We stayed in a detached guest room with an open-air bath, and the Facility, bath, hospitality, and meals were all excellent. The Japanese garden is also beautifully maintained—truly an outstanding Accommodation. It is well worth spending a little extra to stay here.

We stayed as a group of two adults and three preschool children. The Accommodation was very clean, and the Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, which meant we could bathe anytime and then lounge on the bed or sofa—absolutely wonderful. The minibar was well stocked, with a great selection ranging from non-alcoholic drinks to wine, juice, and coffee. We could also borrow table games, and in the evening our family enjoyed playing Othello. Since we had a 0-year-old baby, we requested a baby bath and a diaper trash bin. Not only were those provided, but they also kindly placed baby soap for us as well, which we really appreciated. When I asked on the day if it would be possible to lay out futons in the Japanese-style Room, they gladly agreed and prepared them while we were at dinner. After going to the beach, there was an outdoor shower around the back with warm water available. It also connected to a rear entrance leading directly to the large public bath inside, so we were able to stay comfortable throughout our time in the Accommodation. The meals were delicious. They contacted us in advance about allergies and accommodated us accordingly, so we could dine with peace of mind. At mealtimes—without us even asking—they had already set up a bed where our baby could sleep. They also lent coloring books and toys so our older children wouldn’t get bored, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed meal for the first time in quite a while. One small but truly appreciated point: they provided towels generously. There were plenty of both bath towels and face towels in the Room, and after returning from the beach they handed us fresh bath towels for everyone along with clothes we had left at reception beforehand. There was no need to request extra towels at all—zero minor stress. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming; it was a wonderful Accommodation full of hospitality. When we visit Amanohashidate again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you very much.

We stayed as three generations—parents and adult children. The sunset from the Room was truly beautiful, and we enjoyed the contrast between the sea and the setting sun. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were generous—we left completely full. Breakfast also featured many local specialties with a wide variety, so we ended up eating too much in the morning. The Room was kept clean and well maintained, and we never felt uncomfortable. The bath also offered a panoramic view of the sea, and we enjoyed it many times. One small downside—if I had to mention something—was that one of the locker doors in the changing room wouldn’t stay open (it wouldn’t hold in place when opened and would close on its own). Everyone at the front desk and in the restaurant was very kind, allowing us to spend our trip comfortably. It’s a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again if we have the chance. After working in another prefecture, I checked in late at night and stayed here. The large public bath had a charming atmosphere, and the breakfast was high quality—I was very satisfied. Thank you for helping me with a forgotten item at checkout. I will stay here again.

We stayed in “Yamabuki 301” for a refreshing getaway as a couple. Although we arrived a little earlier than planned due to our own circumstances, the staff welcomed us warmly and graciously, which truly impressed us. What stood out most during our stay was the outstanding dining experience. The French dinner was delicate and beautifully presented—something to enjoy with all five senses—and we savored it to the fullest along with the wine pairing. Even after returning to our Room, we found ourselves talking together about the lingering impressions of the meal. The Japanese breakfast was also wonderful: rice, soup, and grilled fish were served at their best—perfectly warm and delicious—and we felt genuine hospitality in every detail. We would have loved it if items like the miso and nori tsukudani served at breakfast were available for purchase at the shop. One reason we chose this Room was its water garden, and it was truly soothing. In particular, the atmosphere of the in-room bath and its perfectly balanced water temperature were exceptional—it melted away all our everyday fatigue. The spa we enjoyed as a couple was also an excellent relaxation experience from start to finish, thanks to attentive service and skilled all-hand treatments. (It would be even better if there were options such as massage Plans focused on deep tissue or loosening tight muscles.) If there is one small point: since it was an extremely hot day when we visited, we wished the refrigerator in our Room cooled a bit more strongly. However, overall satisfaction far exceeded that minor concern—this was a truly wonderful Accommodation. Next time, we’d love to visit in another season to enjoy the changing scenery; in summer, perhaps choose a villa with a pool; and while the French cuisine goes without saying, we’d also like to try Japanese dinner during a Multiple Night Stay. We’re grateful to have found an Accommodation that makes us want to return again. Thank you very much.

We chose the seasonal activity “YATAI to FARM.” In the morning, we met at the farm, harvested our own vegetables, and the chef grilled them on a teppan right there. They also grilled pork outdoors with 15 different spices. The maitake risotto made with rice grown on-site was outstanding as well. From harvesting vegetables to the meal service, we were truly impressed by the chefs who cooked at a food stall just for us. Although there was occasional light rain, brunch surrounded by nature became an unforgettable memory. Highly recommended!

Every year, our family of six goes on a trip, and this time we visited Nagato Yumoto Onsen, Hagi, and Tsuwano. On the first night, we stayed at Gyokusenkaku. The staff were very kind, the value for money was excellent, and the food was great. Even though many places now ask guests to do things themselves (like laying out futons), we really appreciated that they prepared our futons for us. As a treat for myself, I also enjoyed a massage—something that fewer places offer these days. The Onsen bath water was gentle and soft on the skin, and we were very satisfied.

We stayed here to celebrate my aunt’s 91st birthday. Just as the Reviews said, not only was the staff’s hospitality outstanding, but every Facility and service was truly top-class. For my aunt, who has difficulty walking, the barrier-free interior made it very comfortable. During our 2-night, 3-day stay, we didn’t step outside the Hotel even once—we simply relaxed and took it easy inside—and both my aunt and I were extremely satisfied. It was a wonderful Hotel that made us want to come back and also recommend it to friends. Thank you very much to all the staff!

This was our 14th stay in just under a year, and this time we chose a renovated Japanese-Western style Room. Since it’s still new, it felt very clean, and the calm design with lots of wood was wonderful. Thank you as always to S at the front desk for your thoughtful care! A truly attentive and excellent hotel professional. This is a Hotel where the two of us can always make great memories together. Everyone should definitely try staying at this Hotel as it continues to be renovated and refreshed. The Onsen uses Bandai Mine source water, so it is colorless and clear; if you come expecting something like the Shirahata source at Yubatake, it may feel quite different. However, because it is strongly acidic, it will sting badly if it gets in your eyes.

As I was traveling without a car, easy access from the station was essential. The deciding factors for my stay at this Hotel were the shuttle bus service and the excellent Reviews of the Onsen. My Room was on a high floor with a great view, and I was truly impressed by the scenery from the window! The free-flowing natural hot spring water was also wonderful. Dinner was kaiseki plus a half buffet, and they kindly accommodated changes for ingredients I can’t eat. I honestly didn’t expect much from the Sansa Odori show, but it was thoughtfully put together—and I ended up completely captivated. It was fantastic. I even bought a Sansa Odori tenugui towel in town... One disappointing point: I don’t think the steam sauna was turned on. Please check!

From the warm welcome by the staff to their guidance at mealtimes, everyone was very kind. The meals were beautifully presented and delicious—we were completely satisfied. Also, the Onsen water in our Room was wonderfully soft and felt great for the body, so we ended up soaking many times. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I looked for an Accommodation where I could enjoy a sand bath. It had been a long time since I stayed at a National Vacation Village or National Lodge, and it felt nostalgic in the same way as before. The Facility is old, but I had no particular complaints, and the service and meals were good. My first-ever sand bath was amazing.\nIt warmed me through to the core and made me feel refreshed and detoxed. It was also convenient to be able to take a regular bath right away afterward.\nHowever, it’s quite far away, so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to visit again.

Thank you very much for the wonderful time the other day. We had originally planned to visit with our dog, but as our dog was unable to come, we visited as a family instead. Despite issues on our side with the Reservation, your staff responded kindly and courteously—thank you very much. Even without our dog, you warmly welcomed our family stay, which made us very happy. We truly appreciate your thoughtful hospitality. We were also very satisfied with the bath and the meals, and we were able to relax and enjoy a restful stay. We would love to visit again. The Room was thoroughly cleaned down to the smallest details, and we were able to stay very comfortably. Since our Room faced the river, we could hear the kajika frogs calling at night and enjoy a wonderfully luxurious atmosphere. Also, whenever we passed staff members in the hallway and elsewhere, they greeted us thoughtfully, and I was impressed by how many of them showed such attentive hospitality. The meals exceeded our expectations in both flavor and variety, and every dish was delicious. The dining area also showed careful consideration in its seating arrangement, creating a refined, high-quality space for dining. As for the baths, we could enjoy both Kinsen and Ginsen without leaving the property, with three different bath areas available—more than enough to fully relax and enjoy ourselves. At first I was surprised to hear that amenities are not placed in the Room but are picked up in the lobby to bring back with you; however, once we tried it, it felt flexible and actually more convenient. When we visit Arima Onsen again, my family agreed there won’t be any other choice.

This was my first stay, and the entire Hotel was clean. There was also a welcome drink, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The Room was spacious and spotless. Above all, the bath area was large, and the open-air bath was incredibly relaxing. The meals were also very satisfying, with a wide variety including fresh vegetables, roast beef, and sushi. It is also kid-friendly, with a pool and a kids’ room, so next time I would love to stay with my grandchildren.

I think this is a very satisfying Accommodation. Although it is not an Accommodation within Kamikochi, if you are trekking from Taisho Pond to Kappa Bridge, I would recommend this Accommodation even more. We were able to park until 3:00 PM the next day, and it was also possible to use the Onsen for a day trip after the trek. The staff’s smiles were delightful, and it was a wonderful, relaxing Accommodation.

This was my first stay at Iwaso, and also my first time staying overnight on Miyajima. Every Ryokan has its own character; this one felt refined yet relaxed, and I truly enjoyed the escape from everyday life. The food was excellent, and the Onsen was wonderful.

The hot spring water was wonderfully silky. The bath area was clean and spacious, and from the open-air bath we could see a sky full of stars—I could have stayed in forever. We only had breakfast, but it was delicious and very filling. I think this is a lovely Accommodation where you can relax and feel at ease.

It was my first time back in Ube City in a very long while, and the town has completely changed, but I was truly moved that the Hotel was still there just as before. The building is understandably old, but in return, the staff’s kind service and the wide variety and abundance at breakfast were wonderful. (I was happy to see kawara soba again—it brought back memories.) I met my friend at the restaurant next door, and I was glad to receive a discount as a guest privilege. Thank you for taking care of me.

I stayed one night on 8/23 with breakfast included. The men’s bath has a spacious indoor bath, and the open-air bath is designed to feel very open, with the outside scenery visible up close. The sulfur scent enhances the Onsen atmosphere, and it’s such pleasant water that you’ll want to soak again and again. At around 1,500 m elevation, it stays very cool in summer and is comfortable to spend time here. I’d like to visit again in a different season. It seems that Shogi title matches have been held here many times as well, so Shogi fans might enjoy that too.
