We upgraded our meal to a kaiseki course with meat, and it was very delicious. The Room was a spacious 10-tatami room for three people, and we were satisfied. The service was good, and there were table tennis and billiards rooms next to each other in the entrance hall; hearing guests’ cheerful voices created a lively atmosphere, which we also enjoyed. Roasting and eating marshmallows in the hall was fun, and there were plenty of books available as well. We would like to stay again.

The view from the spacious Room felt endlessly open. Since it was a south-facing Room, we could often see planes landing at Kansai International Airport. Even after stepping out briefly, it seemed to detect that and would turn off the TV or require logging in to YouTube again, which was a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. The room service fried chicken seemed to be made with high-quality oil and ingredients, and it was delicious without feeling heavy—we finished it all. It was a little disappointing that the breakfast coffee on the second night was, for some reason, like hot water lightly tinted with coffee.

Booked accommodation at the last minute (grateful it was available even after 9 PM). Booked through IKYU, and the 10% point rate discount was very helpful. Breakfast included only one piece of bread, which felt insufficient but was enjoyed nonetheless. The hotel itself matched youthful sensibilities and seemed to be very well-received.

I stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday and mine. Even though I mistakenly made a Reservation for a twin room instead of a double, they kindly changed it for me. We also received celebratory chocolates, and as always, The Ritz makes me feel elegant every time I visit. The staff and the food were outstanding. I would like to come again next year. Thank you very much.

The front desk staff were helpful, and the property was clean and comfortable. While the Room is undeniably small, it is well equipped with everything you need.

It takes over 6 hours one way, but it's worth coming back. Despite some restrictions, it is valuable to have accommodations where pets can stay in almost the same room and receive similar services as regular guests. The lounge service, dinner, and breakfast with a view of the outside offer truly extraordinary and wonderful moments. The room's bath is an Onsen, surprisingly spacious enough to stretch your legs. The only concern is that the room's air conditioning cannot switch between cooling and heating, which might be a bit worrisome during seasonal transitions.

The Hotel was in a great location, well-equipped with excellent Facilities, and reasonably priced—I'd definitely like to stay again. The welcome drink was also much appreciated. True to its name, it was a Hotel I could genuinely say “thank you” to.

You can reach Nasu leisure spots such as Kinomata Gorge and Senbonmatsu Ranch in 20–60 minutes. The meals were delicious, and since it’s all-inclusive, we really appreciated being able to enjoy as many drinks and snacks as we wanted. Rooms on the 3rd floor feature free-flowing hot spring water directly from the source. It also leaves your skin feeling wonderfully smooth. The dinner menu had changed since our previous stay, and it actually felt like both the seasoning and ingredients had improved compared to last time. The portions were generous, and we were very satisfied. They also run a night bar (?), and we were told children are welcome, so our kids stopped by for a special summer vacation late night—and they looked so happy, as if they’d joined the adults’ club. Since it’s rare to find an Accommodation where six people can stay with an in-room bath supplied with free-flowing hot spring water directly from the source, we would love to stay again. We had a fun and comfortable time. Thank you very much.

I stayed in the Moon Room on a solo trip. Due to various circumstances, I made a Reservation after 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and with the same-day discount it was a great deal. Since my expected arrival time was set for 10:00 PM, the Accommodation contacted me, and their warm and kind response raised my expectations. I arrived just before the welcome drink service ended. Soaking in the iconic footbath, I enjoyed sparkling wine poured generously. The Room was more than spacious enough for one person, and although I initially thought the Onsen on the terrace might be small from the photos, it was also plenty for one. It’s a circulated bath from Kiga Onsen, but for someone like me who prefers hotter water, it was just right—and it warmed me up so much that I started sweating. The door from the Room to the terrace is accordion-style, so after daybreak I left it fully open all morning—it felt wonderful. The open-air bath at the large public bath uses free-flowing spring water from Owakudani. As someone who likes Kusatsu and Manza, I felt the sulfur scent was mild, but I still really enjoyed the milky-white water. However, it was unpleasant to have long hairs and fallen leaves cling to my body. In addition to the powder corner in the large public bath area, there is also a separate powder room with a ReFa hair dryer, a Panasonic hair iron, and a Panasonic facial steamer. Since I had been considering buying them anyway, it was great to be able to try them out. (For reference, the hair dryers in the large public bath were Dyson.) There were many negative Reviews online so I felt nervous until actually staying here, but it turned out to be a very satisfying stay. I’m also interested in one of their higher-category detached Rooms (annex), so I’d love to visit again.

I often stay here when visiting Naha, Okinawa. The Shuttle Service to the airport is convenient, as it can be arranged to match my flight schedule. There is an Onsen and a sauna, and the rates are reasonable. I also enjoyed the breakfast—it was delicious. I was surprised they even had wine. I was even more surprised that from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM before check-in, alcoholic drinks such as beer and ice cream were available freely. Thank you very much for upgrading me to a high-floor room.

Everything was wonderful. I checked in feeling completely exhausted that day, but the staff kindly offered to show me where the restaurant was if I didn’t mind, and since they could seat me right away, I ended up having dinner there. As I was dining alone, I asked the staff about portion sizes while ordering, and it turned into a truly delicious and happy meal. The Room was just the right size, so I could relax and recover. The next morning I took it easy as well. I got some cake and bread to take out and went to a friend’s Hotel where they were staying to eat them, and they were so good that I regretted not having breakfast here. I’m sure I’ll stay here again next time!

The interior had been renovated without my noticing, and it felt fresh. Osaka has many luxury hotels, but The St. Regis still feels like a classic choice. The butler service was still available.

It was a very beautiful Hotel. I would love to visit again.

A Hotel located on the upper floors of what may be the tallest building in Yamagata City. The front desk is on the 24th floor. First, the good points: This time I stayed in a single Room on the 19th floor, on the side with a panoramic view of the Zao mountain range. Many typical business hotels have small windows in single Rooms, but here the window is large and reaches almost up to the ceiling, which is great. Just zoning out and looking at the mountain scenery was soothing, and I felt relaxed at night and slept very well. I think the view from the Room is this Hotel’s best recommendation. At night I dimmed the lights and kept the curtains open until I got sleepy, lying on the bed while watching the moon. The sky feels so wide. I could also see Yamagata Station and the tracks right below, and occasionally watched trains passing by. You can hear only a faint bit of train noise, but it didn’t bother me at all. The disappointing points were that, as last time, Wi-Fi was so slow that it wouldn’t connect properly, so I gave up using this Hotel’s Wi-Fi. That’s why I rated its Facility 4 stars. Also—maybe it was someone next door—the door was being opened and closed very roughly. Every time it shut there was a huge bang and vibration that reached my Room repeatedly until around 11 p.m... When I opened/closed my own door it could be closed quietly, and I couldn’t hear any other noise from next door otherwise, so maybe I was just unlucky with neighbors this time. Overall, I had a comfortable stay. When I have business in Yamagata again, I’d like to stay at this Hotel again. It’s a Hotel I can recommend.

The Facility is old, but it is kept very clean. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and the veranda has a slatted floor, so you don’t have to worry about it being wet after bathing—it’s a very well-designed layout. I enjoyed using the open-air bath many times. Despite the good amenities and the convenient location right in front of Shirarahama Beach, it was reasonably priced. My wife liked it very much as well, so I think we will visit again.

Thank you very much for such a comfortable stay. The Room was extremely user-friendly, and I was especially impressed by the spacious sofa set along the window. Being able to relax while taking in the Tokyo view and enjoy a drink meant there was a comfortable place to spend time besides the bed, which made staying in the Room itself truly enjoyable. It felt less like being in a Hotel Room and more like spending time in a living room. Combined with the view from the high floor, it was a wonderfully cozy space. The bed was also generously sized and very comfortable, allowing me to rest well until morning. What left the strongest impression this time was the Club InterContinental Lounge. It offered unusually generous spacing between seats for a Hotel in central Tokyo, so I could spend time there in complete calm. Cocktail hour was excellent as well—not simply about offering more food, but thoughtfully designed so guests can enjoy an unhurried evening with a cold tapas buffet, made-to-order hot tapas, champagne, and cocktails. In particular, I appreciated that cocktails were properly prepared and delivered to my seat; that original cocktails such as the Saketini were available; and that when my glass of Moët & Chandon started running low, staff kindly asked “Shall I bring you another?” before I even needed to request it. When people talk about lounges they often focus on the variety of food and drinks, but what I found most appealing here was how attentively the staff looked after guests while maintaining such a relaxed atmosphere. Also, although all key Facilities—such as the pool, restaurants, and lounge—were available within the property, each area felt comfortably spacious. Even spending an entire day inside the Hotel never felt cramped. After using the pool we also ordered French onion gratin soup in our Room; it warmed us up perfectly after getting chilled from swimming, and we were grateful to be able to use our Hotel credit as well. We were also able to enjoy breakfast at leisure until later hours in the club lounge. In addition to both Japanese breakfast options and buffet selections, we unexpectedly received one of the chef’s signature dishes—it was delicious and became a wonderful memory. Having everything we need readily available—and being able to use it freely at our own pace—is what makes this Hotel so appealing. This stay has made it one of those Hotels I would happily return to again whenever timing works out. Thank you very much to all of your staff.

After sightseeing in Sapporo and Otaru during the peak Obon holiday period, our family of four stayed here. We had a connecting room with a great view, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast venue the next morning was not crowded, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. As guests receive a 5% discount, we bought lots of souvenirs at the shop, and we were able to arrange shipping at the front desk, which made things much easier both physically and mentally. The Hotel is very close—once you reach the main road from the JR Kinshicho Station South Exit, you can see the building. It’s about a 5-minute walk including waiting at traffic lights, with excellent access. The 1F front desk is compact, but the staff were cheerful and very pleasant. It seemed like there were many international guests. The Room was much nicer than in the photos, and the bathroom area in particular felt spacious and luxurious. The number and placement of power outlets were also convenient. Amenities included four types of French Omnisens (30 ml each), prepared for each guest, and the scent and quality were soothing. The thick, fluffy towels and other linens—and even the bedding—were outstanding. The pajama-style nightwear and even a bathrobe left nothing to complain about. I was impressed by how delicious the complimentary red wine, premium juice, sparkling water, and snacks were; relaxing with Nespresso and tea was perfect, and having as many as eight bottles of mineral water was wonderful too. The Hotel itself is quite compact—there’s no lobby or lounge, and the elevator is small—but it has a European boutique-hotel feel. Relaxing in the Room made it perfect for a girls’ get-together. Breakfast also felt like just the right amount and variety for women. One small downside: I could only find an all-on/all-off light switch in the Room, which was a bit inconvenient. I’m amazed to find such a lovely Hotel at this price in Tokyo—very satisfied!

I stay here every time. It’s very convenient since it’s in the city center.
