Thank you very much for your hospitality. We were able to spend a relaxing time with our family over the New Year holidays in an amazing location! The beautiful weather made the sunset views even more spectacular. The amenities were excellent, and we enjoyed the sauna, pool as a cold plunge, and even had a family karaoke competition. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Because we could bring our dog to almost everywhere on the property, we didn’t need to leave them alone in the Room and were able to relax comfortably. Pet amenities, treats, welcome drinks, complimentary sake, marshmallows by the campfire, alcoholic beverages in the refrigerator, ice cream, cooking utensils, seasonings—the list goes on; it truly felt all-inclusive and there was nothing to complain about. After we got home and told our family about it, they said they’d love to go too—so we would definitely like to stay again.

It was a truly wonderful villa. The owner’s attentive guidance, the complimentary drinks in the sauna and the Room refrigerator, and the private Onsen with free-flowing natural hot spring water along with the sauna—everything was excellent! We’ve stayed at many villas, but what surprised us most was that all the seasonings were brand new!! The amusement room (additional fee) is fantastic!! The kids spent all their time enjoying karaoke and darts. The view is amazing! Next time, we’d like to visit in summer when we can use the pool. The only disappointment was that the pet grooming room had a strong odor—possibly from sewage—so we couldn’t use it.

This was my first stay, but it has become a repeat Accommodation for me. I’ve already made a Reservation for the year-end and New Year holidays. The only reason I deducted one star is that there are two cafes, and I mistakenly went to the one that isn’t the dog cafe (the Hotel). It was cool and comfortable, but we ended up eating on the terrace. Clearer signage would be reassuring. Other than that, no complaints at all. It’s such a wonderful place that I almost don’t want to share it (lol). The Onsen surprised me with its unique color, scent, and bubbles, but it felt amazing. The in-Room meal delivered to us was also very delicious. I’d like to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

This was our first stay at this villa, and after reading Reviews from other guests, we did have some concerns—but overall it was a wonderful villa! I think it has been improved to a certain extent. However, there was dust in many places, which bothered us a bit. The Room remote controls and the bedroom bedside lights were especially dusty when we wiped them. There were also a few dead insects. That said, since the area is surrounded by nature, I think that can’t really be helped. The pool itself was clean. But the sofas by the poolside were dirty—probably because they are kept outdoors—so we couldn’t use them. The biggest issue was that the TV Chromecast was broken and couldn’t be used. When we contacted you, we were told that it has recently often failed to turn on… It ended with a refund of the tax amount, but honestly this should be fixed as soon as possible; otherwise I think future guests will also complain. Since there is no terrestrial TV available in the first place, if Chromecast doesn’t work then there’s basically no sound in the living room at all, which makes it feel quiet and lonely… Overall it’s a great villa and we would like to stay again, so we hope these points will be improved. We hope everything will be fixed by our next stay. Thank you very much for this time.

We stayed with 7 people from 3 families plus a baby. The room arrangement and the pool were truly wonderful. We often use luxury hotels in Okinawa, but this time we were able to spend time with our family without any pretension and fully enjoyed the extraordinary experience of pool and barbecue. I was worried because there were reviews mentioning a musty smell or issues with amenities, but there was nothing like that at all, and it was a clean and comfortable space. Also, the nearby sea was very clear, and we could observe many small fish while snorkeling, which all the sea-loving family members enjoyed. The smart check-in was smooth without any problems. We would love to use it again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for a 4-day, 3-night Multiple Night Stay. It was our first time using self-check-in, so we were a bit worried, but the detailed instructions sent via email made the process smooth and problem-free. The Room exceeded our expectations, and our family was thrilled. We were concerned about running out of towels during the Multiple Night Stay, but there were plenty stocked, along with amenities like a hairdryer and lots of dishes, making our stay very comfortable. The pool, which could be lit up at night, was a favorite for the kids, and they used it whenever they had time during our stay. The Room had a space where we could move directly from the pool to the bathroom even while wet, and the washing machine and dryer made it convenient to clean up after swimming or going to the beach. We had an absolutely wonderful time and would love to stay again.

This is a highly recommended Accommodation for anyone looking to relax and recharge in Miyazaki! It was my first stay, and the Facilities were even more extensive than I expected—I honestly felt like the whole trip could be completed right here. What I loved most was that you can enjoy so many things on-site: simulation golf, a sauna, a pool, and BBQ. It’s rare to find simulation golf inside an Accommodation, and it’s great not only for golf lovers but also for groups—it gets everyone excited just playing together. The sauna was also fantastic. After sweating it out, there’s even a cold plunge bath with adjustable temperature, which made it perfect. And with a pool as well, it feels less like staying at a Hotel or typical vacation rental and more like visiting a private resort. On most trips you’re constantly thinking, “Where should we go next?” or “What should we do?” and moving around a lot—but MIYAZAKI BASE is enjoyable in itself, so even the time after check-in felt truly fulfilling. I think it’s an excellent fit not only for friends or group trips, but also for stays with fellow golf lovers or trips where everyone wants to enjoy the sauna together. I wish I had known about this place in Miyazaki sooner! If you’re looking for more than “just somewhere to sleep” and want to truly enjoy your stay itself, I especially recommend it. I’d love to bring friends from outside the prefecture when they visit Miyazaki—and it’s an Accommodation that made me want to come back myself! If you love simulation golf, saunas, or pools in particular, this place is amazing! Thank you!

We stayed from 7/18 to 7/21 as a family of four: a couple and two children (6th and 3rd grade). We’ve stayed at several whole-house Accommodations before, but this one is by far the best!! This time we stayed in the Plumeria Room with a private pool, and the kids were thrilled! Whenever they had free time during our stay, they were in the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware, so we cooked dinner twice during our stay (one was a BBQ) and made breakfast every day without any inconvenience. Basic seasonings such as oil, soy sauce, and salt were also provided. The large refrigerator had complimentary water and canned tea that we could drink freely, which was incredibly helpful. The Room was very spacious and stylish. The bathrooms were kept very clean, which made our stay comfortable. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets, which was very convenient when we came back from the beach and everyone wanted to shower. We requested BBQ equipment rental on the morning of the day, and when we returned from going out it had been set up on the terrace. The kids loved their routine of eating meat until they got hot—and then jumping in for a swim. During our stay we even found stag beetles by the poolside about twice—our son was beyond excited! Stag beetles, shiny jewel bugs, geckos; tons of crabs and hermit crabs on the beach; plus unlimited swimming in the pool—this place is paradise for kids. If we can come back again, we definitely will!! It became an unforgettable summer memory.

We stayed here for a trip to celebrate 5 months with my daughter. Even with a small child, we felt safe and comfortable staying here. We invited my parents to join us, and the accommodation was new and incredibly clean. The living area was separate from the sleeping area, so our daughter could rest peacefully at night without any disturbances. Although it was too cold to use the pool, we enjoyed a fantastic BBQ while admiring the stunning view of Kouri Island and the ocean. The starry sky from the rooftop at night, breakfast on the terrace—everything was simply perfect! Above all, I had some concerns about traveling with my daughter, but the owner kindly explained everything about the facility and provided helpful information about nearby areas. I am truly grateful for their support. We've visited many villas like this before, but this one is definitely among our top favorites! It was my parents' first time staying in a villa like this, and they thoroughly enjoyed it—it made bringing them along so worthwhile. We would love to visit again in the future! This is my fourth visit. No matter when I come, I’m always completely satisfied with both the hot springs and the meals. I especially love the flounder sashimi.

It was a wonderful villa with a lovely atmosphere and great views. Two issues: the dryer switched to cool air drying a few minutes after starting, so it was unusable. Also, please make it so that people inside the toilet cannot be seen through the door (especially when the light is on). That was very uncomfortable.

The moment we opened the front door, the view that greeted us felt like a scene from abroad. The location was even better than the website, and we were truly impressed. On the way back, the Aqua-Line was closed due to an accident, so we took the Tokyo Bay Ferry from Kanaya to Kurihama instead. The ferry was comfortable too, and it made us feel as if we’d gone on an overseas trip with our dog. The toothbrush came with toothpaste already on it, so next time we’ll bring our own toothpaste. Since the bath doesn’t have a reheating function, you need to get in soon after filling it.

We stayed for three days to celebrate our anniversary. The Room was spacious and very clean, and it felt much larger than in the photos. The service was also excellent, and the staff were very kind. We were happy to find beer and juice prepared in the refrigerator. The partner restaurant was delicious as well. It was a villa we would love to stay at again when we visit Okinawa. The Accommodation has spacious Rooms, and the view is very pleasant, with a lawn right in front and the sea beyond. Unarisaki Park is nearby and perfect for a walk; we couldn’t see the sunset this time, but I think it would be beautiful if you can.

This was my first stay. The staff provided warm and attentive support, which made the trip truly enjoyable. Being able to borrow snorkeling gear was also very helpful. On the way to the private beach to watch the sunset, they even lent me a flashlight—something I hadn’t thought of—so it really saved me from struggling to find my way back. Thank you very much! It would be even more helpful if cooking chopsticks and regular chopsticks were provided in the kitchen. Soup cups would also be appreciated.

I heard that a colleague from work was staying here, so I decided to stay as well with a separate reservation. From check-in to breakfast and departure, the staff were very pleasant, and the stay was comfortable. We opted for a plan with breakfast included, and the freshly cooked rice and side dishes made for an excellent meal. Since there are few dining options in Fukudamura, staying with a dinner barbecue plan also seems like it would be enjoyable.

We stayed as a couple with our dog. Our first visit was about 20 years ago, and this is our third time. Some aging of the facility is understandable. The best part is definitely being able to enjoy the Onsen in the room. The room is spacious and well-cleaned. We bought fresh seafood at a supermarket in Usami and enjoyed sashimi leisurely in the room. We’d love to come back again!

I stayed for one night. I was able to enjoy an extraordinary experience, and the private pool allowed me to swim without worrying about others. It would be even better if the weeds on the property were managed more thoroughly.

I stayed for one night. The kettle was broken and I couldn’t use it, so although instant coffee was provided, I wasn’t able to drink it. The Room was very clean and had two separate areas—one by the bed and one by the sofa. There is no TV, but I was able to relax and enjoy a quiet stay. I also enjoyed the Onsen and was satisfied.
