It was my first time here, and it was simply the best!!! We could use the kayaks and more for free as much as we wanted. The scallops at the BBQ were incredibly delicious. The staff were so funny and kind, and we had fun the whole time. It became an unforgettable memory—we’ll definitely be back!

Conveniently located near the ferry terminal, we were able to relax without worrying about time. The Room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. Meals were served in a quiet setting and flexibly adjusted to our pace, allowing us to enjoy everything deliciously. It was a Hotel we would love to stay at again.

I stayed in a Room on the third floor facing the sea. The view of the Great Torii Gate from the window was stunning, and I fully enjoyed the scenery of Miyajima! Itsukushima Shrine is also nearby, making it easy to take morning and evening strolls. For dinner, I chose the economy option but was very satisfied with delicious sashimi, oyster dishes, and anago-meshi to finish—completely filling and satisfying. The staff were all friendly with warm smiles, and both the Room and bath were well-maintained for a comfortable stay. If you're staying in Miyajima, this Hotel is highly recommended. On my way back when they kindly gave me a ride to the pier, I learned that cameras from NHK and other TV stations are installed on this Hotel's rooftop. It must offer one of the best views in Miyajima. At check-in, they even went to retrieve my luggage from a coin locker at the pier for me—it was incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for everything during my stay!

We stayed with two families (10 guests) and were very satisfied. The women especially appreciated how easy the kitchen area was to use. The bath was also very comfortable, with Onsen water. We also enjoyed an outdoor BBQ, and the provided insect-repellent items—such as mosquito coils—made it very comfortable. The kids loved playing Nintendo Switch on the projector and watching videos or listening to music via Fire TV Stick. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

I stayed to visit the spring training camp of professional baseball. Although I was out all day, the room was so lovely that I regret not spending more time relaxing in it. Next time, I plan to bring a SUP during the warmer season and paddle at the beach right in front. The room had high ceilings and felt more spacious than its actual size, with clean and roomy washroom and bathroom areas creating a comfortable and pleasant space. (The bath is a jet bath!) On the first floor, there was also a wonderful shared space where you could enjoy delicious drinks. The friendly owner engaged in lively baseball discussions with me, staying up late for an enjoyable time. This property has only two rooms, offering quietness and privacy; however, there are many dining options nearby as well as convenience stores and supermarkets making it a convenient location. I've visited Okinawa many times but am very satisfied to have discovered such an excellent property!

I chose this place because the Reviews were highly rated. As expected, I was very satisfied with the staff and the Facility, but it was disappointing that the open-air bath was in a separate area. This may depend on the guests that day, but at check-in we were told, “There is a shaved ice service in the kitchen space.” I looked forward to having some after dinner, but a group of about six people kept getting refills and occupied the area for a long time, so I couldn’t have any. They also spread plates out and left food they had brought in around the kitchen space, making it difficult for others to use when trying to eat. Also, while I was drying my hair in the large public bath area, a foreign guest came out of the bath wrapped in a bath towel and tried to go to the open-air bath. They asked me “OK?” and when I said “No,” they looked confused. I think it would be helpful to have written instructions or signage explaining proper etiquette.

Set amid vast natural surroundings, this Accommodation offers the chance to enjoy a spectacular night sky if you’re lucky. Please remain vigilant for bears at all times.

Since it was a weekday, we were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves. We were able to relax in peace and were very satisfied with our stay. The location is right in the middle of the Onsen town—Shuzenji Temple next door, a pudding shop nearby, Hakuyu Bathhouse across the street, and the illuminated Bamboo Forest Path was wonderful. We also enjoyed gyoza and beer at a local Chinese restaurant recommended by the Accommodation staff. Since we stayed for hiking, it was reasonably priced and more than enough for us! There is a shared refrigerator you can use freely, cutlery, mineral water, and hot water (a bit lukewarm) in the kettle. The Accommodation is a little dry, so having a humidifier would make it perfect—but that might be asking too much… It may be a good idea to bring a moisturizing sleep mask. We would love to stay again.

The bath and other facilities were excellent. Since the altitude is high, warm clothing is essential.

We had an extraordinary experience immersed in nature! Located halfway up the slopes, the view from the Room is breathtaking. We enjoyed a private sauna and outdoor relaxation in an unparalleled setting.

A companion had a trouble with their bike tipping over, but we were helped to lift it up, which was very appreciated. With No Meals Included and a bath available, it's rare to find such an affordable place at this price. If there is another opportunity, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family of three. We were surprised at how beautifully maintained the spacious traditional house was. In the morning, it was cool even without air conditioning, so we could relax and sleep in. The reason for the bath rating is that we went to an Onsen outside and didn’t use it here. We’d love to come again.

We stayed for two nights as a family of three (parent and child) to cheer at our child’s tournament. Here are the good points: The living Japanese-style room was about 20 tatami mats in size, and there was an internet-enabled projector, so we could watch YouTube and ABEMA Prime on a big screen—my wife and child were very happy. Each Room had an air conditioner plus either a kerosene fan heater or an oil heater, so we had no issues with the cold. The Accommodation was pre-warmed for us in advance, which made it very comfortable. The kitchen was also quite spacious and fully satisfactory, and there was a coffee grinder—we ground beans and enjoyed great coffee. The not-so-good points: There is no curtain on the door at the entrance leading to the sauna room, so it can be seen from outside (we didn’t use the sauna). It would be nice to have basic seasonings (salt & pepper, soy sauce). It’s a bit far from supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, we were very satisfied, and we’d like to stay again if we come nearby. (It felt slightly wasteful for just three people to rent.)

First of all, the staff was very kind and attentive. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. The bedding was also clean and comfortable. The wood stove added a nice atmosphere and a sense of escape from the ordinary, and it warmed the entire Room, making the purchase of firewood a good decision. According to my wife's opinion... A few slightly disappointing points: No makeup remover or facial cleanser in the amenities Not a three-sided mirror The bathroom floor is slippery Next time, we would like to stay for more than two nights to relax more. Also, it seems there are Facilities in other areas, so we would like to use those as well.

Although this was a No Meals Included stay, you can enjoy coffee and other drinks in the lobby in the evening/night and in the morning. It’s a good idea to buy food and other items in advance at a nearby convenience store. The coffee is incredibly delicious! I later realized you can also buy the beans (I think you need to ask the day before). The Onsen has only an indoor bath, but the water itself was excellent. Rather than just staying overnight in winter, I’d like to come back and relax in the Onsen. Amenities do not include bath towels, so be sure not to forget to bring your own.

I stayed here the day before the Yamanakako Marathon. I had a comfortable stay, and the bath was especially nice. Next year, I’d like to book a Multiple Night Stay.

Everything you need is provided. The host is very friendly. Great location. The projector is old, so it’s best not to rely on it. No issues with the Wi‑Fi, and the iPad was a big help. Ideal for guests who don’t mind a compact space and plan to cook their own meals.

The stairs from the parking lot to the building were quite numerous, and with all our luggage, it was challenging to carry everything in one trip. However, the breathtaking view in front of the building made up for it. Although there were no curtains and the west sun shone through, waking up to such a stunning view and witnessing the beauty of the sunset was an unforgettable experience unique to this place. We enjoyed using the BBQ facilities on both nights of our stay. Bugs were not much of an issue, and we had a delightful dinner outdoors. The sheets and duvet covers were very clean with a linen-like texture that felt wonderful against our skin. Although there were no curtains allowing sunlight to stream in, the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. We also appreciated that eco-friendly products like detergent and shampoo were provided. We would love to visit again! It was truly a memorable stay.

We comfortably stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. All the tableware was neatly stored in wrapping bags, and we had to open each plastic bag to use them. While it was excellent in terms of hygiene, it was a bit of a hassle, and I thought that disposing of the plastic each time might not be good for the environment. However, from the perspective of maintaining the cleanliness of the property, I thought it was very good. In addition to the tableware, the interior, appliances, and mattresses were all the latest, and the modern Scandinavian style lifted our spirits. As an interior enthusiast, I was thrilled and soothed to be surrounded by a beautiful space with items like a Dyson hairdryer, Remipan, Staub pot, Royal Copenhagen tableware, and Louis Poulsen lighting. One thing to mention is that the AI cooking appliance was so advanced that it took quite some time to master its use (I'm still not sure if I used it correctly...). There were also plenty of tools for the children to play with, so they didn't get bored. They especially seemed to enjoy the outdoor bouldering. (However, since the ground is stone, I was a bit concerned about safety unless an adult was always present... I thought it would be better if cushions were laid out.) The most wonderful thing was the spectacular view of the lake from the large windows. The sunrise, in particular, was breathtaking. If I have the opportunity to visit Hamamatsu again, I would definitely like to use this property. Although I didn't meet the staff in person, they responded promptly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Thank you very much.
