Thank you very much for everything. The staff welcomed us with smiles, and it was a wonderful Accommodation that made us feel warm from the very beginning. Although meals were served in a large hall, it still felt private like a private room. There was a wide variety of dishes, all delicious—we were very satisfied. We stayed in a Japanese-style Room in the main building; while it had a sense of history, it was spacious enough for three people and we spent our time comfortably. The large public bath was also spacious, and the open-air bath was excellent as well. A walk through the well-maintained garden was lovely too—the moss was beautiful. The value for money surprised us in the best way. We would love to visit again.

The welcome drinks and well-stocked amenities bar made me feel happy as soon as I arrived. The view from the Room was wonderful, and I was able to relax at a leisurely pace. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and I was very satisfied. There are also sightseeing spots nearby, so it was great to enjoy them along with my stay. It was a wonderful Accommodation that I would definitely like to use again.

Natural Onsen baths and a wide variety of delicious dishes. It feels like a luxury Onsen Hotel from Japan’s Showa bubble era. There are older and newer wings, and from everywhere we enjoyed stunning views of the calm, rolling waves of Mikawa Bay. The lighthouse was charming and atmospheric. The many sets of Mikawa samurai armor and bridal kimono also gave us a sense of the history of Katahara Castle from the Sengoku period. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality.

I planned to eat dinner out, but there wasn’t much nearby, so I chose the dinner buffet instead. Each table has a smokeless grill, so you can cook and enjoy seafood like scallops and shrimp as well as meat right at your table. Alcohol is also all-you-can-drink, which makes it a great value. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, and you can also request made-to-order items such as the Furano Burger and omelets. The Furano Burger was delicious, and I was very satisfied. There are several lounge areas as well, which is convenient. If you’re staying in Furano, I highly recommend this place.

We stayed for one night starting on 7/29! It was just my son and me, and right after we arrived there were kid-friendly activities prepared—shaved ice and stencil-cutting—so we really enjoyed them together. After that we moved to our Room, and both of us were impressed by how spacious and clean it was. We didn’t use the Onsen in the Room, but the semi-private open-air bath felt almost like having it to ourselves, so I ended up going in three times during our stay (lol). After arriving, we took our time relaxing while visiting the different lounges. Dinner had slightly different menus for adults and children, but they were mostly the same, which made my son very happy. All drinks in the Room were included in the price as well, so we enjoyed a relaxed evening drink together with the provided beer and juice. Breakfast had an amazing variety of sides to go with rice—I could have eaten endless bowls. It was also great that refills of miso soup were available. Since it’s located up in the mountains, the view is incredible. This was our last day after traveling around various Hotels, and we had such a wonderful time that I genuinely felt sad to leave. The staff were also exceptionally polite and attentive—truly excellent service. Next time I’d like to come back with my wife.

I stayed with my grandchildren, a kindergarten senior and a 2-year-old. The Room was more spacious than expected, clean, and relaxing. There were children’s amenities and yukata rentals, and the staff were very helpful. The dinosaur fair was more authentic than I expected, and there was also a small kids’ area. The accommodation cost was affordable, so we were satisfied.

On the recommendation of an acquaintance who lives in Ibusuki, I stayed here in March and April this year. What stands out most about Ginsho is the delicious food! In addition to fresh local sashimi, the freshly fried Satsuma-age was exceptional. The seasoning was not too strong, and the portions were just right. The Onsen water quality was also excellent. I was able to relax and unwind.\n\nThe friendly and wonderful proprietress, whose warm personality truly shows in her smile, took great care of me. All of the staff were kind and provided very pleasant service. I will visit again soon. Thank you very much for everything!

This was my first stay, and both the Hotel’s location and the surrounding area were great—I really felt I made the right choice choosing this Hotel (lol). The atmosphere of the Hotel was also amazing!

We stayed as an 82-year-old grandmother and her 22-year-old grandchild. Having lived abroad for many years, we were continually moved by the wonderful Japanese hospitality. The Room with a private in-room Onsen we had always dreamed of was extremely comfortable, and the wide variety of dishes served each day were truly delicious—we could feel the chef’s care in every single item. All of the staff were very kind, and it was simply a fantastic three-night stay. When my grandmother felt unwell from travel fatigue, they even made rice balls for her and showed us such thoughtful kindness. Japanese hospitality is the best in the world. We look forward to visiting again someday. Thank you very much for everything.

This was our second stay. Just like last time, the foreign staff were truly wonderful. They greeted our children with big smiles and treated them with great kindness and care. We will definitely come again next year!

The Facility is modern and spotless, and the staff’s hospitality is outstanding. Everything at breakfast was delicious—I ate so much that I skipped lunch (lol). Dinner at Merimero was reasonably priced for a Hotel and very satisfying, but there were too few appetizers/snacks to choose from, so I’d love to see more options. I wanted to try Tempura Araki, but couldn’t get a Reservation. I wish there had been an announcement in advance. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay.

This was our seventh destination on our classic hotel tour. To be honest, among the classic hotels, we thought Kawana would be a “maybe if we can,” but we made a Reservation hoping to enjoy the pool during the Obon holidays. Now that our stay is over, it was so wonderful that we want to come to Kawana Hotel every summer. One thing we had researched in advance was the omurice said to have been eaten by Marilyn Monroe, and we knew we couldn’t miss it—so we went for lunch right after arrival. We enjoyed a relaxed meal at Sun Parlor in a beautiful setting with ocean views. We also had shaved ice at Sun Parlor. With condensed milk and honey harvested from beekeeping at Kawana, we changed the flavor ourselves with each bite and had fun tasting it different ways. Another highlight was the movie screening held in the second lobby at night. The film that day was Roman Holiday. Combined with the classic atmosphere of our Room, it felt like it created a truly special summer night. Since the pool and baths can be enjoyed even after check-out, we went back to the pool on day two as well. The natural spring water pool was very cold and refreshing; lying on a poolside bed with views of blue skies and the sea, listening to the splash of water, felt absolutely perfect. All of the staff were very kind. Compared with other classic hotels, this one felt especially welcoming, making for a stay that brought back nostalgic summer memories. We’d love to visit again next summer.

Although I checked in late, the staff assisted me courteously. It was my first stay at a Route Inn Hotel, and it was a good experience—the Business Hotel breakfast was delicious.

We stayed for two nights for my wife’s birthday trip! The sea in Inatori was a bit rough, but we still had a Room with a great ocean view and an open-air hinoki bath, and we were able to relax very much. It was also nice that meals were served in a private dining room. The buffet offered more dishes than you’d expect from the term “half-buffet,” so it took some effort to carry food back to the private room, but we could eat quietly. We also truly appreciated that you prepared a separate cooked dish for my wife, who doesn’t like raw foods. Since it was during summer vacation when the pool is available, there were especially many children at mealtimes, so having a private room felt like the right choice. We were able to use the reservable private baths almost whenever we wanted, and it was convenient to check availability by registering on LINE. However, perhaps due to the age of the Facility—which is understandable—my wife has some difficulty with her legs, so moving around (to the restaurant and private baths, etc.) felt like quite a lot. In particular, access to the large panoramic bath on the 6th floor was only by stairs, and there were small steps inside the Room (such as around the washbasin area and low-bed space), so we deducted just a little in terms of barrier-free accessibility. We’re fans of Izu Animal Kingdom’s “Syrup Family,” so we would definitely like to visit Inatori again—and return to Akao Hotel. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

We stayed as a family of three with our 5th-grade daughter. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we had a very relaxing stay. Both dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious, and we ate so much our stomachs hurt. If I had to ask for one thing, I would have loved a bit more variety of local specialties at breakfast, but there was more than enough food overall, so we were very satisfied. We were a little worried about the midsummer heat and the rural scenery, but we trusted everyone’s Reviews and are glad we chose this place. We enjoyed it together with visits to the Honda Collection Hall and Mobility Park, making it a fulfilling trip that felt different from usual—and we truly got to enjoy Motegi. We even saw shooting stars when looking up at the night sky, and were able to fully experience both nature and mobility. If we have another chance, we’d love to come back next time just to take our time stargazing.

I finally made it to Kinosaki Onsen, a place I had been wanting to visit for a long time. The public bath hopping, the crab kaiseki dinner, and the charming streets were all wonderful. Above all, the warm hospitality from the staff made this a truly relaxing and comforting trip. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again when it’s snowing.

We stayed during the hot season, but we were able to play in the river in front of the Hotel and had a great time. The water was clean and not too deep, and it was wonderful to see our dog looking so comfortable—we’re glad we came. We didn’t use it this time, but next time we’d like to have river-play photos taken. The meals felt carefully prepared dish by dish. The salt-grilled ayu was delicious. At dinner, a female staff member was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was set up like a half-buffet, and empty items were replenished promptly with attentive care. The bath water didn’t feel particularly like an Onsen, but it was spacious and relaxing. The open-air bath felt slightly hot. Given the times, I imagine they are operating with a small team, but there were thoughtful touches such as a 24-hour self-checkout at the shop and mops and small vacuums available in the changing area for guests to use. Since all guests had dogs with them, we could relax without worrying about others. Next time, we’d like to visit during the autumn foliage season or when fireflies can be seen.

We stayed for one night and two days with our grandchild. As mentioned in the Reviews, the building and the Room itself are indeed old, but everything was properly cleaned and there were no issues. With the all-you-can-play passport, we fully enjoyed bowling, the pool, craft-making, festival-style games, quizzes, a stamp rally, and more. The free shuttle bus from the Hotel to Yubatake at night was extremely helpful; it was my first time seeing the Yubatake illumination, and I was surprised by how many tourists were there. Even though it was summer, walking around Yubatake felt pleasantly cool—almost a little chilly—which was wonderful. The next day we used the Hotel bus again because I wanted my grandchild to enjoy street food and try yumomi (hot spring water stirring). I had only ever visited Kusatsu in winter before, so this summer trip was a first for me. While news reports talked about extreme heat in Tokyo, I was amazed at how cool and comfortable Kusatsu is in summer. At night we didn’t need air conditioning in our Room; it even felt slightly chilly. Summer in Kusatsu is great.\nThe meals were delicious, and everyone at the front desk, each reception counter, and the shop—especially the international staff—was very polite and pleasant. Every staff member provided excellent service; I was truly impressed. This is a highly recommended Hotel for families with children as well. We would love to visit again. One drawback is that the Hotel is so large that it’s easy to get lost—especially when trying to find the baths; as noted in Reviews, we got lost too. Overall though, it was a wonderful Hotel. I stayed at Route Inn for the first time. Even though it was a bit late at night, the staff provided pleasant service. The Room and service were excellent! It's not as far from the station as expected, so it's also recommended for those not using a car.
