This was my second stay. This time I made a Reservation for a higher-grade Room than last time. I simply love the design. The bed is large, and the whole space is incredibly relaxing. The location is in a love hotel district, but once you’re inside the Room, it doesn’t feel like that at all. I’ll definitely stay again. From here are the weak points: If you don’t like Tempur-style memory foam beds, your body might start to ache a bit. Even just watching TV, you sink into it, so it’s a little hard to turn over. I also noticed sound carrying in the Room, stains on the shoji screens, and pilling on the loungewear. It’s generally easy because there’s minimal contact with staff, but at checkout, when I got off the elevator and passed by the entrance staff member, they said nothing. I felt they could at least say “Good morning.” Only after completing checkout at the machine did they finally say “Thank you.”

Premium Room Twin Bed with Bathtub 6-minute walk from various Shibuya stations, including JR Shibuya Station (Hachiko Exit). Located across from Mega Don Quijote, the upper floors of the multi-purpose commercial facility "Dogenzaka-dori" house the Hotel. Follow the pathway inside and you'll find a sign for the Hotel. The room is compact but cleverly designed, offering enough space to open suitcases comfortably. There’s a niche by the entrance that perfectly fits two suitcases, making your stay efficient and spacious. From reception to elevators and room interiors, artistic decor creates a stylish atmosphere. The reception staff were kind and accommodating with luggage storage requests. The room features twin beds, a table set for two, a large-screen TV, an air purifier, soft waffle-textured pajamas and bathrobes, as well as ample amenities like cleansing products and lotion. The bathroom includes a spacious bathtub combined with a shower area—conveniently designed like your own home bathroom—perfect for relaxation. Additional thoughtful services include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers, steamers, etc., ensuring comfort during your stay. Both toilet and sink areas are roomy—it’s hard to believe it’s only 25 square meters! Truly comfortable. With cafes, restaurants, and bars available within the Facility itself—you might wish you had more time to enjoy everything! Breakfast can be enjoyed at the restaurant buffet or through in-room dining for leisurely mornings; an American breakfast was around 2,500 yen. Even coffee cups are beautifully designed—with Hachiko illustrations on saucers adding charm. Fresh bread rolls along with salads and fruits were delicious! Conveniently located along Bunkamura Street near cafes/restaurants/convenience stores; elevator access requires key cards while peephole covers on doors ensure safety. Compact yet incredibly comfortable—a convenient Hotel perfect for any traveler!

It was clean and comfortable. About a 2-minute walk from Tsukiji Station and less than 5 minutes to Tsukiji Market, so it was very convenient.

Many foreign guests stay here. The self check-in and check-out system is very convenient with no waiting time. Staff promptly assisted when there was an issue with the machine operation.

The room was compact but clean and comfortable.

We stayed with five people. We were satisfied because the cost per person was low and the Room was clean. It would have been even better if there had been space to store suitcases and hangers for clothes.

I stayed here a few times several years ago, but recently I noticed the name was no longer listed on the site. When I had a chance to visit Osaka and checked the site again, I saw photos of a building I recognized, even though it was under a different name, so I made a Reservation right away. The front desk service and the in-room amenities—such as toiletries and towels—were far better than before. If I have another opportunity to visit Osaka, I would be happy to stay here again.

They kindly stored our suitcases both before check-in and after check-out, which was a great help. The front desk staff were also very friendly, so we felt comfortable staying here. The Room was clean, and we had a pleasant stay. Only basic amenities are provided, so if you need anything specific, it’s best to check in advance for peace of mind. We would love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you very much.

No sleepwear provided, had to buy some. Took two baths because I didn't notice the water heater and it was cold. Struggled to figure out how to access the room with the passcode, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. However, aside from the TV not working, everything else was manageable, so there shouldn't be any issues next time. The place was clean and in a good location—overall, fairly satisfied.

A unique vacation rental featuring a one-room apartment with a private bathroom on the upper floor provided an enjoyable stay. Check-in is self-service, using a code sent in advance to open the key box. The second floor includes a bed, mini kitchenette, and toilet, while the third floor offers the same space but features a shower, bathtub, and sauna—an unusual layout. The third-floor bathroom experience felt more enjoyable than spending time in the second-floor room. The kitchenette on the second floor mainly consists of running water; cooking is not possible. Optional items like an induction heater were casually placed under shelves. Unfortunately, there was no kettle or mugs available for warm coffee during wintertime. However, there was a wine cellar-style refrigerator with plastic glasses stored inside—perfect for enjoying a drink after bathing. Quirky furniture placement like an oddly positioned sofa and slightly small double bed added charm to this fun accommodation experience. Lastly, neighboring creative individuals (including some foreigners) were noisy outside until 3 AM; though I considered calling the police due to their disturbance, my partner slept soundly through it all while I endured sleeplessness. As an aside: there's what appears to be a FamilyMart nearby but turns out it's actually a 7-Eleven (open from 7 AM to 11 PM), so take note!

As this was my first time staying at a private rental, and some Reviews made me a bit nervous about check-in, I was able to enter the Room without any issues. *Please note: the pre-check-in URL and related details are sent a few days before your stay, not immediately after your Reservation.* The location is just a few minutes’ walk from Nagoya Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I didn’t have many Room options due to my dates, but it felt just right for 2–3 people. The fridge/freezer was larger than the one at home (lol), and there were plenty of clean plates and glasses. There was also a rice cooker! The washer-dryer isn’t hot-air drying, but I think most items will dry as long as they aren’t too thick. The bathroom was spacious and had a reheating function. As noted in the in-room notices, footsteps do carry due to the building structure, so I could hear them throughout my stay—but compared with a typical business hotel, it felt acceptable. There were also houseplants on the balcony, and I really enjoyed my first private rental stay near Nagoya Station. Next time I’d like to try another Room as well. Looking forward to it.

At this price, with a 12:00 checkout and breakfast included, I thought it was excellent. I worked remotely in the morning and was able to do so comfortably with the sofa and table provided. Since it's located in a busy area, whether that's a plus or not depends on the individual.

The Hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a very pleasant experience. The staff were all kind and welcoming. It is located about a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station, yet I was able to enjoy a calm and relaxing stay. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for providing such a peaceful space.

Conveniently located near the heart of Ameyoko with not much road noise and just a 3-minute walk to Ueno Station. The Room was spacious, clean, and had a separate bath and toilet—there was almost nothing to complain about. The only issue was that one floor lamp could not be turned off, so we had to sleep with it on. If that could be fixed, it would be perfect.

The Room is small, but the toilet and bath were clean. It’s also not too far from the station. For this price in Ikebukuro, it’s a great deal! I’d love to stay again.

Although I arrived later than my scheduled check-in time, the staff were very courteous. The Facility was clean, and most amenities were provided. Since I had a leg injury and could not climb the ladder, they kindly accommodated my request to sleep on the lower bunk, which I truly appreciated. The air conditioning felt a bit too strong at night. I also think the lighting could be a little brighter. I would like to stay again.

I stayed for one night. It is a hotel like an apartment where you can cook and do laundry. The bath is separate from the toilet, and above all, it is clean and new, which I am very satisfied with. If I have a business trip planned in this area again, I will definitely stay here again.
