The female staff member at reception during check-in impressed me with her proactive, exemplary hospitality. I stay at Hotels for a change of pace, and this Hotel made me feel at ease in every way—facilities, staff, and overall comfort—with no small discomforts. It was part of the Plan, but I gladly took them up on it and stayed for 24 hours. At reception, they said, “Please let us know if there is anything you need,” showing a positive attitude. At the restaurant as well: “Please relax and enjoy your stay.” They even asked, “Did you sleep well?” You don’t often hear that elsewhere. It had been a while since I stayed at a major international chain Hotel, and their training truly showed. The Room design is also charming. I can see why it’s popular with guests from both Japan and abroad.

Not to mention the Facility, amenities, and meals, the hospitality was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived at the Accommodation until check-out, we received truly exceptional service. This time, our main purpose was to visit Inuyama Castle and we chose this Accommodation for that reason, but next time we’d like to make staying here the purpose of our trip. Thank you very much for everything.

On a midsummer night, I arrived exhausted from the heat and work. As soon as I stepped into the new, sophisticated entrance, it was cool, pleasantly scented, and calming—I felt relieved. After check-in, a staff member explained the Facility and amenities. Their gentle service was perfect for guests who just want to sleep. There were several types of bath salts available, and the basic skincare set was Sekkisei. When I entered the Room, I could clearly see the well-maintained lawn in front of the station and the trains through the window. Watching the nighttime scene outside from a clean, cool Room made me sleepy little by little. I was also happy to find Chill Out and chocolate in the refrigerator. The shower head was ReFa, and the hair dryer was Dyson. It was comfortable and I slept very well. This is a new, clean, modern Hotel where you can sleep comfortably in an urban setting. The staff were calm, gentle, and wonderful as well. I will stay here again.

The staff provided excellent service, and the amenities were well stocked. The bathroom also had a separate washing area, so we could relax and enjoy a comfortable soak. After watching Disney’s nighttime show, Maihama Station was extremely crowded, so staying at this Hotel near Maihama Station was very convenient.

Quiet and reassuring. Impeccably clean. From the stairs to the lobby, every space reflects the owner’s attention to detail. My favorite is the wraparound balcony—spending Kyoto’s magic hour here always leaves me feeling quietly happy.

This time, my parents and I stayed here. We’ve stayed about four times, but it had been a while since our last visit. The staff’s service here is truly outstanding. I’ve stayed at many Accommodations, and this ranks among the top one or two. Thank you very much.

I stay here repeatedly because I often have errands nearby, and once again I was very satisfied with my stay since I already know how convenient everything is. It’s a 2–3 minute walk to the streetcar stop (similar to a train station), and there is also shared-bike parking in front of the Hotel entrance, though the number of spaces is limited. I think this Accommodation is truly convenient for anyone staying long-term in Hiroshima City. All Rooms are twin Rooms with double beds, and the bathrooms are very spacious, so even larger guests should be able to relax comfortably. Depending on the Room, there may be a dedicated rack for hanging a road bike and an additional closet Room for storing large luggage. If I had to mention one thing: although there are vending machines, there is no complimentary water in the Room. Since it’s about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store or the nearest supermarket, it’s better to buy drinks in advance before checking in.

We stayed as a family of four. The annex was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All the staff were kind, which made our stay very pleasant. The meals were just the right taste and portion size, so we didn’t end up feeling uncomfortably full, which we really appreciated. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

The complimentary treats like popcorn and shaved ice were especially great, and we also enjoyed fun extras such as the bubble bath. Since children stay free, it’s an excellent choice for families with kids. If I have a chance to visit Osaka again, I’d love to stay here. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Thanks to the Diamond member benefit, we received a Room upgrade. The moment we stepped inside, the space was so generous that I couldn’t help but say, “Wow.” The interior was consistently styled with a Kyoto-inspired Japanese aesthetic, creating a wonderfully calm atmosphere. The indirect lighting was thoughtfully designed, and the Room felt especially lovely at night. The tableware included beautiful, like-new pieces from Noritake and HARIO. My personal favorite was the bath salts—soaking in the tub while surrounded by natural aromas was truly relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, and having it delivered to our Room made everything feel effortless. Rather than a Hotel stay, it felt like relaxing in a private residence. This time we stayed for one night, but it’s an Accommodation where I’d love to enjoy a Multiple Night Stay at a slower pace. All staff were polite and kind, which made us feel at ease. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I checked in at night, and although it was fairly crowded, the staff handled everything smoothly and discreetly handed me a bag for the amenities. When I entered the Room and opened the curtains, I could see the lights of the Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama, which was exciting for us with DisneySea planned for the next day! Above all, the Facility was excellent. The next day we stayed at an official Hotel, but this Accommodation was better. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay in four years, and I was completely satisfied with everything—the clean Facilities and the thoughtful care from the staff. I could also clearly see your environmental initiatives, and it really felt like you are making a genuine effort. Breakfast was carefully prepared item by item, and the health-conscious dishes were delicious as well. In the evening, since my birthday is next week, my friend ordered champagne via room service, and when the staff member delivering it heard that, they brought me chocolates. I truly appreciated that kind gesture. I would love to stay again for a special occasion.

I stayed around April for a live concert trip. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and attentive, and the hospitality was excellent. They kindly agreed to store my luggage, which was a great help. I believe I chose the lowest-grade Room, but it was very spacious, spotless throughout, and comfortable. When I visit the Kansai area again, I would love to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days starting on 8/19. The number of guests changed every day, so we had to move Rooms. Each time, you carried our luggage to the next Room and arranged for us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which was very helpful. The MUJI room for four people was truly wonderful. The three-person Room was also spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably. Thank you very much for all your help. It was a very enjoyable Hotel stay. I would like to stay again. I stayed for two nights on the Imperial Floor, and since I love drinks, it was such a happy stay just thinking back on it! I thought I’d relax in my Room, but between the pool, gym, lounge, and exploring the Hotel, I was happily busy the whole time! I was a bit worried about whether we could truly enjoy our stay with a baby, but thanks to the support of everyone at the Hotel, we had a very meaningful time. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and we received plenty of amenities—absolutely satisfying. The skincare items were from a French brand and I really loved the scent. We were also given bath salts—such wonderful attention to detail! They smelled great as well. They immediately pushed the beds together to help prevent our baby from falling off, and they also prepared a high-quality crib and even a diaper disposal bin—I truly appreciated it all. At the lounge, we could enjoy alcohol at any time of day. The always-available sweets were all Hotel-made and delicious; I especially loved the truffle-flavored kaki no tane. The plated service was also excellent! The staff were easy to talk to, and even when I visited the lounge many times, they welcomed me warmly without making me feel like “Oh, you’re here again!”—which made me very happy. We couldn’t bring our baby into the lounge, but in its own way that felt like part of the experience too! It may feel less extensive compared with The Ritz-Carlton’s lounge, but it offered different kinds of enjoyment—and I left feeling completely happy. The pool and gym were authentic facilities and so much fun! Since I’m not used to gym equipment in everyday life, when I asked how to use it they explained everything kindly—it was very comfortable. Being able to use a golf driving range as well made it even more fulfilling! For breakfast we used Nadaman and Room Service—both were absolutely right choices! At Nadaman they provided rice porridge for our baby. With an outstanding view from our seats as well, it became a wonderful memory. Room Service let us enjoy breakfast elegantly in our spacious Room! Not having to move around adds an extra special feeling. After checkout we used the baby room facilities as well—they were extremely comfortable! We’re not experienced with things like diapers or preparing milk support services etc., so we ended up using it for quite a long time; they accommodated us kindly throughout and it truly warmed my heart. I had been anxious about whether we would be able to enjoy this stay at all—but those worries turned out to be unnecessary. We enjoyed every part of this Hotel more than enough! Thank you so much. I’m looking forward to staying again!

This was my long-awaited trip to Huis Ten Bosch. I considered staying at one of the official Hotels inside the park, but chose this Hotel for its extensive Facilities, the large number of positive Reviews, and the reassurance of the Okura brand. Even before arriving at the main entrance by car, I was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the building’s exterior. The stunning stepped atrium from the 1st to 3rd floors also set an exciting tone for a truly luxurious stay. The female bell staff member was exceptionally polite and kind, saying, “We’ll take your luggage up via a separate elevator, so please go ahead to your Room.” When I entered, there was an adorable teddy bear on the table by the window. The message card read, “Happy Birthday,” and since it was my birthday month, it was such a delightful surprise! She also wished me a happy birthday in person, which really moved me. From my Room we could see not only Huis Ten Bosch but also views out to open water—an amazing panorama. It was during the Obon holiday period so there must have been many guests staying, yet thanks to how spacious the Hotel is overall, it never felt crowded. Above all else, every staff member’s attentive service stood out. I’ve stayed at many Hotels and usually find something to complain about somewhere—but this time there wasn’t a single issue, and I enjoyed every moment in complete comfort. While this is clearly a Hotel designed with visits to Huis Ten Bosch in mind, once you cross the bridge there’s also a JR station (remarkably close to the waterfront), so on day two we took the train and went as far as Sasebo. It’s also very useful as a base for sightseeing in Nagasaki City or Sasebo. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety with plenty of both Japanese and Western options—I ended up eating far too much. This was my first time visiting Nagasaki and Huis Ten Bosch, and it became an unforgettable trip full of wonderful memories. Next time I’d love to stay longer—this truly is an outstanding Hotel. Because we were visiting DisneySea in midsummer with two young grandchildren, we entered the park at a relaxed pace with an After 5 ticket. I had hoped to have lunch at “La La Italiana” inside the Hotel, but it was fully booked even on a weekday, which showed how popular it is. Since I really wanted to try it, I made a Reservation for lunch the next day. We checked in at 3:00 PM and took a short break before heading to DisneySea. There were frequent shuttle buses from the Hotel to the park, which was very convenient. Being able to borrow a stroller also greatly reduced the burden of getting around with our suitcases, and it helped us a lot. The 56 m² Room felt spacious, and the view from the 19th floor was great. The bathroom had an outside view and there was also a separate shower room. Because we reserved a Room with ReFa products, one shower head was ReFa and the other could switch to a tornado-style water flow—both were comfortable to use. After returning from the park, it was also helpful that we could use the Onsen “Hohoemi-no-Yu,” where our family could bathe one after another without hassle. For breakfast, they prepared seating for us on the 22nd floor so we could enjoy the view while having delicious food. The menu ranged from classics to gentle options for early mornings such as seafood rice porridge, as well as dashi chazuke where you can top rice with items like mentaiko or shiokara and pour broth over it—everything was excellent. The other dishes were mildly seasoned too, and I was happy they also offered a limited-time acai smoothie. I visited La La Italiana—which I had wanted to try after reading Reviews—after breakfast hours when it still wasn’t very quiet inside, but every dish was delicious. The prosciutto in particular had a mild saltiness that suited my taste perfectly. It was also great to drizzle honey over their cream (made by combining fresh cream and butter) and spread it on moist focaccia. The homemade salad dressing was tasty as well, making this an overall highly satisfying meal. Overall, this is a great-value Hotel where everything—from Facilities and dining to service—felt comfortable, and our family truly enjoyed our stay.

Surrounded by delicious meals, a free-flowing natural hot spring bath, and adorable cats, I was able to spend a gentle, peaceful time. Thank you very much.

This is the best Business Hotel in Osaka. Of course, there may be better Hotels at higher prices, but I think it’s the best option for under 10,000 yen per night. The peace of mind that comes from being served by Japanese staff is excellent. The only downside is that it’s hard to make a Reservation. I check it first whenever I go to Kansai, but it’s rarely available.
