I always stay here when I’m on business in Osaka—it’s my go-to Accommodation. Above all, the breakfast is excellent. It seems word has gotten around about how good it is, and when I arrived on time I was told breakfast was fully booked. They said they could prepare seating outside the dining area, past the front desk, but since I wanted to go back for the buffet a few times, that felt a bit inconvenient… so I waited until a seat opened up. However, breakfast slots are divided into one-hour time blocks and you receive an advance card beforehand, so I assumed there would be a limit on the number of guests. The staff member explained that “there are many solo guests.” If that’s the case, I’d like to see some kind of improvement—such as making it clear via the advance card how much table space will be used, or distributing only as many advance cards as can accommodate everyone even if they are dining alone. Since this is before heading to work, time really matters. Because of this time loss (I think), I missed out on the limited-quantity pudding. Disappointing. (Though I was able to have it the next day.) My Room was on the women-only floor, and the hair dryer was very easy to use. When I looked it up because I wanted to buy one myself, it turned out to be quite high-end—so that alone made me very satisfied. I also appreciated having bottled water in the Room. The coffee was delicious too. I definitely want to stay here again next time.

This was my first time staying at Vischio, and choosing this property based on the Reviews was absolutely the right decision. It’s close to the station, the Room was clean, and the Onsen was spacious and spotless with everything I needed—perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Adding breakfast was also a great choice. There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything—from fruit to desserts—was very delicious. It’s not unnecessarily luxurious, but it’s modern, clean, and has everything you need, so it was a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

The welcome herbal water drink was delicious—absolutely amazing!! This is truly a tropical paradise, a Resort Hotel. The view from the ocean-view Room was breathtaking—it really felt like “time, please stop!” As we left the Hotel from the parking lot, a handsome front desk staff member waved goodbye, which left a wonderful impression. It was an excellent Hotel that made us want to come back.

It was very close to Hakata Station and extremely convenient. The Room was more spacious than expected and very clean, so I was satisfied. The front desk staff were also friendly and provided excellent service. I will definitely stay again.

Thank you for having me for one night. Not because I’m a senior, but when choosing a Hotel, having a large bath is an important requirement for me. Just like in Sapporo, I was able to enjoy a very pleasant bath. This trip wasn’t specifically to visit Sendai, but next time I’d like to plan an itinerary that includes staying at this Hotel again. Also, three hours after checkout I realized I had forgotten my glasses, and when I returned your staff handled it properly and I was able to retrieve them. Thank you very much.

As I was traveling alone as a woman, I decided to try the ladies-only floor, and it was excellent. There were basic skincare amenities, and there was also a bottle of cleansing oil in the bathroom. The Room had a hair iron, and I was impressed to find an electric foot massager as well. This may be available on other floors too, but there were free dispensers in the hallway for tea and a sports drink–style water, so I didn’t need to buy bottled drinks. The Room was clean, the location was convenient, and it offered great value for money. I’d love to stay here again.

I stayed here for a concert at Tokyo Dome last time, and this time for a live show at the Japan National Stadium. It’s close to the nearest station, and there is also a shopping complex with restaurants and convenience stores on the way from the station to the Hotel, which is very convenient. I was also happy to have a ReFa hair dryer in the ladies’ room. Breakfast was very delicious.

It’s right across the road from Matsue Station, but you have to use an underground passage, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have luggage. The Hotel is clean, and amenities (including water) are available in the lobby for you to take what you need. The dinner and breakfast are buffet-style; the selection is neither too large nor too small, and felt just right. There are many dessert options, but I wished there were a bit more creativity—fewer choices with higher quality would be better.

This was my first time staying here. I’d been curious for a while, and it was just as I expected—I really liked it. The building may not be brand-new, but perhaps it has been renovated; I had no inconveniences at all. The meals and the bath were both very relaxing. If my schedule allows, I’d like to visit again later this year for about two nights, and I look forward to staying with you again then.

Although I live in Kyoto City, I chose this Hotel because I wanted to enjoy an Onsen and a delicious breakfast close by without traveling far. The result was a truly wonderful stay that left me completely satisfied and thinking, “I definitely want to come back!” The cute yet elegant, almost overseas-like atmosphere lifted my spirits the moment I arrived. The door leading to the guest Room floors requires you to tap your Room key card, which felt secure and luxurious. I also enjoyed the organic drip coffee in my Room as a welcome drink, and it instantly made me feel relaxed and happy. As for the Onsen—what a treat! I enjoyed it three times: in the evening, before bed, and again in the morning. I was especially delighted by the complimentary beer service at the spa lounge available with bathing until 6:00 p.m. I drank about half in the lounge and took the rest back to my Room; enjoying it while watching Kyoto’s cityscape shift from dusk into neon-lit night through the window was simply perfect. What impressed me most during this stay was breakfast! When entering the venue, as soon as the receptionist greeted me cheerfully, all of the staff inside welcomed me with “Good morning,” which instantly made me feel excited. Even though I was dining alone, their thoughtful hospitality felt warm, and I remained comfortable throughout. Every dish—Japanese and Western—was truly delicious. From freshly made dashimaki tamago prepared by the chef to Kyoto-style obanzai side dishes and detox water, I enjoyed sampling many different items little by little. Their smart service—quietly clearing empty plates each time I stood up—was also very pleasant, and before I knew it, an hour had passed as I savored breakfast. This may have been one of the most satisfying breakfasts I've ever had. Since checkout is at 11:00 a.m., it was also a great memory being able to visit nearby Rokkakudo Temple after breakfast. This is truly a treasure of a Hotel—easy to reach by public transportation, with high-quality Onsen facilities and an outstanding breakfast that leaves you feeling refreshed. I'd love to recommend it to friends around me, and I'll definitely be back myself! Thank you for such a lovely time.

This was my first stay, and the hotel’s convenient location near the station, the late-night curry, and the excellent breakfast were especially appreciated for a business trip. It’s also close to Nakasu’s yatai food stalls and Tenjin, making it easy to get a feel for the local atmosphere—great for conversation topics during business meetings.

I stayed here when visiting Kobe for a concert at GLION Arena. It was very convenient and close to Sannomiya. The Hotel staff were very welcoming and left a great impression. I was able to refill drinking water for free, which helped me avoid heatstroke in the scorching Kobe heat.

This time, my parents and I stayed here. We’ve stayed about four times, but it had been a while since our last visit. The staff’s service here is truly outstanding. I’ve stayed at many Accommodations, and this ranks among the top one or two. Thank you very much.

I stayed in the Women-Only Ladies’ Room (No Meals Included). I visit Sendai a few times a year with an overnight stay, but this was my first time using this Hotel. What made me choose it among many Hotels was the women-only floor with security access and the separate bathroom. The Room had been renovated and was very clean. The loungewear was a two-piece set, and the amenities were high-quality—something you’d expect from a ladies’ room—which really lifted my mood. There is also a water dispenser on each floor, so it’s helpful that there’s no need to buy bottled water. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. I initially thought it might be a bit far from the station, but it turned out to be no problem at all. Next time, I’d like to try the breakfast.

With its convenient location near the station and direct access via an underground passage, it was very easy to get around without getting wet even on rainy days. From the 7th-floor lobby, we could see the area around the station and distant mountain ranges, and the view was excellent. In the lobby, hot coffee and an apple vinegar drink were available at all times, and it was also very convenient that each floor had ice and a water dispenser. What impressed me most was breakfast. The Hokkaido-style seafood rice bowl came with both steamed rice and sushi rice options, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy everything you’d hope for in Hokkaido at once—soft-serve ice cream, stir-fried jingisukan (grilled mutton), soup curry, and more. The dining staff were attentive as well, so there was none of the stress that can come with buffet-style dining; they made the trip feel even more special. The guest room had a combined bath-and-toilet unit bathroom without a separate washing area, but it was relatively spacious and I didn’t find it inconvenient. I previously stayed at another Hotel in this group in Tamachi, and I feel this group’s strengths are guest-focused service and breakfasts that exceed expectations. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

I stayed for 4 nights. Since it was a hot season, I really appreciated the unlimited soft drinks. They also provided loungewear, towels, earplugs, cleansing oil, toner, and hair oil, which was truly convenient. The place was well cleaned and very comfortable.

I used this place for the first time to meet a friend who lives along the Chuo Line. I chose it because of its high Reviews, and it made sense once I realized at check-in that it’s part of a karaoke chain I often use. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of shops along the way, so you won’t have any trouble. Plus, inside the Facility you can enjoy various light snacks and drinks for free, which was a big help during this hot season since I didn’t have to walk around outside much. There’s no elevator in the Facility, so going back and forth between the 1st floor (lockers) and the 4th floor (dining area) is a bit tiring, but it’s manageable—almost like good exercise. Loungewear and towels are freely available, and amenities are well stocked throughout, so there’s no need to bring extra items. The large public bath was more spacious than expected, and I was surprised they even had both a mist sauna and a tent sauna. For light meals, they served ramen and dashi ochazuke from late afternoon into the evening. Drinks included alcohol as well. In the morning there were curry and dashi ochazuke, plus pancakes and cereal. It also seemed like miso soup and the drink bar were available at all times during my stay. I’ve stayed in many capsule hotels before, but thanks in part to how considerate other guests were, this was by far the most comfortable capsule experience I’ve had—including both amenities and overall comfort inside. The price may be slightly higher than average, but service is attentive down to small details, so overall satisfaction is high. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have another chance.

This was my second stay. I really appreciate that bath amenities include bath salts. The Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, so it was great being able to watch Netflix and YouTube. I stayed on the 3rd floor and couldn’t hear any outside noise. I thought the breakfast was better than last time. There were also some dishes I hadn’t seen before (I can’t remember the name, but something like fish tempura mixed with a sauce?), and it was delicious! All-you-can-eat Blue Seal ice cream is also a big plus. (You scoop it yourself with a disher.) There were three flavors, and I went back for seconds twice. Next time I stay, I’ll definitely book breakfast again.

From the elevated walkway outside the East Exit on the 2nd floor of Takasaki Station, I could spot the colorful neon sign for “HOTEL123,” so I found my way there without getting lost. Since I’m terrible with directions and arrived late at night, I might not have made it there so smoothly without that sign. Even though it was late, the front desk staff kindly explained the room key and Facilities, which made check-in feel reassuring. There was a convenience store about a 3-minute walk away, so I could pick up a late-night snack. That said, there was also a light-snack vending machine on the same floor as the front desk, which seemed handy if you just want something small. The Room does feel its age, but it was thoroughly cleaned and spotless—nothing to complain about. Having a large public bath where you can stretch out and soak was especially appreciated after long-distance travel. (As others have mentioned in their Reviews, it is on the smaller side, but still more than sufficient.) The water temperature may come down to preference, but it could be slightly hotter. The drink bar next to the front desk had an impressive selection—I was surprised they even offered consommé soup and miso soup. Being able to get both fluids and salt from soups may be part of their consideration for preventing heat exhaustion. Breakfast is included for free so I didn’t expect much, but it exceeded expectations by far: white rice, several kinds of bread, and multiple Japanese- and Western-style side dishes. I was very satisfied. This Hotel offers thoughtful service that anticipates guests’ needs despite its reasonable price point, and I’d like to stay here again next time I visit Takasaki.

I stayed at this hotel to visit the Pokémon Observatory ~Sagamihara City Museum~. Although I was initially confused about access from Musashi-Kosugi, it became easy to travel back and forth afterward. The natural onsen, which is one of my key points when choosing accommodation, was great, and the selection of pillows was also nice. Breakfast was delicious! Since it was an unmanned reception system, I deducted one star as I couldn't evaluate that aspect (though I didn't feel any inconvenience). I would like to stay here again if given the chance (I really liked the town of Musashi-Kosugi).
