Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, and we were very satisfied. The view from the Onsen was wonderful, and we were especially happy that there was a carbonated bath. The price was reasonable and made it easy to stay, which was very helpful. We would definitely like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

We stayed with three people for sightseeing in Kanazawa. It was our first time here, and we felt the location was ideal for visiting the main attractions. For an early start, Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenrokuen Garden, and Omicho Market are all within walking distance, and Oyama Shrine and museums are also close by. You can also easily reach classic spots such as Kazuemachi Chaya District and Higashi Chaya District. We used the affiliated parking lot next to the Hotel, but since you enter through narrow alleys and a shopping street, it may be a little hard to find. However, it’s reasonably priced until 10:00 a.m. the next morning, so we recommend using it. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as convenience stores and department stores, making it comfortable not only for sightseeing but for everyday needs too. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t use the large public bath (alternating hours for men and women) or enjoy the welcome drink due to timing. The breakfast venue was spacious with sofa seating, and we were able to relax and enjoy both Japanese- and Western-style buffet options. The amenities were well stocked, and we appreciated the free laundry facilities and manga lending service. When we visit Kanazawa again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Although the building feels a bit old, we had a very comfortable stay. We made a Reservation with No Meals Included, but decided to have the breakfast buffet at short notice. Both the Japanese and Western breakfast staples were delicious, and the French toast was cooked to order, so we enjoyed it fresh. They also provided takeout cups for coffee, so I enjoyed a cup in my Room. I would like to stay here again when I visit Niigata. Thank you very much.

I stayed on the No Meals Included Plan. I really liked the Room and was able to spend a fulfilling time. The staff were very kind, and I had a very pleasant stay. It rained this time, so if I have the chance next time, I’d like to relax on the rooftop.

The Facility was very unique and interesting. The room key can be linked with Suica, allowing guest room information to be registered on Suica during check-in (also available with the Suica app on smartphones). From using the elevator to entering the guest room, everything can be completed with Suica on your smartphone, making it extremely convenient.

I stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and the Room was simply outstanding. The spaciousness, cleanliness, design, and the in-room Onsen were all excellent. Since we didn’t order meals this time, we had limited interaction with the staff, but we didn’t experience any inconvenience. I’d love to visit again.

Although we stayed on a discounted Plan due to minor issues, the Room was spacious and very comfortable. It almost felt too large for two people. When we asked in advance for dinner recommendations, many places were closed after the holiday, so the staff kindly checked which restaurants were open and even called us back. At check-in, they also carefully explained how to get there. We were truly surprised and moved by such warm hospitality. The izakaya they recommended gave us a wonderful evening—delicious food from the kind owner and friendly regulars made it unforgettable. Thank you for your excellent service. We will definitely stay again!

We stayed here with our family this time. We arrived early and stopped by to ask a few questions, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful—our children were grateful as well. The Room and meals were excellent, and it was a very comfortable Accommodation. We stayed for an event this time, but when we visit Fukuoka again for events, we would love to stay here again. Our children also said, “We want to stay here again!” and were very satisfied. The Hotel is very close—once you reach the main road from the JR Kinshicho Station South Exit, you can see the building. It’s about a 5-minute walk including waiting at traffic lights, with excellent access. The 1F front desk is compact, but the staff were cheerful and very pleasant. It seemed like there were many international guests. The Room was much nicer than in the photos, and the bathroom area in particular felt spacious and luxurious. The number and placement of power outlets were also convenient. Amenities included four types of French Omnisens (30 ml each), prepared for each guest, and the scent and quality were soothing. The thick, fluffy towels and other linens—and even the bedding—were outstanding. The pajama-style nightwear and even a bathrobe left nothing to complain about. I was impressed by how delicious the complimentary red wine, premium juice, sparkling water, and snacks were; relaxing with Nespresso and tea was perfect, and having as many as eight bottles of mineral water was wonderful too. The Hotel itself is quite compact—there’s no lobby or lounge, and the elevator is small—but it has a European boutique-hotel feel. Relaxing in the Room made it perfect for a girls’ get-together. Breakfast also felt like just the right amount and variety for women. One small downside: I could only find an all-on/all-off light switch in the Room, which was a bit inconvenient. I’m amazed to find such a lovely Hotel at this price in Tokyo—very satisfied!

Pros Great location and easy to find; a convenience store on the ground floor; late check-in available; smooth check-in/out; new Facility; reasonably clean; a large public bath is available, with good amenities. Cons It’s fair for the price, so not really a complaint, but it felt a bit small for two people. Depending on the person, there was a slight musty smell around the bathroom area (not severe). I also would have been happier if extra towels could be borrowed.

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

This is an ideal Hotel for families with children. We stayed as a parent and child, and it was a trip of nonstop play and plenty of drinks. It rained heavily that day, so we only played indoors. Even so, there was more than enough to do, and our child was completely satisfied. Parents can also relax with a drink in hand while watching their kids play, making it a special getaway for adults as well. Above all, the dedication of the Hotel staff was truly moving. Their care for children felt so professional that it could have been a daycare center. It’s common to see a cake brought out at dinner for a child’s birthday, but this Hotel goes beyond that. I won’t share details to avoid spoilers, but the performance despite the rain became an unforgettable experience. The event starting at 9:00 PM also surprised us with its creative, child-participation format. Parents were exhausted by then, but seeing our child’s happy smile—and the staff’s thoughtful production—made us feel happy too. One challenge was that there is no large public bath. There are only two private baths indoors and two outdoors, so it becomes very competitive. Since you can’t make a Reservation and can only enter if one is available, we managed to use one once by luck but couldn’t find any availability after that. The outdoor open-air baths were difficult in the rain because you have to walk there with an umbrella, so we gave up. Also disappointing was that the Shuttle Service pick-up point at Ito Station has no roof. We waited in the rain, and when a bus finally arrived it turned out to be for another affiliated property—overall it was hard to understand. The price range felt on the higher side, but considering how happy our child was and how devoted the staff service is, overall satisfaction felt high. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay.

The meals were absolutely luxurious! All the staff were attentive and kind. The all-you-can-drink options at dinner were very extensive, and the glasses were kept chilled in a dedicated refrigerator, which felt very clean. The bath facilities were also great, and the locker keys felt very secure. Just one thing: the trash bin under the sink in the Room washbasin area hadn’t been emptied, so that was the only negative point.

We truly felt the Hotel’s warm hospitality. Your greetings and temporary luggage storage were very helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. With the Hotel’s Kawagoe map, we were able to explore Koedo smoothly. It became a fun and memorable trip, and we felt the accommodation cost with breakfast included was a great value. It was such a shame I could only stay for one night, but I left with wonderful memories. I would definitely love to stay much longer next time. All of the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We made a Reservation to spend some relaxing time together, as this is our 25th wedding anniversary and my husband has been away on a long-term solo assignment. With only a small number of Rooms, it was quiet, and the meals were served in semi-private dining spaces, so we could enjoy them without distractions. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. As for the baths, we used the open-air bath with a pool, and swimming while looking out at the natural scenery was great fun—it made me feel like a kid again. Our Room also had an open-air bath, so we could soak whenever we liked while enjoying the view. It was wonderful. The service was courteous, and we truly had a comfortable stay. We would love to stay again in another season. Just one thing: it would be even better if the entrance door to the Room matched the overall atmosphere more.

Previously, I could cook shabu-shabu myself, but this time only cold, boiled pork was provided. It was disappointing. On the plus side, it was nice that I could make the surf clam curry myself.

I stayed with my grandchildren, ages 5 and 10. As soon as we parked, a staff member came over and helped us carry our luggage to the Room. The moment we opened the door, we saw a spacious, stylish Room and the pool, and everyone cheered. Before getting into the in-room pool, we went to the lounge and enjoyed some drinks. We had ordered a pizza-making kit, so we had fun making it—and it was so delicious we finished it in seconds! We brought our own ingredients and enjoyed a BBQ. We also used the sauna, then went back to the pool—and even the next morning we jumped straight into another full day of pool time. We even came across a stag beetle, which made it an amazing trip. Since we were traveling with children who tend to run around, we chose the first floor where you can see the pool from the living area. No one was staying on the second floor during our visit, so there were no footsteps like some Reviews mention—it was very comfortable. Having a coffee machine in the Room was fantastic. Everyone agreed that we’d love to stay again.
