We stayed here as a family to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday and an early birthday party for my younger sister. They prepared a lovely birthday card and a whole cake topped with plenty of fruit, which made both my mother and sister very happy! The house was extremely clean, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable. The private chef was also very friendly and carefully accommodated our requests in advance. We could truly feel the owners’ commitment to putting guests’ comfort first. Thank you so much.

We stayed with four friends and were extremely satisfied! The entire Accommodation was very clean, and the Facilities—sauna, jacuzzi, and BBQ setup—were well equipped, so we could enjoy ourselves at the villa all day. The beach is also within walking distance, making a morning stroll feel great and letting us fully enjoy a refreshing getaway. The kitchenware and amenities were well stocked, so we had no inconveniences. We’d definitely like to stay here again when we visit Kujukuri!

I have stayed at many so-called top-tier Hotels, but this was the best experience I have ever had. As others have said, the hospitality was truly exceptional—going above and beyond what I could have imagined. Breakfast at Gion Kawakami was also an outstanding experience. I would love to visit again in a different season.

We stayed in Yokohama on the first day, visited Yokosuka on the second day, and decided to stay overnight on the Miura Peninsula. The Accommodation is a renovated historic building, and it beautifully preserves the original design from that time inside—it was truly atmospheric and moving. Our child was also surprised at how spacious and clean it was. Miura may not have the flashy feel of other tourist spots, but we were impressed by how many buildings have a nostalgic, old-fashioned charm. In the evening we went to a nearby seafood restaurant, and it was outstanding. I also highly recommend taking the Nijiiro Sakana-go boat tour. The staff at the Accommodation were very kind as well. This is a perfect Accommodation no matter when you visit. It was Kyoto in extreme heat, but thanks to your thoughtful care in many ways, we had a wonderful time. The pike conger is a must in this season; it is an additional-order dish, but highly recommended. We are planning to visit again in autumn.

It was a wonderful stay. Thank you for your thoughtful hospitality. Even though the weather wasn’t great, we could still enjoy the garden and a hint of autumn foliage, and relax at a leisurely pace surrounded by lush greenery. The meals were delicious, the Onsen was very comfortable, and it made us wish we could stay for two or three days. If we have the chance, we would love to visit again.

We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

Once again, our stay at Futari Komorebi was filled with joy. Over these two days, we were reminded how wonderful and comforting it is that the most important things never change. In the wonderful space created by the owners, we were able to spend a truly relaxing and restorative time. Enjoying their thoughtfully prepared dishes—down to the seasonings—paired with local sake and served in locally made tableware was a real luxury... The journey there, transferring between local trains and buses, also became a memorable part of our trip. We would love to visit again someday in a different season. It was my first time visiting Rebun Island. I arrived before check-in, but the staff stored my luggage at the port and even carried it to my Room. The view from the Room was amazing, and I was deeply moved by the beauty of Mt. Rishiri (Rishiri Fuji). The next day, I was able to rent a car, and they also kept my luggage until departure the following day. The meals were fresh and delicious, and the Onsen was wonderful. I also joined an early-morning guest tour and learned more about Rebun Island. Thank you for your thoughtful hospitality—it made my stay truly comfortable.

On a midsummer night, I arrived exhausted from the heat and work. As soon as I stepped into the new, sophisticated entrance, it was cool, pleasantly scented, and calming—I felt relieved. After check-in, a staff member explained the Facility and amenities. Their gentle service was perfect for guests who just want to sleep. There were several types of bath salts available, and the basic skincare set was Sekkisei. When I entered the Room, I could clearly see the well-maintained lawn in front of the station and the trains through the window. Watching the nighttime scene outside from a clean, cool Room made me sleepy little by little. I was also happy to find Chill Out and chocolate in the refrigerator. The shower head was ReFa, and the hair dryer was Dyson. It was comfortable and I slept very well. This is a new, clean, modern Hotel where you can sleep comfortably in an urban setting. The staff were calm, gentle, and wonderful as well. I will stay here again.

It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as rumored. The Onsen on the first floor was especially impressive. The service was very attentive, and since we arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled meal time, they kindly allowed us to delay it. When making the Reservation, I had ordered a birthday cake, and they also prepared a birthday melody played on a music box, a small flower basket, and even celebratory bite-sized sekihan (red bean rice) and sweets—it truly moved me.

This was my second stay, about two years since the last time. On my previous visit, everything left a lasting impression—the quality of the Onsen water, the hospitality, and the food—so this time I returned for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights. Over the past two years I’ve stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans for both work and personal trips, but coming back here reminded me once again what makes this place so special. Although I arrived much later than planned, a staff member greeted me at the entrance to the parking area in light rain. It was already dark and hard to see the entrance clearly, so I truly appreciated that thoughtful attention to detail. My Room was the same as last time, with a direct view of Mt. Fuji. The spacious layout, spotless cleanliness, and the ability to enjoy an Onsen bath and sauna in the Room were all outstanding. On day two I spent the entire day working online from my Room. After finishing work and relaxing in the Onsen and sauna, I didn’t feel like going out, so late in the afternoon I decided on short notice to request dinner at the Hotel. I have a beef allergy and have also been avoiding heavy dishes recently, so I made several difficult requests—but they accommodated them graciously. And that meal was truly exceptional. Though French cuisine, it was light yet satisfying—clean flavors with a gentle touch. Each dish was carefully prepared; everything was surprisingly delicious, and I enjoyed it comfortably through to the end. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans over the years, but this visit reminded me that true quality shows itself not only in luxury but in attentive care for each individual guest. The staff’s natural and pleasant service, wonderful food, and a quiet space where you can truly unwind made for an immensely fulfilling stay. My work progressed smoothly as well—I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. I will definitely return again soon. Thank you very much.

I decided to stay because the Reviews were so positive, though honestly I wasn’t expecting that much. However, the Onsen, meals, and service were truly outstanding. The ceramic bath and private baths could be used as many times as you like with no additional charge, and the staff made me feel comfortable leaving everything in their hands. I highly recommend the ceramic bath. The large public bath also had a great view and an open, relaxing atmosphere, and the sauna was spacious as well. Of course, the bath in the Room was also excellent—you can adjust the temperature. Above all, every meal was exceptional! Both the French cuisine and Japanese cuisine may have been my best ever. It was a moving experience that delighted all five senses. The service—and conversations—from each chef and all of the staff were truly wonderful! I would definitely love to return again. We’re repeat guests for the cats, delicious food, and the cozy comfort of having everything you need right in the Room. This time my husband came with us too. The kids were thrilled with the maisonette and the open-air bath. We also love the skincare amenities such as lotion—they’re from a brand we like. We were so happy to finally spend time with the cats again. Since this was our first summer stay, we were told, “You might find stag beetles on the balcony,” and there were so many (surprisingly)! We took some home and are taking good care of them. Thank you for all your thoughtful consideration. Dinner was served at perfect timing—hot dishes hot and cold dishes cold—and my husband really enjoyed how delicious everything was. For breakfast we chose Japanese this time; the clay-pot rice selected by a rice meister was outstanding. Our child asked for seconds again and again. Everything was perfect except that the children’s pajamas we borrowed felt smaller than expected for their size. Thank you as always for your warm welcome—it made for an amazing start to our summer vacation. We’d love to come back again.

We stayed again this year for my husband’s birthday. We were able to relax in the wonderful lounge and enjoy a luxurious time while taking in the beautiful view of the Imperial Palace Outer Gardens. Even though we hadn’t mentioned it this time, they celebrated his birthday, which made us very happy. This is a favorite Hotel we want to visit again and again, thanks to their thoughtful attention to detail.

Using aromatic vegetables, fish, and meat from the Kyoto area, each ingredient is prepared and served with the utmost care to preserve its natural fragrance, flavor, and texture in the best possible way. The chef’s evolving craft was truly impressive. I was also moved by the sommelier’s sincere dedication to wine. The cuisine feels perfectly suited to this one-of-a-kind Meiji-era mansion dining experience in Japan.

We were satisfied with everything—the guest room, the private open-air bath, and the restaurant. The retro furnishings in the room were truly comforting, and we were impressed by the thoughtful care in the meals. We enjoyed a level of luxury that exceeded the price. This is a Hotel we would love to visit again. The Hotel staff were also wonderful. As I get older, I find peace in an Accommodation like this. I hadn’t had many chances to visit Chichibu before, but this was an excellent Hotel as a base for visiting Mitsumine Shrine, Chichibu Shrine, and Hodosan Shrine (the Chichibu Three Shrines pilgrimage), as well as sightseeing in Nagatoro.
