My husband stays here every month. He says the bed is very comfortable, so he often books a Multiple Night Stay and sleeps very well. However, it seems some amenities are sometimes not replenished—for example, when he tried to use the fabric freshener, it was empty. If you will continue to provide it, we would appreciate it if you could refill it. Thank you as always!

I chose it because it was close to the destination. From the lobby to the Room, it was neat and tidy without any extra items, which was nice. The bath was spacious and nice. I don't think the morning bread was handmade by a bakery(?), but there were croissants, pancakes, salad, and soup, which were quite filling. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again next time.

The meals were very delicious. In Tokyo, I believe it is worth 30,000 yen. The autumn leaves were also beautiful.

We stayed for five nights as a family. It was in a location that let us live like locals in Kyoto. There was a ramen and gyoza restaurant next door, a convenience store across the street, and a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance (with a 100-yen shop and fast-food restaurants as well). The Kyoto Imperial Palace and Nijo Castle were also within walking distance. We could easily go out for breakfast in different places, too. Even when we came back tired from sightseeing every day, we had fluffy beds, a spacious bathroom, strong shower pressure, and a large table in the living area. Because it was clearly separated from the bedroom, it was perfect for the kids to do their summer homework. Using the key card to take the elevator up felt great—when the door opened, it was already our own private floor/Room space.

Stayed here for the second night after spending the first night at a pension in Kurumayama. The lakeside Japanese-style room was clean and had everything we needed. The Onsen bath was truly amazing. Due to lack of prior checking, we found out that the attached restaurant was closed for dinner that evening. In the morning, we enjoyed a bakery breakfast box at a lakeside table. The bread and scones were delicious, and the honey was exceptional!

This was my first stay, and it offered far more freedom than a Business Hotel with No Meals Included. The sunset over the sea in the evening was amazing! I enjoyed a blissful time sipping freshly brewed drip coffee. Great value—100 out of 100.

Simple yet comfortable rooms, many of which have separate bathrooms and washbasins. Although there are no windows, the lighting creates a relaxing atmosphere. There is also a space on the floor where you can enjoy tea and unwind. Breakfast is served in two shifts, starting at 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with each shift lasting 30 minutes, which was surprising. It would have been helpful if this detail was clearly explained during the Reservation process. However, since there seemed to be plenty of seating available, we were not rushed even after the designated time had passed. Still, it made for a slightly hurried morning. The location is excellent with many tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

I stayed during the cold season in December. When I checked into the Room, the air conditioning was on, and it was warm, which made me very happy. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.

It was a wonderful villa with a lovely atmosphere and great views. Two issues: the dryer switched to cool air drying a few minutes after starting, so it was unusable. Also, please make it so that people inside the toilet cannot be seen through the door (especially when the light is on). That was very uncomfortable.

A stylish two-story Hotel with a clean and relaxing interior. There is a simple but covered parking area for motorcycles, which was very helpful. On the day of arrival, there was heavy rain just before reaching the Hotel. If only I had arrived 10 minutes earlier...

After check-in, we were informed that the Onsen at the affiliated Facility was still under renovation, so we received admission tickets to a nearby hot spring Facility and were able to enjoy Aso Onsen. In the morning, we had breakfast while taking in the magnificent panoramic views of Aso—it was a truly luxurious moment. Our grandchildren were very happy as well, and we’ll be back again next year!

The BBQ at night was unexpectedly delicious. The breakfast bread was also very tasty. We stayed in a large Room, which was spacious and open, making it very pleasant. The bath was a shared Facility, but it was very warming. All the staff were kind, and we had a comfortable stay. Both inside and outside the Facility were clean and well-maintained, making it very comfortable. We participated in the pottery class, which became a wonderful memory for us. We would love to stay again!

I stayed here on a trip to Arima Onsen. The parking lot is very far away, so it’s quite inconvenient without the Shuttle Service. The check-in and check-out locations are also separate, which was inconvenient, but the Facility is clean and Gin no Yu is within walking distance. It was great that I could walk to various places in the downtown area!

Stylish interior, clean kitchen, fresh bed sheets—our family of five had a very comfortable stay. The washer-dryer was a lifesaver, especially since it rained during our visit. A new sponge was provided in the kitchen (though we unknowingly bought one from the convenience store and used it). Please note that the frosted glass door in the changing area is somewhat see-through, so women may want to be cautious when undressing nearby. Also, the entrance glass offers a clear view inside! We’d love to stay here again. Thank you!

Second stay at this accommodation. The location is excellent. Stayed here after attending a live show at Tokyo Garden Theater, followed by sightseeing at Tokyo Skytree the next day. Very convenient and provided a great sense of escape from everyday life.

I made my first Reservation at this Hotel because a friend staying with me wanted to bring their dog. The owner and his wife were very friendly and easy to talk to. The Room had a standard unit bath, but the large stone communal bath was spacious and very relaxing. The best part here is the food. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we left completely full. It’s a Hotel I’d visit just for the meals. I’d definitely like to stay again.

The stairs were probably tough for Grandma, but we all had a lively and enjoyable stay. The weather stayed sunny the whole time, so we were able to fully enjoy our post–Golden Week trip to Onomichi. It’s also close to the station, with a diner and bakery open from the morning nearby. Since we wanted plenty of ice for evening drinks, we bought some at AEON about a 15–20 minute walk away. Requests: Use of the parking lot before check-in. Please reduce the room fragrance slightly (I liked it, but our child didn’t). The triangular sink strainer for food waste is unstable. The garbage sorting rules were unclear. The frying pan sticks/burns easily. It would be helpful to have a basket to carry items when eating on the terrace. What we liked: Very clean—everything was spotless. There were plenty of towels, and hand towels were already set up in the restroom. Aluminum foil had been placed in the toaster for us as well. Next time, I’d love to ride the Shimanami Kaido by rental bicycle or rental bike. Everyone said they’d like to come again too, so when we have time, we’ll definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

I often visit the nearby shops, so I’d been curious about this place for a while and decided to stay. It’s set slightly back from the main street, but the attached bakery is delicious, and there are many great restaurants nearby, making it a very convenient location. The interior has a modern Japanese style, and the solid wood flooring feels great even barefoot. The standout feature is the large hinoki bath. Even tall guests can stretch their legs out comfortably, and the scent of hinoki is very relaxing. It’s rare to find such a large hinoki bath even at other Hotels. The tub can also be filled automatically, which was fantastic. All Facilities are up to date, and there was nothing inconvenient compared with staying at a Hotel. Since this is a renovated property with traditional-sized beams, guests over 180 cm may bump their head, so please be careful—it’s annoying at first but you get used to it. There are some downsides—like the TV being hard to figure out and the stairs being steep—but the biggest thing to note is that because this Facility shares space with shops, you can hear more noise than expected from early morning as the bakery prepares for opening. During the day as well, you can clearly hear customers and probably children of people eating in. From the large opening at the back of the second floor and from the rear garden area, you can also smell bread coming in from the bakery. Whether this feels noisy or adds to its machiya character may depend on personal preference. There were moments when it didn’t feel very calm, but overall it was a good experience. We stayed as a group of 6 adults. First of all, the owner was very kind and considerate, even before our stay. Thank you so much! The plan included breakfast, which featured delicious items like bread, roast beef, fruits, and Hakone rusk provided in the room. The portions were generous and we were very satisfied. The bath was spacious, the room was clean, and we had an extremely comfortable stay. The sauna was also great! It would be nice if the issue with BS channels not being available and the difficulty in figuring out how to fill the bath could be improved, but other than that everything was perfect. It’s a wonderful place!

A renovated traditional Japanese house Accommodation located at the top of a mountain road. The old beams and fittings have been preserved or beautifully repurposed, so it doesn’t feel outdated at all. Since the owner built it personally, there are a few small details that may feel slightly unfinished, but the space is very comfortable, with thoughtful touches in the furniture and decor throughout. I asked to change the schedule at short notice, and they kindly accommodated my request, which I truly appreciated. For the barbecue, they also showed us—together with our child—how to prepare the firewood and charcoal, which made our child very happy. It became a wonderful summer memory for us.
