I chose this Accommodation for my boyfriend’s birthday trip. It was my first stay here, and it far exceeded my expectations. Above all, the staff’s service was truly outstanding, and I was moved by every thoughtful gesture. The property has the charming presence of a grand traditional Japanese house, and the garden is beautifully maintained. We enjoyed a luxurious time dining at a relaxed pace while looking out over the garden. The basashi (horse sashimi) in particular was the best I’ve ever had—absolutely unforgettable. The Room was spacious and spotless, very comfortable, and the view from the window was wonderful. The building also has delightful surprises and playful touches that even first-time guests can enjoy, which kept me excited throughout our stay. They also offer an excellent selection of sake, so I especially recommend this Accommodation to sake lovers. It was one of the most memorable places I’ve ever stayed—completely satisfying in every way. I will definitely return.

I visited during the Obon holidays, and the drive was not crowded at all. The Accommodation was in a great location, just a short walk to Irago Cape Lighthouse. Right in front is Koijigahama Beach, and I was able to relax at the Accommodation while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The owner, the young proprietress, and all the staff were wonderfully pleasant and welcoming. I have stayed at many Ryokan and Hotels, but I think this place is the best. The food was also delicious, and I am completely satisfied with everything. I would like to take good care of the hibiscus I received on my way home—thank you very much. I would definitely like to visit again.

Once again, our stay at Futari Komorebi was filled with joy. Over these two days, we were reminded how wonderful and comforting it is that the most important things never change. Every moment felt special—time spent in the Room and time enjoying the meals. We have already made our next Reservation, and we look forward to another delightful stay. Thank you in advance.

As a car and racing enthusiast, I love the details of this Hotel. The weather wasn’t great this time, but I was glad I could still see Mt. Fuji from my Room. I always choose the “view assigned by the Hotel,” and you can enjoy it no matter which side you get. This time again, we had dinner at Robata Oyama, and it was delicious—we were very satisfied. I also really like the breakfast.

Both the Room and the entire Accommodation were clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. The Onsen warmed us through to the core and helped relieve our travel fatigue. The meals were a delight both visually and in taste, and the steak in particular was outstanding. We had no contact with other guests, making it a quiet, relaxing space. Conversations with the staff were also pleasant, and we were very satisfied. We would love to visit again in a different season.

At first, the parking area felt a bit scary. There are wheel stops, but if you come in with too much speed, it feels like you could end up in the river. There were three private baths, all a good size. If they were available, we could use them as much as we wanted, and one of the private baths even had a sauna. Amenities are the type you take what you need to your Room, and there was a wide variety. After bathing, they also had ice cream and black soybean tea available. Since it’s all-inclusive, drinks were set out on both the 1st and 2nd floors, which was convenient. On the 2nd floor where the Rooms are, there were two massage chairs that we could use freely. Dinner was a white squid course; it wasn’t live squid so it wasn’t at its sweetest, but there was still sweetness—and for two people it was more than enough quantity (half might have been plenty). We came for nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), and we assumed one fish for two people, so we were surprised that each person got one. It was delicious. The Room was very clean, and the whole Ryokan smelled wonderful. Even though winter is crab season—and I expected everything to smell like crab—it felt very refined with a pleasant woody scent instead. There are no windows so don’t expect any views; however, the space with the sofa (with TV), bed, and washbasin area is very comfortable. The downside is that you can’t tell what the weather is like outside. But if you’re looking to enjoy an escape focused on eating and relaxing indoors, that may not be a bad thing. Breakfast was excellent across the board—the rice cooked in an earthenware pot was great, and so was the mirin-dried horse mackerel. On our way out we also tried grinding coffee with a stone mill for ourselves for once again enjoyed truly good coffee after a long time.

We made a Reservation to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was very calm, and it was so quiet and relaxing that we almost forgot we were in Dogo. The Onsen was wonderful, and we were amazed by the generous breakfast. We enjoyed a luxurious meal in the morning and then relaxed again in the Onsen. The hostess and all the staff provided outstanding service. We would love to stay here again.

We visited to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday. It was a long drive from Yokohama to Nagano, but this was a wonderful Accommodation that truly made us glad we came. The in-room open-air bath was a little hot and needed some adjustment, but it was clean, spacious, and free of insects. The shampoo and conditioner also left our hair smooth and silky. (Some Ryokan at this level still leave your hair feeling rough.) All the staff who welcomed us were smiling, and during dinner the head chef served the main dish right at our table. Everything was delicious—made with local ingredients and carefully prepared with great attention to detail. On our way out, they even opened the souvenir shop in the main building earlier for us, so I was happy to be able to buy the souvenirs I wanted. My parents were very pleased as well, so we would love to visit again while they are still healthy.

Thank you for taking care of us in the top-floor Room. The service, food, and Room were all wonderful. If we have the opportunity to travel to Oita again, we would love to stay with you again. Thank you very much.

We traveled to Miyazaki from Osaka as a family of three for our daughter’s birthday, because she wanted to try authentic spicy ramen. It was a very hot midsummer day, but the Room was cool, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom with a jet bath was spacious, and we were also delighted with the BVLGARI amenities. Since we hadn’t made a Reservation for the dinner course, we asked for à la carte at the restaurant at short notice. The cheerful chef kindly listened to our requests, and we enjoyed delicious Miyazaki beef and wine in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. For breakfast, the three of us ordered different dishes—Japanese-style breakfast, Western-style breakfast, and Eggs Benedict—and everything was excellent. As we didn’t need to drive anywhere afterward, we were able to enjoy plenty of drinks from the morning. In particular, the original(?) sausage in the Western-style breakfast was so flavorful that I wished I could have had more—either as seconds or even as a takeaway. During our stay, they also prepared a birthday celebration plate for our daughter, recommended a great spicy ramen shop, and gave us time to relax in the lounge with drinks while enjoying conversations with our daughter that we don’t often get to have. Thanks to this warm hospitality from all the staff who created such a welcoming environment, it became an extremely comfortable trip to Miyazaki. I truly think this is a highly recommended Hotel. To all the staff members: thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

I stayed here last year and had such a wonderful experience that I decided to return again this time. Once again, my expectations were fully met. I was satisfied with everything—the Room, the meals, and the service—and was able to enjoy a truly relaxing stay. I had dinner at the counter seats, and it was an especially luxurious moment to enjoy the meal while watching a beautiful sunset. The chef’s personality was also wonderful, and I had a great time chatting about various topics throughout the evening. Last time, there were sushi refills during dinner, so I assumed it would be the same concept this time as well. However, this time the menu was thoughtfully arranged in a different way. While there were no sushi refills, sushi was served several times between courses, which made for an enjoyable experience with a different style from last time. Every dish was delicious and highly satisfying. Overall, I felt comfortable throughout my stay and am very pleased. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay here again. This was my first time staying here. The room was spacious and had a great atmosphere. The location was excellent, and there was even an event held right in front of the accommodation the day after my stay, which gave me a sense of the energy of Miyakonojo City. I also appreciated that the bathroom and toilet were separate. I would love to stay here again.

This is our second stay. We felt so comfortable last time, the meals were delicious, and we slept well, so my husband and I came back. The seasonal dishes are amazing too! Once again, we were able to relax and unwind. We also really enjoyed the simmered potatoes made by your grandfather—they were delicious. We’d love to visit again during the colder season!

I booked Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, where you can enjoy the sea of clouds, to celebrate my wife’s birthday. What surprised me first was that I had requested a birthday message plate at “Il Teatro,” the Italian restaurant we reserved for dinner, and the Hotel coordinated everything wonderfully—at check-in, they presented my wife with a handwritten birthday message card from the staff. Honestly, I was truly moved by their hospitality. As an IKYU Diamond member, we received a Room upgrade, and they also suggested switching to a suite (for an additional fee). The upgraded garden-view Room was spacious with an excellent view—we were completely satisfied. The sea of clouds was incredibly magical; it looked different depending on the time, and no matter how many times we watched it, we never got tired of it. Service at “Il Teatro” was also outstanding, and we had a memorable birthday dinner at a window-side table overlooking the garden. The food was delicious, and the recommended Chardonnay was exceptional—exactly my kind of white wine. After that, we went to the bar for cocktails and returned to our Room, but we were having such a great time talking that we ended up missing the final grand sea of clouds show. While talking with my wife about making Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo our annual birthday tradition, we promised each other: “Next year let’s dine in the private room used for Hanzawa Naoki filming—and this time we’ll definitely watch the grand sea of clouds at night from our Room.” It became a wonderful memory that will stay with us. Not only were the Facility, amenities, cuisine, and location excellent, but above all, the staff’s attentiveness, thoughtfulness, and care were outstanding—my husband and I were impressed again and again. During meals, they noticed even our smallest movements and responded immediately. My favorite part was the corner where guests can freely read books. Cold barley tea was neatly prepared as well, and while enjoying the beautiful view outside, I was able to spend a quiet, unhurried time as if time had stopped. It was a Ryokan we were completely satisfied with. We will definitely come again!

We stayed in Room 401 with an open-air bath. The deep, expansive views, delicious food, and Onsen were all wonderful, but above all, we were most impressed by the warmth and kindness of the staff. Even among Accommodations in the same price range, many do not see guests off, so we truly appreciated it. It made us want to come back even more. Thank you very much.

I decided to stay because the Reviews were so positive, though honestly I wasn’t expecting that much. However, the Onsen, meals, and service were truly outstanding. The ceramic bath and private baths could be used as many times as you like with no additional charge, and the staff made me feel comfortable leaving everything in their hands. I highly recommend the ceramic bath. The large public bath also had a great view and an open, relaxing atmosphere, and the sauna was spacious as well. Of course, the bath in the Room was also excellent—you can adjust the temperature. Above all, every meal was exceptional! Both the French cuisine and Japanese cuisine may have been my best ever. It was a moving experience that delighted all five senses. The service—and conversations—from each chef and all of the staff were truly wonderful! I would definitely love to return again. I stayed here for the first time last year and it was wonderful, so this year I stayed for two nights. This is a very comfortable Hotel, with spotless Rooms, high-quality meals, and excellent Facilities. As it’s truly all-inclusive, I was able to spend three days without opening my wallet at all. Whenever the food or snacks started to run low, they were replenished immediately—the staff’s attentiveness is outstanding. I also saw the manager throughout all three days; it made me wonder when they ever rest, as they were working alongside the staff like everyone else. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by the hospitality of the staff at Imaisou. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again next year!

Each villa has its own indoor bath and open-air Onsen, so even elderly guests were able to relax and enjoy it at their own pace. The Room was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The garden and reflecting pool were also beautifully maintained and a pleasure to look at. The meals were excellent in both ingredients and preparation, and everything was delicious. The dashi was rich in flavor, and we were truly impressed by the chef’s careful work. The staff welcomed us with wonderful smiles and kindly assisted our elderly guest with luggage, meal service, and more. We felt refreshed both physically and mentally. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

We were satisfied with everything—the guest room, the private open-air bath, and the restaurant. The retro furnishings in the room were truly comforting, and we were impressed by the thoughtful care in the meals. We enjoyed a level of luxury that exceeded the price. This is a Hotel we would love to visit again. The Hotel staff were also wonderful. As I get older, I find peace in an Accommodation like this. I hadn’t had many chances to visit Chichibu before, but this was an excellent Hotel as a base for visiting Mitsumine Shrine, Chichibu Shrine, and Hodosan Shrine (the Chichibu Three Shrines pilgrimage), as well as sightseeing in Nagatoro.
