We stayed for two nights, and it was truly the best Accommodation. Not only was the Room clean and easy to use, but the Facility was also perfect for dogs, and the front desk staff were kind and attentive. We enjoyed walks around Nijo Castle, and on rainy days we strolled through

There was none of the odor that’s common at pet-friendly accommodations, and the entire place felt clean and comfortable—we had a wonderful stay! Since we stayed in September, we enjoyed a BBQ outside. They also provided insect repellent and mosquito coils, which was extremely helpful! It really felt like it’s run by a lovely parent-and-child team. We’d definitely love to stay here again! This is by far the best pet-friendly place we’ve ever stayed at!! Thank you again!

We were very satisfied with both the bath and breakfast. At dinner, we had to leave our dog alone in the Room, so we would have appreciated slightly quicker service so we could finish our meal sooner. (We were told in-Room dining is also available, but it requires an additional

Just as the Reviews said, everything was truly wonderful, and we made the best memories with our dog. Freshly ground coffee on the terrace, warm sunshine, and our dog—it was pure happiness. The three goats munching on grass were adorable too. Of course it’s great even if you don’

The facility was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of activities to enjoy. Being close to Kotariru Onsen Mori no Yu and Doggies Island allowed us to have a full day of fun. We were also moved by the breathtaking starry sky during our evening walk. We would love to visit

We were given a corner Room with views of Inuyama Castle and the Kiso River for my sister's birthday. The hospitality was excellent, making it a wonderful birthday celebration. Both lunch and breakfast were delicious, leaving us very satisfied. The latte art of Wanmaru-kun

We were looking for an Accommodation that allows dogs to celebrate a 60th birthday, and we chose Regina Resort because the Reviews were highly rated. It exceeded our expectations, and the whole family was very satisfied. They also arranged celebratory flowers and wine in advance,

The bath was a flowing onsen, and even though it was just a one-night stay, we used it three times. The morning bath while watching the sunrise was a blissful experience. Both our dog and we were extremely satisfied. We talked about coming back again with my daughter on our way

A dog set was provided, along with tickets and a bathing set for a nearby onsen. The staff at the front desk were very polite and thoughtful, which deeply impressed us. Although it was an unfortunate weather day during our stay, we enjoyed a lovely ocean-view room and would l

It was my first stay in two months. Everything was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. The Room mirror had been changed to a different one than before, and it was very convenient for doing my makeup. Also, the gentleman at the front desk greeted me with a wonderful smile, which made me feel welcome. I’m planning to visit again in autumn.

The meals are very healthy, using locally sourced ingredients. However, many dishes require guests to cook for themselves, such as shabu-shabu and kushikatsu, and they also feel like dishes that even we homemakers could make. In other words, it seemed there were few dishes with a creative twist. Using freshly harvested vegetables and eggs, I would like the head chef to offer more elaborate dishes. The Room and bath were wonderful, and we were able to relax while fully enjoying nature. This time, when we asked, additional towels were brought free of charge; however, since we bathe in the Onsen multiple times, we would be happy if two towels per person could be provided from the start. Thank you very much.

We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. For us, having held our wedding reception here 30 years ago, the Imperial Hotel is a special place that has quietly witnessed the most important milestones of our lives. This time we stayed in the Tower Wing, and the view from our room was truly breathtaking. Simply spending time looking out over Tokyo felt wonderfully luxurious. What made us happiest most of all was that our room had been discreetly upgraded. We were deeply touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth that is so characteristic of the Imperial Hotel. We also visited the Old Imperial Bar in the evening, and it was absolutely wonderful. Enjoying drinks in a space filled with history made us feel as though we were savoring the very time and tradition the hotel has cherished. In the morning, we had breakfast at Les Saisons. Not only was each dish beautifully prepared with great care, but enjoying breakfast in such a calm setting was exceptional—a truly happy moment that let us slowly look back on these past 30 years together. During our stay, we were also able to see the banquet hall where we held our reception 30 years ago. To return to this same hotel 30 years later—standing there again and saying to each other, “A lot happened, but we were happy”—was more than enough to fill our hearts. Even after three decades, the Imperial Hotel remains unchanged in its presence, once again watching over another milestone in our lives. We were moved not only by the outstanding service and cuisine, but also by its accumulated history and genuine warmth toward people. We are truly glad we chose to stay here on such a special anniversary. We would love to return again for future milestones in life. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

Although the weather was not ideal, we thoroughly enjoyed playing on the beach with our dog during occasional sunny moments. Even in the rain, we could move around the resort using a cart, allowing us to spend a relaxing and enjoyable time without feeling bored. The amenities pro

At the end of my three-week hotel stay, I stayed here. Your outstanding hospitality made it a wonderful memory. Next time, I hope to stay longer than just one night. I’d also love to use the spa then!

All of the other dishes also satisfied my family members who are usually quite critical with their reviews too. We could bring our dog without any hesitation; there is also a dog run that’s just the right size for small dogs, and our dog looked happy running around there too. E

We stayed at the accommodation with our two dogs for my husband's surprise birthday. The satisfaction with the accommodation was excellent, and we are especially grateful for the wonderful service provided by the staff at Shirahama General Information Front Desk. The birthday dec

This time we chose an Accommodation where our dog could stay too, and it was a great success. The Room was spacious enough to comfortably spend time with our small dog. The Room was very clean, and the property had plenty of Japanese art—almost like a small museum. We enjoyed the

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a gift of a hot towel and chocolates at check-in. Of course, the staff’s hospitality was also excellent. I had checked in advance that there was a gym and spa, but the gentle, convincing suggestion—“Your Accommodation Room is on the Mt. Fuji side, and the spa is on the Skytree side, so please feel free to use it”—led me to enjoy both. The Room décor was elegant and refined, and I was amazed they even provided binoculars (unfortunately, the weather was bad so I couldn’t use them). The amenities and drinks were more than sufficient, but when I learned there were several types of pillows available, I couldn’t resist requesting one. Not only are the facilities outstanding, but every single staff member—including those at the breakfast restaurant—provided attentive service; everything on the service side was flawless. Hats off to them. I’ve never had such a comfortable stay before; my companion and I kept saying “We don’t want to leave,” as we checked out.

The Hotel was clean, and we enjoyed delicious meals. However, it was exactly sunset time, and it was disappointing that the curtains were closed so we couldn’t see it. The Onsen had a wonderfully silky texture that left our skin smooth! We used it three times. One thing that concerned me: when we arrived, a staff member came to take our luggage. While we waited with our dog in a stroller, we were told to wait outside until check-in at the front desk was completed. Waiting outside in the summer heat didn’t feel appropriate. If possible, I would have liked to wait inside—even in a corner of the lobby—while only one representative went in to complete the check-in. I heard that around autumn there will be a new Accommodation where guests can stay with their dogs, and I’m looking forward to it! I would also be very happy if there were a dog run.

We chose this accommodation to spend time with our baby, dog, and the whole family. It can be challenging to find accommodations that cater to both a baby and a pet, but we were able to relax here and truly enjoyed our stay. The necessary items for the baby, such as a baby bat
