This was our third stay. Everything was outstanding! Not only the meals, but every wine you recommended was delicious. Even though I don’t usually drink, I was so happy to enjoy so many wonderful wines on this trip. Because of the typhoon, we couldn’t come on our preferred dates and had to reschedule, but you handled it very smoothly and we truly appreciate it. All of the staff were genuinely kind and were also very considerate to our child. KuuRa Beach was also beautiful and lovely. We look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed here with my husband in winter last time, and this time with our daughter as a group of three. The Room was beautiful and spotless, and the open-air bath was wonderful. The large public bath was also quiet, and we were able to relax at our own pace. The meals were truly delicious, and we enjoyed them with our eyes as well, served in refreshing-looking tableware. The staff were kind, and we had a very comfortable stay. Next time, I’d like to visit in spring. This is my favorite Accommodation.

The location with a panoramic ocean view was absolutely amazing! The Facility was very clean, and we were able to relax in a stylish space. The staff were courteous and attentive to every detail, making our stay truly pleasant. The BBQ facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were all well equipped, letting you fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. For the past 4–5 years, we have visited around the May holidays, but this time we came to Amami during the July holiday weekend. Instead of the unsettled weather before the rainy season, we enjoyed consecutive clear days and were soothed by Amami’s truly beautiful blue sea and sea turtles. As always, the staff’s outstanding hospitality and pleasant conversations make us want to come back again. The Room is a comfortable size, and soaking in the outdoor bath on the deck while looking up at the starry sky—along with the tropical plants in view—really helps you unwind. With tasteful amenities and consistently fun, delicious meals, this is a Hotel where you can take your time and enjoy both breakfast and dinner at a relaxed pace, truly feeling like you’re on holiday. We plan to visit again next July. Since I love Hawaii, I’m planning another trip next month as well—but this feels like what you’d choose in Hawaii when you want to relax on an outer island rather than Oahu or Waikiki. I think it’s an ideal place to do nothing but swim in the ocean and enjoy how wonderful it feels to gaze at a star-filled sky.

This was our third summer here. This year again, I stayed with my daughter. It was another scorching summer, and we had been spending our days in temperatures higher than body temperature, but Yufuin felt like a different world—so cool and refreshing. In the mornings and evenings, the air was pleasantly chilly with a gentle breeze. Even while soaking in the Onsen, it felt truly comfortable. The Onsen here is wonderful, and even in summer you can relax and soak at ease. The wind was strong due to an approaching typhoon, but the soothing rustling of the trees made it even nicer. Needless to say, every dish was delicious. We enjoyed flavors we’d never had before—it was such a pleasure. We’re always amazed by the chef’s creativity. Thank you as well to all the staff for your courteous service. We were able to relax completely. It became a fun and healing trip for just me and my daughter. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

The Room was spacious and had a veranda-like deck called the Tsukimidai, with a nice view and the ocean visible in the distance. Meals were served in the Room, and every dish was delicious—we finished everything at both breakfast and dinner. However, it was disappointing that the drinks in the refrigerator were expensive. The Onsen also felt very open; while I did wonder if it might be visible from somewhere, I was still able to bathe comfortably. Another bath area was spacious, and the water in the roofed open-air bath left my skin feeling moisturized like lotion. Inside the building, it seems to have been expanded many times over the years, so some areas are a bit confusing, and many guests seemed to get lost. There were only a few souvenirs for sale, and there were no Facilities such as karaoke or table tennis, but it had an old-fashioned Ryokan atmosphere that we really enjoyed.

This was our second stay, and it was truly a wonderful Hotel, just as impressive as the first time. The staff were all very kind, and we were very satisfied with the service at the pool, including bath towels and water! Our 3-year-old also really liked how clean the Room was. The candy we received when leaving was given to our child, but it turned out to be spicy—so we would have been happier if it had been a sweet candy instead.

It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

Thank you very much for taking care of us for four days! Thanks to you, we were able to spend an amazing four days. The Room was spacious, thoroughly cleaned, and very comfortable. The Hotel was also clean, calm, and relaxing—everything was wonderful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and everything was delicious, and the valet parking service was excellent as well. Above all, we could truly feel the thoughtful hospitality from all of the staff, which made our stay extremely pleasant. We will definitely stay again next year!

Dinner included some Western-style dishes as well, and everything was delicious. The lobby’s complimentary drinks offered a great variety, and we enjoyed plenty without hesitation. We thoroughly enjoyed the Room’s Onsen (gold and silver springs), sauna, and pool many times. Thank you very much. From arrival to check-out, we received truly excellent service. We had a lot of luggage for our child, and all the staff kindly carried everything carefully to our Room—we are very grateful. From June 28 to 30, just after the typhoon and the end of the rainy season, we were able to arrive in Miyako safely and this was our second stay at Ferris. We were upgraded to a twin-bed Room for our family of three, and it also happened to be my wife’s birthday. The cake and bed decorations were wonderful surprises, making our first trip back to Miyakojima in two years truly memorable. Thank you very much to all the staff. Coming back from snorkeling and slipping straight into the private pool in our Room felt amazing—we could have stayed in forever while looking out at the mangroves. We enjoyed San’s shabu-shabu in our Room, and everything was delicious right down to the soba at the end. Next time, we’d love to try lunch as well! We look forward to staying with you again.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. It truly felt like Greece on the Aegean Sea—and it was so clean!! The welcome drink was luxurious, too. The small lobby was also very relaxing. Breakfast was included, and because we had an early activity, they opened earlier than the regular hours. They also learned it was our wedding anniversary trip and gave us a gift, which really warmed our hearts. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and I’ll never forget how beautiful the moon and stars looked from there! Breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared, and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay again. Next time, we’d like to take our time and stay longer. Thank you very much!

I found this place because I wanted to stay at an Onsen with my dogs. It turned out to be an absolutely wonderful trip. We were very satisfied. The Facility was impeccably well equipped, and the private pool and sauna made it even better. Hakone-Yumoto Station is within walking distance, so we could take a stroll to shop for souvenirs. If I have the chance, I would love to stay again.

We stayed on May 2, right in the middle of Golden Week. The traffic and bustle on the way to the Accommodation disappeared the moment we arrived—it felt like another world. We relaxed in the in-room bath to soothe our fatigue, and my wife even took a peaceful nap until dinner. Dinner, which we had been looking forward to, exceeded our expectations and left us completely satisfied. The portions and variety were excellent, and no matter how much there was, it still didn’t feel like enough with the kamado-cooked rice. (Breakfast was also outstanding.) We were able to spend our time without coming into contact with other guests. Finally, from arrival to departure, we were greeted with warm smiles throughout. Both body and mind were refreshed, making it a truly wonderful trip. We would definitely like to visit again.

I stayed for one night starting August 16, 2025. This Vacation Rental was the most wonderful among all the ones I have used before. The weather was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, sauna, and barbecue. The staff were kind and accommodating, and my children said

We usually travel to the Hakone area a few times a year as a couple, but this time we stayed one night at “Rinpo Kiryū” for our first family trip, including several celebrations. We have had the chance to visit many Accommodations, but we have never encountered one as outstanding as this—everything from start to finish was truly moving. We arrived about an hour before check-in, yet we were warmly welcomed without hesitation. From a wonderful commemorative photo for our celebration to a heartfelt message card with the photo attached, we were touched by the surprise hospitality and thoughtful care. We are sincerely grateful to have made so many unforgettable memories for our family trip. Thank you very much. Above all, what deserves special mention is the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From greeting us on arrival to seeing us off at the end, every moment was impeccable, allowing us to relax and enjoy unhurried time. Our assigned staff member was genuinely kind and always smiling; we enjoyed our conversations and were deeply impressed by their attentive care down to the smallest details—our whole family was moved. The guidance through the property—like a paradise filled with an extraordinary atmosphere—was also thorough, and everyone we met greeted us with smiles that put us at ease. Our Room was very spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotless. The bed was ideal for us—not too soft and not sinking in—so it was extremely comfortable. (My wife is quite particular about beds and rarely says this at other Accommodations, so I was surprised when she said she wanted to stay another night and didn’t want to go home yet.) During our stay, the Room included its own private open-air bath with free-flowing Onsen sourced directly from 100% natural spring water (no added water or heating)—a superb and rare Dōgashima Onsen often described as “legendary.” We could indulge in Onsen whenever we liked. In addition, there was an indoor hinoki Onsen bath, a private sauna, and even a pool, so our family could enjoy everything together. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious; each dish was beautifully presented with great care, filled with creative ideas and thoughtful touches from the chef. There were also many staff members on hand—the service felt perfect. Based on our past experiences, it’s rare to find an Accommodation where service is this attentive in every respect. More than anything else, being able to stay at “Rinpo Kiryū” became a wonderful experience for our family. Thank you again very much. We would love to visit again.
