We stayed here as a family to celebrate my mother’s 77th birthday and an early birthday party for my younger sister. They prepared a lovely birthday card and a whole cake topped with plenty of fruit, which made both my mother and sister very happy! The house was extremely clean, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay comfortable. The private chef was also very friendly and carefully accommodated our requests in advance. We could truly feel the owners’ commitment to putting guests’ comfort first. Thank you so much.

It was a wonderful villa. Mount Fuji was right in front of us, and we could see it clearly thanks to the great weather! The meals were all delicious, and we were very satisfied! We brought our dog along, and they had so much fun playing around. We would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

This was our first trip with our beloved dog, who is like family to us. We were completely satisfied with everything—the clean and beautifully maintained living room, kitchen, bedroom, wood deck, and dog run—and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The water facilities, toilet, and bathroom were also spotless, like new, and very comfortable to use. We would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

This was my second stay. I had such a wonderful time last time that I came again with my mother, who loves art. She was delighted by the tower’s distinctive steel framework running through the Room and the many artworks throughout the Hotel. Thank you to all the staff for kindly answering her many questions. In the evening, guests only can take an elevator through a hidden door up to the observation deck. The special touch made my heart race with excitement. Spending time looking out over the quiet city at night felt truly luxurious, and I was able to give my mother a moment that’s unique to a Hotel stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes made with local ingredients, and both my mother and I were very satisfied. Afterward, we were even served special petit fours, and we thoroughly enjoyed tea time as well. This time, it was a one-night, two-day mini trip with no other purpose than staying at this Hotel while taking our time strolling around Sakae. Thank you for such a comfortable stay. We truly appreciate everyone’s thoughtful hospitality. We’ll be back again.

The floors throughout the Ryokan were comfortable to walk on barefoot, making it feel like home. I completely understood why rolling suitcases are not allowed. I could really appreciate the owner’s attention to detail, and I thought it was wonderful. The location was excellent, and the meals were delicious.

Whenever I’m on a business trip to Kanagawa, I always stay here as my regular Accommodation. Although this Hotel is close to the station, it’s very quiet, so I can truly relax and sleep well. This time, after checking in and doing office work in my Room, loud music was playing from the neighboring Room and it was unpleasant, so I consulted the front desk. They immediately changed me to another Room. I believe this prompt response also proves how comfortable this Hotel is. I would like to continue staying here.

Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

The complimentary treats like popcorn and shaved ice were especially great, and we also enjoyed fun extras such as the bubble bath. Since children stay free, it’s an excellent choice for families with kids. If I have a chance to visit Osaka again, I’d love to stay here. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I checked in at night, and although it was fairly crowded, the staff handled everything smoothly and discreetly handed me a bag for the amenities. When I entered the Room and opened the curtains, I could see the lights of the Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama, which was exciting for us with DisneySea planned for the next day! Above all, the Facility was excellent. The next day we stayed at an official Hotel, but this Accommodation was better. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

As we did last year, four of us stayed again for a birthday sleepover. The Facility was well designed with no unnecessary extras, and having a large public bath was fantastic. Because of light rain, we took taxis to and from Chinatown, which was very convenient. We also really enjoyed using screen mirroring on the TV. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and all four of us were completely satisfied.

I stayed around April for a live concert trip. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and attentive, and the hospitality was excellent. They kindly agreed to store my luggage, which was a great help. I believe I chose the lowest-grade Room, but it was very spacious, spotless throughout, and comfortable. When I visit the Kansai area again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting on 8/19. The number of guests changed every day, so we had to move Rooms. Each time, you carried our luggage to the next Room and arranged for us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was very helpful. The MUJI room for four people was truly wonderful. The three-person Room was also spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably. Thank you very much for all your help. It was a very enjoyable Hotel stay. I would like to stay again. This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. Thank you very much for letting us stay in a non-smoking Room this time. The Room was spacious and the view was wonderful—everything was perfect. I also thought it was rare to have a foot bath, and it felt great. Everyone who assisted us made a great impression, and whenever we had questions, they kindly helped us, which we really appreciated. It’s close to the station and also near sightseeing spots, so the location was excellent. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. We had a very comfortable stay—thank you so much!

I booked Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, where you can enjoy the sea of clouds, to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The first surprise was that I had requested a birthday message plate at “Il Teatro,” the Italian restaurant we reserved for dinner, and the Hotel coordinated everything wonderfully—at check-in, they presented my wife with a handwritten birthday message card from the staff. Honestly, I was truly moved by their hospitality. As an IKYU Diamond member, we received a Room upgrade, and they also suggested switching to a suite (for an additional fee). The upgraded garden-view Room was spacious with a beautiful view—we were completely satisfied. The sea of clouds was incredibly magical; it looked different each time depending on the hour, and we never got tired of it no matter how many times we watched. Service at “Il Teatro” during dinner was also excellent, and we had an unforgettable birthday dinner at a window-side table overlooking the garden. The food was delicious, and the recommended Chardonnay was outstanding—exactly my kind of white wine. After that, we went to the bar for cocktails and returned to our Room, but we were having such a great time talking that we ended up missing the final grand sea of clouds show of the night. My wife and I agreed to make Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo our annual birthday tradition, promising each other: “Next year, let’s dine in one of the private rooms used for Hanzawa Naoki filming—and this time we’ll definitely watch the grand nighttime sea of clouds from our Room.” It became a wonderful memory for us. Thank you very much! We will be back!

I stayed here during my first trip back home in a while, and I was very satisfied. I usually eat out, but this time I dined at the Hotel’s restaurant, which offered a wide variety of high-quality options, and I really enjoyed the meals. I plan to make this my regular Accommodation from now on.

We stayed here for the first time with our dog to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The welcome drink and dessert were very delicious! The welcome treat for dogs also seemed tasty—our pup finished it in no time! There’s also a drink bar available at certain times, which was great. They even have alcohol, which was the best!! The dog run was air-conditioned, so it was comfortable even in midsummer. Our dog ran around until completely tired out. Dinner is buffet-style, so it’s hard to decide what to eat (lol). The roast beef and sashimi served as a one-plate set at the table were amazing! Alcohol is available for an additional fee, but the food is so good you can’t help wanting a drink (lol). You can dine together with your dog, and there’s also a buffet just for dogs, so we really enjoyed the meal. Since it was our daughter’s birthday, we ordered a cake for an additional fee, and it was delicious as well! The staff celebrated with us too, and our daughter was thrilled! You can also use a private bath. We used it this time; we had 90 minutes, so we could relax without rushing. Dogs are allowed in the private bath too, which is wonderful! There were post-bath drinks and ice cream in the fridge—also fantastic! It’s well worth paying the extra fee! By the way, I also used the large public bath in the morning. The view was great, and it felt wonderful bathing while looking out over Lake Hamana! The breakfast sandwiches were filling and very tasty! They come with pudding too—again, amazing! One of the reasons this Hotel felt so good is definitely how pleasant all of the staff are!! Everyone we met was smiling; they talked to our dog and played with him too. Our pup got lots of love! If I had to mention something negative: although parts have been renovated, there were some areas where you could feel that the building itself is old and showing its age. But personally, there were far more positives than anything else. How easy it is to stay with your dog here, how great the staff service is, how delicious the food is, how relaxing the baths are—we went home satisfied as a whole family! I’m glad we chose this Hotel for our first overnight trip with our dog. We’d love to stay again!!

I stayed for one night and two days to celebrate both my mother’s birthday and mine. At afternoon tea, you kindly wished us a happy birthday and showed such warm consideration. At the spa, you provided a quad cane for my mother, who feels unsteady on her feet, and even moved our locker closer to the bathing area—your thoughtful attention to detail truly moved me. We had Japanese cuisine for both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. Although this is an international Hotel, we felt authentic Japanese hospitality throughout. You also took wonderful commemorative photos of my mother and me for our birthdays, which became a precious memory. Lastly, the malasada we enjoyed at afternoon tea was so delicious that I made a special request to have it again at breakfast. You kindly accommodated us, and I was able to enjoy it to the very end with no regrets (lol). Thank you! Thanks to the care shown by all staff members, it was an extremely satisfying stay. I would love to visit again with my mother.
