It was our first time staying here, and it was amazing—direct access to the beach, clean and spacious. One night felt like a waste, so we said we’d stay two nights next time. There were places nearby within walking distance for dinner and lunch, and at night the stars were beautiful. The bathroom facilities and appliances were also modern and excellent.

Staying amid the vineyards and enjoying the warm hospitality of everyone who supported us made for an exceptional time. This is an Accommodation we will definitely want to visit again.

Everything was excellent, especially the service. The staff’s attentiveness was outstanding. The rooms, amenities, views, and pool were all wonderful—highly recommended Hotel.

We stayed in a villa with our family of four and our Chihuahua. Since it’s a bit away from the main building, we were very satisfied that Shuttle Service was provided each time we needed it. The Room and bath were amazing, and our daughters were excited the whole time! The food quality was excellent—especially the risotto, which was incredibly delicious. We also used the pool and were very satisfied. If I could share just two suggestions: since we traveled with our dog, it would have been nice if the area around the villa had better-maintained paths for walking. Also, while Wi‑Fi was available, we wished the TV had internet access so we could watch Netflix or YouTube. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much.

We stayed overnight to celebrate our grandchild’s birthday. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bathroom—especially the shower curtain—was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast lived up to its reputation, with a wide variety of dishes you don’t see at other hotels. They also used vegetables grown locally in Kobe, which was a big plus. And the juices—these days many places use machines, but not here. There were many drink options, and since I couldn’t resist, I tried small amounts of several kinds. There were also plenty of side dishes, and I ended up eating too much. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was wonderful as well, and we would love to stay here again.

We stayed with my parents, my spouse and I, our three children, and one dog. We arrived after 2:00 pm, and they kindly allowed us to check in. We stayed in two Rooms, Seiran and Gekpaku, and breakfast was served for all seven of us together in Seiran. For dinner, the seven of us gathered around the irori hearth to grill the ingredients we brought, enjoying a relaxed time together. It was also fun to use the Tuk-Tuk Shuttle Service to Mochimune Station and Mochimune Minato Onsen. The grassy garden and cool earthen-floor area were comfortable for our dog as well, making this a pleasant trip for the whole family. We would love to visit again in a different season.

I was impressed by the unchanged atmosphere and the meals. I would like to stay here again.

A bit away from the downtown area, but with a large public bath and breakfast included, I was very satisfied with the price. The only reasons I didn’t give a perfect score were that the loungewear felt a bit stiff and uncomfortable, the in-Room toilet felt cheap, and there was no black tea at breakfast.

This was my 8th stay at the FAUCHON Hotel Kyoto—my absolute favorite in Kyoto, which I love so much. I was visiting Kyoto for a friend’s grand opening celebration, and at the perfect time I received a birthday coupon from the FAUCHON spa. So I decided, “Let’s treat myself to a special birthday FAUCHON hotel stay!” I planned it with excitement—booking the towel cake I’d seen on Instagram and in Reviews on IKYU.com for the first time, along with the spa’s pink bubble bath that had made me unbelievably happy before. It was my third time staying in an East Higashiyama-view FAUCHON Suite, but the sofa and table layout had changed. The moment I entered the room, I couldn’t help cheering at how adorable the towel cake was—I took tons of photos and enjoyed it to the fullest! The handwritten “Happy Birthday” message on my key card, and the illustrated birthday card placed with the towel cake, became precious keepsakes that I brought home as treasured memories. The cute hand-drawn illustrations on both the full-length mirror and bathroom mirror also made me feel endlessly happy every time I saw them. I’m truly glad I chose to spend my birthday hotel stay in a FAUCHON Suite! Since my Plan included lounge access, I spaced it out from my spa appointment and enjoyed an early dinner and drinks. Along with my favorite champagne and umeshu, after enjoying the Shigaraki-ware bathtub in my room once, I topped up fluids and sugar with cola and sweets before heading to the spa. Even for the pink bubble bath at the spa—which I had been looking forward to so much—they prepared another towel cake with a heart. After having my tired feet massaged, I returned straight to my bed in the room and instantly fell asleep—I was blissfully happy beyond words. The next morning, I woke naturally before 4:00 a.m., watched dawn during magic hour, wrote myself a birthday card using one of the room postcards (and mailed it at a postbox at the end of my trip), enjoyed tea and coffee, and savored that Higashiyama view from by-the-window table. The steamed breakfast served in bamboo steamers at restaurant breakfast, as well as a birthday message cake after checkout—and even iced tea brewed by Grandy Master—everything was delicious. It was simply amazing. After buying souvenirs, even tag message attached to tote bag when they stored luggage were adorable too. Until leaving The FAUCHON Hotel Kyoto at last , this is best lingering feeling remained; It was best-ever FAUCHON hotel stay of mine! Thank you so much for such an overwhelmingly happiness-filled time!

This trip was to celebrate my mother’s birthday. She requested to see the Onsen she had visited with my late father during their honeymoon, and also the snow monkeys at Jigokudani Monkey Park. We chose this Accommodation because Reviews repeatedly mentioned the private family bath and a homey, relaxing atmosphere. True to the Reviews, it was a wonderfully quiet and peaceful place. The warm glow of washi paper lamps displayed throughout was beautiful, and we could feel the proprietress’s thoughtful care in every detail. And the food—absolutely delicious! Dinner just kept coming (laugh). Every dish was freshly made and served hot. The best of all was the kake soba hand-made by the chef that very morning. I love soba and visit many places, but I’m sorry—this was truly the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Breakfast also made us happy with piping-hot dashimaki tamago. The highlight of breakfast was the miso soup—I wanted to take home the whole pot. As we’ve gotten older, we choose our trips carefully based on both meals and Accommodation quality, and this place offered outstanding value for money. More than anything, we made unforgettable memories here. On our way out, I bought one of the lamps that were on display at the Accommodation as a gift for my mother. Thanks to you, it became the best birthday present possible. We’ll come again in winter—and again for her birthday next year too. This was my first time visiting Universal Studios, and I stayed at this Hotel. I was able to fully enjoy the park and also spend a very comfortable time at the Hotel. The only concern was that the ventilation in the toilet and bathroom felt a bit weak. Even so, it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again next time. Thank you for making my first Universal Studios experience even more satisfying.

We stayed here as a family of four—my husband, my mother, my son, and me. There is a supermarket called Himawari Market nearby, as well as a bakery called TRIFFLE, so we had no trouble at all even without meals included at the Accommodation. The bed sheets were soft and comfortable, and we really enjoyed staying in this log cabin with its clean wooden scent! Thank you very much. We would love to stay again!

It was a simple, lovely, spacious Room. My child was very happy as well. Just one thing: the walls were thin, and the guests in the next Room were noisy until late at night, so we couldn’t sleep. I suppose that may be a downside of being able to accommodate many people. We would appreciate it if you could consider some soundproofing measures. Overall, our stay was excellent, and the staff were very considerate, so we would like to stay again.

We stayed for three nights during the Obon holiday. This was our third year in a row, and each time we feel truly refreshed and enjoy an amazing vacation. Although the weather was poor after the typhoon, it miraculously cleared up from the second day, and we were somehow able to see the Perseid meteor shower as well. The staff were wonderful, and there was nothing that made us feel uncomfortable; our children had a great time too. The only disappointment was that the Diamond benefit of early check-in is no longer available. Since check-in tends to take a little time each visit, that may be the one area for improvement. Thank you again for everything this time as well.

This was my first time staying in the ladies’ Room (shower type). The Room felt a bit more spacious, and having a massage chair was wonderful. The shower room with a rain shower had plenty of space and great features. I was so satisfied with the shower room this time that I didn’t use the public bath, but since it’s on the same floor as the ladies’ floor and incredibly convenient, I’m thinking I’ll try it next time. At this Hotel, the beds are firmer and also wider, so I always sleep very well. With practical touches like the placement of the sink and table, it’s such a comfortable Room that next time I’d love to book a Multiple Night Stay if possible. Breakfast is great too—you can enjoy freshly made omelets, the miso soup made with cute miso balls is delicious, and I also love the sweet red bean butter next to the bread. Since I live far away, I can’t visit often, but I would definitely like to stay here again.

Although it wasn’t a Milky Day, the hot spring water was pleasantly cloudy, making for a wonderful bath. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The steak at dinner was especially high quality and excellent value for money. The vegetables were also very fresh—I ended up eating more than I intended. Thank you very much.

The property, amenities, and hospitality were all excellent, and we happened to be able to watch fireflies as well, making our stay extremely satisfying.

We stayed here for our first fan trip, and both the exterior and the interior were wonderful. We were very happy that our Room was upgraded for four guests. The staff were professional and courteous, which made our stay very comfortable. I was personally pleased to find bath salts among the amenities. For breakfast, we could make a Reservation via QR code at our preferred time, so we weren’t tied to a schedule and could head to the buffet at a relaxed pace. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all well-seasoned and delicious. With early-bird discounts and campaigns, the price was great value, making this an extremely satisfying fan trip. My friends were also very happy, and we’re already talking about staying here again. We look forward to seeing you next time as well. Thank you very much!!

There were a few minor issues, but they actually increased my positive impression of the Hotel. The staff handled everything very politely, and I was even impressed—if something was removed and accidentally not put back, that’s proof it gets replaced each time! In this season especially, I really appreciate being offered a welcome drink at check-in and being provided with a chilled hand towel. Whenever there’s a concert at Tokyo Dome, I stay here every time as long as I can make a Reservation, and I would definitely like to continue using this Hotel in the future.

As I was traveling alone as a woman, I decided to try the ladies-only floor, and it was excellent. There were basic skincare amenities, and there was also a bottle of cleansing oil in the bathroom. The Room had a hair iron, and I was impressed to find an electric foot massager as well. This may be available on other floors too, but there were free dispensers in the hallway for tea and a sports drink–style water, so I didn’t need to buy bottled drinks. The Room was clean, the location was convenient, and it offered great value for money. I’d love to stay here again.
