We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

We were completely satisfied with everything from start to finish. This time, we stayed to coincide with my eldest son and grandchild coming home. And on the day we checked out, we went ahead and made a Reservation for the following month to coincide with my second son coming home. In any case, we were completely satisfied with everything.

Once again, our stay at Futari Komorebi was filled with joy. Over these two days, we were reminded how wonderful and comforting it is that the most important things never change. Every moment felt special—time spent in the Room and time enjoying the meals. We have already made our next Reservation, and we look forward to another delightful stay. Thank you in advance.

We stayed again this year for my husband’s birthday. We were able to relax in the wonderful lounge and enjoy a luxurious time while taking in the beautiful view of the Imperial Palace Outer Gardens. Even though we hadn’t mentioned it this time, they celebrated his birthday, which made us very happy. This is a favorite Hotel we want to visit again and again, thanks to their thoughtful attention to detail.

There were no people or buildings nearby, so our family was able to relax and enjoy ourselves freely. Our dogs, who aren’t comfortable around strangers or other dogs, were also able to unwind, which was wonderful. Changing slippers when going out into the garden and coming back inside was a bit of a hassle, but aside from that we were completely satisfied. The amenities were well stocked as well. We’d love to stay again.

My wife and I stayed here as a reward after work. Everything was wonderful—the butler service, the food, and the atmosphere. The early evening with a hint of autumn and the refreshing mornings were both amazing. Staying for about two nights would be perfect. Next time, I’d like to try another Room as well. Thank you—my wife was very satisfied too. The meat miso we received was so good we couldn’t stop eating rice.

I’ve been staying here every year for the past few years, and I’m always extremely satisfied no matter when I visit! The Room, the bath, and the meals are all wonderful—especially the staff’s hospitality, which is outstanding! Everything is taken care of so thoughtfully. I stayed here last year and had such a wonderful experience that I decided to return again this time. Once again, my expectations were fully met. I was satisfied with everything—the Room, the meals, and the service—and was able to enjoy a truly relaxing stay. I had dinner at the counter seats, and it was an especially luxurious moment to enjoy the meal while watching a beautiful sunset. The chef’s personality was also wonderful, and I had a great time chatting about various topics throughout the evening. Last time, there were sushi refills during dinner, so I assumed it would be the same concept this time as well. However, this time the menu was thoughtfully arranged in a different way. While there were no sushi refills, sushi was served several times between courses, which made for an enjoyable experience with a different style from last time. Every dish was delicious and highly satisfying. Overall, I felt comfortable throughout my stay and am very pleased. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay here again. We enjoyed a “staycation,” with lounge hopping across four lounges as the main highlight. First, we walked from Shinagawa Station to the Hotel, but IKYU’s directions said “cross Daiichi Keihan…,” so we crossed the signal right after exiting the Takanawa Exit. However, the route to the right after crossing was blocked due to construction, so we had to turn back. After exiting the Takanawa Exit, it’s best to turn right and walk along Daiichi Keihan, then turn left at the first traffic light onto Sakura-zaka. Alternatively, since it’s a continuous uphill slope, I think taking the shuttle bus would be a good option. We visited all four lounges, and as expected, Hana-Kouro’s lounge was the most relaxing; the drinks were also of higher quality and excellent. The champagne during cocktail time—and Dassai—was a real treat. We also enjoyed tasting different sake. There were some light bites during cocktail time, but it would have been even better if there had been additional hors d’oeuvres. Breakfast was delicious as well. It was our first time trying a matcha grinding experience, and we really enjoyed it. At the lounge, the staff maintained just the right level of attentiveness throughout without being intrusive, which made it very comfortable. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us. It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

This was my second stay, about two years since the last time. On my previous visit, everything left a lasting impression—the quality of the Onsen water, the hospitality, and the food—so this time I returned for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights. Over the past two years I’ve stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans for both work and personal trips, but coming back here reminded me once again what makes this place so special. Although I arrived much later than planned, a staff member greeted me at the entrance to the parking area in light rain. It was already dark and hard to see the entrance clearly, so I truly appreciated that thoughtful attention to detail. My Room was the same as last time, with a direct view of Mt. Fuji. The spacious layout, spotless cleanliness, and the ability to enjoy an Onsen bath and sauna in the Room were all outstanding. On day two I spent the entire day working online from my Room. After finishing work and relaxing in the Onsen and sauna, I didn’t feel like going out, so late in the afternoon I decided on short notice to request dinner at the Hotel. I have a beef allergy and have also been avoiding heavy dishes recently, so I made several difficult requests—but they accommodated them graciously. And that meal was truly exceptional. Though French cuisine, it was light yet satisfying—clean flavors with a gentle touch. Each dish was carefully prepared; everything was surprisingly delicious, and I enjoyed it comfortably through to the end. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans over the years, but this visit reminded me that true quality shows itself not only in luxury but in attentive care for each individual guest. The staff’s natural and pleasant service, wonderful food, and a quiet space where you can truly unwind made for an immensely fulfilling stay. My work progressed smoothly as well—I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. I will definitely return again soon. Thank you very much.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

Although I have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans in Japan and abroad, there are surprisingly few Hotels that I can look back on later and truly feel were a great stay. This time, however, even after more than a month, the wonderful afterglow of the trip still remains. The Room, restaurant, and pool were all impeccably maintained, with thoughtful attention evident everywhere—nothing felt lacking or excessive. A major reason was also the excellent hospitality from the female staff member who welcomed us from check-in. I was also happy that there were no guests being loud or disruptive, and I am truly grateful to have found a Hotel I can return to with a smile and say, “I’m home!”

First of all, the dining was outstanding. We tried the French, teppanyaki, and sushi restaurants, and everything was perfect. If these were in a city, each would be a hugely popular spot. All the staff were kind, and you can really feel their dedication to welcoming guests. The Room had a large glass wall facing the ocean, and we had an amazing time on the balcony—enjoying coffee while looking out at the sea and having breakfast there as well. The pool is generously sized, so you can swim properly. We enjoyed going back and forth between the pool and the jacuzzi in the bath area all day long. It truly felt like paradise at this Hotel. We plan to return many times.

This time, I stayed in a Heritage balcony Room. I wondered if it might be too hot this season, but the evening breeze was pleasant, and I was able to relax with drinks from room service. For dinner, I dined at Toh-Ka-Lin, and the next morning I had breakfast at Nouvelle Epoque. Everything—from delicious dining to the gym, spa, and pool—was available within the Hotel, so I could truly unwind and enjoy a genuinely luxurious stay. The entire property was clean and quiet throughout, and the staff’s hospitality struck the perfect balance: not too close or too distant, yet always attentive with thoughtful care. An unexpected issue came up during my stay, but even then the Hotel team responded with kindness and meticulous consideration. It reminded me once again of how exceptional Japanese Hotels are—especially Okura. I would love to visit again.

In mid-May, the three of us—my mother in her late 80s and my husband and I—stayed here. Throughout our stay, the staff, including the proprietress, showed thoughtful care for my elderly mother, and we are truly grateful. The cuisine made the most of fresh seafood from Ise Bay, Matsusaka beef, and seasonal vegetables from Mie Prefecture. Each dish was carefully crafted and delicious; even my mother, who usually eats little, enjoyed her meals. The bath overlooking the beautifully maintained Japanese garden featured a gentle Onsen that felt kind to the skin, and we were able to relax and enjoy it many times during our stay. We stayed in “Tochi,” and were able to spend a comfortable time at ease in a Room richly finished with wood and on an open veranda. The Japanese garden was stunning; there were many hydrangea buds during our visit, and imagining how beautiful they would be in bloom made it all the more disappointing to leave without seeing them—but it was still an outstanding trip.

I was looking for a Hotel around Lake Toya where I could stay with my dog, and chose this Hotel— it was truly an outstanding experience. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptionally delicious, and I was completely satisfied. The facilities were clean and modern, and all the staff were wonderful. The only thing I noticed was that although you should be able to enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Toya from the bath, the outside view was blocked for privacy reasons. That part was a little disappointing. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we had a very comfortable stay with our dog. I would love to visit again!

We stayed at Sedona for our first trip with our dog. I had a general sense of the atmosphere from photos, but seeing it in person was truly moving. A spacious property with a wonderful building that feels like being abroad. The appliances and the little items in the Room were all stylish and adorable!! Above all, our dog was the happiest, going back and forth between the garden and the Room again and again. Seeing that made my spouse and me incredibly happy! It’s far, so we can’t come back easily, but we would love to return here again. Thank you very much for providing such an amazing Accommodation!!

The blend of nature and luxury was wonderful. I loved taking my time in the sauna, and the wood-burning stove was truly soothing. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. I’ll definitely be back.

My spouse and I stay here every year, but this year we invited my elderly mother and came as three. The spacious Room on the 6th floor was our first time, and the view was wonderful and stylish. My mother loved it, and I am truly grateful that we were able to make a meaningful trip for her.
