This is my third stay. Whenever I travel to the Saitama area with my dog, I always choose to stay here. The train noise didn’t bother me much, and there’s an AEON nearby, so it’s easy to pick up dinner. I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed with one adult and six children. It was stylish, spacious, and very clean—our whole family was delighted. The Facility and amenities were well stocked, and we had no complaints. It’s located very close to Izumo Taisha Shrine, so we were able to take a morning walk there the next day. There were two types of fragrances, both of which smelled wonderful. We couldn’t choose just one, so we bought both. They are a lovely scented reminder of our trip. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The weather wasn’t very good, so I checked in feeling a bit worried, but the staff welcomed us warmly and we had a very pleasant stay. We chose the bring-your-own BBQ Plan with no meals in a cabin, and since we were told the BBQ terrace didn’t have a roof, we brought a tarp just in case of rain. There was a small covered area, so we were able to use the tarp to stay dry and enjoy a wonderful BBQ while listening to the rain and taking in the scenery. With a meal-included Plan, it seems you can enjoy delicious food in a covered space, so choosing meals might mean you don’t have to worry about rain. Inside the cabin, the furniture and Facility were new, and it was very comfortable. Since there was no bathtub, I rated the Onsen/bath category as 3. I love baths, so it would have been even better with a bathtub. There is an Onsen nearby, but you need to drive there—so if you drink alcohol at dinner time, it might be difficult. After the BBQ, we enjoyed fireworks with our child. At night there is no on-site manager, but if you contact them via LINE they reply promptly, which was reassuring. In the morning when we realized we were missing something, they even brought it all the way to our cabin—very kind of them. We heard that deer sometimes come by, so we looked for them excitedly but couldn’t find any—too bad. Next time we stay here again, I hope we’ll be able to spot them. Because of the rain there were no other guests staying at that time, but thank you very much for welcoming us so warmly.

We stayed with our dog. The Room and Facility are minimal but sufficient. However, although Wi‑Fi was broadcasting on 5G, it wasn’t connected to the internet, so we ended up enjoying a digital detox.

This place is located a bit away from the bustling areas, which made it even better! The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. We stocked up on deli food and enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay without worrying about the surroundings. The bathroom and toilet were clean. Having laundry facilities was very convenient. It was an amazing trip, especially since dogs are welcome here!

We stayed here for our trip. The views from the balcony and the Onsen were breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised to find refills for shampoo, laundry detergent, seasonings, and so much more. They responded kindly and quickly to our inquiries, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again.

There is a guide to the Accommodation, and there was a small sign that said “ZEN,” but the building was hard to see from outside, so I wasn’t sure I was in the right place and got lost at first. After climbing the stairs surrounded by greenery, I finally reached a beautiful standalone Accommodation and felt relieved. In reality, it’s not possible to drive into the parking area; you can only park in the space in front of it. It gets very dark at night, so if it’s your first time, it may be hard to find—checking in while it’s still daylight is recommended. Inside, the space feels open and airy, and relaxing on the outdoor chairs was a real luxury. It was a bit disappointing that mornings and evenings were still chilly. There is a wood-burning stove, but I missed that it requires advance Reservation and an additional fee. Since it wasn’t really stove season anyway, I imagine it would be excellent in winter. There also seemed to be a beer server (advance Reservation?), as well as a kitchen and electric cooktop, so self-catering is possible—I probably just wasn’t prepared enough to make full use of everything. I think satisfaction would be even higher with a Multiple Night Stay, especially in winter.

My family visiting from overseas stayed here. As soon as they arrived at Tenku, they were impressed by the beautiful views, and they were also happy that the outdoor bath has a water heater, making it easy to use. Although the building isn’t very large, they were impressed by how comfortable and well designed it is. However, the bathroom felt quite small. They were surprised by the small bathroom, but throughout their stay they kept saying, “We want to come again.”

I’ve stayed at Solana Resort many times, but this was my first time in Kamogawa. Unfortunately it rained, but on a clear day you can enjoy an ocean view right in front of you. The Room was very nice and clean, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The bath was also easy to use and comfortable. Since you can cook whatever you like, you can enjoy meals without worrying about others, and there was also a convenience store nearby in Kamogawa. We brought a smaller amount of food for our dog than usual, so the convenience store was really helpful. We also enjoyed the dog run during a break in the rain in the morning.

We stayed as a family for five days. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great, but we were very satisfied with the Room. The Room is spacious, and the windows on the balcony side have an ocean view. Everything you need is provided, including plates and other basic items. Also, although it’s a four-story building, there is a proper elevator. Across the street nearby is a shopping mall with Starbucks, Blue Seal, an izakaya, a food court, and souvenir shops. A short walk from there are several more places to eat. There is also a FamilyMart about a 5-minute walk away. The parking spaces are numbered, but they are not assigned—so you can park in any available spot. Points to note: The Reservation center is open only until 17:00, so if you arrive late and run into any issues, it can be difficult. Checking in by 17:00 is recommended. Even for a Multiple Night Stay, only towels for (number of guests × 2) are provided, so you’ll need to do laundry fairly often. Also, there are no clotheslines or poles provided on the balcony drying rack. Overall, we were very satisfied with the Room.

This was our first stay. The location has great transportation access. There are major supermarkets as well as local grocery stores nearby, so shopping was easy. Above all, the Facility amenities and equipment were excellent, making it a wonderful trip with our dog. We will definitely be back.

After getting off the expressway and driving through town, we arrived while watching people fishing for ayu in the Oi River flowing alongside the road. At reception, we paid the Accommodation Tax and the dog fee in cash, then moved to our Room. The owner kindly explained how to use everything in detail. It’s a small but beautifully renovated riverside one-story private rental house, and this time we chose the bring-your-own-ingredients BBQ plan. The Accommodation also has a resident Shiba Inu “greeter” and a gorgeous cat who welcomed us—the cat even walked with us to our door. The kitchen was fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle, dishes, pots, and cutlery, so all we needed to bring were seasonings and ingredients. For dogs, they provided a crate, toilet tray, pee pads, deodorizing spray, lint roller (sticky cleaner), and water bowl—so as long as you bring food for your dog(s), you’re all set. You can park right in front of the house, which made unloading luggage easy. We changed into swimsuits and headed to the river right in front of the Room with our two dogs. The high that day was 26°C (30°C in Osaka), so it felt a bit chilly for swimming; our dogs started shivering so we went back inside pretty quickly. We’d love to try again next year. In the evening we had a BBQ in the garden. The staff handled both lighting the fire and cleaning up afterward, which was very reassuring. There aren’t any tourist spots or shops nearby around this Accommodation, but it’s quiet with no traffic—just relaxing sounds of the river and evening cicadas. Thank you very much! A village nestled in a quiet villa area of Kita-Karuizawa. The Accommodation is dog-friendly with free indoor access and a private dog run. The dog run is generously covered with wood chips, and the BBQ area was well maintained, so we felt comfortable letting our dog play. Sitting on the deck in front of the trailer house, you can hear the gentle stream nearby, and all you see is lush greenery with no man-made structures in sight. Luom no Mori nearby, which we were kindly introduced to, offered delicious pizza in a spacious forest garden. At Asama Otaki Falls, the shaded walking path was pleasant, and our dog occasionally walked through the stream. This tiny house combines an attractive location that’s perfect for traveling with dogs with plenty of space and convenience.

In particular, the bathtub, toilet, and faucets were high quality, making our stay very comfortable. At night it was much cooler than Saitama, and our dogs seemed comfortable as well. Highly recommended as a summer getaway. We were truly satisfied to have found such a wonderful
