I was drawn in by the words, “A newly opened Onsen in Manazuru… Free Shuttle Service to Atami and Odawara!” so I went right away. It was an extraordinary space unlike anything I’ve ever experienced—surprise after surprise. Wrapped in a world far from everyday life, I truly enjoyed every moment. - The private garden and open-air bath were located separately from the guest room and could only be accessed with a key, which made it feel very exclusive. You can also enjoy meals there, and it felt like having a private space all to myself—pure luxury. The quality of the Onsen water was excellent as well; even after bathing, my body stayed warm for a long time. - The meals were plentiful and more lavish than anything I’ve seen before. Every dish tasted wonderful and looked beautiful—I was genuinely impressed. Even the tableware, chopsticks, glasses, and teacups were immaculate, showing careful attention to detail throughout. - What left the strongest impression was how polite the staff were and how well trained they clearly are. It was service that made me think from the bottom of my heart: I’m so glad I came here. *Lastly, they provided Shuttle Service to Odawara for me; our conversation in the car was so enjoyable that it became a perfect way to end the trip. The staff member who took care of both dinner and breakfast was very pleasant. Also, at check-out, since both taxis and buses were crowded, they kindly drove us instead. We truly appreciate their flexible support. The bath was also excellent! Thank you for your hospitality. We would like to visit again.

We stayed here for his birthday. I’ve stayed at other Accommodations with private pools before and often found there were a lot of insects, but this Accommodation had hardly any, and the pool stayed clean the whole time. At night, the starry sky visible from the rooftop was truly breathtaking. The Room smelled wonderful and was spotless; the bathroom was lovely, and there was a great selection of amenities. The manager was also very kind—this villa was absolutely amazing!! I’d love to stay again.

A beautiful Hotel comprising a former Russian Consulate built over 100 years ago and, behind it, a newly constructed wellness wing designed by Makoto Nakayama. The staff kindly explained the building’s history and the vision behind its renovation into a Hotel, which made my stay even more meaningful. The Japanese elm towering in the garden that connects the old and new wings truly felt like a sacred tree, drawing the grounds into a serene world completely separate from everyday life. At the beautifully designed bar, I enjoyed Akkeshi oysters and a vodka cocktail. In the evening, I had sushi at Sushi-dokoro Funami inside the Hotel. The sushi and appetizers prepared by the head chef—who trained at Hakodate’s renowned Kihara—were outstanding; everything was fresh, high-quality, and delicious. Conversation with the chef and staff was also enjoyable, making for an unforgettable time. This time I stayed in a Room in the wellness wing. The view of Hakodate Port was wonderful, and even glimpses of blue sky from the courtyard were soothing. The Room also had a jacuzzi and sauna, allowing me to spend truly fulfilling time there. Breakfast featuring plenty of local ingredients was delicious as well. A book-shaped bread was served, and since I had been told in advance that this Hotel was produced by author Shiho Tanimura, it all made perfect sense. Every member of staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, with outstanding hospitality throughout. It felt like staying here could be the main purpose of a trip to Hakodate itself. I would love to visit again in another season.

Thank you for kindly accommodating our last-minute Reservation just two days in advance! The kids had an amazing time. We’ve stayed at several pool villas, and this was the best by far. We’d definitely love to stay again.

Although the weather in Okinawa wasn't great due to the typhoon, the villa was absolutely amazing. The pool was a huge hit with the kids—they could play and swim for hours. The beach within walking distance was beautiful, and we could see colorful fish. While better weather would have allowed us to enjoy the sea more, we were very satisfied thanks to the wonderful villa.

Everything was excellent! I will use it again. Thank you very much.

Eating out frequently can affect my health, so I prefer to cook with local ingredients. Recently, I’ve been using Vacation Rentals for my stays. This time, I found a wonderful condominium. 〇 The view from the large windows was stunning. Overlooking the vast nature of Rusutsu gave me a sense of freedom. Enjoying Sapporo beer while admiring the scenery was fantastic. 〇 The kitchen was well-equipped with almost everything needed, including dishcloths and plastic wrap, which were very helpful. The dishwasher was also incredibly convenient. 〇 For groceries, I used a nearby roadside station, convenience store, and a supermarket in Kutchan. If necessary, the nearby convenience store makes things quite manageable. Additionally, since the first floor connects to the adjacent Rusutsu Resort Hotel, dining there is also an option. 〇 A spacious closet near the entrance had both a washing machine and dryer, making laundry very easy to handle. 〇 The bathroom only had shower facilities; however, I used the hotel's Onsen once instead. Unfortunately, it was crowded at that time but still relaxing thanks to its spacious open-air bath and thoughtful design. This condominium is new and clean with wide hallways and ample space between rooms for extra comfort—it felt very relaxing overall! It’s truly an underrated spot during summer seasons. I'd love to stay here again in the future! Thank you so much for everything!

As a repeat guest living in the prefecture, I stayed again this May, just like last time. We used the accommodation during Golden Week with four families of relatives. Since staying at a hotel with small children can be stressful—worrying about noise for neighboring rooms and limited dining options—we decided on this accommodation as it allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. Due to work circumstances, my spouse and I each brought our own car. This facility has a spacious parking area that feels like a park, which gave us peace of mind. (Though we didn’t count exactly, it seems like it could fit about 10 cars.) There is a long staircase from the parking lot to the building, but since the steps are low, it wasn’t too tiring. The kitchen appliances were well-equipped and convenient: rice cooker, microwave oven, toaster, and kettle—all made cooking feel just like home. Costco is only about 10 minutes away by car—a huge plus! We bought easy-to-cook ingredients there for a Costco party. The BBQ equipment was also provided; grilling meat over charcoal was incredibly satisfying! The garden is spacious enough for children to play outside freely while indoors each room (3 rooms) had its own TV along with TVs in both first- and second-floor living areas—no channel disputes here! Everyone enjoyed their favorite shows peacefully while parents could truly relax. From the living room you can see stunning ocean views including Kudaka Island—it’s breathtaking! I spent most of my time sitting on the sofa gazing at the sea; it was so calming that I felt completely refreshed—I’d even consider living here someday (laughs). Surrounded by stylish furniture and interiors made for an indulgent stay. Although we only stayed one night due to scheduling constraints this time around... This is definitely an accommodation where we’d love to have multiple night stays. If family schedules align again next summer—we’ll surely be back!

It feels like you’re not even in Japan! The view is amazing.

Three families, six adults, and five children stayed for two nights and three days. Despite being late September, the pool was available, and the children were thrilled. The kitchen and barbecue facilities were well-equipped, so we enjoyed cheese fondue, curry, and barbecue without dining out even once. The breakfast pizza toast and the prepared ice cream were also delicious. For shopping, it was convenient to have Marunaka and a specialty Awaji beef store about 10 minutes away by car. There was a screen and projector, so the children enjoyed watching anime at night. I thought it was nice that there was no TV. It was a wonderful three days.

The space was more spacious and cleaner than expected. It was very comfortable, and I would love to stay again. However, there were no knives, which was a bit inconvenient, but I managed with the kitchen knife and spoon, so it wasn’t a major issue.

We stayed here during a company trip from Kyushu to the Kanto area. The villa was just as wonderful as it looked online, and it was well equipped with amenities and supplies, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, but we were able to enjoy a BBQ under the roof, and we also enjoyed the pool during breaks in the rain. It’s a villa where you can have fun all day, and we’d love to stay again if we have the chance. Thank you for having us.

Everything was wonderful—hospitality, service, and Facility! The Room’s atmosphere and amenities, the view from the balcony, and above all, the sauna and cold plunge pool were amazing. We left saying to each other, “We want to stay here again!” Thank you very much!

We chose BESTSPA99 because we were traveling with my husband’s family and wanted separate bedrooms, and it was an absolutely wonderful Accommodation! We had informed them that we would be traveling with an infant, and they even provided a baby crib. Since each bedroom has its own door, we could all relax together after putting the baby to sleep. The place was thoroughly cleaned and very spotless, the Facility were excellent, and the sauna temperature was perfect! The pool wasn’t heated, but it worked great as a cold plunge after the sauna. Even though we requested an additional BBQ grill just four days in advance, they prepared it for us. The area was quiet as well, so we could truly unwind away from everyday noise—we were completely satisfied!! If you’re visiting Kujukuri Beach, I highly recommend staying at BESTSPA99!

This is the first accommodation that has truly moved me. The sauna was exceptional, offering a luxurious experience that felt almost too indulgent to enjoy with just my family. The view from the window was absolutely breathtaking! The gentle sound of the river flowing in front added a perfect background melody. The manager's warm smile and thoughtful hospitality were also remarkable. It’s an accommodation that heals both mind and body, and I will definitely visit again.

It’s somewhat pricey, but the villa is well worth it. The Room was very clean, and although we stayed as a couple, it felt almost too spacious. We made great use of the pool and sauna as well, and since they’re private, it was amazing to enjoy them without worrying about other people’s eyes! Having inflatable rings provided was also a big help. Since it’s a bit far from the airport, taking a taxi to the Accommodation is essential, but having one car included at the Accommodation was extremely convenient and meant we didn’t need to rent one. The staff were very kind and provided attentive service. We’d love to stay again!

Our family of five stayed here. We had been looking forward to it after seeing the photos at the time of Reservation, and when we arrived, the villa was even more wonderful than we imagined—we were truly delighted. It was very spacious and spotless, and our whole family was able to relax comfortably. We enjoyed watching the sunset while playing in the pool, and at night we took in countless stars and a beautiful night view—an unforgettable escape from everyday life. The kitchenware and cooking utensils were well stocked, and having both a washing machine and dryer was extremely convenient. We hardly felt any inconvenience during our stay. Everyone in our family liked it so much that we kept saying, “Let’s come back again next year,” making this a trip to remember. It was such a lovely villa that we would definitely like to stay again.
