Although we did not use the restaurant this time, we found the Room size, in-room environment, and Hotel security to be excellent. The service from the front desk and lounge staff was also very good, making our trip truly relaxing. The large public bath helped relieve our fatigue, and it was a pleasant bonus that the lounge is available in the morning as well. When we visit Sapporo again, we would like to stay at your Hotel again and enjoy the dining too.

This was my first stay in four years, and I was completely satisfied with everything—the clean Facilities and the thoughtful care from the staff. I could also clearly see your environmental initiatives, and it really felt like you are making a genuine effort. Breakfast was carefully prepared item by item, and the health-conscious dishes were delicious as well. In the evening, since my birthday is next week, my friend ordered champagne via room service, and when the staff member delivering it heard that, they brought me chocolates too. I truly appreciated the kind gesture. I would love to stay again for another special occasion.

Following our stay during the March equinox holidays, we stayed with you again for the September equinox holidays. We booked connecting Corner Suite and Comfort Suite Rooms. With just one door between the two Rooms, communication between grandma and her grandchild improved dramatically. The Onsen in such a prime Ginza location was exceptional—grandma enjoyed it so much she went in three times. Breakfast was beautifully presented, which lifted our spirits, and everything was delicious. We will be back again.

When I opened the IKYU website, the first Hotel that caught my eye left a strong impression with its view from the Room. After seeing the rooftop view on the Hotel’s official website, I felt I wanted to stay there. Later, I made a Reservation because I liked the hideaway-like layout of the Annex on the first floor. We were blessed with great weather and truly enjoyed the wonderful scenery. I would like to come again next year.

I had business in Shibuya and chose this Hotel because it’s close to the station. I made a Reservation thinking I’d stay at a more upscale Hotel, and it was absolutely the right choice. The night view was wonderful, the Room temperature control was comfortable, and I opted for breakfast (Japanese style)—the rolled omelet and freshly cooked rice were excellent. Next time, I’d like to use the lounge.

This was my third stay. It’s close to the station, and the Room is very clean. The breakfast is just as good as at other Hotels, with daily rotating menu items, so I never got bored. The amenities are plentiful, and even on a business trip I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay here again.

Although I live outside the area, my son lives in Koenji, and this was my second stay. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless, and very comfortable. Above all, the staff were kind and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their heartfelt service. Thank you very much for your hospitality. This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied with this friendly Hotel. It is a wonderful Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again next time. I was happy with everything—service, the Room, the view, the atmosphere, and access—but above all, the breakfast was delicious across the board and left me completely full from the morning. They also helped arrange a surprise for my partner’s birthday, which truly moved us. We look forward to staying again next time.

I stayed for two nights to attend a party held at this Hotel. They kindly helped me arrange a kimono to wear on the day and advised me on gifts for local hosts, which was greatly appreciated. The Room and spa were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the Hotel staff was excellent, making my stay in Osaka truly pleasant.

We stayed with our child, and thanks to the friendly staff who spoke to us warmly, both parent and child were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay with peace of mind. Almost directly connected to Kitahama Station, and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind. The room type I stayed in had a separate bathtub that was very convenient—overall, I had an extremely comfortable stay. I sincerely appreciate everything. We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. For us, having held our wedding reception here 30 years ago, the Imperial Hotel is a truly special place that has quietly witnessed the most important milestones of our lives. This time we stayed in the Tower Wing, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. Simply spending time gazing out over Tokyo felt wonderfully luxurious. What made us happiest of all was that our room had been thoughtfully upgraded without any fuss. We were genuinely touched by this kind gesture and felt the warmth and hospitality that are so characteristic of the Imperial Hotel. We also visited the Old Imperial Bar in the evening, which was wonderful. Enjoying drinks in such a historic setting made us feel as though we were savoring the very time and tradition the hotel has cherished for so long. In the morning, we had breakfast at Les Saisons. Not only was everything beautifully prepared with great care, but enjoying breakfast in such a calm atmosphere felt exceptional—like a peaceful moment to look back on these past 30 years together. During our stay, we were also able to see the banquet hall where we held our reception 30 years ago. To return to this same hotel three decades later—to look at that place again and say to each other, “So much happened, but we were happy”—was more than enough to fill our hearts. Even after all these years, it remains unchanged—still there for us—and once again watched over another milestone in our lives. We were deeply moved not only by the outstanding service and cuisine, but also by its accumulated history and genuine warmth toward people. We are truly glad we chose to stay here on such a special anniversary. We would love to return again for future milestones in life. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

I love this club lounge. No matter what time I visit, the food and drinks are always replenished and neatly arranged. The seating is well spaced, so it’s very comfortable. There are no loud guests, and even families with children are considerate of the time and those around them, so I can relax in peace. Above all, the staff’s professional service is outstanding. One of the experienced gentlemen even made cocktails for me. The Room was impeccably cleaned, and I was able to spend a quiet, relaxing time. I’m always impressed by how courteous the Room staff are on the phone. More Hotels have switched to self-service ice these days, but here a Hotel staff member in a crisp uniform delivers it on a tray with a silver ice bucket—just that alone feels wonderful. Since I need to take medication, having extra mineral water was also very helpful. I also accidentally dropped my hair treatment bottle and broke it, but they kindly replaced it for me. I’m sorry for the trouble during these times of limited supplies. I also appreciated being able to change my newspaper. Thank you for all your thoughtful care. I look forward to staying with you again.

During Silver Week, my daughter and grandchildren came to visit Tokyo, so we stayed in a Room on the Godzilla floor and a Room with a Godzilla view for my grandchild who loves Godzilla. They were thrilled, and we had a truly wonderful time. Both the staff and most of the guests were from overseas, but everyone was kind and treated us warmly. Breakfast was delicious as well. I visited with friends from Yamaguchi Prefecture, and it far exceeded our expectations. The ocean view beyond the water feature seen from the lobby, the complimentary free-flow drinks, and at night a sky full of stars. It was a truly wonderful holiday. I would love to visit again.

We stayed here during a trip visiting Yomiuriland, Akihabara, and Shibuya. Even before making a Reservation, I emailed several questions and received quick, polite replies to all of them. The staff were also courteous and kind. The Hotel was very clean, compact, and nicely organized. However, although the Room had separate toilet and bath areas, the bath was located beyond the toilet. This meant only one person could use the toilet or sink area at a time. Since three of us stayed together, getting ready took longer than it would with a fully separate toilet layout, which was the only disappointment.

This was a Hotel I’d wanted to stay at for a long time, and it was exactly as I’d hoped—the open-air barrel bath on the top floor and the terrace at night were amazing. I arrived late for breakfast and was told once that the scrambled eggs were sold out, but they quickly made more and brought them to me. Parking was also free for 24 hours per night, making it a great Hotel I’d truly like to stay at again. The only disappointment was that there was some dust left under the window when I opened the blinds. Still, all of the staff were kind, which made my stay even better.

It was close to Ikebukuro Station, and being directly connected to the station meant we didn’t have to worry about the heat while getting around. The Room was just the right size for two people, and the sofa and luggage space were convenient, so we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Japanese buffet where you could choose a main dish, and side dishes were served in small bowls you could pick up yourself, which felt clean and satisfying. We will definitely stay again.

Just steps from Mejiro Station and next to the wooded grounds of Gakushuin University, this Hotel is in a wonderful location that makes you forget the bustle of the city. The Starbucks on the front desk floor is a relaxing spot where both younger and older guests unwind. Breakfast vouchers can be used at Starbucks or at Doutor, about a 1-minute walk from the Hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. Coffee next to the front desk is free and unlimited. We bought treats from a nearby cake shop and bakery, picked up paper plates and wooden forks at the front desk, poured coffee, and enjoyed everything in our Room. The chocolate cake from Trad Mejiro across from the Hotel was especially delicious. Perhaps because we stayed on weekdays, we were assigned a twin Room. It was spacious and very clean. The beds are Simmons and very comfortable, and separate pajama sets are provided. Amenities are self-serve next to the front desk, but there was more than enough—having 7 or 8 types of bath salts was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably and helped us relax. It was quiet and extremely comfortable, so we canceled our Accommodation in Ikebukuro and extended our stay here instead. A twin wasn’t available for all nights so we had to change Rooms, but they arranged everything around our schedule and made the move smooth. Thanks to that—and to staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a truly pleasant stay.
