Thank you very much for accommodating my daughter’s allergies and picky eating. At her earnest request, this was our first mother-and-daughter trip to Hanamaki to experience the world of Kenji Miyazawa. I’m always concerned about her meals when we travel, but thanks to you we were able to relax and enjoy our stay with peace of mind. It is a wonderful Ryokan—so much so that 24 hours in a day didn’t feel like enough. Next time, we would love to visit again with my husband and our other daughter—the whole family. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! A relaxing, tranquil Accommodation for adults. Watch the ever-changing sky, sea, and forest, and the sparkling stars; soak in the Onsen whenever you like; and enjoy high-quality meals... Above all, the staff’s hospitality is outstanding. During my stay, they never once asked for my name or Room number, and they even adjusted the end time of dinner to fit my spa Reservation. Thanks to their seamless communication and thoughtful care, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. I will be back again. Thank you very much.

All the meals were delicious, and the Onsen was wonderful. The Room and bath areas were kept very clean, so we had a very comfortable stay. The amenities were well provided and really helpful. There was bottled water in the Room refrigerator, and there was also a lounge where you can freely enjoy soft drinks; we had coffee after dinner as well. The Japanese garden in the courtyard was also beautiful. We could choose our favorite yukata, which made us feel even more excited. All the staff were kind and helpful. There were lots of cute cat-themed items in the lobby, hallways, and lounge, which was very soothing. We were able to relax at a leisurely pace. There was a roadside station and a supermarket nearby, so the location was convenient as well. It was such a lovely Accommodation that we would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

This Hotel exceeded my expectations—wonderful in every way and an amazing value. All the staff welcomed us with great smiles, and everyone we met at check-in, at the restaurant during dinner, and at breakfast provided excellent service, making our trip to Zao truly pleasant. I was also happy to see their thoughtful attention, such as calling the elevator in advance when we were heading that way. When we entered our Room, there were tea snacks plus chilled sweets in the refrigerator—at this price, I honestly wondered if it was really okay for us to stay here. The Room was also very spacious. The Onsen was of course fantastic, and we were able to use the Onsen at affiliated Hotels as well, which was a real treat for us Onsen lovers. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

This was our first trip to Okayama Prefecture, and thanks to all the staff, we were able to enjoy a comfortable Onsen getaway. We now have one more Ryokan we would love to visit again. I was a bit worried about traffic when driving during the Obon holiday, but I wanted to explore Nishi-Izu freely for the first time in a while, so I decided to go by car. As a result, we arrived close to 5:00 pm, and it was a shame that things felt a little rushed before dinner starting at 6:00 pm. However, it was truly luxurious and delightful to be able to relax and enjoy the wonderful views at the dining venue—just like from the Room—while still having privacy. The in-Room Onsen bath was amazing. For some reason no insects came near, and I enjoyed it comfortably many times until the next morning. We requested breakfast to start at 8:30 am, but that didn’t mean we slept in—we took over an hour from just after 7:00 am to stroll along the Dogashima promenade right in front of us. It made breakfast taste even better. This location is truly rich. We also really appreciated the 12:00 pm check-out time. If you have to finish breakfast quickly, pack up, tidy the Room, and check out at 10:00 am, it feels like bringing everyday life with you and you can’t fully enjoy your stay. Thanks again for such a luxurious and rich stay.

Due to a change of plans, I made a Reservation the day before. It was a rainy day and I arrived early, but I was able to choose a book from the many available and enjoy reading at a relaxed pace with a cup of coffee in hand. The spacious bath, especially the bubble bath, was very soothing. The meals were so plentiful that I couldn’t finish everything. The sunrise the next morning was beautiful. There were also goats and rabbits, and if it were closer, it’s a place where I’d love to bring my dog for a Multiple Night Stay.

Everything exceeded our expectations in every way. The Room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. Every staff member was friendly and provided warm, welcoming service. The meals were delicious, and the private Onsen allowed us to relax at our own pace—it was perfect. We would love to visit again in a different season.

Both the Room and the open-air bath were wonderful, and the ocean view from the Room was beautiful. We were able to enjoy delicious crab even in summer. When we mentioned that we were celebrating a special occasion, you kindly showed thoughtful consideration, which made our family very happy. From showing us around the Room to serving us at dinner, your service was truly pleasant, and everyone’s smiles were lovely. We stayed here on this trip, and it was a thoroughly satisfying stay in every way. The cuisine, in particular, was outstanding—not only was each dish carefully prepared, but the thoughtfully selected tableware complemented the food beautifully, making it a wonderful experience for both the eyes and the palate. At dinner, we were given detailed explanations of each dish, which helped us enjoy everything even more. The attentive hospitality left a lasting impression. Breakfast exceeded our expectations as well. The rice was truly delicious—both my wife and I ended up having seconds. It was a fantastic breakfast that made for a great start to the day. The Onsen was also excellent; not only the large public bath but even the bath in our Room was more than satisfying. My wife especially loved the in-room bath and said it made her want to soak again and again—she enjoyed it to the fullest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed Kyoritsu Group’s signature late-night soba, which became one of our evening highlights. Above all, what impressed us most was the warm and courteous service from all staff members. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and could sense their genuine hospitality everywhere. This was a wonderful Onsen Accommodation that truly made us want to return. We’re grateful to everyone on staff for helping us spend such precious time here, and we would love to visit again in another season.

From the moment we arrived, the parking guidance, check-in, shop, and breakfast venue staff were all very welcoming, and their smiles and service made our stay truly comfortable. This was our second stay since last year. We were impressed last year as well, but this year we truly enjoyed an even more relaxing time thanks to the wonderful hospitality of the staff. We stayed here as a family of four during summer vacation. We chose the No Meals Included plan because we planned to enjoy street food along Dogo Onsen’s Haikara Street, and it turned out to be an outstanding stay: everything was spotless, the Onsen was excellent, the futons were very comfortable, and access to Haikara Street was great. Above all, the staff worked seamlessly as a team and responded quickly and courteously—it was truly impressive. Our whole family agreed we were lucky to find such a wonderful Accommodation. This time we booked No Meals Included, but the Ryokan meals also looked delicious, so next time we’d like to stay with meals included. It’s an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again. Dear Kamon Team, To celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary, we stayed here for the first time, choosing your Accommodation based on Reviews around the Hakone area—and it turned into the best anniversary we could have hoped for. My wife and I are truly grateful. From check-in to check-out, we received exceptionally attentive hospitality. Starting with the wonderful attendant who looked after us with such a warm smile, every member of staff impressed us with their professionalism and thoughtful attention to detail—exactly as described in the Reviews. The beautifully renewed design blending Japanese and Western styles was delightful, and everything throughout the Facility was impeccably cleaned and well maintained, creating a wonderful sense of freshness and comfort. As lovers of traditional Ryokan stays, both my wife and I were completely satisfied. We were also thrilled by the wide selection of stylish yukata for women—and even more so to receive an adorable pouch filled with amenities. When we mentioned in advance that we were visiting for our anniversary, you prepared framed red-and-white crane mizuhiki decorations at the dining venue; chopstick rests featuring celebratory characters; sekihan served in a charming bowl marked with “good fortune”; and even a commemorative ceramic tumbler set as a gift. Dinner was outstanding: exquisite ingredients beautifully presented on elegant tableware, creating an impressive experience that delighted all five senses. We could truly feel the aesthetic sense and craftsmanship of your kitchen team in every detail. Of course, everything—from taste and portion size to temperature control (hot/cold) as well as timely serving and clearing—was flawless. We have stayed at many luxury Ryokan and heritage Hotels over the years for our anniversaries, but there is no doubt that Kamon has become an unforgettable Accommodation for us. Even on our way home, my wife and I couldn’t stop talking about your hospitality. We would love to return again, so we hope you will welcome us back when we do. This was our first stay here to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary. I’d been wanting to visit for a while, and I found an affordable Plan, so I made a Reservation. All the Rooms looked spacious with beautiful views, so I chose the “hotel’s choice” Plan and booked without specifying a Room. When we arrived at the Hotel looking forward to our stay, we were surprised with a suite! The weather wasn’t great, but it instantly lifted our spirits. The view from the open-air bath was wonderful, and dinner was absolutely delicious. In particular, both the fish and meat dishes had amazing sauces—we finished everything between the two of us. Breakfast was also excellent, including dried fish, and I even had seconds of the clam miso soup! The staff were very kind as well. Late at night we accidentally stained the sheets due to our own mistake, but when we contacted the front desk they came right away to replace them. They reassured us repeatedly by saying “It’s okay,” and I’m truly grateful for their quick response. The Room, the view, the food, and the staff—everything was outstanding hospitality. We had a wonderful day! We’d love to visit again for another special occasion. Thank you very much.

I visited by car with my husband and son on our first family trip in a while. We were delighted by the elegant lobby and lounge, beautifully decorated with flowers and furnishings, and by the stunning view of the cove from the windows. The cave-style bath we had been looking forward to, as well as the panoramic bath, were wonderfully relaxing, with silky-smooth water as we enjoyed the scenery. For dinner, we had an exquisite kaiseki course in a private dining room. We chose sashimi made from locally caught fish of the day, and every dish was outstanding—beautifully presented with impressive table settings. We also enjoyed freshly grilled fugu prepared right in front of us, along with a sake tasting. After dinner, we played darts, enjoyed wine at the bar, and went back to the baths—making the most of our stay. Our Room also had a fantastic view, and we were able to truly unwind. This is an unforgettable Accommodation that I would love to visit again.

Over the past few years, this Accommodation has become a place our family wants to visit at least once a year, and both kids and adults are always completely satisfied. This summer vacation we weren’t planning a trip to the Izu area, so we thought a summer stay might not be possible—but when we learned about the summer vacation discount offer, we knew we had to go and made a last-minute Reservation. With prices rising everywhere, we truly appreciate this thoughtful gesture from the Facility. As always, every staff member—from arrival to departure—shows wonderful hospitality that makes for a genuinely relaxing stay. The Facility is also very clean. The summer vacation pop-up stalls were unexpectedly enjoyed more by the adults than the kids; it was fun seeing everyone feel like children again. It was disappointing that we couldn’t play tennis due to construction on the tennis courts, but there were so many enjoyable activities that we barely had enough time. We also love the surrounding satoyama countryside nature, so next time we’d like to stay in spring.

We decided to come on short notice, and once again we received warm, attentive hospitality, just like last time. We were able to relax in the lounge with drinks, refresh in the stone sauna in the morning, and enjoy the open-air bath in our Room many times, which helped us unwind. It was so good for a third visit that we felt this is the only Ryokan nearby where we can truly relax. We will definitely visit again.

We were able to stay at Kashiwaya again this year as a family, and we had a truly wonderful time. With only a few Rooms, we hardly ran into other guests even in the baths, so we could quietly enjoy the excellent waters of Bessho Onsen. The meals are gently seasoned and make the most of local ingredients, and no matter when we visit, it’s a mysterious Accommodation where we always sleep soundly at night. We look forward to visiting again.
