A few days ago, I stayed at a Marriott in another location, and the room layout and design were exactly the same. It was easy to figure out things like the light switches right away. As with my previous stay, both the lobby and room were clean this time as well. Since it was a slightly chilly day and my body felt cold, I did notice that there was only a shower booth available.

The road leading to the Hotel was bumpy, but the front desk staff were kind and guided us. The bed was comfortable and the air was fresh, so I would like to stay again next time.

It was a small Hotel, but it was clean and nice! There was a beautiful river right in front, and I’d like to go swimming there next time!

The meals are always delicious and home-style. Since I’m not good at exercise, I joined the after-dinner walk for the first time on this trip. It was a shame we couldn’t see fireflies because the typhoon brought strong winds, but I was surprised to hear there are fireflies right near the Accommodation. Apparently there are chances to see them until November, so I’d like to stay again.

It was a bit hard to find when driving to the Hotel, but it was reasonably priced, and Gin-no-Yu Onsen was right in front. It was perfect for a girls’ trip—four of us could stay together, and the Room was spacious. The air conditioning was already on when we entered the Room, which was amazing! We also enjoyed exploring the Onsen town and visiting Kin-no-Yu Onsen. The shops closed early so we had to hurry, but overall we were very satisfied. Thank you!

I stayed here after hiking Mt. Kisokoma. It’s a warm, family-run Accommodation, and I truly felt welcomed. They also responded kindly and thoroughly to my questions in advance, which I really appreciated. The simmered carp was carefully prepared so I could eat it without worrying about the bones, and I even had seconds of the barley rice—it was delicious. From the Room window, I could see the morning glow over the Southern Alps, and soaking in the Onsen was deeply relaxing. Next time, we’d like to visit during the autumn foliage season for another hike up Mt. Kisokoma—and to come back for the starry sky we didn’t get to see this time. Thank you very much.

I have stayed here several times and am always very satisfied. The staff are all pleasant and excellent.

The building is old, but this is a very cozy Accommodation that makes you want to come back. They accept up to three groups per day; the toilet and washbasin are outside the Room, but they are assigned for your exclusive use, and the Onsen is also reserved privately by time slot. We stayed one night and used it three times in total. As they call themselves a cuisine-focused Accommodation, the food was delicious and more than enough. The owner trained at a soba restaurant, and his handmade soba is served at the end—hearty portions and extremely satisfying. The chicken offal stew and horse sashimi were also excellent. On top of that, chatting with the handsome owner was so much fun that we’re definitely coming back. We visited in summer this time, but we’d like to visit in autumn next time.

The Accommodation was very clean and well maintained. It felt newer than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Dinner was stylish and delicious, with plenty of great dishes—I’m glad I chose the plan with dinner included. The open-air bath was an Onsen, and it warmed me up comfortably. This is an Accommodation I can recommend, and I’d love to stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights during our summer vacation trip with our child. It was our first time using smart check-in, and we were worried it might not go smoothly, but it was fine. If we visit Amami again, we’d like to stay here again. It’s conveniently located about a 10-minute drive from the airport, clean, and reasonably priced—overall we were very satisfied. Summary ・The Room was very clean! Since there is no cleaning service for a 3-night stay, we borrowed a floor wiper and cleaned ourselves. ・We watched the night sky from the rooftop. It was around the full moon, so according to locals the sky was bright and the stars weren’t at their best, but it was still beautiful and felt like a special escape. ・Since we didn’t go out at night with our child, it was great that we could watch TVer, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube in the Room. ・Only a 30-second walk to the beach! We had it all to ourselves and enjoyed it fully. Even starting in the late afternoon was enough time to play, so our child didn’t get bored. It was also convenient to be able to shower before going back into the Room. The sea was so clear that we ended up buying snorkeling gear on short notice. ・There are two washing machines and two dryers. Because it’s a busy season with many guests, it was inconvenient having to wait for others to come pick up their laundry. Especially at night, if your timing is bad they can be in use no matter how many times you check. ・As other Reviewers have mentioned, there are truly very few restaurants nearby. Many places are only open during the day (e.g., until 6:00 PM), so it’s best to plan dinner in advance. The nearest convenience store is also about a 10–15 minute drive away.

This was my first time staying here. Due to scheduling, I chose the No Meals Included plan, but the owner was very kind (thank you for carefully keeping my forgotten item). The flower bed outside the window was also well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. Next time, I would like to enjoy a meal made with homegrown vegetables.

We stayed one night in a glamping tent where we could spend time with our dog. Both the night view and the sunrise were beautiful! The BBQ was delicious too! However, the front desk is unattended from 20:00 to 8:00 (phone support only for emergencies), and there was no refrigerator Facility in the tent. Since we had to leave for our next destination by 8:00, we couldn’t ask the front desk to freeze our cooler ice packs, which was disappointing. This is essential in summer, so it would have been great if the Room had a small fridge/freezer.

It is located very close to the Tanegashima Space Center. The pink building stands out. The building and Facility feel a bit old, but everything seems clean. There is no large public bath; you use the in-room bath, but the shower has good water pressure and the tub fills with hot water quickly. I stayed in a twin Room, which was relatively spacious and had a balcony. The view is wonderful, with an elephant watering area right in front of you. There are no USB sockets in the Room, so you will need a power adapter/plug. Perhaps because there were few guests, breakfast was served as a set menu: Western-style Eggs Benedict on the first day, and Japanese-style on the second day with chicken rice (Keihan). I also requested dinner: a Western steak course on the first day and a Japanese shabu-shabu course on the second day. All meals were delicious. The selection of alcoholic drinks also seemed fairly good. The staff provided pleasant service, and I had a great stay.

I stayed for one night and two days. The staff were very polite and kind, and their friendly conversation made my stay truly enjoyable. I also used the sauna, and the facilities were well equipped—I was very satisfied. My friend who stayed with me even said, “We want to stay one more night,” because we had such a meaningful time. It was a wonderful Accommodation that made me want to return every year. I will definitely be back!

We stayed as a family. The view of Nagasaki from the window was beautiful. There is a lounge available to all guests, and we could easily drop in when we arrived at the Accommodation or after taking a bath. The selection was plentiful, including alcoholic drinks. At night, the lighting is dimmed and it becomes a cozy, atmospheric space, so we enjoyed Nagasaki’s night view while relaxing there. For the dinner buffet, you can choose from three time slots; we picked the earliest one at 5:00 PM, and it was less crowded—highly recommended. Every dish was delicious. I know buffets can be hit or miss, but we were very satisfied. We enjoyed sashimi, sushi, steak, and more. We were also happy that the ice cream was Häagen-Dazs. The baths alternated between men’s and women’s hours, but we especially liked the 11th-floor panoramic bath with its great views. We’ve stayed at many Hotels, but overall everything here was satisfying and it became a wonderful memory. If I had to mention one thing: my preference is for towels to be provided in the bath area so you can borrow them there and return them afterward.

I had a refreshing experience interacting with many animals and nature. The staff were kind, and I would love to visit this accommodation regularly.

It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but the scenery along the way is so beautiful that getting there is truly enjoyable. The moment I arrived at the Accommodation and stepped inside, I was genuinely moved by the wonderful atmosphere. Everywhere you look feels like a scene from a drama or novel—surrounded by beautiful architecture and furnishings, I was able to fully enjoy an extraordinary escape. The entire property was also impeccably clean, making my stay extremely comfortable. From my Room, I could gaze out at lush greenery, and the soothing sound of the river was so relaxing that I found myself listening for ages and losing track of time. The baths are private-use only (a large bath and a smaller bath), so I never had to share with other guests. Being able to soak in complete privacy and unwind without any hesitation was something I truly appreciated. And as for the meals—I chose a Plan with both dinner and breakfast included, and both were absolutely outstanding. For dinner, we went to Otowasanso for kaiseki cuisine. Not only was everything beautifully presented, but the dashi flavors were exceptional; I was continuously impressed from start to finish by these delicate dishes unique to Japan. The attendant who explained each course was warm and attentive throughout, which made it an especially happy experience. Breakfast was served on the second floor of Meitokuan. Freshly cooked rice, rolled omelet, grilled salmon, miso soup—each item was simple yet carefully prepared, leaving me feeling satisfied in both body and mind. Both dinner and breakfast were so wonderful that I honestly wished those moments would never end. If you stay at this Accommodation, I highly recommend choosing a Plan that includes both dinner and breakfast—you won’t regret it. Lastly, this was truly a lovely Accommodation filled with thoughtful attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality beyond what I can fully describe. I would love to visit again. Overall, everything was excellent. The best part was the service during meals. They were very attentive in many ways, which I really appreciated. I would like to stay here again.

We stayed for one night with a family of five and a small dog. Although the signal near the facility was weak, there was Wi-Fi available, and when we contacted them with questions during check-in, they responded promptly, which we greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious with large windows that provided an open atmosphere, and we could enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji from the room. When we entered the room in the evening and turned on the air conditioning, it took some time to warm up; having a heater would have been helpful. On the other hand, from morning to midday, sunlight came through the upper windows making it very hot; blinds for those windows would be nice. We prepared our own ingredients for cooking but enjoyed using well-equipped kitchen tools and appliances like a microwave oven. The drinks and snacks provided were thoughtful touches that made us happy. The hinoki bath filled the bathroom with its soothing aroma, creating a relaxing space—it was absolutely wonderful! Although this stay was only for one night, it made us want to stay longer at this facility. We hope there will be discounts for Multiple Night Stays in the future as we'd love to come back again! The Room is clean and spacious, very satisfying. The service was decent; the man in the morning wasn't very friendly but not unpleasant either. The price is relatively affordable for the island, making it a good choice. However, in my case, while the Wi-Fi worked in the lobby, it disconnected when I went to my Room, and even after asking the staff, it couldn't be fixed. Still, it's a good HOTEL.
