This Accommodation has become more upscale in recent years and is now a bit of a splurge for me, so I visited this time to take advantage of a great deal. As always, the Onsen was wonderful, the meals were delicious, and the Room was spacious and very comfortable. I was also happy that you remembered my various requests from previous stays. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality again—I’d love to visit again when I find another opportunity.

I first learned about this Accommodation in a travel magazine and had wanted to visit for years. From the moment I made my Reservation, the staff reached out several times with thoughtful messages, which felt truly warm and welcoming. I’m grateful for their kind advice on transportation as well as nearby recommended spots and restaurants. Set on a vast property, the Accommodation offers wonderful views, and I was thrilled to encounter deer while strolling around. The Onsen had excellent water quality, the Facility was well maintained, and I was able to unwind and soothe my fatigue while enjoying the scenery. A local regular I spoke with in the bath said they stay here every month—I couldn’t help but envy them. It was an outstanding Accommodation where both mind and body could fully relax. I would love to visit again. Every staff member was gentle and attentive, and their hospitality made it possible for me to truly feel at ease throughout my stay—each day felt happy. We stayed in Yokohama on the first day, visited Yokosuka on the second day, and decided to stay overnight on the Miura Peninsula. The Accommodation is a renovated historic building, and it beautifully preserves the original design from that time inside—it was truly atmospheric and moving. Our child was also surprised at how spacious and clean it was. Miura may not have the flashy feel of other tourist spots, but we were impressed by how many buildings have a nostalgic, old-fashioned charm. In the evening we went to a nearby seafood restaurant, and it was outstanding. I also highly recommend taking the Nijiiro Sakana-go boat tour. The staff at the Accommodation were very kind as well. Thank you very much.

From welcome to farewell, the hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member assisted us sincerely at a very high level. The property is quiet, calm, and comfortable—hard to believe you’re in Ginza. A highly functional Room where attention to detail is evident throughout and everything feels thoughtfully designed. We also appreciated the semi-open-air style indoor bath spacious enough to lie back in, as well as the dimmable lighting system in the washroom. Above all, the cuisine was exceptional—fresh ingredients paired with unexpected combinations and seasonings that delighted us. The rooftop footbath and free-flow drinks were perfect for us. With not a single negative point during our stay, we can’t stop thinking about visiting other “Fufu” properties. Next time, we might choose “Jogashima.”

This is a perfect Accommodation no matter when you visit. It was Kyoto in extreme heat, but thanks to your thoughtful care in many ways, we had a wonderful time. The pike conger is a must in this season; it is an additional-order dish, but highly recommended. We are planning to visit again in autumn.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the hospitality was truly wonderful and deeply impressed us. The proprietress quickly remembered my daughter’s name and even came to greet us at dinner, and the staff who served our meal had such warm smiles. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. We were also able to relax and fully enjoy the Onsen. I was happy that we could take a photo with the proprietress when we checked out. I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at a comfortable pace. It was quiet and spotless throughout, and the Onsen was incredibly open and wonderful. Every meal was deeply delicious. This time, I stayed in a Heritage balcony Room. I wondered if it might be too hot this season, but the evening breeze was pleasant, and I was able to relax with drinks from room service. For dinner, I dined at Toh-Ka-Lin, and the next morning I had breakfast at Nouvelle Epoque. Everything—from delicious dining to the gym, spa, and pool—was available within the Hotel, so I could truly unwind and enjoy a genuinely luxurious stay. The entire property was clean and quiet throughout, and the staff’s hospitality struck the perfect balance: not too close or too distant, yet always attentive with thoughtful care. An unexpected issue came up during my stay, but even then the Hotel team responded with kindness and meticulous consideration. It reminded me once again of how exceptional Japanese Hotels are—especially Okura. I would love to visit again.

On my way back from a business trip to Tokyo, I planned a visit to Nikko Toshogu Shrine, which I had long wanted to see. I stayed one night at an Accommodation in Kinugawa Onsen. I chose it after searching with conditions such as having an in-Room Onsen bath and being reasonably priced. The lobby was well maintained, and the hallways were very clean as well. Our Room had an Onsen bath and two separate rooms, so my wife went to the large public bath while I enjoyed the in-Room bath. The meals were very delicious, and the portions were just right—slightly on the generous side. It was a quiet Accommodation where I could relax in the Onsen, which was wonderful. Many of the staff seemed to be from overseas, but everyone was polite and courteous. One thing that concerned me was that when I opened the window by the in-Room bath, there were quite a few spider webs. Also, insects gathered on the window at night so we couldn’t open it; I thought that if there had been a screen door or similar, we could have opened it. If I have another chance to visit nearby, I would like to stay again.

We stayed for one night in Yayoi in July with our dog as a couple. We’ve stayed at many dog-friendly Accommodations, and this is the best one for us. I especially love sulfur Onsen, and while other dog-friendly Accommodations we’ve stayed at had Onsen, none had sulfur springs. Here, there is also a free-flowing natural hot spring bath in the Room, so we didn’t have to leave our dog waiting to go to a public bath. Even though many places don’t allow dogs in the bathroom area, this Accommodation provided a dog bathtub, shampoo, and towels—I've never stayed anywhere so thoughtful. Our senior large dog kept coming to watch us enjoy the Onsen with curiosity. Just walking through the spilled water from the free-flowing sulfur spring at the washing area turned his rough, cracked paw pads into smooth ones—just like the Reviews said. It’s truly an amazing Onsen. The Imabari bath towel after bathing was fluffy and very comfortable. Since it was a No Meals Included stay, we mainly brought takeout from Nasu restaurants. We also bought Nasu cheese and sausages along with drinks and snacks, and picked up bread and yogurt for breakfast at a nearby shop before heading to the Accommodation. With the best sulfur Onsen, delicious food and drinks from Nasu, a quiet setting, we were able to relax completely. Our dog also seemed very satisfied with the cool highland climate, peaceful greenery-filled surroundings, and private feel without running into other dogs—he looked truly relaxed. All of us were soothed by both nature and the Onsen and went home extremely happy. My husband said he wants to come again in winter too—so we’ll be making another Reservation. Our adults-only family stay was wonderful. With spacious beds, a Room featuring an open-air Onsen bath, and a location overlooking Matsuyama Castle, we ended up spending a lot of time relaxing in the Room. The amenities were excellent, including the in-room hair dryer (it was a ReFa), and every detail was thoughtfully arranged to eliminate the little stresses that can come with traveling. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and generously portioned, and we truly felt the warm hospitality throughout our stay. As a souvenir, we bought the diffuser that scented the property; its fresh citrus fragrance still brings back memories of our lovely time here even after returning home. Thank you very much. This is an Accommodation I would highly recommend to anyone planning to visit Dogo Onsen.

The guest room, hospitality and service, Onsen, Facility, and meals—everything far exceeded my expectations, and I was amazed at how satisfied I was. The atmosphere of the bath and the water were especially wonderful; I wanted to stay in forever. The food was also outstanding, and my wife was delighted. We also enjoyed playing table tennis, and thanks to the light exercise and the Onsen, we slept soundly at night—better than at home. We will definitely return together. I truly enjoyed Kanazawa’s cuisine from the bottom of my heart. I learned so much—about Kanazawa’s culture and local ingredients. This is purely my personal impression, but I felt that the guest rooms, dining, and hospitality were on par with luxury hotels I have stayed at in Japan and abroad, such as Aman, Bulgari, Okura, and Palace.

We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here on my birthday last year and had a wonderful time, so this time I stayed for two nights to celebrate my friend’s birthday as well. The meals, the baths, and the hospitality were all excellent—I was completely satisfied! I’m also grateful to the staff member who took care of us. Thank you for bringing the cake to our Room after dinner. I was also happy to receive the flower gift from the Accommodation. We could see the ocean from our Room, and it almost felt like a waste to go out. It’s quite far from Yokohama, but I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you as well for the Diamond Member benefits. We went fishing, but perhaps as a safety precaution, the barbs on the hooks were too small and we couldn’t keep bait on them. Since I usually enjoy fishing, it was disappointing, but next time I’d like to bring my own hooks and bait.

We stayed as a group of five with our daughter and son-in-law and our 5-month-old grandchild. It was our grandchild’s very first trip and their first Onsen experience. As it was a weekday, we were upgraded to the highest-grade Room, which made our stay extremely comfortable with no inconveniences at all. The attendant who looked after us seemed relatively new, but provided courteous service with care in every detail. The private open-air bath was wonderful, and we enjoyed delicious meals. The simmered golden eye snapper in particular had a gentle seasoning and was outstanding. It was also our first time trying the mixed breakfast dish, and it was very tasty. The location is close to Atami Ginza and Sun Beach, making it perfect for strolling around and enjoying local food. Thanks to you, it was a truly satisfying trip in every way. Thank you very much.

Thanks to the information you shared with us by email in advance, we were able to arrive smoothly at Yukaen by shuttle bus on the day. Check-in was also explained carefully, and we stayed comfortably throughout. We considered sightseeing on the second day, but since we had fully enjoyed Chuson-ji Temple on the first day, we decided to focus on relaxing and enjoying the Onsen. We booked a head and hand course at Nagomi-yu for day use, had lunch, and spent a very restful time. The fried shrimp and minced meat cutlet we ordered for daytime drinks were impressively generous portions, and everything was delicious. The lounge pancakes were also great—we finished them in no time. Dinner on the second night featured a different menu from the first, so we could enjoy a new atmosphere as well. The hospitality truly felt guest-focused and very comfortable; my friend and I said we'd love to come back as we left the Accommodation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was our first stay as a family trip. The meals, the baths, and the hospitality were all extremely satisfying. Every dish was made with local ingredients, and the seasoning brought out the natural flavors—exactly to our taste. We also enjoyed relaxing in the log-cabin-style restaurant while looking out at the garden. We used only the open-air bath. Even though it was raining, the water temperature was just right and helped us unwind. *Since it’s completely outdoors, those who dislike insects may want to avoid it in summer—they do fly around. The female staff member at reception during check-in impressed me with her proactive, exemplary hospitality. I stay at Hotels for a change of pace, and this Hotel made me feel at ease in every way—facilities, staff, and overall comfort—with no small discomforts. It was part of the Plan, but I gladly took them up on it and stayed for 24 hours. At reception, they said, “Please let us know if there is anything you need,” showing a positive attitude. At the restaurant as well: “Please relax and enjoy your stay.” They even asked, “Did you sleep well?” You don’t often hear that elsewhere. It had been a while since I stayed at a major international chain Hotel, and their training truly showed. The Room design is also charming. I can see why it’s popular with guests from both Japan and abroad.

Although I often stay in Kirishima Onsen, this was my first time in Hitoyoshi Onsen, so I chose a relatively new Accommodation. It turned out to be the perfect choice, and on the way home my companion and I kept saying, “We’re glad we picked this place.” First of all, the Facility itself is new and very well cleaned, so check-in felt comfortable and pleasant. Next, the baths: both the indoor bath and open-air bath are stone-built with deep tubs; the water was pleasantly hot and gentle on the skin—truly a “beauty bath” quality—and I was very satisfied. Meals were served for both breakfast and dinner using local ingredients in thoughtful detail; everything was delicious in just the right portions. When visiting Kumamoto I had been hoping for basashi (horse sashimi), but it wasn’t included in this Plan; it was available to order separately, so I enjoyed it that way. What helped us most was assistance with making Reservations for lunch the next day and for activity facilities, as well as answering detailed questions. They kindly accommodated our requests—such as “I want to eat seasonal salt-grilled ayu” and “I’d like to try pottery on a wheel”—all with a smile. Thank you also for seeing us off even in light rain without opening an umbrella. The salt-grilled ayu at the restaurant you recommended was excellent, and we each made pottery pieces (a plate, a bowl, and a beer glass). After firing them in the kiln, they will be glazed in our requested colors that same day and then shipped to our home once finished—we’re looking forward to receiving them. I would love to visit again; however, there is one disappointing point: there is only one Room type available for stays of two or more people, so I would appreciate more options.
