This was our first visit with three people, including an elderly guest. Thank you for offering to lend us a wheelchair as soon as we arrived. Our Room was a top-floor Japanese-Western style room with a great view, and being close to the elevator was very helpful. The meals were thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The only disappointment was the open-air bath: the stairs leading to it were too steep, and it felt so quiet around there that it was a little unsettling to go alone even during the day. All of the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and cheerful, and we truly appreciated your hospitality. Thank you as well for your consideration regarding the wheelchair. We think this Accommodation is very easy to use for families with small children and for elderly guests. We would like to stay here again when we visit Toba.

Shiosai-tei features a luxurious large Onsen bath that makes the most of its prime seaside location, allowing me to relax to the fullest both physically and mentally. The meals were all excellent—fresh crab and locally sourced seafood in particular—and I was very satisfied. The staff were also consistently pleasant and welcoming. I would like to make time to visit again.

Since we didn’t rent a car this time, we traveled by bus from Hakodate Station, but it was only a 3-minute walk from Tropical Botanical Garden-mae, so it wasn’t inconvenient at all. A friend said the interior and the Room were far better than you’d ever imagine from the exterior. I believe I made a Reservation for the cheapest Room type, but to my surprise we were upgraded to what seemed like one of the best Rooms. It was a wonderful, spacious Room with a very comfortable sofa where we could truly relax. If I have the chance to visit again, I’d like to make a Reservation for the best Type A Room. I was looking forward to enjoying sparkling wine in the lounge, Hakodate milk soft-serve ice cream, and Misuzu Coffee—and they even had watermelon as well, which made me really happy. The soft-serve was unbelievably delicious. I don’t usually drink coffee, but Misuzu Coffee is so good that I decided to have it while in Hakodate. Being able to enjoy it as many times as you like until 10:00 p.m. is much appreciated—though my friend mentioned that in the morning there was only Misuzu Coffee. The bath is available even late at night, which is also very helpful. Even if you fall asleep after dinner and drinks, it’s great to be able to wake up and take a bath during the night. Dinner was an omakase sushi course that included fugu tatsuta-age; between the tuna selections and seasonal sushi, everything was satisfying and enjoyable. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options—I especially loved the soup curry. Overall, I think this is an excellent Accommodation with courteous front desk staff and a very positive impression. Just one thing: many Hotels these days provide deodorizing sprays, but I’m sensitive to fragrances—so I would prefer not having them in the Room or used during bed-making.

We stayed here for a family trip. We love Hida furniture, and we were delighted with the table and sofa in our Room. For amenities, I wish there had been a towel for washing the body. We only had breakfast, but there were also dishes served in small bowls, which made them easy to pick up. Everything was delicious. It’s a Hotel we would like to stay at again.

We took our first family trip to Awaji Island to celebrate my husband’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. We chose this Accommodation because we love Onsen, and above all, we were drawn to the name “Senshin Waho.” After staying here, it truly became a place we thought, “We absolutely want to come back the next time we visit Awaji Island.” When we arrived, the staff kindly carried our luggage from the car. While listening to the soothing sound of wind chimes, we were served blended tea, and orange juice for our child. Just as we had seen in Reviews, everyone’s hospitality was outstanding. My husband was delighted and said it was “the best Accommodation I’ve ever stayed at,” which made me happy too. Our Room had a beautiful ocean view. Simply watching the sea made all our everyday fatigue melt away. Dinner featured many dishes that truly captured Awaji Island, and everything was delicious. Since it was my husband’s birthday, they even prepared a celebration plate for him. Thank you so much for that and for all your warm thoughtfulness. And then the Onsen we had been looking forward to: a rare free-flowing natural hot spring on Awaji Island. There was chlorination and heating, but no added water. There was no noticeable chlorine smell, and the water felt soft and gentle on the skin. The amenities were also from SYMPURTE—one of my favorites. The large public bath even had hair oil available, and their original shampoo/conditioner as well as face & body soap had a pleasant aroma that didn’t overpower the Onsen atmosphere. They provided slippers and yukata for our child, and at meals they arranged seating in a tatami room rather than at the counter. They also noticed that I’m left-handed, and even at breakfast the next morning they quietly accommodated me with thoughtful attention. Every detail of their care meant so much—it really showed how closely the staff pay attention to each guest. Onsen quality, amenities, service, cleanliness, meals—everything exceeded our expectations. The beach just a short walk from the Accommodation was wonderful too: not crowded at all. We collected sea glass with our child and watched the sunset—those simple moments became cherished memories of our trip. The baths were never crowded either; most of the time there were only one or two people there besides us, so we could relax comfortably. This is an Accommodation that makes us want not only to return to Awaji Island again—but specifically to stay at Senshin Waho again. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much for taking such great care of us during our three-night stay. It was almost our first time visiting Shodoshima, so we truly appreciated the owner suggesting a sightseeing list in advance—it was wonderful. We were also very grateful that you kindly agreed to provide a Shuttle Service, which helped us a lot. For dinner on three evenings, you arranged Japanese cuisine, Italian food, and sushi, and we enjoyed every single meal!! We also had such a great time chatting with the chefs. Our favorite part each morning was the eggs laid by the chickens. On the third day, when we found an egg and picked it up, it was still warm and made us feel so happy. The chickens were very friendly and adorable; even after returning from sightseeing each day, we would say “We’re home!” and go check on them. We also loved the view of Mt. Goishiyama from the second floor. Going up and down the stairs was another fun part for us since we usually live in a barrier-free apartment building. Lastly, we were deeply moved by the owner’s personality and heartfelt hospitality. We truly feel there is a kind of hospitality that can only be experienced at this type of private rental Accommodation. My husband and I sincerely look forward to visiting again next time!!

Although it was the cheapest Plan, the Room was spacious and clean, and the half-buffet meals were very filling. Since there are many international guests, I wished there had been bread at breakfast—this was the only downside—but otherwise the staff were kind and I was very satisfied. Next time, I’d like to stay in a Room with a private open-air bath.

This was a Hotel I had wanted to stay at for a long time. At check-in, I was offered an upgraded La Vista Room. The moment I entered the room and saw Sakurajima and Mt. Kaimondake side by side in the center of the window, it was truly moving as someone from Kagoshima Prefecture. The hospitality, meals, Onsen, and Facility exceeded my expectations. I would definitely like to stay here again, and I want to recommend this place to friends and acquaintances.

We stayed for one night and two days with our grandchild. As mentioned in the Reviews, the building and the Room itself are indeed old, but everything was properly cleaned and there were no issues. With the all-you-can-play passport, we fully enjoyed bowling, the pool, craft-making, festival-style games, quizzes, a stamp rally, and more. The free shuttle bus from the Hotel to Yubatake at night was extremely helpful; it was my first time seeing the Yubatake illumination, and I was surprised by how many tourists were there. Even though it was summer, walking around Yubatake felt pleasantly cool—almost a little chilly—which was wonderful. The next day we used the Hotel bus again because I wanted my grandchild to enjoy street food and try yumomi (hot spring water stirring). I had only ever visited Kusatsu in winter before, so this summer trip was a first for me. While news reports talked about extreme heat in Tokyo, I was amazed at how cool and comfortable Kusatsu is in summer. At night we didn’t need air conditioning in our Room; it even felt slightly chilly. Summer in Kusatsu is great.\nThe meals were delicious, and everyone at the front desk, each reception counter, and the shop—especially the international staff—was very polite and pleasant. Every staff member provided excellent service; I was truly impressed. This is a highly recommended Hotel for families with children as well. We would love to visit again. One drawback is that the Hotel is so large that it’s easy to get lost—especially when trying to find the baths; as noted in Reviews, we got lost too. Overall though, it was a wonderful Hotel. Thank you very much.

I stayed for one night in an airport-view Room the day before returning home. It’s a great Room for plane lovers, but since I love the ocean, I think an ocean-view Room would have been nice too. The Room had Okinawan sweets and tea set out with cute cups. The Onsen was well stocked with amenities and towels were provided, so it was fine to go empty-handed. The view from the standing bath was wonderful. Breakfast was a buffet with champuru, tofu, and other Okinawan dishes—home-style and very delicious. There were buses to Kokusai-dori and the airport, which was convenient. The contrast of the sea and sky viewed from Umikaji Terrace with the airplanes was also very beautiful.

My first time in Sakura City, and I had a great impression. I’d love to visit again.

Last time, we stayed in January of last year. Even in the freezing cold, having a BBQ while sitting under the kotatsu on the balcony was so much fun. This time, we returned at the end of summer with our senior dog. It was the best season, and we fully enjoyed the black-water Onsen both indoors and in the large public bath. The staff’s greetings as we passed by, their willingness to help when we needed it, and the front desk team’s smiles and efficient guidance were even more pleasant than before. The thorough cleanliness may also be thanks to considerate guests… Wherever you go, you can truly feel how comfortable it is. This Accommodation keeps evolving for the better every day, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

The location near Takayama Station was excellent and very convenient. Takayama sightseeing was close by, and as a couple in our 70s, we were able to enjoy about a two-hour walk. The Hotel staff were kind, so we felt comfortable staying there. We had both breakfast and dinner, and the meals were delicious. We would like to stay again and would recommend this Hotel to friends.

We stayed here for two consecutive years for snorkeling in Nishi-Izu. During the summer vacation period, we really appreciated the festival-style activities and fireworks, as well as toy rentals and the kind way the staff spoke to our child. There was also a baby bath at the Onsen, so we were able to go to the large public bath with our one-year-old. The only thing we noticed was that the air conditioning in the dining area was a bit too strong both at breakfast and dinner, and it felt cold. The Room was also kept very clean, and it’s an excellent Accommodation for the price—we’d love to visit again next year.

It was great that we could use the bath anytime. The open-air bath uses natural hot spring water, and the temperature was very hot, but it left my skin feeling smooth. The Room was also very spacious. There were power outlets next to the bed, which was a nice touch. However, the air conditioner vent was directly overhead, so it felt cold. The dining venue was very large, so even with many guests it didn’t feel too crowded. There was a wide variety of dishes and free drinks, so we were very satisfied. All of the desserts were especially delicious.

As soon as we entered, the ocean spread out before us—it was so beautiful and truly moving. The Room also had an ocean view, and we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. The food was delicious, and the staff were very kind and attentive. Thank you very much.

This is the perfect spa for couples and families. We will definitely come again.

We checked in after doing some shopping at a nearby AEON. The Accommodation had everything we needed for cooking, including a pot and even a small hot plate, so it was easy to prepare meals (though you’ll need to bring your own seasonings). Complimentary drinks were also stocked in the refrigerator. Since it was our child’s birthday, we projected a birthday video with the projector and celebrated—it was a huge hit. The third-floor bath was spacious, and the Onsen water made it incredibly relaxing. The first-floor sauna was low-temperature, so my husband found it a bit mild, but I enjoyed taking my time and felt very satisfied. There was also a table on the balcony where we could relax, so we had breakfast there. Overall, everything was very clean, and having a washing machine was really helpful—everything about our stay was great. It’s an Accommodation we’d love to visit again.

Surrounded by magnificent nature, we truly had a wonderful time. The view from the Room was beautiful and really made us feel we were in the gorge. We were grateful that you accommodated our request to take an early-morning walk. While walking early in the morning, we could hear birds and many other sounds, and it was very satisfying to watch trains passing by as well. Along the way, we heard crows calling, and when we called back, it echoed through the gorge—it was fun. We were also surprised that trains were running so early, but it was a truly happy time enjoying nature at its best. The meals were delicious, and thanks to the thoughtful staff, our family had a great time together. The bath was an Onsen that left our skin feeling smooth and helped us relax deeply. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes using local ingredients—we really appreciated it. Thank you for such an enjoyable day.

It was an outstanding Hotel in every way! For lunch, I had ramen at the Hotel, and it was delicious with three slices of tender seared chashu pork. The Onsen and sauna were also excellent! Every meal was delicious, and even the bread was unbelievably good!
