This was my first stay, and the hotel is located right on the slopes, making it very convenient for skiing/snowboarding. The meal was part of a reasonable plan, and the steak was delicious—I’m glad I chose this plan. The room had a humidifier and was warm and comfortable. Next time, I’d like to book a multiple night stay.

The host was very hospitable and took great care of us. We left our luggage, went out, and when we returned, they kindly sent it to our next accommodation. We are truly grateful for the help. Other rooms were occupied by foreign guests. It was so quiet that we found ourselves being extra cautious not to make noise. I thought there might not be pajamas provided, so I brought my own, but there were one-piece pajamas available. Bringing leggings might be a good idea as well. The bath set included Shiseido products, which made my hair silky smooth. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I stayed here for the first time for a week on a business trip, and the front desk staff were friendly, the room was clean, and it was nice to have a microwave on each floor. It was great that the adjacent hot spring facility could be used once a day for free, and they also lent body soap and shampoo for free. I used it every day during my stay. Also, the reception staff at the hot spring facility were friendly, even though I entered every day for a week with a free ticket, saying "Please take your time," which was very satisfying. The only downside was that although the unit bath was spacious and clean, it didn't have a washlet.

Everything was so wonderful that I hardly know where to begin. The meat, sausages, eggs, rice, bread, coffee, juice—everything was unbelievably delicious. The amenities such as shampoo and lotion were excellent as well; the Japanese-style room smelled lovely, and the garden—with its many trees and plants being grown—also seemed truly impressive. I’m not very good with words, so I can’t fully describe how amazing this place is—sorry. All I can say is that you definitely won’t regret staying here. I highly recommend it.

We found Kami Yuland while looking for a place that allows large dogs. We brought various supplies for our dog, but everything we needed was already provided. All you need to bring is food and treats—everything else is taken care of. It was our first trip with a dog, so we were a bit worried, but since it’s a cottage-style stay, we were able to relax. We took walks in the snow, and there were also marked courses for trekking in the surrounding mountains. We were told we could use the Onsen as many times as we liked during the available hours. Before entering the Onsen area, there were displays of pottery and paintings, and it seems you can also try hands-on activities. We arrived a little early, and when we entered the room, the air conditioner and heater had already been turned on—it was warm inside, and we were truly impressed by their thoughtfulness. Since this was a no-meals Plan, we bought food at a nearby supermarket and brought it in. Dishes and even pots are all provided. The staff were very pleasant and explained everything carefully. We definitely want to stay again next time. Thank you very much. Our dog is one Akita (25 kg). (Up to 3 dogs per cottage; total combined weight up to 30 kg.)

Although I arrived late, I was able to enjoy the bath. I departed early in the morning without being able to express my gratitude, and I apologize for that. I truly had a very pleasant stay!

The proprietress and all the staff were kind, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with satisfying portions. The abalone at dinner and the dried fish at breakfast were especially tasty! Unfortunately, we didn’t use the private bath this time because it felt like too much of a hassle to go there, but the in-room bath was more than enough. If I had to mention one thing, I wanted to go for an early-morning walk to fully enjoy wonderful Matsuzaki Town, but the doors were locked for security so I couldn’t go out. I also understand that having staff on duty from early morning may not be practical, and every Accommodation has its own style, so that’s completely fine. It’s truly a wonderful setting, and I’d love to stay again.

The meals are excellent in both quality and quantity—I was completely satisfied. A bath you can use all night. A charming, traditional Japanese Ryokan, and it’s almost a straight walk from the station.

A serene Accommodation surrounded by rows of trees. With spacious hallways and a limited number of Rooms, we rarely encountered other guests and were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay.

This spacious countryside home is available as a private vacation rental. It’s far from town, but it’s an impressive house. The thick wooden beams are truly worth seeing. You can also enjoy Tsushima’s local specialty dishes.

Located very close to the tourist attraction Izanagi Shrine, yet in a quiet area. The Room does not have a sea view, but there is a comfortable beach nearby which was great. The first floor features a lovely café, and the lunch was very delicious. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and was able to relax very well. It is run by a kind, friendly couple. The Onsen called the lava bath was very pleasant, and there was also an open-air bath. You can also bathe in the morning. If you are coming by car, you can park in the parking lot of the nearby shrine (?). It is close to Ohiradai Station. It was a wonderful Accommodation where you could hear wild birds and the train whistle.

We stayed for one night and two days as a family with our small dog. The Komamune accommodation offers a relaxing bedroom (grinding the provided coffee beans yourself is pure bliss!), a dining area for enjoyment (even though it rained slightly, the covered space was no issue, equipped with air conditioning and large windows offering stunning city and sky night views!), a sauna space, and separate toilet & bathroom facilities (the bath allowed for quiet relaxation without hearing family or surrounding noises. However, the dim lighting at the sink might make makeup application challenging for women). Due to allergies, we opted out of meals and rented a grill instead. The staff promptly assisted whenever contacted during its use—truly impressive service! While the microwave was located at the front desk, which made heating frozen food slightly inconvenient, any inquiries were met with immediate responses from their outstanding staff. Sitting on chairs in the garden while watching our dog explore, breathing in fresh air, reading books or enjoying drinks—it was an elegant and beautifully clean space filled with thoughtful design. This accommodation allowed each of us to spend time freely without being bound by schedules—a place where both body and mind were truly fulfilled.

We are deeply grateful to have enjoyed such high-quality service at an affordable price. When I took a closer look at the beautiful flowers arranged in the large vase, I was surprised to find they were fresh. Preparing pre-ground coffee and gyokuro tea in advance in the refrigerator, and even providing prior notice of local community announcements—your attention to detail made me think, “This must be truly professional work.” We also learned a lot from how you maintain just the right distance with guests, starting with your courteous greeting, “Thank you for choosing us.” I had assumed that only luxury Ryokan avoid using artificial flowers these days, but to offer this level of care even to ordinary guests like us—my sincere respect.

It was my first time staying in Kamakura, and I would love to make this my regular accommodation. Conveniently located near the station and shopping areas. The accommodation was clean and felt as relaxing as visiting a friend's home. The well-prepared amenities were excellent. They kindly stored my luggage early, and promptly contacted me about forgotten items, which was very helpful. I had a leisurely stay and am extremely satisfied. Stayed for one night over the weekend during the Tour de Okinawa. Since the race starts early Sunday morning, I was looking for accommodation close to Yona, a cheering spot, and found this place. It was so great that I'm considering staying here again next year. The free rental electric assist bicycle (MTB) provided by the accommodation was incredibly useful! After checking in at 3 PM, I scouted out cheering spots and enjoyed riding through Kijoka where the accommodation is located, along Route 58 by the sea towards Kunigami and Ogimi Village. There was a kettle available for borrowing, but I didn't notice it and used the hot/cold water dispenser in the shared space instead. However, there were no mugs in my room—only paper cups from the dispenser—which made it slightly inconvenient. The room was minimalistic and simple but had plenty of power outlets and strong WiFi connectivity, so there were no inconveniences at all. At night, I went out to enjoy stargazing under a quiet sky full of stars on an open field. There were many shooting stars visible. Some lighting adjustments had been made to reduce "light pollution," which I appreciated; however, it could be even darker for better stargazing. I felt that this peaceful natural environment with sounds of insects chirping or birds singing created a relaxing atmosphere while reflecting an eco-friendly policy. However, there's one point I'd like to suggest improving: In an adjacent gallery workshop area nearby where someone young worked solo without headphones playing music quite loudly—it slightly leaked into buildings containing rooms (though once inside my room itself remained quiet). Considering diverse musical tastes nowadays plus how fewer universally loved songs exist across society today compared against past decades alongside growing trends ignoring headphone etiquette altogether publicly broadcasting tunes instead—this being both accommodations' location & guests seeking tranquil nature surroundings perhaps future consideration addressing such matters might enhance experiences further overall? Lastly regarding bedding warmth levels thin futons felt somewhat chilly potentially needing improvement too meanwhile directional clarity surrounding convenience store access ("10 minutes drive" vague north/south?) gas stations absent locally likewise clearer maps highlighting unique regional attractions helpful supplementing mascots/lamp-shade creator details already present within guest guides themselves? Staff interactions friendly approachable throughout stay much appreciated!
