A secluded Accommodation in the forest—quiet, with crisp, clean air. The Room was spacious, and the Japanese-style room with beds was wonderful. The meals were carefully prepared with quality ingredients, and everything we had for both breakfast and dinner was delicious. The accommodation rate was also affordable, and for this price we were able to enjoy a relaxing stay. I’d love to stay again.

The timing for clearing the dishes was very poor. Although I had informed you of my buckwheat allergy, it was very disappointing that you still tried to serve buckwheat. The food was very delicious and excellent. Thank you very much.

We stayed with our dog and our family of four. We were moved to see wild deer on the way there. For our small dog, the step up to the sofa was a bit concerning. Having to lay out the futons ourselves on the tatami was a little inconvenient. The pillows were too high for us. The terrace was very pleasant, and our dog happily played on the lawn. Next time, we’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay and relax at a slower pace.

I had a wonderful holiday. I would love to stay here again.

It was said that it had been snowing until the day before, but there was no snowfall on the day of our stay, allowing us to enjoy a pleasant visit. The light layer of remaining snow added to the charm. We were able to relax in the Onsen and enjoyed a delicious meal. Thank you very much!

This was my first time staying here. Due to scheduling, I chose the No Meals Included plan, but the owner was very kind (thank you for carefully keeping my forgotten item). The flower bed outside the window was also well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. Next time, I would like to enjoy a meal made with homegrown vegetables.

We stayed one night in a glamping tent where we could spend time with our dog. Both the night view and the sunrise were beautiful! The BBQ was delicious too! However, the front desk is unattended from 20:00 to 8:00 (phone support only for emergencies), and there was no refrigerator Facility in the tent. Since we had to leave for our next destination by 8:00, we couldn’t ask the front desk to freeze our cooler ice packs, which was disappointing. This is essential in summer, so it would have been great if the Room had a small fridge/freezer.

The Onsen water quality was excellent. Since it was a very affordable Plan, I honestly didn’t expect much from breakfast, but it was delicious and satisfying—a well-balanced meal served in small portions. I will definitely stay again.

It is located very close to the Tanegashima Space Center. The pink building stands out. The building and Facility feel a bit old, but everything seems clean. There is no large public bath; you use the in-room bath, but the shower has good water pressure and the tub fills with hot water quickly. I stayed in a twin Room, which was relatively spacious and had a balcony. The view is wonderful, with an elephant watering area right in front of you. There are no USB sockets in the Room, so you will need a power adapter/plug. Perhaps because there were few guests, breakfast was served as a set menu: Western-style Eggs Benedict on the first day, and Japanese-style on the second day with chicken rice (Keihan). I also requested dinner: a Western steak course on the first day and a Japanese shabu-shabu course on the second day. All meals were delicious. The selection of alcoholic drinks also seemed fairly good. The staff provided pleasant service, and I had a great stay.

It was a wonderful Accommodation, just as the Reviews said! Because it’s located up in the mountains, the air is crisp and clear, and the stars in the night sky are simply beautiful. Even though it was August, the nighttime temperature was around 23°C and pleasantly cool—an ideal summer retreat. Bringing protection against insect bites is recommended. The building itself is old, but the Room is spacious, and everything—including the bath—was impeccably clean, not even a single hair out of place. Every dish was delicious, with just the right portion sizes, and we were extremely satisfied. It had a warm, homey atmosphere that felt like being back at my parents’ house, and meeting an adorable cat at night was so soothing. I’d love to stay again!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time with our dog. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we loved being able to enjoy the private Onsen whenever we wanted. The staff were kind and helpful, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. Our whole family was able to unwind with our dog, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I was thrilled to be upgraded to a Room where I could fish right from the room—it was like a dream come true! The sashimi with the meal was also very fresh, and we were completely satisfied with this Accommodation!

I stayed for two nights to climb Mt. Myoko. As a guest here for hiking, I was most grateful to be able to use the free laundry that dries everything perfectly. Thank you very much. The handsome young owner, who resembles actor Ryohei Otani, provides attentive service with hospitality like a five-star Hotel, and his answers to questions are reassuring. I chose the boxed dinner, and it was generous in portion—more than enough to refuel after the climb. The taste was excellent as well. In particular, the miso soup with thin bamboo shoots (hime-takenoko?) was outstanding. The Onsen is rated higher than Akita’s Nyuto Onsen by Nikkei newspaper, and I completely agree. Soaking in the water made my post-hike fatigue disappear at once. The view from the open-air bath is also amazing! I think this sense of openness is what makes it better than Nyuto Onsen. Next time, I would love to visit during the autumn foliage season.

The four of us stayed with breakfast included. The food was delicious, and the owner and all the staff provided excellent service—thank you for your heartfelt hospitality. In addition, thank you for driving us from Kasumi to Toyooka on a morning of heavy snowfall.

We stayed for one night with a family of five and a small dog. Although the signal near the facility was weak, there was Wi-Fi available, and when we contacted them with questions during check-in, they responded promptly, which we greatly appreciated. The room was very spacious with large windows that provided an open atmosphere, and we could enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji from the room. When we entered the room in the evening and turned on the air conditioning, it took some time to warm up; having a heater would have been helpful. On the other hand, from morning to midday, sunlight came through the upper windows making it very hot; blinds for those windows would be nice. We prepared our own ingredients for cooking but enjoyed using well-equipped kitchen tools and appliances like a microwave oven. The drinks and snacks provided were thoughtful touches that made us happy. The hinoki bath filled the bathroom with its soothing aroma, creating a relaxing space—it was absolutely wonderful! Although this stay was only for one night, it made us want to stay longer at this facility. We hope there will be discounts for Multiple Night Stays in the future as we'd love to come back again! We stayed here to celebrate our dog’s birthday. Our Room was on the 1st floor and built in a semi-basement style, so the greenery felt refreshing and relaxing. However, staying with a dog comes with a lot of luggage, so carrying everything was a bit tough. We also used a stove guard as a substitute to prevent our dog from dashing out. The Room had a simple, natural vibe and was compact yet tastefully designed. The open-air bath had a pleasant sulfur scent, and we were able to soak and relax. It would be helpful to have a rod for lowering the roll curtain—climbing onto the bench to pull it down feels unsafe. At night, insects are attracted by the light, so we turned off the light while bathing; if you’re not comfortable with that, it’s better to use it in the morning or while it’s still bright. Going from the shower booth through the living area to reach the open-air bath felt slightly awkward (lol). Meals were prepared in an easy-to-manage way, and all seasonings were provided, which was convenient. It was our first time trying this kind of stay and we had a great time. Lastly, taking out the trash was a bit difficult. There was quite a lot of trash left in the bathroom bin as well, so we threw it away together; I think it would be good for guests to check carefully since it’s easy to forget. The value for money was great, and having an 11:00 check-out time was nice. There aren’t many Hotels with such a lovely atmosphere where you can stay with your dog, so I really appreciated that the design didn’t feel different from regular Rooms. Thank you very much.

We are a couple in our 50s traveling to refresh. We had a wonderful stay at this new Facility surrounded by nature. The Room was spacious, and the bed and pillows were excellent. We also appreciated the staff’s thoughtful service, which allowed us to truly relax and unwind. It is close to a roadside station as well, and we bought corn and blueberries to take home—everything was delicious. It would have been perfect with a bathtub, but the shower booth was large and comfortable, so we had no complaints. The shampoo was especially great and left our hair silky smooth. We would be very happy if it could be purchased at the Hotel.

We made a Reservation at this Accommodation to visit the moss phlox at Chausuyama Highlands, and we were extremely satisfied. The buffet was delicious, and as a couple who loves alcohol, we were happy to enjoy drinks at reasonable prices and had a wonderful time. It would have been nice if smaller draft beer glasses were available. During the buffet, a staff member kindly told us that we might be able to see a herd of wild deer, and we actually got to see them. As expected of Kyukamura—nature at its best. We truly enjoyed the great outdoors and had a fantastic trip. Thank you very much.

Although my check-in was later than planned, the staff accommodated me without any displeasure. The meals were just the right amount, leaving nothing behind, and were very delicious. The hot water was so smooth, like soaking in a beauty serum, that if I lived nearby, I would use it frequently. Since it is a small Ryokan, the walking distance was minimal, making it very convenient. It was a Ryokan I would definitely like to stay at again.

I stayed for one night over the three-day weekend in February. Just as the Reviews said, the food was delicious and the Room was clean, so I’m glad I chose this Accommodation. The bathroom was about the size that would feel full with three people, but since this Facility doesn’t have many Rooms, we were able to use it privately by going at a different time. It took about a 20-minute walk from Akakura Onsen Ski Resort, but with snow piled up on both sides of the road making it narrow—and cars passing by from time to time—it may be better to contact the Accommodation in advance and request a pick-up (it’s best to reach out early rather than at the last minute, as they will likely be preparing dinner). They gave me Shuttle Service after check-out to the ski resort, and also from the ski resort to the station. Buses to the station don’t run very frequently, so I truly appreciated the Shuttle Service. This is an Accommodation I’d like to stay at again next year. Thank you.
