I checked in at night, and although it was fairly crowded, the staff handled everything smoothly and discreetly handed me a bag for the amenities. When I entered the Room and opened the curtains, I could see the lights of the Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama, which was exciting for us with DisneySea planned for the next day! Above all, the Facility was excellent. The next day we stayed at an official Hotel, but this Accommodation was better. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in Tokyo. Everything was very clean, and even after walking around all day in Tokyo, we were able to relax thanks to this Hotel. The bathroom and toilet were easy to use, there were plenty of hangers, and the disposable slippers felt hygienic. What surprised me most was the amenities available at the front desk—good-quality toner, sheet masks, and cooling patches. I applied a patch to my swollen legs after all the walking; it felt refreshingly cool and was so soothing. The Room wasn’t the largest one with a separate bath and toilet, but it was spacious enough. There were two floor-to-ceiling windows that made it feel open, and the night view was beautiful. It’s a Hotel that made me think, “This is where I want to stay again when I come back to Tokyo.” Our children liked it a lot as well. Everyone at reception was professional and kind.

This was a return visit. It is an exceptionally comfortable Hotel where I can truly relax, as if I’ve come home. The location is also wonderful. The view of the Sumida River waterfront and Tokyo Skytree was something I had been looking forward to again since my last stay, but this time the top of the Skytree was hidden in the clouds due to a typhoon. Even so, it felt magical, and I was able to enjoy a rare view that was different from usual. The Room amenities and equipment are well provided, and I especially love being able to unwind in the spacious bathtub, as well as having my favorite Epsom salts available. This time I also visited the bar, and thanks to the attentive service from all staff members, I had a very pleasant time. Since I had an early departure the next morning, they prepared a breakfast box instead of the regular breakfast; it was delicious and very satisfying. Above all, what impressed me most was the front desk staff’s support. After checkout, they kindly guided me in detail even though I wasn’t familiar with the area, which helped everything go smoothly afterward. From check-in through farewell at departure, I am deeply grateful for everyone’s outstanding hospitality. This is a Hotel that makes me sincerely want to introduce this wonderful space and delicious breakfast to someone important. I will definitely return again next time.

My daughter and I stayed one night in a Twin Room. We made a Reservation because of the high ratings, and it was as comfortable as the reviews said. The Room was spotless, the blackout curtains worked perfectly, and the beds were ideally firm. The sink and toilet area was surprisingly spacious for a Business Hotel, and we were impressed that the bathroom also had a separate washing area. We will definitely stay again.

The food was delicious, which was great.

It’s always within walking distance from Tokyo Station. On the day I stayed, it was unusually cool, so I walked. Tsukiji Outer Market, Kabuki-za Theatre, Ginza, and Tsukishima are all within walking distance, which is very convenient. The bathtub filled up with hot water in no time, which was great.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my first stay, and the Hotel was conveniently located with easy access from the station. Not only the Hotel overall, but also the Room was kept clean and comfortable. Above all, every staff member was friendly and treated us with great care, which made our stay truly pleasant. Thank you again. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I had to go to Tokyo for an errand, and when I checked to see if there were any events that day, it turned out to be the famous Sumida River Fireworks Festival. Since I’d always wanted to see it at least once, I made a Reservation at this Hotel in Ryogoku. Without knowing anything beforehand, I arrived to find that the street in front of the Hotel was part of a one-way detour route toward Kuramae Bridge, a great spot for viewing the fireworks—so by simply following the flow of people, I ended up being able to watch them. It felt like a lucky break. The Hotel even handed out uchiwa fans to guests heading to the festival, which was a thoughtful touch. As for the Facility itself, there’s a convenience store on the second floor, which is very handy. The large public bath in the basement also looked appealing and I really wanted to try it, but I was so exhausted that I used the bath in my Room instead—so unfortunately I didn’t get to use it this time. An excellent Hotel for the price. I’d definitely like to stay again.

Although my Multiple Night Stay was booked as a non-smoking Room on the first night and a smoking Room on the second, they kindly checked whether a non-smoking Room was available for the second night and changed it to a Multiple Night Stay in the same Room. The staff were very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. When I attend events near the waterfront area, I would like to stay here again.

Conveniently located with easy access, I stay here regularly. The front desk staff are very kind. They kindly explain how to get to sightseeing spots and more.

The access, view, and spaciousness were great, which is why I used it, but the showerhead has been upgraded to a better one, increasing satisfaction. On the other hand, the rates on IKYU have increased, making it harder to use within my company's expense budget.

It was a clean Hotel. It’s close to the station, but it was a little hard to find. I mistakenly went to another Hotel in the same chain nearby. At the wrong Hotel, an international front desk staff member kindly guided me to the correct location. The staff at the front desk upon arrival also explained everything politely, and they were very pleasant. I would like to stay here again when attending an event.

Stayed for one night on a business trip. The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and attentive. The Room was not very spacious but kept clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. However, due to the proximity to the train tracks, I could hear some train noise at night. Earplugs might be helpful for those sensitive to noise. Breakfast was served as a Japanese-Western buffet in the restaurant on the first floor. There was a fair variety of options, and everything tasted good. Overall, it's good value for money as a Business Hotel.

I chose this Hotel because it offered a great value Plan. Since it's new, the Room was spotless and very satisfying. There was a kettle and instant coffee provided, but while there were plastic cups, there were no paper cups suitable for hot coffee, which I found puzzling. The absence of a desk and only having a table seemed different from typical business hotels. Although I thought the noise from the first-floor okonomiyaki restaurant might be bothersome, my Room on the third floor was surprisingly quiet once I closed the door. However, the Hotel entrance is directly connected to the restaurant without any partition. If you enter or exit late at night or early in the morning when no staff is present at reception, you have to pass through what feels like an empty restaurant after hours. This made me worry about potential unauthorized access by someone with ill intentions—though perhaps this concern is unnecessary.

I had business in Tokyo and was looking for an Accommodation where I could stay alone. I chose this place because it has a large public bath with a semi-natural Onsen. The Room is compact but comfortable. The shower room is small, but I didn’t use it, so it wasn’t an issue. I used the large public bath three times—upon arrival, before going to bed, and in the morning—and by chance I had it all to myself each time, so I could really relax and relieve my fatigue. The staff were pleasant, and the Room was clean. I would like to stay here again.

I used this Accommodation for a business trip. The location is between Ginza and Shimbashi. It’s a little far from the nearest station, but still within a 10-minute walk. The Accommodation is compact but clean and well organized, and I had a very comfortable stay.

The location is easy to find. The amenities are well provided. I was a bit concerned about mold in the bathroom. The staff’s service and explanations were very pleasant—thank you very much.

I used this place for a “summer escape” in Tokyo. I usually stay in places around 20 m², so I was a bit worried since this one is 14 m², but although compact, it was functional. What surprised me was that outside the Room wasn’t an indoor hallway—each floor was open-air, like an apartment building. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be that the bathroom is small, probably because it’s a 14 m² space.

The Room makes excellent use of space, with a high bed frame that allows you to store luggage underneath. The shampoo and conditioner are carefully selected, and their fragrance lasts a long time. There are also several wonderful Accommodations near the Hotel.
