We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. We would love to stay here again when we visit Okinawa.

At first, I wasn’t sure how to check in, so I called the owner using the contact information posted at the entrance, and they kindly explained everything. The Room was kept very clean. There is no toilet in the Room, but the shared toilets (separate for men and women) were equipped with washlets, which was great. This time we bought bento meals at a convenience store and ate in our Room, but there is also a self-catering area next to the 1F entrance and a spacious dining area. If you bring rice and ingredients, you can cook rice with the provided electric rice cooker and prepare stir-fries and other dishes using the IH cooktop. Once you stay here once, you get a good sense of how things work, so next time I’d like to try cooking for ourselves. There is a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a two-burner IH cooktop at the 2F wash area. There was also a kids’ room where children can play. We checked in after going to Bessho Onsen for an Onsen bath, so we didn’t use the Accommodation’s bath facilities, but there are two clean shower rooms as well as a bathing area. I believe there are two washing machines available free of charge. To avoid overlapping with other guests, you can reserve a time slot by writing on the whiteboard at the entrance to the bathing area. One request: it would be perfect if there were vending machines inside Facility for juice or beer. Thanks to this very nice Facility and the owner’s warm personality, we had a memorable family trip.

We stayed for two nights as a family of three (parent and child) to cheer at our child’s tournament. Here are the good points: The living Japanese-style room was about 20 tatami mats in size, and there was an internet-enabled projector, so we could watch YouTube and ABEMA Prime on a big screen—my wife and child were very happy. Each Room had an air conditioner plus either a kerosene fan heater or an oil heater, so we had no issues with the cold. The Accommodation was pre-warmed for us in advance, which made it very comfortable. The kitchen was also quite spacious and fully satisfactory, and there was a coffee grinder—we ground beans and enjoyed great coffee. The not-so-good points: There is no curtain on the door at the entrance leading to the sauna room, so it can be seen from outside (we didn’t use the sauna). It would be nice to have basic seasonings (salt & pepper, soy sauce). It’s a bit far from supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, we were very satisfied, and we’d like to stay again if we come nearby. (It felt slightly wasteful for just three people to rent.)

First of all, the staff was very kind and attentive. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. The bedding was also clean and comfortable. The wood stove added a nice atmosphere and a sense of escape from the ordinary, and it warmed the entire Room, making the purchase of firewood a good decision. According to my wife's opinion... A few slightly disappointing points: No makeup remover or facial cleanser in the amenities Not a three-sided mirror The bathroom floor is slippery Next time, we would like to stay for more than two nights to relax more. Also, it seems there are Facilities in other areas, so we would like to use those as well.

At first, the exterior made me wonder, “Is this really the place?” but once inside, it was incredibly spacious and wonderful! For two adults, there were more than enough Rooms and futons. I’m not good with insects, so the moths on the balcony were a bit scary, but in the Room we only saw ants and a few tiny bugs. The Room was clean, the bathroom was clean, and the open-air bath had an amazing view. On the first day it was cloudy and rainy so we couldn’t see much, but the next day it cleared up and we could see islands—it was beautiful. They also provided dog pee pads and diapers, so we were very satisfied with this Accommodation! On our way home we visited Izu Animal Kingdom as well and had a great time. Our dog seemed happy too—thank you very much!

The charm of a guesthouse lies in its freedom and the opportunity to interact with fellow guests. The nostalgic atmosphere of a traditional Showa-era home is heartwarming, and the ambiance of the nearby post town is truly enjoyable. The host's peaceful and natural sensibilities are evident throughout, making it a place you'd want to visit again. Highly recommended for those who appreciate Japan's old-town scenery.

I had to travel to Kasugai City on short notice, and since I have two young children and no hotels were available, I found this place and made a Reservation. The owner was very kind, the Room was very clean, and there was a mattress to place under the futon, so my body didn’t ache and I slept comfortably. There was also a hammock, which the kids loved. I’ll definitely make a Reservation again when we visit Kasugai City!

Rooms with toilets also include a refrigerator and washing machine, making it convenient for long-term stays without needing to leave the room. In July, it was comfortable without using the air conditioner. If you try to enter from the Kenmeri Tree side, you won't be able to as it's the back entrance. The main entrance is accessible by walking clockwise around the property. The private garden is stunningly beautiful and Instagram-worthy. Maintaining it must require significant effort.

I had a very quiet and comfortable stay during my previous visit, so this time I chose a Multiple Night Stay. Located in the heart of Tsukahara Highlands, it was incredibly peaceful, and despite staying at the end of July, the nights were cool and comfortable without needing air conditioning. We enjoyed barbecues for two consecutive days after purchasing ingredients in Yufu City. I selected the Botiboti Room. The outdoor bath allowed us to relax while gazing at the starry sky, alternating between warming up in the bath and cooling off on an outdoor bench in the night breeze—a truly serene experience. On our second day, we even spotted a family of deer during our stay, which thrilled the children immensely. The bath is spacious; filling it with hot water made it just right for soaking comfortably. The owner was kind and approachable, providing detailed guidance with great care. I would love to stay here again when visiting Oita!

Although this was a No Meals Included stay, you can enjoy coffee and other drinks in the lobby in the evening/night and in the morning. It’s a good idea to buy food and other items in advance at a nearby convenience store. The coffee is incredibly delicious! I later realized you can also buy the beans (I think you need to ask the day before). The Onsen has only an indoor bath, but the water itself was excellent. Rather than just staying overnight in winter, I’d like to come back and relax in the Onsen. Amenities do not include bath towels, so be sure not to forget to bring your own.

The views were great, the room was clean, and the Facilities were well equipped—overall, it was excellent. The village chief’s hospitality was also wonderful. It was a shame that Mt. Fuji was hidden, but we would love to stay again.

I stayed here the day before the Yamanakako Marathon. I had a comfortable stay, and the bath was especially nice. Next year, I’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay.

We visited as a group of six: a family of four with two brothers (an older brother in kindergarten and a younger brother who will soon turn 2), plus grandpa and grandma. Our younger child is at an age where he can’t sit still, so even eating out is usually a bit challenging. That’s why we chose this Accommodation, where we could relax without worrying about others. It turned out to be truly wonderful. At a regular park you have to constantly worry about kids running off, but here the area is enclosed, which was such a relief! Some of the play equipment was still a bit advanced for our 1-year-old, but there was also a swing and plenty of outdoor toys, so I think he had an amazing time. They also had various toys prepared indoors, so we didn’t have any “I don’t want to go inside!!” tantrums either. We were grateful they even provided bath bombs! Our kids were thrilled with Thomas toys, drawing on the windows, and the night lights too. Our plan was to arrive around noon to play outside and then start BBQ when check-in time came—but around noon it was still drizzling. After seeing the yard, the kids went straight into “we want to play anyway” mode and played while getting a little wet. When the rain got heavier partway through, we headed to a nearby supermarket for a while. By the way, bringing sneakers, sandals, and rain boots for this trip turned out to be the right choice! On our stay date it stopped raining during BBQ time so it worked out fine, but we did find ourselves wishing there were more cover extending over where the tables are set up. Of course there’s some effort involved in preparing most things ourselves, but having energetic kids and not needing to worry about other guests’ eyes made it genuinely stress-free. This was the most relaxing and enjoyable trip with children we’ve ever had!

Stayed in July. Positive points: - Everything is provided, so you only need to bring a change of clothes (great for long stays). - The special feeling of renting out the entire hotel. - Overall cleanliness and comfort. - Surrounded by nature, completely free from noise. - Polite and attentive phone and email support from the management company. Points of concern: - Being in nature means there are many insects (but insect repellents are provided). - Missing screws for assembling the BBQ set made it unusable. - It would be better to list more details about what is available on the website (such a great place deserves more promotion). All guests unanimously said they would love to visit again!

The accommodation was convenient as it allowed entry without a key. On clear days, you can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji and fireworks from Fuji-Q Highland. Each unit includes parking for two cars, making it suitable for large groups. Asama Shrine is right in front, allowing for peaceful early morning visits. With beautiful mountains nearby, this accommodation is also recommended for hiking enthusiasts.
