We stayed in a detached Room. There were four of us, and it was very spacious with a beautiful interior—we were extremely satisfied. From the open-air bath on the 11th floor, we had a panoramic view of Lake Suwa. The meals also included free alcoholic beverages, and the staff were very attentive, so we had a truly wonderful time. Thank you very much.

I love Yugawara. Shiroyama’s radon Onsen is excellent, and if you’re traveling by train, it’s about a 3-minute walk from Yugawara Station. The convenient access is a plus, and I also like that the baths can be used for day trips. The meals are delicious, the staff are pleasant, and I enjoy the quiet atmosphere throughout the Hotel. I’d like to visit again.

We booked the “Chef’s Choice Kura Twin” Plan and stayed in Room 101 of the MOSO building. The Room was a very comfortable size for two people. The beams, the safe room, and the steep stairs were all experiences you don’t usually get to have, so they felt truly special. The dinner we had been looking forward to was delicious. In particular, the rich flavor of Togeshita beef and the vivid colors of the corn bavarois appetizer left a strong impression. We chose an anniversary Plan, and we were delighted to see our requested message along with a ribbon. At breakfast as well, staff offered refills at just the right time, and they also knew we were staying on an anniversary Plan and kindly took photos for us—making it a very pleasant time. It was a stay that made us feel truly welcomed—both by the Accommodation and by the town! We also loved the Takehara Campbell juice listed on the lounge and restaurant drink menus. It’s grape juice, but I’d never tasted one with such clarity before. We had it again at a roadside station after checkout—and even bought more to take home. A couple of small things we noticed: Dust had collected in the basket in the washroom. Each time we entered to use the sink, the toilet lid sensor reacted and opened automatically; we would prefer it without automatic opening/closing.

It was a wonderful stay, and I was very satisfied, with the unique aesthetic of architect Togo Murano felt throughout. The Hotel is surrounded by lush nature, making it pleasant to enjoy a relaxing walk. At the same time, taking the subway gets you to the city center in about 15 minutes, so access is very convenient. The breakfast I had been looking forward to offered just the right variety for both Western and Japanese options, and everything was delicious. Although I don’t usually wear provided pajamas, they matched the Hotel’s refined atmosphere perfectly, so I enjoyed wearing them this time. The walk from the elevator to my room was a bit long, but being able to stroll while admiring the beautiful courtyard view through the windows made even that travel time feel like a relaxing moment.

The front desk staff made a great impression, and the Room was comfortable. I will stay here again when visiting Sapporo!

It was close to the station and very comfortable. I also found that you can get to and from the station via the underground passage from near the Hotel. Whenever I visit Mie Prefecture, I always choose Todaya for my Accommodation. The Room is clean, and the Onsen is wonderfully relaxing. The meals are so plentiful and high-quality that I can’t eat another bite! Above all, the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality are perfect. I’ll be staying again next year. I’m already looking forward to it.

This was the best breakfast I’ve ever had! The vegetables and pork were delicious, and there were also dishes like squid rice and grated yam. The yogurt and corn felt uniquely Hokkaido as well. On top of that, the chilled sweet red bean dessert and elderflower jelly were outstanding. It was also a pleasure to stop by the Hotel’s guest-only lounge during sightseeing for tea and sweets—and they were genuinely delicious, not an afterthought! Overall, everything felt spacious and relaxing, and I was able to unwind comfortably.

The location was excellent. From the Room, the lobby, and even the elevator, we could enjoy beautiful views of Ise Bay, which was truly moving. The view from the lounge was also lovely, and I wish it had been available for longer hours. We chose a Japanese-style Room, and both the Room and tatami were clean, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the Onsen, including both the large public bath and the open-air bath. The late-night Ise udon as well as the ice cream and coffee were delicious. The Ryokan staff were kind and made us feel at ease. It was also very convenient for visiting Futami Okitama Shrine, Ise Grand Shrine, and Toba Aquarium. The salmon at breakfast was large, filling, and delicious. Next time, we plan to choose a Plan that includes dinner. We’re very happy to have found an Accommodation we’d love to stay at again after such a long time. Thank you very much.

We stayed here on a trip as a couple. The open-air bath was great, and the free-flowing hot-spring bath in our Room was also amazing! This time we booked a Plan with breakfast; it was delicious and just the right amount for us, so next time we’d like to stay with a Plan that includes dinner as well (we didn’t choose well for dinner this time...).

I stay here several times a month. During my last visit, the property was being renovated and there was some construction noise. When I mentioned it, the staff promptly stopped the work, and I really appreciated their considerate response. At checkout, the manager even took the time to greet me personally, which was very kind. I’m always satisfied with the pleasant service. I also occasionally use the restaurant, and I feel both the Japanese and Western dishes offer excellent value for money. I would like to continue staying here in the future.

The staff provided attentive service, and we had a very comfortable stay. The restaurant has semi-private seating, which allowed us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace without worrying about others. The food was delicious, and we were very satisfied. Our Room was in a separate annex, with privacy well maintained, so we could truly unwind. This is a wonderful Accommodation where we would love to stay again if we have the chance to visit Kurashiki.

I stayed here along the line for a concert in Takaishi City. The location was convenient, check-in was straightforward, and the room was spacious—overall a very comfortable stay. As a personal note… the bathtub felt a bit shallow. Also, my name was entered incorrectly at check-in, but the front desk staff were very pleasant, so it didn’t leave me with a bad impression. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again and make use of the on-site Facilities as well.

I stayed here on a trip with friends.\n\nWe used this Hotel as a base for visiting Ritsurin Garden, which I had long wanted to see. Located up a steep hill, the Hotel also offered beautiful night views. Perhaps because it was a weekday, it never felt crowded, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time. The staff’s service was very pleasant, the meals were delicious, and we were very satisfied.\n\nThe Room had Facilities that conveyed a sense of history, but everything worked properly and was well maintained. One thing: the entrance door was a sliding door designed like shoji screens, so when our conversation got lively, we suddenly worried whether we were being too loud in the hallway or disturbing others. It would have been perfect if we could have chatted without worrying about that.

On our first trip to Aomori, we stayed the night before the Nebuta Festival for the first time, and everything—the meals, drinks, service, and Onsen—was excellent. Our three-generation family was very satisfied when we left. If I had to ask for one thing, a massage chair would make it even better. We were completely satisfied and truly enjoyed Aomori. We always stay here when traveling with three generations, and we truly appreciate your hospitality. (It also feels nostalgic because my father worked here back in the Kanpo days!) Since the renovation, it has become even more comfortable for children, and we made more wonderful memories again this time. As part of the summer vacation program, our kids were thrilled right after arrival with the cardboard maze and the guests-only soft-serve ice cream and ice pops! At dinner, there were also summer-only treats like chocolate bananas and shaved ice—like a fun festival. They were set up so they couldn’t be seen from our seats at first, so after the kids finished their meal and we told them about it, they happily went to get some. We really like that both breakfast and dinner are served at the table rather than buffet-style, so we can relax and enjoy our meal. The dishes used Yaizu sashimi and rice, and we could feel the care put into the food. And we were absolutely full!!! The Onsen water quality has been great for years, and my mother and daughter were able to relax together. We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and had a welcome little visitor (a cicada)! The kids loved it (it was gone by morning). The staff at the front desk and shop were kind and helpful as well—this is a Hotel where we can feel safe and comfortable. If there were a Room that could accommodate six people, that would be perfect; from next time we will need to book two rooms. We would be very happy if there were an option where everyone could stay together. Thank you again for your continued support.

This was our second stay, and we were satisfied with everything—the staff’s hospitality, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the meals. Traveling with my elderly mother in the heat, we were able to take it easy and enjoy a relaxing stay at the Hotel. The Onsen also offered a soothing atmosphere, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to return again.

Check-in via tablet was smooth, and the service was just right, making the stay very comfortable. We were worried the meals might not be enough, but for our age group it was just the right amount and we finished almost everything. The food was delicious. The Room with a semi-open-air bath felt a bit small, but it was well cleaned and we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed as three generations—parents and adult children. The sunset from the Room was truly beautiful, and we enjoyed the contrast between the sea and the setting sun. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were generous—we left completely full. Breakfast also featured many local specialties with a wide variety, so we ended up eating too much in the morning. The Room was kept clean and well maintained, and we never felt uncomfortable. The bath also offered a panoramic view of the sea, and we enjoyed it many times. One small downside—if I had to mention something—was that one of the locker doors in the changing room wouldn’t stay open (it wouldn’t hold in place when opened and would close on its own). Everyone at the front desk and in the restaurant was very kind, allowing us to spend our trip comfortably. It’s a Hotel we would definitely like to stay at again if we have the chance. We stayed as a group of two adults and three preschool children. The Accommodation was very clean, and the Room was spacious, so we could relax comfortably. We chose a Room with an open-air bath, which meant we could bathe anytime and then lounge on the bed or sofa—absolutely wonderful. The minibar was well stocked, with a great selection ranging from non-alcoholic drinks to wine, juice, and coffee. We could also borrow table games, and in the evening our family enjoyed playing Othello. Since we had a 0-year-old baby, we requested a baby bath and a diaper trash bin. Not only were those provided, but they also kindly placed baby soap for us as well, which we really appreciated. When I asked on the day if it would be possible to lay out futons in the Japanese-style Room, they gladly agreed and prepared them while we were at dinner. After going to the beach, there was an outdoor shower around the back with warm water available. It also connected to a rear entrance leading directly to the large public bath inside, so we were able to stay comfortable throughout our time in the Accommodation. The meals were delicious. They contacted us in advance about allergies and accommodated us accordingly, so we could dine with peace of mind. At mealtimes—without us even asking—they had already set up a bed where our baby could sleep. They also lent coloring books and toys so our older children wouldn’t get bored, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed meal for the first time in quite a while. One small but truly appreciated point: they provided towels generously. There were plenty of both bath towels and face towels in the Room, and after returning from the beach they handed us fresh bath towels for everyone along with clothes we had left at reception beforehand. There was no need to request extra towels at all—zero minor stress. All of the staff were pleasant and welcoming; it was a wonderful Accommodation full of hospitality. When we visit Amanohashidate again, we will definitely stay here. Thank you very much.
