This was my first stay. It was quiet and very relaxing. The room was wonderful, and the meals were excellent. I enjoyed them at a leisurely pace in my room. The furnishings on display are beautiful—it feels like a museum. I also appreciated being shown another room. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. Thank you very much!

I always look forward to the seasonal parfaits, and whenever a new one comes out, I can’t help but come back. This time it was the grape parfait and the Shine Muscat parfait. I went for a drive with a friend from Yamanashi, then met up with my husband at the Hotel, and I checked in from the evening. I relaxed in the Onsen and slept soundly. For breakfast, I had my usual favorite cheese omelet. It was truly delicious—I keep wondering how they make an omelet that tastes this good. And then came the grape parfait. I shared it with my husband’s Shine Muscat parfait and enjoyed both. They were beautifully presented—like works of art—and absolutely delicious. I had them last year too and never forgot them, so I was happy to have them again this year. The staff’s smiles always make me feel at ease as well. I can’t wait to see what the next parfait will be!

This was my first stay, and it was an even more wonderful Hotel than I expected. The Room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned in every corner, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this Hotel and would love to stay again.

The room was spotless, and the amenities were excellent—just what you’d expect from the long-established Hotel New Grand. For breakfast, I considered room service but went to the restaurant for the Monte Cristo sandwich. The incredibly fluffy French toast and the savory bacon-and-cheese saltiness were outstanding. The tomato juice served with what was probably a domestically grown, unwaxed lemon was also superb. I’ll definitely be back!

Because I love this Hotel and it’s perfect for visiting the theme park, I ended up staying here again. I was completely satisfied with both the facilities and the service. Every staff member was wonderful, and I always find myself thinking how glad I am that I came back. The high quality of the breakfast buffet truly lives up to everyone’s Reviews—I can only say, “I’m so glad I ate it.” We also had dinner at Bella Luce. The signature dish “Rossini” was recommended to us, so we upgraded and ordered it. Honestly, I’m truly glad we did—it was absolutely delicious. We’ll be back. Thank you very much.

I visited Kumamoto with my mother for the first time in over ten years to attend a concert. Although our stay was limited to one night and two days, thanks to the Hotel’s calm atmosphere and the thoughtful care of all the staff, we were able to spend a relaxing and comfortable time. My mother was also very pleased, and I truly feel glad we were able to stay here. I understand that full recovery from the recent earthquake may still take time, but in my own small way, I hope that visiting Kumamoto can be of some help. I sincerely wish for a swift recovery. If I have another opportunity to visit Kumamoto, I would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality.

I had wanted, at least once, to step into “Salon Yamasato,” the private lobby lounge of Koshinosato—I've felt that way for the past 10 years. As we reached our 60th birthdays as a couple, we decided to make a Reservation and treat ourselves at this milestone. We truly loved the cuisine, amenities, and atmosphere. I was deeply impressed by the high-quality meals—it was an Accommodation with impeccable hospitality in every way. Also, the macarons and gelato at Kaho’s salon were absolutely top-class delicious—I couldn’t stop eating them. The flavor stayed with me, and I kept wondering what brand they were. It made me strongly want to come back again. Thank you very much. The concierge staff were also incredibly kind—simply wonderful.

Being welcomed back with “Welcome home” always puts me at ease from the moment I arrive at the front desk. It was very crowded during the Silver Week holidays, but even so, the staff’s warm hospitality—such as wiping my rain-soaked suitcase with a spotless white towel—meant so much to me. The bath was just right, and as always, the meals were delicious and beautifully presented. Whether it was the food or the wine, I truly enjoyed a deeply satisfying time. I have an intense workload ahead through next year, but when I’m worn out again, I’d love to come back for some relaxation.

It was a truly wonderful hotel. I visited Kanazawa with my elderly mother, and booking a hotel in such a great location surrounded by sightseeing spots was absolutely the right choice. Getting around by taxi was smooth and easy.\nBefore check-in we arrived early, but we were promptly shown to our room as they told us it was already ready, which made my mother very happy.\nThe carpets and wall art throughout the hotel were exactly our style and really lifted our spirits.\nWe were also captivated by the Kutani ware mugs and teacups provided in the room. It made us feel, “We’re really traveling in Kanazawa!” and we were so pleased.\nThe coffee tasted especially delicious in those cups, but it was a little disappointing that the same ones weren’t available in the gift shop.\nInstead, we bought Kutani ware as souvenirs at a Kutani shop on our way home.\nFor dinner, since I was traveling with my elderly mother, I had requested seats as close to the buffet tables as possible, but they kindly prepared a private room nearby for us.\nThanks to that, we were able to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace.\nThank you very much.\nI truly appreciate the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail.\nWe were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of everything—from Kanazawa specialties like jibuni stew and Kanazawa oden to nodoguro sushi and dessert.\nHere as well, many beautiful pieces of pottery such as Kutani ware were used for small plates, allowing us to enjoy the food visually too.\nI rated the facilities 4 stars only because my elderly mother felt that overall the interior of the hotel seemed rather dark—this is just our personal impression.\nAfter checkout we took the shuttle bus to the station; it was a large sightseeing coach and very comfortable.\nThank you for taking such good care of us.\nWe would love to stay again.

The building is new and very clean. Even though it was the summer off-season, it was a great deal to get dinner included at this price. The Room was clean and spacious, with a clear view of Mt. Yotei, and we were even able to see a sea of clouds in the morning. Dinner was delicious, and the portion size was just right—not too much. The large public bath is compact, but there are several types, so we were satisfied. I accidentally left something behind in the Room, but when I contacted them they responded immediately and sent it to my home. This is a Hotel that makes me want to stay here again if I visit Niseko.

I have stayed at many well-known Hotels in Tokyo, and this was without a doubt the No. 1 experience. The view toward Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace was outstanding. While other Hotels have unfortunately lost their former views due to new high-rise construction, I believe this Hotel will continue to offer an unchanged panoramic view of Tokyo for years to come. The Room was very relaxing, and the thoughtful touches such as fruit and items in the refrigerator made for a comfortable night’s stay. I also visited the bar—the authentic pizza was delicious, and the staff were attentive, which made me very satisfied. For breakfast I had the American breakfast; everything was high quality, and with the pleasant service from the staff, it was a truly enjoyable time. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked a more extensive selection of amenities, but overall it was an experience that ranks among my No. 1 stays.

I was truly overwhelmed by the many wonderful paintings displayed throughout the property. The collection of rare vintage wines in the cellar—such as aged Romanée-Conti and Château Margaux—was also very impressive. After dinner, I took a walk through the garden and returned to my Room, only to realize my smartphone was missing, so I hurriedly consulted the front desk. Even though it was late at night, the staff worked hard to search for it, including in the restaurant that had already closed and deep into the garden. In the end, they also advised me to use my Apple Watch’s location feature, and we were able to safely find it where it had fallen into a gap between chairs in the entrance area. I sincerely appreciate all of your staff for their quick thinking and kind, warm support. It was a truly wonderful stay.

We stayed overnight to celebrate our grandchild’s birthday. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bathroom—especially the shower curtain—was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast lived up to its reputation, with a wide variety of dishes you don’t see at other hotels. They also used vegetables grown locally in Kobe, which was a big plus. And the juices—these days many places use machines, but not here. There were many drink options, and since I couldn’t resist, I tried small amounts of several kinds. There were also plenty of side dishes, and I ended up eating too much. The staff’s thoughtful hospitality was wonderful as well, and we would love to stay here again.

We traveled with our 3-month-old baby. With breakfast and dinner served in the Room and a private bath, we were able to relax and take our time. The staff kindly laid out the futons early and spoke to us gently, and their warm hospitality was truly comforting. The meals at the restaurant were excellent—we even had seconds of rice. Both the Room and the garden were beautifully maintained, making our stay very pleasant. We had wondered if it would be an issue without an open-air bath, but the in-Room bath was more than enough for us to enjoy.

It was my first stay in a while, and this time I booked a Multiple Night Stay. The Grace Suite Room was wonderful—spacious and comfortable. There were some issues at check-in with how our luggage was handled, but overall we were very satisfied. We also enjoyed dinner again at the teppanyaki restaurant “Shin,” where the chef who has been taking care of us for nearly 10 years made it a truly enjoyable evening. When we come to Kobe, we will stay with you again. Thank you to all the staff.

It was a wonderful hotel, just as expected. The room was spacious, and the interior had the kind of atmosphere I like, making it very comfortable.\nUnfortunately, we had several days of bad weather during our stay, but we still enjoyed the view of the Higashiyama area even with the clouds.\nWe were satisfied with everything provided in the room (drinks and amenities).

We stayed on the Espacio Floor for a Hotel getaway with our baby as a refreshing break from daily childcare. I had pictured Nagoya Kanko Hotel as a long-established, classic Hotel, but the Rooms, lounge, and spa on the Espacio Floor were all beautiful and sophisticated, making for an extremely satisfying stay. Thanks to our Diamond member benefits, we were upgraded to a larger Room. They also lent us a baby crib and a diaper pail, so even with a baby we had no inconvenience at all and could truly enjoy our stay. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and their service was consistently pleasant. We especially loved the lounge on the 18th floor and used it for everything—starting with afternoon tea, then the evening light meal, nightcap service, and breakfast. Perhaps because we stayed on a weekday, there were few guests; combined with the generous spacing between seats, we were able to relax in comfort. The sweets and savory items at afternoon tea were all delicious—we were delighted from right after check-in! The Room was spacious and included both a sofa and dining table. With complimentary minibar items as well, we could unwind not only in the lounge but also comfortably in our Room. After our baby fell asleep, my wife and I enjoyed minibar drinks together at ease—it was wonderfully restorative. Although we didn’t use them since it was only one night, it left an impression that the Room came equipped with a mini kitchen, a BALMUDA toaster oven/microwave combo unit (oven range), and a drum-type washer/dryer. We also appreciated the high-quality amenities: BVLGARI bath amenities, a ReFa shower head, and a REPRONIZER hair dryer. We also used the spa located in an adjacent building. It felt slightly compact but wasn’t crowded—almost like having it to ourselves—and we could relax in such a calm space. As someone who loves saunas in particular, I really liked that they have both an over-90°C dry sauna and cold plunge pool (it would be even better with more of a dedicated relaxation area). With my wife’s blessing I went both at night and again in the morning. Overall this stay exceeded expectations by far—we were extremely satisfied. We would love to return to Espacio again whenever we need another refreshing break from parenting!

I was immediately captivated by the rural scenery from the Room. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and we also used the private open-air bath. Every area was spotlessly cleaned, making it very pleasant. The in-Room amenities were thoughtfully prepared, and there was nothing missing—I felt you could arrive empty-handed and still enjoy a comfortable stay. I was especially impressed to find single-use packets of laundry detergent among the amenities; it really showed how considerate this Hotel is.
