Used for solo travel. It's hard to find a place where you can stay alone, so I'm grateful just to be able to stay, but this was a very good property. Shared bath and toilet. The age of the building is undeniable, but it is well cleaned and above all, the food is delicious. The good cost performance is probably because the building's depreciation has ended. The owner is a good person, and it became a good memory of the trip.

The building is old, but it has been kept reasonably clean. I’m sensitive to the dusty feel of older buildings, but it didn’t bother me much. It’s a traditional pension with a retro vibe. The owner was also very pleasant. I stayed in a Room with a unit bath. The unit bath was small and not really the kind you can relax in, but considering the price, I was satisfied. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Hakuba.

The private villa feel was wonderful. The views were excellent, and the Onsen was relaxing—we really enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient, with the nearest convenience store about a 10-minute drive away.

The manager was cheerful, and the staff were pleasant and refreshing. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and the furnishings in the large hall were of very high quality. For some reason, only the scale showed double my actual weight. Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you next time.

We stayed with three family members and our dog. The ocean was right in front of us, and the view was amazing. The Facility and cooking utensils were well stocked. When we emailed to ask where to buy ingredients for a barbecue, we received a very kind and detailed reply. We wished we could have stayed two nights to enjoy it even more. We’d love to come back someday.

We stayed here the night before a mountain hike. The place was very spacious, and the amenities were well stocked. There was also a convenience store just a short walk away, which was reassuring.

Thank you very much for your flexible support. All of the staff were friendly, kind, and attentive, and we had a very comfortable stay. We were able to rent a yukata for our dog—something she rarely gets to wear—and took some adorable photos. Both dinner and breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. Because our stay was on a tight schedule, we couldn’t go fishing this time, but our dog happily ran around in the spacious dog run, and we were very satisfied with our stay at this Accommodation. When we visit Nanyo or Shirataka again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

Although the building is a bit old, it was clean, well located, and felt like staying at a Resort Hotel. The sea is right in front, so you can take a walk, and it’s also easy to access by train. I was able to log in to Amazon Prime in the Room and watch movies. The white-themed Room was lovely. The price is a little on the high side, but the clawfoot bathtub was great. The Hotel itself felt surprisingly compact inside.

Now that our kids have grown up and no longer spend their summer vacation tied up with sports clubs and team activities, three families were able to get together for the first time in eight years. Considering the extreme heat and our age, we gave up on tent camping and chose an easy, comfortable stay in a lodge. Since it looked like it might rain, the Accommodation staff secured a BBQ area for us in advance, and we really appreciated how they also accommodated a sudden increase in our group size. We were also grateful that we could dispose of the BBQ trash. The bath water is brownish with an iron scent. It warms you up wonderfully. Maybe thanks to the Onsen, my makeup went on better the next morning. It would have been even better if bathing hours were available until 11:00 p.m. The three horses were friendly and adorable. When we petted them around the neck, they leaned into us, which made them even more lovable. The staff were very kind, and we had a great trip.

After getting off the expressway and driving through town, we arrived while watching people fishing for ayu in the Oi River flowing alongside the road. At reception, we paid the Accommodation Tax and the dog fee in cash, then moved to our Room. The owner kindly explained how to use everything in detail. It’s a small but beautifully renovated riverside one-story private rental house, and this time we chose the bring-your-own-ingredients BBQ plan. The Accommodation also has a resident Shiba Inu “greeter” and a gorgeous cat who welcomed us—the cat even walked with us to our door. The kitchen was fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, dishes, pots, and cutlery, so all we needed to bring were seasonings and ingredients. For dogs, they provided a crate, toilet tray, pee pads, deodorizing spray, lint roller (sticky cleaner), and water bowl—so as long as you bring food for your dog(s), you’re all set. You can park right in front of the house, which made unloading luggage easy. We changed into swimsuits and headed to the river right in front of the Room with our two dogs. The high that day was 26°C (30°C in Osaka), so it felt a bit chilly for swimming; our dogs started shivering so we went back inside pretty quickly. We’d love to try again next year. In the evening we had a BBQ in the garden. The staff handled both lighting the fire and cleaning up afterward, which was very reassuring. There aren’t any tourist spots or shops nearby around this Accommodation, but it’s quiet with no traffic—just relaxing sounds of the river and evening cicadas. Thank you very much! Family glamping trip. A sudden downpour started in the evening, and the dome began leaking. When we spoke to the staff, they immediately moved us from the dome to a villa Room. We really appreciated their quick response. The open-air bath attached to the villa also helped soothe our tired bodies. All of the staff were kind, and their smiles made this a relaxing trip. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

We used the BBQ grill and a guest room. It was our first time having a barbecue with friends. We knew charcoal was sold here when we made the Reservation, but we didn’t know how many kilograms it came in, so we brought our own 3 kg bag from a home improvement store. (That was enough for us.) We also brought a grill grate, but we didn’t know the size of the BBQ grill, so in the end we bought fire starters and an additional grate at the shop. (The grate in the photo was purchased at the shop.) The bath area has one sauna and one hot tub, and the washing area is spacious and easy to use. It’s a Facility we’d like to use again if we have another chance.

The lodge was clean, and we were able to stay comfortably even with our dog. There were only two of us and one dog, so we didn’t use it, but there were futons laid out in the loft as well. However, those futons had some unexplained stains—maybe from a leak? I’m not sure if they can’t be removed, but it wasn’t pleasant. This time we stayed with a small dog, but I think we would use the lodge more often if guests could stay with dogs of any size. If it were possible to stay not only with one dog but also with multiple dogs, we would definitely like to stay again.

Since I wasn’t expecting much, I’m very satisfied with the quality at this price range. Most amenities are provided. Most appliances are provided. The tableware is from IKEA, stylish and clean. Most cooking appliances are also provided. The Room is clean and well maintained. All Rooms have air conditioning. The parking area is narrow, but can fit two cars. I recommended it to friends as well. I’d like to stay again if I have the chance.
