We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was an even more wonderful hotel than we expected, and our stay—from arrival to departure—was satisfying from start to finish. As someone originally from Nagoya, the TV Tower has been familiar to me since childhood, though it has been 25 years since I left the city. I was truly surprised and moved that such a beautiful hotel had been created here. From the warm welcome on arrival, every member of staff was attentive and kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. This time, we were upgraded to a larger room as a Diamond member benefit—what a lovely surprise! The welcome sweets were adorable and absolutely delicious. The view from the room was outstanding, of course. The art displayed throughout the hotel was also captivating, giving the entire property its own unique atmosphere. There were new discoveries everywhere we walked, and we thoroughly enjoyed the art tour as well. Searching for artworks together as a couple became a fun memory too (laugh). And the night view from the observation deck—an exclusive perk for guests—was truly breathtaking! We could take in all of Nagoya’s nightscape at once, making it an unforgettable moment. The hidden-door entrance leading up to the deck was incredibly stylish; its playful touch made us genuinely excited. Breakfast lived up to its reputation—delicious in every way—and we enjoyed a luxurious, happy morning while taking in the amazing view. My wife loved it too and said, “No.1 among all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at!” We’re truly happy to have found a hotel that satisfied both of us wholeheartedly. Thanks to everyone’s heartfelt hospitality, our 25th wedding anniversary became a wonderful memory we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much to all of your staff for such an incredible experience. Whenever we visit Nagoya again, we would love to stay here again. We stayed for one night and two days with my elderly parents, who have concerns about cognitive function and eating, as three generations. Thank you for preparing a space where all of us could dine together; we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace, which we truly appreciated. My father, who usually has trouble eating due to dental issues, finished both dinner and breakfast completely, and our whole family was thrilled. We apologize for cutting the food into small pieces during the meal and for any lack of proper table manners; thank you for your understanding. Since the futon area is slightly raised, we were worried about nighttime trips to the restroom, but it was fine. Even after returning home, we can’t stop talking about how wonderful the meals were—the room, the bath, and the staff were all excellent. Thank you very much.

I finally found an Accommodation that truly satisfied me after a long time. The pick-up at the station, the welcome at the entrance, and the greeting at the front desk all left a lasting impression. The hospitality from our attendant and everyone at the Ryokan was excellent. The food was delicious, and the Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. If I had one request, since I tend to get hot easily, I would have appreciated one or two more fans in the changing room after bathing—but this is purely my personal preference. I would like to stay again.

With Hotel rates rising lately, I hadn’t had many chances to stay, but with my birthday coming up, I visited again for the first time in a while. These days, many Hotels seem busy with inbound travelers, and it’s often hard to receive Diamond member benefits. Here, even though the Hotel was nearly full, they still provided them, which made me very happy. The Room was just as before—very clean, with large windows and a great view. It felt like a unit in a luxury apartment building, and I was able to truly relax. The service was excellent and made me want to stay for as many nights as possible. I can’t visit often, but I hope to come again soon. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff’s polished service was truly pleasant, and I felt reassured from the moment I arrived. I believe this is an appealing Accommodation, perfect for adults who want to relax quietly in Kamakura. Also, the email replies to my inquiries (before my stay) were very prompt, which was extremely helpful.

We stayed for one night with our dog on a weekend in late September. It had been a while since we last visited Regina, but everything was wonderful—the facilities and all the staff. Our dog had a great time sprinting around the dog run. For dinner, we enjoyed a course meal together with our dog, and we also appreciated the wide selection of wines by the glass. We’d love to come again.

This was my first stay in four years, and I was completely satisfied with everything—the clean Facilities and the thoughtful care from the staff. I could also clearly see your environmental initiatives, and it really felt like you are making a genuine effort. Breakfast was carefully prepared item by item, and the health-conscious dishes were delicious as well. In the evening, since my birthday is next week, my friend ordered champagne via room service, and when the staff member delivering it heard that, they brought me chocolates too. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. I would love to stay again for another special occasion.

I stayed for two days, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s kind and attentive service. I have stayed at many Hotels across Japan, but I was once again struck by the meticulous hospitality at Hotel Okura Kyoto. Throughout my stay, their genuine desire to help guests feel as comfortable as possible came through naturally in many situations. During my stay, I dined at the French restaurant on the 17th floor and also used room service; both the food quality and service were impeccable. More than just its Facilities or location, I feel that the staff’s hospitality itself is one of this Hotel’s greatest attractions. It was a Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again.

Everything—from the meals and the Room to the amenities and hospitality—was outstanding, and we were completely satisfied with our stay! The open-air Onsen bath in the Room was incredibly convenient, as we could soak anytime we liked, and it felt wonderfully luxurious. Also, because this Accommodation has only 10 Rooms, we rarely crossed paths with other guests at “Owl no Yu,” so we could relax and enjoy the Onsen as if it were private. The kaiseki dinner was exquisite across the board. In particular, the miso-glazed eggplant (dengaku) and steamed eel rice left a lasting impression—they were truly delicious. You could really tell each dish was prepared with great care, and we enjoyed every bite to the very end. Breakfast was also excellent. It was my first time trying Nanban natto, and I liked it so much I wished I could take some home. The rolled omelet was fluffy and delicious as well. From the cuisine and Onsen to the Room—and above all, the heartfelt service from all of the staff—this was a wonderful Accommodation that satisfied us in every way. If you’d like to unwind in an Onsen while enjoying a drink and spend a relaxing holiday forgetting everyday fatigue, this is exactly the right place. We would love to visit again!

I have stayed here many times, and it offers excellent access to Tokyo Station, making it convenient to travel anywhere by train. You will also have no trouble dining or shopping in the underground mall or around the Marunouchi area. Although the Rooms are right by the station, they are very quiet and comfortable. When my child was younger, we especially loved the Room with a view of the trains. This time, the only thing that concerned me was that the closet door handle (wooden part) had deteriorated and become splintered.

I love this club lounge. No matter what time I visit, the food and drinks are always replenished and neatly arranged. The seating is well spaced, so it’s very comfortable. There are no loud guests, and even families with children are considerate of the time and those around them, so I can relax in peace. Above all, the staff’s professional service is outstanding. One of the experienced gentlemen even made cocktails for me. The Room was impeccably cleaned, and I was able to spend a quiet, relaxing time. I’m always impressed by how courteous the Room staff are on the phone. More Hotels have switched to self-service ice these days, but here a Hotel staff member in a crisp uniform delivers it on a tray with a silver ice bucket—just that alone feels wonderful. Since I need to take medication, having extra mineral water was also very helpful. I also accidentally dropped my hair treatment bottle and broke it, but they kindly replaced it for me. I’m sorry for the trouble during these times of limited supplies. I also appreciated being able to change my newspaper. Thank you for all your thoughtful care. I look forward to staying with you again.

Due to a typhoon, my flight was canceled, so I made a last-minute Reservation. Since the Room I reserved was fully booked, they upgraded me, and I was able to stay in a comfortable space. They also recommended nearby Italian restaurants and bars, and I truly felt their thoughtful hospitality. Kumamoto Castle is within walking distance, and my unexpected extended stay actually allowed me to enjoy Kumamoto’s local food and sightseeing. I would love to stay here again.

Overall, it is very clean and well-equipped. From the entrance, the atmosphere feels extraordinary and exciting. This attention to detail is carried through to every corner. The Room amenities are excellent, the meals are outstanding, and the service is pleasant. The only disappointment was that the hair dryer felt ordinary and a bit old. Great value for money, highly recommended.

It was a truly wonderful hotel. I visited Kanazawa with my elderly mother, and booking a hotel in such a great location surrounded by sightseeing spots was absolutely the right choice. Getting around by taxi was smooth and easy.\nBefore check-in we arrived early, but we were promptly shown to our room as they told us it was already ready, which made my mother very happy.\nThe carpets and wall art throughout the hotel were exactly our style and really lifted our spirits.\nWe were also captivated by the Kutani ware mugs and teacups provided in the room. It made us feel, “We’re really traveling in Kanazawa!” and we were so pleased.\nThe coffee tasted especially delicious in those cups, but it was a little disappointing that the same ones weren’t available in the gift shop.\nInstead, we bought Kutani ware as souvenirs at a Kutani shop on our way home.\nFor dinner, since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I had requested seats as close to the buffet tables as possible, but they kindly prepared a private room nearby for us.\nThanks to that, we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace.\nThank you very much.\nI truly appreciate the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail.\nWe were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of everything—from Kanazawa specialties like jibuni stew and Kanazawa oden to nodoguro sushi and dessert.\nHere as well, many beautiful pieces of pottery such as Kutani ware were used for small plates, allowing us to enjoy the food visually too.\nI rated the facilities 4 stars only because my elderly mother felt that overall the interior of the hotel seemed rather dark—this is just our personal impression.\nAfter checkout we took the shuttle bus to the station; it was a large sightseeing coach and very comfortable.\nThank you for taking such good care of us.\nWe would love to stay again.

Because I love this Hotel and it’s perfect for visiting the theme park, I ended up staying here again. I was completely satisfied with both the facilities and the service. Every staff member was wonderful, and I always find myself thinking how glad I am that I came back. The high quality of the breakfast buffet truly lives up to everyone’s Reviews—I can only say, “I’m so glad I ate it.” We also had dinner at Bella Luce. The signature dish “Rossini” was recommended to us, so we upgraded and ordered it. Honestly, I’m truly glad we did—it was absolutely delicious. We’ll be back. Thank you very much.

I visited Kumamoto with my mother for the first time in over ten years to attend a concert. Although our stay was limited to one night and two days, thanks to the Hotel’s calm atmosphere and the thoughtful care of all the staff, we were able to spend a relaxing and comfortable time. My mother was also very pleased, and I truly feel glad we were able to stay here. I understand that full recovery from the recent earthquake may still take time, but in my own small way, I hope that visiting Kumamoto can be of some help. I sincerely wish for a swift recovery. If I have another opportunity to visit Kumamoto, I would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality.

I stayed here the night before my trip to Gifu. The hotel is connected to an amusement facility and also has hot springs. I was able to use the hot springs and also dine at the restaurant attached to them! (I wasn’t expecting much, but the food was delicious.) The room was spacious, and I had a very comfortable stay. I wasn’t feeling well in the morning, and I really appreciated that you accommodated a late check-out. I would like to stay here again when I visit the area.
