This was our second stay. Since our third son (our beloved dog) joined our family five years ago, we only choose Accommodations where we can stay together, so we’ve stayed at many pet-friendly places around the Kanto area. With new Accommodations opening all the time, there are only a few we’ve ever revisited—but this one is exceptionally satisfying, so we returned during the Obon holiday period. With pet-friendly Accommodations, there’s often something you have to compromise on, but this place is almost perfect. The balcony of our guest Room had an open-air Onsen bath, a sauna, a cold plunge bath, and a relaxation area with a shower—plus an open-air bath for dogs. Inside the Room, there was a theater room with two massage chairs and a dining room where you can enjoy meals in your Room. The French cuisine served there is truly delicious. Recently, more and more Accommodations have excellent Facilities, but I don’t know any other place where you can enjoy food of this quality in your Room with your dog. Once again, everything was absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for the best Accommodation to stay with your dog, I highly recommend giving this place a try.

During our trip from the main island to Miyakojima, we stayed here for the entire time on the main island. The Room was spacious and very clean! We were truly touched by the honeymoon towel art and flowers that were prepared for us. The view of the ocean and Kouri Bridge from the Room was breathtaking. My husband was thrilled with the Agu pork shabu-shabu dinner. We also dined at a restaurant in the Hotel group, and it was delicious and stylish as well. Breakfast was delivered to our Room, and even during our Multiple Night Stay, they changed the menu each day—everything was so thoughtful. We had a wonderfully relaxing Hotel stay while enjoying a resort atmosphere, and our time on Kouri Island became an unforgettable memory. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again someday.

The amenities were excellent, including a Bulgari set with shampoo, conditioner, body cream, soap, and perfume in a pouch for women to take home—my daughter was thrilled! The onsen in the room featured both an indoor bath and a semi-open-air bath with a jacuzzi. Both baths wer

Thank you for always accommodating our detailed requests each time we stay. We look forward to your continued support with our future Reservations.

It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as the Reviews said. The food, the interior decor throughout the building, and the furnishings in the guest room were all tasteful, and since there were only six groups of guests, we were able to relax even though it was peak season. The staff’s service was also excellent.\nIt was an Accommodation that made us want to come back again for the first time in a while.

On our first visit, we were truly impressed by the meals, the Room, and everyone’s warm service and smiles, so we returned again this summer vacation. We also love the loungewear and amenities, and we can genuinely relax both physically and mentally throughout our stay. Each time, we enjoy chatting with the chef while savoring the delicious food. The menu always delights all five senses, leaving us completely satisfied every time. The rental car is also always well maintained, which gives us peace of mind. We’ll be back again soon to see everyone’s smiles.

The staff’s calm, welcoming atmosphere created a truly relaxing space, and I had a very comfortable stay. - They provide an aromatic hot towel and water on the Shuttle Service bus - They take you to the golf course restaurant in a lovely cart - When I consulted the concierge about sightseeing in advance, they gave me lots of brochures and handwritten notes on the day Everyone was incredibly kind and wonderful—including the front desk and lounge staff, as well as the souvenir shop staff—and I was genuinely impressed. Everything was new and spotless, and the Room was spacious with an amazing view! The breakfast buffet was also outstanding: freshly baked brown sugar French toast, made-to-order Okinawa soba, dim sum, smoothies, plenty of fruit—an excellent variety, luxurious, and delicious. I’ve made another Reservation for December already, so I’m looking forward to it.

This was our first stay here, and among all the places we’ve visited, it was the best Accommodation for Western-style cuisine. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality from welcome to farewell. The Room (very relaxing) and the bath (the in-room bath was more than enough) were both excellent. Above all, the meals were outstanding—both dinner and breakfast. Each dish was beautifully presented (including the tableware) and delicious, and we were amazed by how many items there were in the Japanese breakfast (we finished everything). We will definitely visit again during the autumn foliage season. One request: it would be nice to have body wash towels available in the bath area.

We stayed in the latter half of Silver Week. The weather was great on the first day, so the views were beautiful and we were very satisfied. It really is better when the grape leaves are still on the vines! We arrived at Cave d’Occi before noon, completed check-in, and had lunch at a nearby café. We ordered a pasta set—just the right portion and very tasty. After that, we joined a private winery tour. It ended with a wine tasting, which was excellent, so we bought 12 bottles of wine! Since there was still time before dinner, we went to an Onsen Facility about a 3-minute walk away and relaxed. Back at the Hotel, there was complimentary white wine during happy hour. From 5:30 PM, dinner was served with wine pairing. The food was delicious, and so were the wines! Since only Cave d’Occi wines are offered, there aren’t any full-bodied options, so preferences may vary. Breakfast was also great—the tomato juice is outstanding!

The spa, which I had been looking forward to, provided complete relaxation for both body and mind; even my husband, who experienced a spa for the first time, was highly satisfied. The outdoor afternoon tea featured charming arrangements with refreshing breezes that added to an

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We were satisfied with everything—the service, the Room, the bath, and the meals. The meals were so delicious that my mother, who usually has no appetite at all, finished everything. We truly hope to visit again. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay, and just as everyone says, it was a truly wonderful Accommodation. The food was delicious, the Onsen water was silky-smooth, the staff were great, everything in the fridge was free, and the price was reasonable. The view was beautiful and very relaxing. Also, since I love drinks, I was thrilled by the wide selection of rice shochu... Thank you very much! I’ll definitely visit again.

It was a wonderful stay. Thank you for your thoughtful hospitality. Even though the weather wasn’t great, we could still enjoy the garden and a hint of autumn foliage, and relax at a leisurely pace surrounded by lush greenery. The meals were delicious, the Onsen was very comfortable, and it made us wish we could stay for two or three days. If we have the chance, we would love to visit again.

A luxurious Facility where extraordinary koi swim. We were able to enjoy a sand bath, a ceramic bath experience, and a private open-air bath at no additional charge. All staff were kind and provided attentive service. The Japanese cuisine served at the Yakusugi cedar counter was exquisite, with tropical fruits used throughout that were as beautiful to look at as they were delicious. The entire property was spotless and impeccably maintained, and the star-filled sky we gazed at late at night from the free-flowing natural hot spring open-air bath in our room was beyond words.

I was completely satisfied with this Accommodation! This was my first stay here. After reading Reviews in advance, I saw comments saying it was like a “stink bug Accommodation,” so I braced myself. But it wasn’t like that at all—there were a few stink bugs, but for an Accommodation surrounded by nature, having some insects is only to be expected, and it didn’t bother me. I almost felt sorry that the staff kept apologizing for the stink bugs. The food was absolutely delicious, and I’m very grateful that they sincerely accommodated an unexpected situation where I had to step away in the middle of the meal. The Room had a calm atmosphere with plenty of traditional Uchiko washi paper used throughout, and I was able to relax deeply. Breakfast also had a fun concept where you can compare three different types of eggs—I loved it! This is an Accommodation I’d gladly go out of my way to stay at again!

Last time, the chef’s heartfelt cuisine was wonderful, so this time I booked a Multiple Night Stay. The food exceeded my expectations and truly moved me.\nThe hospitality of all the staff was also top-notch.\nThis is an Accommodation I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

We had another very comfortable stay. We were soothed by everyone’s smiles and warm hospitality, the delicious meals, and the Onsen. The large public bath has everything you need, so it’s great that you can go empty-handed—it’s so easy and convenient. The Niagara wine we enjoyed in the lounge was also excellent! It was my sister’s first time at Otaru Furukawa, and she was very satisfied. Thank you as well for taking a two-shot photo of us in front of the Hotel! We usually enjoy a quiet couples’ getaway, but this time we left our car with you before check-in and enjoyed sightseeing in Otaru for the first time in a while. Furukawa is in a wonderful location right by the canal, and the view from our Room was lovely. Kojohama, Jozankei, and Otaru each have their own unique charm, and they’ve made us love Furukawa even more. We would love to visit again.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The Facilities, the staff’s atmosphere, and the meals were all excellent. It was clear that each staff member truly loves dogs and enjoys working here. We would definitely like to stay again.

The view from the Room was wonderful, and the meals were delicious—everything was excellent. If I had to mention one thing, I would have liked a little more time to use the bath at a relaxed pace. I will visit again in a different season. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was a very comfortable Hotel. It truly felt like Greece on the Aegean Sea—and it was so clean!! The welcome drink was luxurious, too. The small lobby was also very relaxing. Breakfast was included, and because we had an early activity, they opened earlier than the regular hours. They also learned it was our wedding anniversary trip and gave us a gift, which really warmed our hearts. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and I’ll never forget how beautiful the moon and stars looked from there! Breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared, and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay again. Next time, we’d like to take our time and stay longer. Thank you very much!
