전국 × 오코노미야키를 맛볼 수 있는 숙소만족도 평가가 높은 호텔·료칸

This was my second stay. I stayed for one night with the goal of relaxing and unwinding away from everyday chores, work, and everything else. I really love the quiet, calming space—there’s everything you need and nothing unnecessary. The place is also very well cleaned, so I can stay comfortably without any stress. The meal (this time pork shabu-shabu) was very filling. This time I brought a little sashimi and some snacks, and had the somen noodles to finish the shabu-shabu as breakfast the next morning. The broth was incredibly delicious, and while both the meat and vegetables were great, the onions in particular were sweet and amazing. On the drive home, we ended up chatting excitedly about coming back again next autumn (laughs). In short, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a “luxury” getaway doing nothing but relaxing at a slow pace.

I stay here repeatedly because I often have errands nearby, and once again I was very satisfied with my stay since I already know how convenient everything is. It’s a 2–3 minute walk to the streetcar stop (similar to a train station), and there is also shared-bike parking in front of the Hotel entrance, though the number of spaces is limited. I think this Accommodation is truly convenient for anyone staying long-term in Hiroshima City. All Rooms are twin Rooms with double beds, and the bathrooms are very spacious, so even larger guests should be able to relax comfortably. Depending on the Room, there may be a dedicated rack for hanging a road bike and an additional closet Room for storing large luggage. If I had to mention one thing: although there are vending machines, there is no complimentary water in the Room. Since it’s about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store or the nearest supermarket, it’s better to buy drinks in advance before checking in.

I stayed for two days, and I was truly impressed by the staff’s kind and attentive service. I have stayed at many Hotels across Japan, but I was once again struck by the meticulous hospitality at Hotel Okura Kyoto. Throughout my stay, their genuine desire to help guests feel as comfortable as possible came through naturally in many situations. During my stay, I dined at the French restaurant on the 17th floor and also used room service; both the food quality and service were impeccable. More than just its Facilities or location, I feel that the staff’s hospitality itself is one of this Hotel’s greatest attractions. It was a Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again.

It was very clean and comfortable. I’d like to stay again.

This is the best Business Hotel in Osaka. Of course, there may be better Hotels at higher prices, but I think it’s the best option for under 10,000 yen per night. The peace of mind that comes from being served by Japanese staff is excellent. The only downside is that it’s hard to make a Reservation. I check it first whenever I go to Kansai, but it’s rarely available.

I always stay here when I’m on business in Onomichi or Fukuyama. With courteous service, clean rooms, and a pleasant surrounding environment, I can stay with peace of mind. I have another business trip next month and wanted to book again, but unfortunately you were fully booked, so for the first time in a while I’ll be staying at another nearby hotel. It’s disappointing, but also a little exciting. I definitely hope to stay with you again in January. Thank you for providing such a comfortable environment.

I had a great stay with your hotel in Sapporo, so I decided to book here as well. Once again, I had a very comfortable stay. It’s almost directly connected to the station, so it was easy to find places to eat and shop, and the parking lot is conveniently located right next to the hotel. I’ll likely use your hotel again on my next trip. Thank you very much.

The staff were very courteous, and the Room was clean. The bathroom was also spacious, so I could relax. At check-in, women received a one-day skincare set as a gift, and everyone was given thick hand wipes and discount coupons for the on-site restaurant, which was great. When I asked at the Western-style restaurant where we had dinner if they had tea, they kindly went out of their way to bring some from the Japanese restaurant, and I felt sorry for the trouble. If I have a chance to visit Kure again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

I have used Kansai International Airport many times, but this was my first stay at this hotel. I booked an Economy Single, but they kindly prepared a twin room for me, and I was able to relax comfortably in a spacious, clean room. My friend stayed in the North Wing and I stayed in the South Wing, so our rooms were far apart, but we had no inconvenience and were able to enjoy breakfast at a leisurely pace. Thank you very much.

The sushi and champagne pairing was a wonderful first-time experience. The Room was spacious, and it was great that we could bathe 24 hours a day. I would like to stay in a different Room next time as well.

This Hotel is conveniently located near USJ. With Universal CityWalk just nearby, it was easy to use the restaurants and convenience stores, which was a big help during our stay. The Room was clean and well maintained, and I loved the cute “WELCOME” board on the wall. It also had hooks for hanging small items, so it wasn’t just decorative but very practical. The headboard was easy to use as well, and I appreciated how thoughtfully everything was designed down to the smallest details. I’d like to stay here again when visiting USJ! I didn’t try it this time, but I’d like to have breakfast next time.

Close to Osaka Station, the lounge was fantastic—from tea to beer and other drinks, plus delicious snacks. I had an amazing time with my friends. This time, our main plans were visiting the Nakanoshima Museum of Art and chatting. We decided we’ll stay here again next time. I recommended it to both family and friends.

The service, rooms, and meals—everything about this Hotel was wonderful. The lounge was even more comfortable than expected, and I would love to stay again. All the food was delicious, but the only disappointment was the okonomiyaki. There was also a great variety of drinks, including plenty of alcoholic options. I couldn’t make it during afternoon tea due to other plans, so I’d definitely like to try it next time.

This was my third stay, the first in several years. I was truly impressed by the staff’s warm smiles, thoughtful and professional attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality that feels personal to each guest. Thanks to them, I enjoyed a comfortable 3-night, 4-day stay. All of the meals were delicious—the Japanese and Western breakfast options, sea bream chazuke, and the shabu-shabu dinner course. The portions were just right as well. I especially appreciated being able to enjoy everything in my Room. The drink service in the lounge and other touches were also very well considered. The Room was cleaned thoroughly down to every detail, making my stay very pleasant. I’d love to visit again before the new outlet opens next year (while Reservations are still available). Thank you very much for everything.

I decided that morning to have the breakfast buffet. I really enjoyed the Hiroshima local specialties—dumpling soup with shiratama, steamed egg custard with oysters, and dried nodoguro fish; everything was delicious. I usually choose No Meals Included no matter which Hotel I stay at, but this time it was absolutely the right choice. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Check-in at 9:00 PM Check-out at 6:00 AM I didn’t have much time to relax, but I was very satisfied. A young male staff member at the front desk assisted me politely and professionally. Thank you very much. The parking lot was spacious, which was very helpful.

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Hiroshima Station, they stored our luggage before and after check-in, which made sightseeing very easy. When I called with a question about the Plan, the staff were very kind, and everyone at the front desk was polite and pleasant. The Room was spacious with a great view, and having the bath and toilet separate allowed us to relax comfortably. I did notice some dust had accumulated on top of the mirror above the sink, but everything else was clean. The breakfast venue also had a wonderful view, and we enjoyed it in a great atmosphere. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay, I wished there had been a bit more variety in the menu. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a baseball game. It’s a bit far from the stadium, but I always choose the Hatchobori area because I plan to go bar-hopping. Having a separate bath and toilet was really appreciated after being out in the heat. There wasn’t any tea in the Room—maybe it was included with the amenities given at check-in? I’d like tea and coffee to be stocked in the Room.

First time staying here. The room was small, but it had the basic amenities, and the location was great—since it rained heavily during my stay, it was very convenient for getting anywhere. However, because the room has an open atrium design, the air conditioning worked very poorly and it felt hot. Also, while expensive coffee was provided in the room, there were no tea or black tea bags. At breakfast, I chose a seat facing the window to enjoy the view, but the greenery displayed by the window got in the way and blocked some of the lighting, so unfortunately the meal didn’t look as appetizing as it should have.

I stayed here with my son when he was still little, more than ten years ago. I still remember how convenient the washing area was and how fun it was to have okonomiyaki for breakfast. This time, since it was close to the venue for a concert my son wanted to attend, we chose it without hesitation and enjoyed a relaxing two-night stay. Just as I remembered, the atmosphere was bright and welcoming, and all the staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable too, with items like deep-fried momiji manju, and we were able to make more wonderful memories. Thank you very much.
