The female staff at the breakfast buffet and the Chinese restaurant at lunch were cheerful and attentive, allowing us to relax and enjoy our meals. The large public bath was spacious and excellent.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

I visit Ajiro for fishing and always choose this accommodation as my regular stay. It's so comfortable that I often end up extending my stay. The view is great, and the private bath is absolutely amazing. I will continue to support you!

The road to the Accommodation includes steep slopes and narrow sections, so guests who are not confident drivers may find it challenging. On arrival, we received a warm welcome and had a pleasant check-in. The Room was spacious, spotless, and filled with great natural light. However, the Beppu view was blocked by overgrown trees outside the window; please trim them. There were many types of baths, and the iron-rich indoor bath in particular had excellent water quality. The private family bath and open-air bath also offered superb views, which we really enjoyed. Dinner and breakfast were luxurious, featuring only delicious ingredients—very satisfying. All-you-can-drink beer in the lounge is an irresistible service for beer lovers. It seems there are even more wonderful Accommodations in your group, so I’d like to try another one next time as well.

My 88-year-old mother, my sister and I, my daughter, and my two grandchildren (six of us across four generations) stayed at Atami Korakuen Hotel for one night and two days. Although we were a group with a wide range of ages, everyone was comfortable, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The Shuttle Service bus from Atami Station to the Hotel was extremely helpful. Our Room was an 18-tatami Japanese-style room with large windows, so we could also enjoy the beautiful nighttime view of Atami town. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety—from dishes my mother enjoys to kid-friendly options—so everyone could enjoy the meals together regardless of age. The freshly grilled dried horse mackerel was especially delicious. The large public bath was equipped with a baby bath and baby soap, so we felt at ease bathing even with our young grandchildren. We truly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. When we asked the front desk to arrange a taxi for getting around, they responded quickly, which helped us a lot. This is a Hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend to families traveling with babies or elderly relatives. We would love to stay again as a family. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

There were more cars than I expected, but the dining area and baths were not very crowded. We stayed on Friday and Saturday, and it didn’t seem like there were many families. Everything was smooth and consistently comfortable throughout our stay. It was a Ryokan I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here last June and again on my birthday, March 3 this year. The hotel is always clean, and the front desk staff are consistently kind and pleasant. I’ve stayed many times, and I always have a comfortable stay and leave feeling great. Whenever I visit Marugame, this is where I stay. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

Due to an approaching typhoon, we couldn’t see the sunset over Mutsu Bay, but the view of Yunoshima from the open-air bath was absolutely wonderful. The meals were also very satisfying, and it became a fun summer memory!!

I stayed here on vacation with my dog. We were guided in through the back entrance, which helped us avoid running into other guests’ dogs and made our stay comfortable. I missed booking meals, but for dinner we were able to try whale dishes at a local restaurant in town. There are many sightseeing spots nearby, so it’s a great place not only to relax but also as a convenient base for driving out and exploring.

My family of three stayed here recently. It was a last-minute trip, so we made our Reservation right before traveling. The Room we got was an 8-tatami Japanese-style room. I was a little disappointed at first, but once we checked in, I opened the door and found the entrance to the private bath right in front of us. A light at the entrance shows whether it’s in use, so whenever it was off, we could head straight in—such a convenient location. Best of all, the private bath is free, which was very appealing. The meals were also perfectly timed as a course menu, and everything was delicious! Both dinner and breakfast were exactly to our taste. It was a truly relaxing two days. This has become an Accommodation we’d love to visit again as a family soon.

This was our first trip to Shikoku by car from the Kanto area. Since my husband loves saunas, we often look for an Accommodation with a private sauna. This one isn’t completely private, but we chose it because the view from the barrel sauna is truly one of a kind. Right up until checkout, we were picking up shells with our child, spotting fish, chasing fast-moving crabs… and we were surprised to even see a ray-like fish. Even though we’re adults, we got way too excited—now that we’re back home, it honestly feels like the Urashima Taro story. For dinner, we had the “Tamatebako” shabu-shabu and added the optional sashimi. The photos didn’t show any carbs, but the shabu-shabu came with udon noodles to finish, and the portions were more than enough for our family of four. There were two types of meat in two tiers, plus plenty of vegetables—it felt very generous and good value. We couldn’t finish everything at night and had the udon the next morning! Are those breakfast croissants sold anywhere? They were so delicious! To the woman who explained everything in the building: when you showed us to our Room and saw that we’d bought lots of alcohol, you kindly said, “Please go ahead and use the fridge as soon as possible!” That thoughtfulness made me really happy—I wondered if you enjoy drinks too. Needless to say, the scenery was incredible. We were blessed with great weather and spent an unbelievably happy time there. There aren’t pajama-like items provided, so I slept in my sauna poncho—but Nishikawa bedding was very comfortable. It was also convenient to have two hair dryers. A drum-type washer/dryer would be even more convenient someday—please consider it (haha). Next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay! Thank you very much for taking care of us.

Family stay for four, including two children. Conveniently located. The building and room show some age but have been renovated, so no issues. The facility is well-maintained. Meals are delicious and generously portioned. Guests can also use the onsen of the affiliated facilities, making it possible to enjoy a hot spring tour. Would love to stay here again when visiting Beppu!

This Accommodation offers Rooms that can accommodate large groups, and we had a very comfortable stay when we visited last year, so we chose to stay again this year. The beach is right in front of the Accommodation, and there are beach huts nearby, making it a very convenient location for enjoying swimming in the sea. This time we chose a Plan that included dinner at Nonoan. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent—we were very satisfied! The kids’ meal also had many items and even came with a balloon, which made our child very happy. In the morning, we also enjoyed the sauna, and our whole family was able to spend a fulfilling time together. We would love to visit again next year!

This is our annual summer family trip with three generations. We book two Rooms, and we truly appreciate that you arrange them next to each other. The baths are amazing—wonderful Onsen! The food is delicious with a wide variety of options, and all the staff are so kind and helpful. It’s an outstanding Hotel. My mother was left partially paralyzed after a cerebral hemorrhage and has limited mobility, so we wondered if this might be our last trip together—but this year again, our whole family was able to come. We hope my mother and father stay healthy so we can all return next year as well. This is the best Hotel for creating wonderful memories on our yearly family trips. Please take care of yourselves, and keep up the great work. I’ll be visiting with friends in October too, and I’m looking forward to coming back again. The contrast between the lingering snow on Mt. Tateyama and Toyama Bay is outstanding. The hot water was comfortable, and the meals were just the right amount for me. If I had to suggest improvements: one bath’s changing room is small, and a long bench takes up too much space. It’s hard to tell the yukata sizes. The dining room is cramped and nearby conversations can be distracting, so some background music might help. It was an Accommodation I’d like to use again.

Dinner was very delicious. I wish breakfast had included items like an Onsen egg. The staff were also very friendly, and I would like to stay here again.

It was our first couple's trip in over twenty years without the kids. We visited with the intention of enjoying delicious food and leisurely drinks, and it was the perfect choice. All the dishes were very tasty, and the balance between French and Japanese cuisine was excellent, which made the sparkling wine and sake go down smoothly. The staff's service and their explanations about the drinks were wonderfully enjoyable. For breakfast, we had the rare truffle kamameshi, which was delightful as it was cooked to match our timing. The beautifully presented salad was also delicious, leaving both our eyes and stomachs satisfied. Since it was a weekday during the off-season, I was able to enjoy the enchanting outdoor jacuzzi at night all by myself. The purpose of the trip was to relax together, and everything from the compactness of the Hotel to the food and service was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you very much. On our way back, we talked about how we are interested in trying the Asian cuisine next time.

The top-floor spa offered breathtaking views of both the mountains and the sea—it was amazing.

After visiting Ise Jingu from Tokyo, we stayed here. The Hotel is close to Kumano Sanzan and located by the Pacific Ocean. The staff were all wonderful, and the dinner featuring fresh tuna bowl, whale sashimi, and Tatsuta-age was exquisite. At the nearby Whale Museum, we had a rare experience feeding and touching whales. This clean and lovely Hotel offers a luxurious breakfast accompanied by live piano music. We stayed for two nights, enjoying the slow pace of time in Taiji Town—a place filled with whale and dolphin monuments—and hoped that this traditional fishing culture continues for generations to come. We truly want to visit again! Thank you to all the Hotel staff for your hospitality! Highly recommended Hotel for everyone!

The food—especially the special kaiseki course—was excellent. The staff were very attentive, and the timing of each dish being served was perfect. The sunset was also beautiful. I’d love to visit again. Thank you very much.\n(However, there was only one elevator, which was a bit inconvenient.)
