room, the baths, the food, the staff service, and the pool. We chose a loft-style Room, and it was very clean! However, for families with small children, we can’t recommend it because the ladder is steep and high. The baths were not crowded, so we could relax; the large public bath was very clean. We also had the pool almost to ourselves, and there were banana boats and other items available, which looked like a lot of fun. The buffet had a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. There were plenty of choices at breakfast as well. Our whole family loved it and we’d like to come again. Thank you very much.

My mother and I stayed for one night in August 2026. After we arrived, we were shown to the larger Room. We truly appreciated this unexpected kindness. The garden was beautifully maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time there. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were just right—not too much. The cuisine was classic and seasonal. After the bath, we went to the lounge, where there was a wonderful selection of art books and magazines, and the complimentary drinks were excellent. The mountain views and garden from there were so beautiful that they made us forget our everyday fatigue. The service felt just right—neither too close nor too distant. Since it was drizzling the next day, we were also grateful for the service of being driven to the Hakone Open-Air Museum. One suggestion: it would be even better if the labels for the shampoo and conditioner in the bath area were easier to understand (other older guests also seemed confused). I would love to visit your new Accommodation near Mt. Fuji as well. Thank you very much.

This was my first time in Tokushima and my first stay at Sunroute, and considering the price, it was a very good Hotel.\nThe building isn’t new, but the Room has been renovated and is comfortable. The bath and toilet are separate, and the bathroom is spacious with a washing area. The towels were thick and fluffy.\nThe large public bath on the top floor isn’t very big, but it’s a natural Onsen with a sauna. There’s no need to bring towels from your Room, and the woman at reception was extremely kind.\nIt’s conveniently located in front of the station, and even if you’re driving, there’s an affiliated parking lot directly behind the Hotel.

It was conveniently close—about a 90-minute trip from Osaka. The ocean view was amazing, and the scenery was outstanding. It didn’t feel old at all, and the staff were polite and attentive. Since we traveled with our children, they enjoyed table tennis, the pool, and more from check-in onward, and we had a great time staying inside the Hotel. The restaurant food was also excellent, and when I mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday, a young female staff member at the restaurant gave her such thoughtful hospitality that we were truly moved. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The expansive Roku in Takagamine, Kitayama, Kyoto is wonderfully quiet. In the summer of 2026, we decided to stay for three nights with my son’s family. My granddaughter loves the pool. What I was curious about was dinner. Since this spring, the chef and menu have changed. We left it to the chef, and truly enjoyed the rich flavors that come from thickness and texture—scallops, duck, sirloin, striped jack, pork confit, and more. The Kyoto vegetable sides were simple yet bold. We ordered signature cocktails. I chose “La Vie en Rose” just by its name—wondering what it would be like—and it surprised me in the best way. The other three of us each picked different ones as well, and we had a great time enjoying their vibrant colors and flavors. It will probably become one of our most unforgettable dinner memories of 2026. In the thermal pool, my grandchild happened to make a friend, and their dads joined in too—playing along like turtles giving rides to two kids with lots of enthusiasm. As for me, I exercised with backstroke while looking up at the sky and did some water walking. By the way, did you know that from the bath in your Room you can enjoy both the TV and views of Takagamine’s trees at the same time? The TV in the photo was showing a Major League Baseball game.

The area around the Hotel is quiet, allowing for a relaxing and comfortable stay. There are two convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient. I will use this place again when visiting Kimitsu. Thank you!

I look forward to staying at Pearl Star every summer. Thanks to the staff who provide Shuttle Service with a smile from check-in to check-out, I always have a very pleasant stay. Breakfast is one of the highlights for me, and I like to get seated early and enjoy it at a relaxed pace. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again and again.

The view of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. The food was delicious, and we were able to relax in the luxurious large public bath. I wanted to have tea at the cafe, but unfortunately it was full, so I took a cake to go and enjoyed it in my Room. It was very tasty. There were various sightseeing spots nearby, and we enjoyed a pleasant walk around the area. We learned that a ferry departing Osaka around 9:00 p.m. passes right under the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, so we watched it from our Room. Recently, we traveled all the way to Moji on that ferry. When passing through the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, we could see the lights of Maiko Villa and it made us feel happy. We would love to visit again.

I always stay for one night to refresh after traversing the Tateyama mountain range. As always, everything is flawless. It’s one of my favorite Hotels. I’ll stay again during the autumn foliage season. Thank you as always for your courteous service.

I stayed here with a friend. The infinity Onsen and the food were both excellent. However, the hair dryers in the large public bath took a long time to dry my hair, so I would appreciate it if you could upgrade them to higher-quality ones when you replace them next time. Since the Facility is wonderful, it felt like a bit of a missed opportunity. I would love to stay here again when I visit Beppu. Thank you very much.

We had a relaxing Obon holiday. Thank you very much. I can’t eat a lot at my age, but the steak, roast beef, and sushi were all delicious. It was also great that the sushi was made fresh on the spot. Since we were on an upper floor, the view was wonderful, and the spacious Room was very comfortable. The Room felt clean and well maintained, with thorough housekeeping. We’re already talking about coming back again.

On our summer trips each year, we always choose ibis Styles Sapporo as our regular Hotel. Every year at check-in, being welcomed by the front desk team’s smiles makes the fatigue of a long journey disappear. This year as well, thanks to your kind support via IKYU, you accommodated our requests, and we were able to spend quiet, relaxing time in a spacious Room. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtful consideration. While providing environmentally conscious services, you also respond pleasantly to guests’ detailed requests, and once again we truly felt how glad we were to stay with you this year. We would also be grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the parking staff and the cleaning staff; their support made our four-day stay wonderful. It was a very stylish Hotel and felt clean, and as soon as I entered the lobby it felt open and spacious—somehow it was very comfortable. There is also a free Shuttle Service, and the location is excellent. A design Hotel where every detail feels different from others. The exposed concrete walls created a great atmosphere.

It’s close to Aomori Station, and we chose it because the bathroom and toilet are separate. The Room was clean, spacious enough, and easy to use. The selectable amenities offered a wide variety, with many items that women will appreciate. Having a convenience store on the first floor is very convenient. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

This was my second stay. Recently I had been staying mostly at Hotels directly connected to Niigata Station or close to the station, but I made a Reservation this time because I wanted to enjoy this breakfast buffet again after a long time. I was a little disappointed that there were fewer varieties of branded rice than before, but everything paired perfectly with rice and was very delicious. With three kinds of yogurt and four kinds of fruit, it was a very satisfying breakfast. The Room was also very clean and comfortable. I would like to stay here again.
