This was a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again! Not only were the amenities and play area great, but the private family bath was surprisingly easy to use when we wanted, and we were able to relax and enjoy a bath together as a family. Free laundry and drying were also available, which was a huge help—especially with our 2-year-old, when we ran out of spare clothes and started to panic. Meals were buffet-style, so we ended up eating quite a lot and couldn’t make it for late-night snacks, which was a shame—but next time I’ll plan better (haha). Just one thing: the kids’ meals didn’t change much between breakfast and dinner, so our child got a bit bored. It would have been nice to have a little more variety.

With easy access from Junglia and wanting to stay on Kouri Island, I made a Reservation here. It was very convenient—less than a 30-minute drive from Junglia! On the way, seeing the view from Kouri Bridge again after a long time really got me excited! When I arrived at the Hotel and headed to the entrance, a staff member came out to greet me and carried my luggage for me. Since I checked in much earlier than planned, I asked if it would be possible to make a dinner Reservation, and they kindly accommodated me (it may have been the last available seat). Just like the Reviews said, the food here was outstanding! For dinner, I ordered beef sirloin steak, hamburger steak, garlic shrimp, and other Okinawan dishes. Every dish was carefully prepared with great seasoning—truly impressive. Breakfast included freshly baked bread, a salad plate, soup, and coffee; both the portion size and taste were completely satisfying. The Room was exactly as shown in the photos—stylish and clean with a white-and-blue theme—and it was very comfortable. Personally, I really appreciated having a vanity separate from the sink area; it was very convenient to use. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Kouri Island next time!

This was our first stay as a family trip. The meals, the baths, and the hospitality were all extremely satisfying. Every dish was made with local ingredients, and the seasoning brought out the natural flavors—exactly to our taste. We also enjoyed relaxing in the log-cabin-style restaurant while looking out at the garden. We used only the open-air bath. Even though it was raining, the water temperature was just right and helped us unwind. *Since it’s completely outdoors, those who dislike insects may want to avoid it in summer—they do fly around. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

Right in front of Kugenuma Beach, it was quiet and away from the bustle of Enoshima. It’s a wonderful small Hotel where you can enjoy a special getaway while truly relaxing. The in-Room meals were delicious, and we also appreciated that the Hotel partners with great nearby restaurants and provides Shuttle Service. The staff were all kind as well. We felt it would be an excellent place to stay as a vacation home alternative.

We stayed one night at another Accommodation to get our “cat fix,” then booked a second night here as a couple after seeing reviews saying the food was delicious and you can meet adorable cats. The exterior is incredibly charming. We were able to use the “Now’s the Time for Ito!” campaign, so we got a great deal. We chose a Room with an ocean view, but unfortunately the weather wasn’t great, so we’d love to come back and try again. The baths are private and require a Reservation after check-in. In addition to an indoor bath, there is a semi-open-air bath with a small garden; it has a roof and walls so you can’t see the outside scenery. It’s genuine Onsen water, and since it was mosquito season, they even had an adorable cat-themed mosquito coil burning. Because we were leaving early the next morning, we chose a Plan with dinner only—but the meal was so surprisingly delicious it felt like something from a starred restaurant, and we regretted not adding breakfast. The sashimi was fresh, and each dish was carefully handmade—many unlike anything we’d had before. Everything was excellent: spring rolls, small side dishes, simmered kinmedai (splendid alfonsino), white rice, and more. The hamburger steak served toward the end wasn’t greasy or heavy, and the portion size was just right. Dessert also offered variety—fruit, cake, and ice cream. The cookies in the Room (and even the souvenir cookies) were delicious too. This is an Accommodation worth visiting just for the food alone. We’ve stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans around Japan, but my wife and I still talk about how amazed we were by how good the料理 here was. After dinner there was time to interact with the cats. It’s not really hands-on cuddling time, but the owner let us hold one of them and take photos (the cat looked slightly unimpressed!). The owner and his wife were extremely kind, and their hospitality truly came through. At checkout it was raining quite heavily; they lent us an umbrella for walking to our car—and even came out to retrieve it after we got in. We’d love to return.

As a couple, we were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. We had high expectations because the Reviews were highly rated, and this Hotel truly lived up to them. The Room layout is closer to that of a Business Hotel, but it was very clean, well equipped, and we had no complaints. The large public bath was never crowded, so we were able to use it several times during our stay. There was also a massage chair, which made it easy to unwind and relax. Breakfast was a standard buffet with plenty of variety. The French toast in particular was delicious. We also enjoyed visiting the adjacent Isuzu Plaza more than we expected. If you stay here, I recommend making a Reservation in advance for the tour.

I stayed for two nights on the Imperial Floor, and since I love drinks, it was such a happy stay just thinking back on it! I thought I’d relax in my Room, but between the pool, gym, lounge, and exploring the Hotel, I was happily busy the whole time! I was a bit worried about whether we could truly enjoy our stay with a baby, but thanks to the support of everyone at the Hotel, we had a very meaningful time. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and we received plenty of amenities—absolutely satisfying. The skincare items were from a French brand and I really loved the scent. We were also given bath salts—such wonderful attention to detail! They smelled great as well. They immediately pushed the beds together to help prevent our baby from falling off, and they also prepared a high-quality crib and even a diaper disposal bin—I truly appreciated it all. At the lounge, we could enjoy alcohol at any time of day. The always-available sweets were all Hotel-made and delicious; I especially loved the truffle-flavored kaki no tane. The plated service was also excellent! The staff were easy to talk to, and even when I visited the lounge many times, they welcomed me warmly without making me feel like “Oh, you’re here again!”—which made me very happy. We couldn’t bring our baby into the lounge, but in its own way that felt like part of the experience too! It may feel less extensive compared with The Ritz-Carlton’s lounge, but it offered different kinds of enjoyment—and I left feeling completely happy. The pool and gym were authentic facilities and so much fun! Since I’m not used to gym equipment in everyday life, when I asked how to use it they explained everything kindly—it was very comfortable. Being able to use a golf driving range as well made it even more fulfilling! For breakfast we used Nadaman and Room Service—both were absolutely right choices! At Nadaman they provided rice porridge for our baby. With an outstanding view from our seats as well, it became a wonderful memory. Room Service let us enjoy breakfast elegantly in our spacious Room! Not having to move around adds an extra special feeling. After checkout we used the baby room facilities as well—they were extremely comfortable! We’re not experienced with things like diapers or preparing milk support services etc., so we ended up using it for quite a long time; they accommodated us kindly throughout and it truly warmed my heart. I had been anxious about whether we would be able to enjoy this stay at all—but those worries turned out to be unnecessary. We enjoyed every part of this Hotel more than enough! Thank you so much. The atmosphere was homey and very clean, and all the staff were extremely kind. It was late July, but the temperature wasn’t too high and the humidity was low, so it was very comfortable—Karuizawa really is wonderful. We stayed for two nights, but on the second night my son became unwell, and I’m very sorry for the trouble we caused. Even though it was sudden, a staff member said, “Please let us know if there’s anything we can do,” and they also helped us check out quickly that same day—thank you so much. By the next day my son was feeling better and said, “Karuizawa was fun—I want to stay at that Hotel again.” I’m also sorry this Review is so late. I will contact you again separately. There was an unexpected issue and I panicked a bit, but I made another special memory in Karuizawa after a long time. Thank you very much.

This was our fourth stay. This time we brought our son as well. My spouse and I stayed as usual in the Hotel building on the 3rd floor, ocean side with a balcony, and our son stayed on the same floor on the mountain side. He also seemed to really like the rooftop tent sauna. I think how wonderful this Hotel is comes across from us returning for a fourth time... We stayed in late June, and although this Review is a month later, was everything okay after the Kumamoto earthquake? It’s close by, so we’re worried.

Every summer vacation, we stay at this seaside Hotel. The Rooms in the East Wing and the amenities are truly wonderful, and we always look forward to them. One small disappointment was that last year there was a bottle of water by the sink in the bathroom, but this time it wasn’t provided. Also, the staff’s service was excellent. In the morning, when my child and I were swimming in the sea, I’m not sure if it was a staff member or a volunteer, but someone was carefully picking up litter on the beach. It was wonderful. Thanks to that, there wasn’t any trash at all on the beach in front of the Hotel, and we could swim comfortably. We’ll be back again next year. We hope it will be even more upgraded—haha.

Thank you for your hospitality. I made my Reservation early, and about a month before my stay I received a message from you. You kindly shared information and exchanged messages with me about dinner, the lounge, and more. No other Hotel has ever done this for me, so I truly appreciated it. The view during my stay was of Tokyo Skytree Town, the Room was spacious, and I could fully relax both visually and physically with the comfortable bed, view bath, two sinks, and open outlook. My plan included breakfast and dinner. The dinner in particular had such generous portions that I couldn’t finish it all, and it was delicious with a wonderful atmosphere. Including breakfast, I enjoyed Sizzler again for the first time in a while and was very satisfied. Once again, thank you very much to all the staff who supported me—not only on the day of my stay but even beforehand. I will definitely visit again.

This was my first stay. I found this Hotel online at short notice, but the 12:00 checkout and child-friendly breakfast appealed to me. The room was very clean and offered excellent value for money. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

On June 8, my spouse and I met friends from Kumamoto and had a great time eating and drinking together. They upgraded our Room to a higher grade, and my sauna-loving husband was very satisfied. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything about our stay was satisfying. The Room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and the separate bath and toilet made it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and even on a Multiple Night Stay the selection changed little by little, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by the piping-hot rice balls made on the spot—everything we tried was delicious. We’ll look for an affordable rate again and will definitely come back to stay. Thank you for accommodating our request and preparing a top-floor Room; it made our stay even more satisfying.

Although my stay was brief due to work, both check-in and check-out were smooth using the machines, and the amenities were more than sufficient, making it very comfortable. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the open, airy restaurant. Since I arrived late, there was nowhere to buy drinks or food other than the vending machines, which made me a little uneasy. However, I appreciated that the vending machines were well stocked. Above all, having a large public bath at a comfortable temperature allowed me to relax and ease my travel fatigue. The room also had a bathtub, and I thought it was wonderful to have both options available. Thank you very much.

When visiting Huis Ten Bosch, I stayed at Hotel Nikko Huis Ten Bosch. This time, I booked a Plan that included both the stay and a one-day passport for Huis Ten Bosch, and it cost 26,100 yen for two people in one Room. With the Accommodation located right next to the park and the passport included at this price, it felt like an excellent deal. The Room showed a bit of age in places, but it was well cleaned and very tidy. I had a comfortable stay with nothing in particular to complain about. Breakfast was buffet-style with a wide variety of options and generous portions. They also offered local dishes, which was a nice way to experience Nagasaki flavors. Everything was delicious, and I could eat well from the morning. Another great feature is the large public bath. After walking around Huis Ten Bosch all day, it was relaxing to soak and ease my fatigue. The bath area also had plenty of basic skincare amenities available, which made it convenient to use with almost no need to bring anything. These thoughtful touches left a great impression. Overall, between the great location, good value with the one-day passport included, tasty breakfast, and the large public bath, it was a very satisfying stay. If you want to fully enjoy Huis Ten Bosch, this is a convenient Hotel I would recommend.

Breakfast was the best among the Business Hotels I have stayed at. I ordered the Japanese set meal, and everything was delicious, especially the main salmon dish. All of the dining staff were cheerful and provided excellent service.

Stayed again. I use it for work and meetings with clients. As before, it’s a Hotel located in a love hotel district, but the Room is spacious and the bed is large, so you can sleep comfortably and relax. Dinner is included, but unfortunately prices have gone up and more menu items now require an additional fee, which was unexpected. The Room also has internet access, making it convenient for work, and overall it’s a comfortable stay.

I was extremely satisfied with everything, including the Hotel’s cleanliness, service, and baths. Just as the Reviews said, drinks and nuts are truly available to enjoy freely. What’s more, they are high-quality drinks and nuts. Breakfast is also of excellent quality. I also thought it was wonderful that containers are provided so you can take items back to your Room; however, since there are plenty of containers available, some guests may end up using more than necessary, so it might be worth adding a small limit on how they are used. Other than that, I think it’s perfect. I will definitely stay again.

Given the price, I wasn’t expecting much, but it was cleaner and more comfortable than I thought. It was great to have a large public bath, and I felt the food quality was good as well. The only downside—though it was my fault—was that I got lost on the way there and found the location a bit hard to find. Still, I’d like to stay here again.
