From the moment I arrive, I’m always deeply moved by the warm hospitality of being greeted by name. Check-in is extremely smooth, and I always love the guidance to my room and the kind, welcoming service from the bell staff. My requests made in advance were fully accommodated, and everything about the room setup and housekeeping was flawless down to every detail, allowing me to stay comfortable throughout my visit. I’m always grateful to the housekeeping team. The spa reception staff also provided wonderful service, and the concierge team’s quick and polished support was a great help. The limited-time Shine Muscat roll cake I had at the pastry shop “Sweets & Deli” was exceptional and became a delicious memory that stayed with me. I also enjoyed spending time at the lobby lounge and would definitely like to return again. Everything is truly perfect—this is a wonderful hotel that leaves me completely satisfied from the bottom of my heart. I would confidently recommend it to my loved ones, and I will definitely stay here again.

It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

Every time I visit, the staff’s service is outstanding, and I had a truly satisfying stay. Even on my first visit, I was deeply impressed by the wonderful hospitality. The food was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable, but what stood out most was the staff’s attitude. It was clear that everyone is working together to make this hotel even better. I mistakenly entered the wrong code for the in-room safe—thank you for handling it so kindly despite the inconvenience. Thank you as well for taking photos for us every time we leave. You always make photo time so much fun—I feel like a model every time. Last time it was the head chef; this time it was the general manager. I look forward to seeing you again.

This was my first stay. I visit Osaka every 2–3 months, and this hotel provided an outstanding experience in every way. Check-in was smooth, and the amenities were the most extensive I’ve ever seen. Since I take baths more than three times a day, the complimentary bath salts, bath towels, and hand towels were especially appreciated. The 24-hour free drink bar and complimentary alcohol meant there was no need to stop by a convenience store. The free popcorn, chocolate snacks, and candies were also a delightful touch. The room had a smart TV, delicious bottled water in the fridge, and even a microwave in each room. The bathroom and toilet are separate, making it very comfortable. There’s also a jet bath and a TV in the bathroom. There were plenty of amenities inside the room as well—ones I didn’t use myself but would be great for women. With complimentary breakfast service, late-night noodles in the evening, and afternoon tea in the afternoon, there were so many wonderful services included. With prices rising everywhere these days, I almost felt sorry paying this rate for such great value. Every staff member showed exceptional hospitality—I was completely satisfied. The location is excellent as well: Namba Station on the subway line(s), JR Namba Station, and Nankai Namba Station are all within about five minutes’ walk. This is a fantastic hotel that I can confidently recommend to others. It’s definitely a hotel I want to stay at again whenever I’m in Osaka. Thank you very much.

Even on a rainy day, I was able to arrive without getting wet at all from Sakuragicho Station’s South New Ticket Gate. I had booked two rooms for one person and was a bit confused at check-in, but the staff helped me right away and the process went smoothly. There’s also a Seijo Ishii supermarket on the first floor, which made it incredibly convenient to pick up delicious drinks and snacks for an evening nightcap. Of course, the room was clean as well, and I appreciated the comfortable hospitality that was eco-conscious without being excessive.

On a whim, we decided to take a refreshing getaway and made a same-day Reservation at Nampuro, which we’d been curious about for some time. It was our first trip in a while, and while we were excited, we tried not to set our expectations too high when we checked in—but the moment we stepped inside, our excitement just kept growing! We stayed in Grand Oceans, and from the instant we got off the elevator—seeing the wide selection of drinks and light snacks—and walked down the beautifully atmospheric hallway, then opened the door to our room… everything was amazing. One “This is incredible!” after another. A bath with an ocean view, delicious meals, relaxing in the room with drinks—it was exactly the refreshing trip we had been looking for. Since it was raining, it wasn’t quite a breathtaking view this time, but we found ourselves saying, “Next time let’s come when it’s sunny,” and ended up promising each other another stay! Thank you for such a wonderful time. We’ll be back!!

This was my first stay, and all of the staff are true professionals. You can see Jingu Stadium very well from the hotel, and I’d love to stay when there’s a pro baseball game. With the chance of rain, it may take a few tries, but I hope to book on a game day someday. The large public bath was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. I didn’t use it, but the in-room bath was also large and impressive. The sink area, bathroom, and toilet were separate. Breakfast had a great variety—lots of vegetables plus sprouts, quinoa, beans, non-oil dressing, and more. There was also a dedicated egg station where they kept making fried eggs and omelets one after another; I really appreciated having no wait time. They also offered miso soup; Kanto-style udon; soup curry; soups; plenty of bread; waffles; yogurt; and three mini desserts (cream puff, cheesecake, sweet potato tart). There were many kinds of juices as well as a coffee machine, with takeaway cups provided. It’s worth staying just for the breakfast alone. Tsba-kuro was everywhere around the property—so cute!

I stayed here while sightseeing in Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the room was spacious and easy to use. The table and chairs in the room were very practical and made my stay even more comfortable. The amenities, welcome drink, and breakfast were simple but well taken care of, and I was very satisfied. The staff were kind as well, which made for a great trip. Thank you very much.

As we did last year, four of us stayed again for a birthday sleepover. The Facility was well designed with no unnecessary extras, and having a large public bath was fantastic. Because of light rain, we took taxis to and from Chinatown, which was very convenient. We also really enjoyed using screen mirroring on the TV. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and all four of us were completely satisfied.

I ended up traveling on short notice during Silver Week and booked in a hurry, but it’s reassuring when the service is consistently reliable anywhere. I gave 3 stars because I was injured for an unrelated reason and didn’t use the bath (I only rinsed off with the shower).

Congratulations on your 102nd anniversary. This time, I stayed with you to enjoy a relaxing girls’ trip with my mother and to visit my aunt the next day. I truly love your baths. The space isn’t large, but the tub is just the right depth. I can’t quite explain why, but it feels wonderful. That depth also made it easier for my mother, who has trouble with her legs, to get in. (Hotel bathtubs are often shallow; she can get in, but standing up to get out is difficult and often a struggle.) In addition, even when sitting on a shower chair, she can still reach the amenities in your bath area. There is also enough space beside the tub to place toiletries, which was very helpful. If I may ask for one thing, having grab bars by the bathtub would be perfect—but overall I feel your bath is simple yet thoughtfully designed. Once again, we had a wonderful time chatting late into the night while enjoying the beautiful view, sleeping soundly, and making great memories. Thank you very much. P.S. Although it’s in a convenient location, I hadn’t had the chance to visit until now, and I was able to truly relax. It was a reassuring Hotel where you can feel Japan’s unique spirit of hospitality. From the courteous explanations by what seemed like an experienced hotel staff member, to the way someone who appeared to be the person in charge quietly checked on things during breakfast, the flexible support in the lounge, and thoughtful touches even after checkout—there was an atmosphere of refined, calm hospitality that naturally made me feel well cared for. The message dessert and flower arrangement I requested at short notice were also wonderful, and the Room was bright and modern—somewhere I’d love to make my “second home.” If I may offer a suggestion, I think a simple map summarizing nearby highlights and how to get there would make the stay even more enjoyable (the sculpture(s), surrounding buildings/area, Hie Shrine, local history, etc.). Also, it would be great to have an easy-to-use solo relaxation Plan or a Plan where guests can casually enjoy matcha. In addition, having liquid hand soap (rather than bar soap) would be convenient. It’s a Hotel I would gladly choose again—whether with family or friends, or even on my own. In the future, it would be wonderful if my family or acquaintances held their wedding ceremony or reception at the neighboring classic house and could stay at this Hotel as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning ocean views and the soothing atmosphere on rainy days, and we were very satisfied with the warm service from the staff and their excellent hospitality. The chinsuko made at the restaurant was delicious, and we were also happy to be able to buy some as a souvenir to take home. Next time, we’d like to stay in and enjoy a relaxing “staycation” at the Hotel!

This was my second stay. As before, the hotel had a calm atmosphere and the breakfast was delicious, so I was very satisfied. The bed was large, and my wife and I were able to sleep comfortably. The location is directly connected to the station with easy access to central Tokyo, and I would like to stay here again in the future.

We stayed here during our trip visiting Yomiuriland, Akihabara, and Shibuya. Even before booking, I emailed several questions and received quick, polite replies to all of them. The staff were also courteous and kind. The hotel was very clean, compact, and nicely organized. One downside was that the toilet and bath were separate, but the bath was located beyond the toilet area, so only one person could use the toilet/sink area at a time. Since three of us stayed together, it took longer to get ready compared with a fully separate toilet room, and we had to be mindful of each other.

The bed mattress is excellent, so I stay here regularly; the quality of sleep is especially good at this property, and I wake up feeling refreshed. I was happy to see that the breakfast selection had increased compared to my previous stay. I would like to stay again.

The staff at the first-floor reception and lobby lounge were very pleasant and made me feel welcome. The Room had a separate washing area, which made bathing very comfortable as well. The variety and quality of the breakfast were excellent—I’d almost like to make this my regular Accommodation in Osaka. Just one thing: at the breakfast restaurant, a man who seemed to be the person in charge was giving quite strict instructions to an older female staff member, and his voice could be heard by guests. It didn’t leave a good impression. That female staff member was working very hard and sincerely.

The room was spacious and relaxing, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with flowers throughout, which made it a pleasure to unwind at ease. Meals were served in the dining area, but since we had a private room, the two of us could enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. Everything was delicious, and for us in our 70s the portions were almost more than enough—we left completely full. All of the staff were polite and pleasant. The international staff spoke excellent Japanese and were so courteous; their sincere hard work really came through and warmed our hearts. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee service in the lobby. The baths were clean and well stocked with amenities, and we were happy to have cold water available afterward as well. It was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us.

I found this ryokan while looking for a place where my elderly mother could relax at her own pace. Although it is a long-established inn, the furnishings and ikebana arrangements were tasteful and never felt old-fashioned. The room and bath were spotless down to every corner, so we were able to stay in complete comfort. The ocean view filling the entire window was wonderfully calming. True to its name as a kappo ryokan, every dish was outstanding. I was especially moved by the uni tofu appetizer. The beautiful tableware made the experience feel even more luxurious. By the time dessert came, we were too full, so they kindly prepared it for us in the refrigerator in our room. Every staff member greeted us with warm smiles and attentive service that made us feel at ease. I think this is an ideal place for anyone who wants to spend quiet, unhurried time.

On June 8, my spouse and I met friends from Kumamoto and had a great time eating and drinking together. They upgraded our Room to a higher grade, and my sauna-loving husband was very satisfied. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.
