Not only was the Room wonderful, but the host was truly kind. Even though I contacted them just two days in advance to plan a surprise celebration for my companion, they prepared a message plate and even decorated the Room for us. I’d love to stay again.

In the wonderful space created by the owners, we were able to spend a truly relaxing and restorative time. Enjoying their thoughtfully prepared dishes—down to the seasonings—paired with local sake and served in locally made tableware was a real luxury... The journey there, transferring between local trains and buses, also became a memorable part of our trip. We would love to visit again someday in a different season. Thank you very much for such a lovely time.

After watching a TV program featuring purple sea urchin, we visited looking forward to the dining experience. The cuisine, making the most of Amakusa’s abundant natural bounty, was far beyond our expectations—truly outstanding. We also appreciated the thoughtful explanations about the ingredients and stories about the producers, and enjoyed a wonderful time with the paired drinks. Dinner enjoyed while watching the beautiful sunset is a special memory we will never forget. A stylish and comfortable Room, an Onsen with ocean views, and breathtaking scenery right before our eyes—everything was exceptional and deeply relaxing. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality of your staff, who clearly love Amakusa. Their desire to share Amakusa’s charm and ensure every guest truly enjoys their stay came through in every detail, and thanks to their attentive care we felt comfortable throughout. It became an unforgettable stay for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I visited during the Obon holidays, and the drive was not crowded at all. The Accommodation was in a great location, just a short walk to Irago Cape Lighthouse. Right in front is Koijigahama Beach, and I was able to relax at the Accommodation while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The owner, the young proprietress, and all the staff were wonderfully pleasant and welcoming. I have stayed at many Ryokan and Hotels, but I think this place is the best. The food was also delicious, and I am completely satisfied with everything. I would like to take good care of the hibiscus I received on my way home—thank you very much. I would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed here with my daughter for a birthday trip. Just as the Reviews said, each dish was carefully prepared—everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and we were truly satisfied. The welcome sweets in our Room and the dessert pudding were also handmade by the chef and unbelievably good. The semi-open-air bath in our Room was wonderfully relaxing, with a proper washing area, so we could easily enjoy the Onsen again and again. The original shampoo and conditioner were so good I wanted to buy them to take home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. Above all, I was deeply impressed by the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, and thanks to their heartfelt service we had such a pleasant stay. With their wonderful smiles and thoughtfulness, we were able to spend an unforgettable birthday—it was an incredibly satisfying trip. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

From the moment we were picked up, the hospitality had already begun. We were completely satisfied with everything—from the guidance along the way to the warm welcome after arrival. Of course, we also enjoyed delicious meals. In the morning, we woke up to a ship’s whistle. The ever-changing view of the tides was truly soothing. We would love to visit again in another season.

I stayed at 3rd HOUSE Inamuragasaki East Wing. This time I visited with friends. We borrowed BBQ equipment and enjoyed a relaxed meal while taking in the seaside atmosphere. It felt like a real luxury—time like this is hard to make as adults. The best part of this Accommodation is, without a doubt, how well-equipped it is. The rooftop has a sauna and a jacuzzi, and the jacuzzi after a proper sweat in the sauna—while enjoying the fresh air—is simply unbeatable. Spending time there while feeling the Inamuragasaki breeze truly feels like an escape from everyday life. The second-floor jacuzzi was also fantastic, with completely different vibes during the day and at night. We lost track of time as our conversations flowed. The Room felt open and airy, and as an entire-home rental it offers excellent privacy. It’s easy to relax without worrying about others, making it perfect not only for friends but also for families or couples. An Accommodation where you can enjoy both “the luxury of doing nothing” and “the luxury of having fun together.” Combined with the Kamakura/Inamuragasaki location, it was such a wonderful stay that I’d love to return in another season. Thank you for everything—I’ll be back again.

We were worried about the typhoon forecast, but luckily it cleared up and we were able to swim in the sea. The Goemon bath after fully enjoying the ocean was absolutely amazing!! It was a truly luxurious time that made us forget everyday life. At night, we could also see a beautiful starry sky, and our whole family made wonderful memories together. It was such an incredible day that we even said as a family, “Let’s definitely come back here next year!”!! We’re glad we chose a Multiple Night Stay with plenty of time. Thank you very much for the Shuttle Service from the airport. I’m not familiar with the area and can’t drive, so it was a huge help. The Room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and the large sofa made it easy to unwind while enjoying the view. The meals were beautifully presented on lovely tableware, and they were served in perfect timing to match our pace—thank you so much. As expected of Otsuka Pharmaceutical, the hospitality was truly outstanding. I personally love Oronamin C and Fibe-Mini, so I was delighted by the complimentary drinks in the refrigerator. The Otsuka Pharmaceutical toner and serum provided in the bath felt wonderful to use, and I’m considering purchasing them. This is a truly wonderful Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

The property has been beautifully renovated and is very clean despite being 20 years old. We chose the standard meal plan, and it was delicious—simple, no gimmicks, with a focus on great taste. The portion size was just right. I also forgot something behind, and I’m very grateful for all the help in handling it. Highly recommended.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

It was a wonderful Accommodation with thoughtful attention to detail. You can see Mount Rishiri from the Onsen and the dining area, and the view is magnificent. Beautiful flowers were arranged throughout the building, and we could feel the careful hospitality in every corner. The meals were delicious, and we are glad we stayed at Hanarebun. We had an extremely satisfying stay in every way. This time, we stayed in both the villa and the Deluxe Twin, and both Rooms were very clean. However, on the first night we chose to have a BBQ at the villa, but it was too hot to handle. We thought it would be nice if there were a mist system on the terrace.

The Room was a beautifully renovated guest room with an open-air bath, and I was happy to be able to relax and enjoy the Onsen in the Room as well. The staff were very courteous, and we had a comfortable stay. Dinner was delicious, featuring mainly seafood. We also really enjoyed watching the explanation and live demonstration of Oga Peninsula’s specialty stone-grilled dish. Breakfast was a buffet, and everything was tasty—we were completely full. It was a bit of a long trip, but we made wonderful memories. Thank you very much.

We visited for a family trip to celebrate our daughter’s marriage. As it was formerly an art museum, we were overwhelmed by the meticulously designed building by Tadao Ando and the many artworks displayed throughout the property. The Room was extremely comfortable, and the pool we had been looking forward to was wonderful—we were able to fully enjoy this extraordinary space. We expected Western cuisine, but instead were delighted by beautifully refined Japanese dishes. The drink pairings matched to each course were perfect, and every dish moved us. The congratulatory wedding cake we had ordered was also truly delicious and became a wonderful keepsake. We sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality of all the staff. This is a superb Hotel where architecture, art, and food are all in harmony, and we would love to stay again.

Perched on a hill near Kawana Station, this Accommodation has a wonderful sense of charm. Even though it is upscale, the attendants were warm and approachable, making our stay truly comfortable. The Onsen baths are available both indoors and outdoors, and we could enjoy them at the same time; the water quality was excellent. The kaiseki dinner was outstanding—as expected of a renowned Ryokan—and we enjoyed it so much that we even had the late-night snack. The peaceful atmosphere, with occasional birdsong, was so soothing that we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely return.

Even though I had plans in Yokohama during the day and could have made it a day trip, I wanted to stay here so much that I booked a night before. I’ve stayed several times, but this was my first time in this Room, and it was spacious and comfortable. They brought my chosen welcome drink and sweets to the Room, and I also enjoyed the in-room dining—everything made for a truly relaxing stay. I’ve already made my next Reservation. I’m looking forward to coming back.

My friend and I stayed for one night and two days. When we arrived at the front desk to check in, an insect flew toward us and I let out a small scream, but the woman at reception smiled and said, “I’ve lived on Yakushima for a long time, but you never really get used to the insects,” which put me at ease and was very comforting. The lobby was spacious and clean, and the Room was also extremely clean with an amazing ocean view. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner; in particular, the Margherita pizza and mushroom risotto made to order by the chef were delicious. The bath also had a luxurious ocean view, and the silky-smooth water soaked into my body after all the trekking. This time we stayed only one night, but I’d love to come back and stay a bit longer next time.

This trip was mainly to visit Ise Grand Shrine, Toba, and Futamiura. I was especially looking forward to visiting Futami Okitama Shrine and seeing the Meoto Iwa (Wedded Rocks), so I searched for the Accommodation closest to the shrine and chose “Oishiya.” From the very beginning, I was impressed by the exceptionally courteous and pleasant service. From arriving by taxi through check-in, being shown to my Room, dining, and even the Shuttle Service to the station after check-out, everything was handled in such a welcoming way that it made for a truly wonderful trip. To the proprietress, manager, attendants, Shuttle Service driver, and everyone at Oishiya, thank you very much. Dinner was a charcoal-grilled seafood kaiseki course. Starting with appetizers and sashimi, the main dishes featured an abundant selection including abalone, squid, turban shell, other shellfish, and vegetables. Being able to enjoy abalone both grilled and as sashimi made it an especially luxurious meal. The meal was so plentiful that I’m sorry I ended up leaving one dish unfinished. I also appreciate the attendant’s thoughtful consideration regarding dessert. The view of Futami’s sea from the panoramic bath was exceptional—I enjoyed it many times: before dinner, after dinner, and early in the morning. The location of this Accommodation is also perfect for accessing Futami Okitama Shrine. After check-in, after dinner, at sunrise time, and after check-out, I was able to visit a total of four times—it meant so much to me. Every view was wonderful, but the scenery at sunrise was truly unforgettable. Staying at “Oishiya” made this an outstanding trip. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Thank you for such a wonderfully relaxing time. The ocean view from the Room was amazing. The sunset show as the sun sank into the horizon was truly breathtaking!! At night we enjoyed stargazing, and in the morning we woke to the songs of wild birds... it was a blissful one-night stay. Both dinner and breakfast were satisfying in both portion size and taste. The Tango Koshihikari rice was delicious!! All of the Accommodation staff were incredibly friendly, and we were able to spend our time feeling very relaxed. I was even mistaken for a repeat guest by the staff member who guided us to our Room on arrival (lol). From check-in to check-out, everything felt so easygoing. I’d love to visit again in a different season—maybe even for a Multiple Night Stay. Oh, next time I’ll make sure to remember everyone’s names from their name tags.
