Thank you very much—I’m truly grateful for such a wonderful trip experience. I had errands in Hita City (where record-high temperatures have been continuing), so I stayed overnight in Yufuin as well. It was intensely hot that day too، but from evening through night Yufuin felt like another world—so cool that air conditioning didn’t seem necessary. While winters are certainly very cold، I never expected Yufuin to be this cool in summer، so it turned out to be a happy surprise. The Onsen temperature was perfect—even in summer—for soaking slowly，and all my fatigue disappeared. In the morning，with Mt．Yufu right ahead of me，surrounded by birdsong，I enjoyed an unhurried soak. It was amazingly cool even then. As described，the shower does take a little time before hot water comes out. If set to mist mode，it stays cold. There are two private family baths، but one was under adjustment and unavailable، so I deducted one star. In-room drinks were available freely. Daifuku were prepared according to our party size؛ since they were cream-based، those who don’t like creamy sweets didn’t eat them. A more classic type of sweet might suit everyone better—but I personally enjoyed them. Dinner started with eel shabu-shabu before the main Wagyu steak course. I felt slightly uneasy at first—but it turned out absolutely superb!! It was part of the July menu (Fumizuki)، and I'd love to have it again. The plump texture and deliciousness clearly came from careful preparation. The soup after drawing flavor from the broth became wonderfully rich؛ I asked for refills many times。 They offered zosui (rice porridge)，but we chose to enjoy it as soup instead。 Then beautifully glossy white rice arrived—and turning that into porridge would have been such a waste，so I'm glad we kept them separate。 All other dishes also left my family—usually quite strict with reviews—very satisfied。 We could bring our dog without any hesitation۔ There is also a dog run that's just right for small dogs，and ours looked delighted running around。 Even though we'd stayed years ago ،they remembered that our dog hadn't finished his meal then ،and had eaten half at dinner و half at breakfast—which made us feel reassured۔ Service-wise ،there wasn't even once when something felt off۔ Although our interaction time wasn't long ，they took great care of us۔ Thank you again for everything۔ I hope we can return throughout different seasons۔

We enjoyed an elegant time as a couple with our pet. The Accommodation Fee was higher because we brought our pet, but staying at the Hotel we had long dreamed of was wonderful, and we made truly happy memories. The Room had an open-air bath and a bathing tub for dogs; we filled it with five buckets of Onsen water, and our pet looked warm and very comfortable. Before going to bed, we soaked once more in the Room’s open-air bath while watching a subtitled foreign film on the Room’s TV through the glass window, enjoying a refined escape from everyday life. We also loved the Japanese cuisine, and both of us were very satisfied. We hope to visit again someday, and next time we would love to stay in the main building where pets are not allowed. This is my fifth visit. The Tenkaimi Hot Spring here is simply outstanding. No matter how many times I come, the breathtaking view moves me every time. The water temperature is set so you can soak for a long time, and as you sit in the bath gazing at the scenery, you can feel your everyday fatigue melt away. I love lying back in the reclining bath at the far end and relaxing with an infinity-like feeling, as if I’m soaking right into the sea. This is an Accommodation that makes me want to come back again as soon as I get home.

We arrived by car, and even in the heat we were greeted before we even reached the entrance. Sometimes you’re welcomed after arriving at the entrance, or staff are stationed at the entrance to greet you—but this time they were already waiting out front. Isn’t that almost too wonderful? The welcome drink was delicious as well. This time we chose a lower grade and stayed in the Residence building. Getting from the Main building to the Residence requires walking a short distance outside, so it might be a concern on rainy days. There are also a few stairs, but staff will carry your luggage, so it shouldn’t be an issue. There is a private Onsen along the way, so for those who plan to use it, staying in the Residence may actually be more convenient. The Room was spacious enough. Our pre-requested baby cot, diaper bin, baby bath, etc., were already set up in the Room, so families with babies can stay with peace of mind. The indoor bath is an Onsen with free-flowing natural spring water in the Room. The temperature was perfect—absolutely wonderful. The BVLGARI amenities were also great. Breakfast was delicious, and the portions were just right—more than enough. As for the cuisine overall, I think the chef’s skill is outstanding. At dinner service most guests dress neatly, so for men it’s better to wear something with a collar to match the atmosphere. On our first stay last time we didn’t know what to expect and dressed too casually—lesson learned. Shorts and a T-shirt would probably still be fine; this is simply about maintaining the overall ambiance. The outer-side seating likely has better views, but if you have children I recommend sitting on the lobby side—you don’t have to worry as much about others there, which really helps. If your baby starts crying hard nonstop (as babies do), you can simply step out. I’m very interested in dinner as well, but with a baby we couldn’t use it considering the atmosphere—hopefully someday. The evening ambiance is wonderful. Service is excellent as expected—from checkout through seeing us off was superb—and I honestly wonder if there is any Accommodation that surpasses this one. Given today’s times I imagine staff training must be challenging everywhere, but this Accommodation’s hospitality stands out as truly exceptional. Thank you to all staff members and chefs alike. Thank you again for another wonderful stay.

The staff’s hospitality, attentive care down to the smallest details, delicious meals, and well-maintained Facility all made this an outstanding Ryokan with nothing to fault. The Onsen was wonderfully smooth, free-flowing from the source, and because the temperature is relatively low, you can enjoy it again and again. We had a truly elegant stay. Highly recommended. My first time on the Oga Peninsula. I was lucky to find such a wonderful Accommodation, and it made my summer memories even more special. I was completely satisfied with everything—the Room, the view, the meals, and the Onsen—but the quality of the Onsen water was especially outstanding. My partner tends to get facial redness from inflammation, and in summer it gets worse, possibly due to UV exposure. After soaking in the Onsen, the redness eased significantly, which made them very happy—they kept using the bath in our Room and even soaked their face repeatedly. If I could add just one request: my partner loves ice cream and tends to prefer Accommodations that offer it as a way to cool down after an Onsen bath. We would have been happy if there had been a small selection of ice cream available in the lounge. Next time, I’d like to visit in a different season.

We stayed here on a family trip with my parents. The Room was spacious and airy, and the greenery visible from the window was truly beautiful—so we were able to relax from the moment we arrived. This time we stayed in two Rooms, “Sono Ichi” and “Sono Yon,” and both had large baths and were wonderful spaces where we could unwind completely. The staff’s thoughtfulness also left a strong impression. They responded attentively whenever needed, while maintaining a comfortable sense of distance that never felt intrusive. They warmly celebrated my mother’s birthday, which made my parents very happy. They even sent a forgotten item to our home, and we remained grateful until the very end of our stay. The meals were unforgettable as well. The cutlet was light yet full of rich lean-meat flavor, and absolutely delicious. And the ayu sweetfish was so good that everyone in our family agreed it was the best ayu we had ever had. From the Room and bath to the food and hospitality, everything was flawless. Thank you for making our precious family trip even more special.

The Onsen had wonderfully pleasant water with a silky, skin-clinging feel.

It was a very satisfying trip to Shirahama. This Accommodation is in an excellent location, close to Shirarahama Beach. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and we were very satisfied. We love Onsen, so we were happy with the large public bath here. The food was delicious as well. All the staff were attentive and helpful—thank you very much. It was an Accommodation that exceeded its price. We were also blessed with good weather and could relax at our leisure. It’s an Accommodation that makes us want to come again.

Located by the harbor, the detached guest Room was quiet and relaxing. The open-air bath in the Room was also very comfortable. The cuisine was excellent and truly enjoyable, starting with deep-fried tuna collar. We could also feel the staff’s attentiveness, and we had a pleasant stay.

Both the meals and the bath were excellent.

Because it was inexpensive, I stayed one night in a Room without windows. Since there were no windows, it felt a bit humid, but the Onsen was right outside the Room, so I could use the large public bath as if it were part of my Room—it was fantastic. The water at Manza is, needless to say, excellent. If I can enjoy such wonderful water at this price, I would definitely like to stay again.

I’ve stayed at many Accommodations, but this was the first one that felt absolutely flawless! I fell in love at first sight with the stunning rock bath scenery on YouTube and made a Reservation for the Yoimachi Room. The open-air bath was spacious, and the view from it was so breathtaking it nearly brought me to tears. The hot spring water was silky-smooth, and my skin felt amazing! The food was also delicious, and even the rice tasted exceptional. The nikujaga served at breakfast was so good that I’d love to ask—if you don’t mind—whether the soy sauce you use is light soy sauce or a type used mainly in Kyushu. The Room was wonderfully quiet as well, and I could truly relax. I definitely want to come back for a special occasion. Next year, I’ll visit one of your sister properties too.

Heartwarming, attentive hospitality. The building is old, but the bath is very clean and uniquely designed. A nostalgic Room full of charm. The food could be improved a bit to make it perfect, but the price is reasonable and I’d like to visit again.

This was my second stay. I love Onsen and visit many hot spring areas, and the water quality at Sakakibara Onsen is excellent. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, but the large public bath in the Accommodation is outstanding. Although it is a low-temperature bath, you can also soak in the natural spring source, and it leaves your skin smooth and silky. During the day, the day-use bath is open to non-staying guests as well. The age of the Facilities cannot be denied, but even so, it makes me want to come back again. This time I visited during firefly season. The Accommodation’s bus took us to a viewing spot that only locals would know. It seems there were fewer fireflies this year due to a typhoon, but it still felt more than enough. The guide was very kind and made it an enjoyable experience.

I always spend the summer in Hokkaido, and this time I visited Niseko again after a long time. Niseko seems to have changed quite a bit recently, and I chose this place because I wanted to see what it’s like now while also sensing an atmosphere somewhat like Karuizawa. The Hotel Room had a spacious layout that I really loved, and the Onsen was amazing—open 24 hours with free-flowing natural spring water. Dinner, one of the true highlights of traveling, was also outstanding. It was my first time having a chef prepare and serve each dish fresh right in front of me, and I truly enjoyed such a luxurious meal. The service was attentive down to the smallest details, and I was deeply impressed. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay here again.

It’s within walking distance of the Bikan Historical Quarter, and the location is great. Since it’s a Business Hotel, the entrance made me think, “Is this really it?” The Room is old, but the bed is spacious, the bath was excellent, and breakfast was a Japanese set meal. The staff were kind, the food was delicious, and I left feeling very full. Overall satisfaction for the price was very high.

This was my third visit this year. I enjoyed the Japanese cuisine on my previous stay, so I chose the kaiseki course again this time. When a seasoned male staff member served our meal, he said, “You visited in May last time, didn’t you?” I was truly touched that he took the time to check (and I’m sorry—I mistakenly said I came in June). The attentive service, breathtaking views, excellent hot spring water quality, spotless changing area, and beautiful interior—this Hotel is the best for me. I hope it will always remain a calm and relaxing place.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations—wonderful in every way and an amazing value. All the staff welcomed us with great smiles, and everyone we met at check-in, at the restaurant during dinner, and at breakfast provided excellent service, making our trip to Zao truly pleasant. I was also happy to see their thoughtful attention, such as calling the elevator in advance when we were heading that way. When we entered our Room, there were tea snacks plus chilled sweets in the refrigerator—at this price, I honestly wondered if it was really okay for us to stay here. The Room was also very spacious. The Onsen was of course fantastic, and we were able to use the Onsen at affiliated Hotels as well, which was a real treat for us Onsen lovers. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.
